本研究では,インターネットの各種アプリケーション(電子メール,ウェブページ作成,ウェブページ閲覧,チャット,ページャー,フォーラム,掲示板,ネットワークゲーム)の使用がソーシャルスキル(会話スキル,問題解決スキル,仕事・勉強スキル)に及ぼす影響を検討した.情報系専門学校の男子学生を対象に,約3ヵ月の間隔で2時点のパネル調査を行い,得られたデータに対して構造方程式モデルを用いて因果関係を分析した.その結果,電子メール,ネットワークゲームの使用がソーシャルスキル全体を高めること,ネットワークゲームの使用が問題解決スキルを高めることが示された.インターネット使用がソーシャルスキルを低めるという悪影響は見られなかった.

十全大補湯, 四物湯, 補中益気湯, 小柴胡湯の経口投与は実験的ラット肝転移を抑制し, 十全大補湯と四物湯はマクロファージを, 補中益気湯はNK細胞を活性化するが, これら漢方方剤における活性酸素消去能の特徴を検討した.上記を含めて9種類の漢方方剤を検討したところ, ・O_2^-と・OH(Fenton反応・UV照射)の消去能の総和では小柴胡湯が最も強く, 温清飲, 補中益気湯十全大補湯四物湯人参養栄湯の順であった.更にこれら9種類の構成生薬23種類別における活性酸素消去能の検討の結果, 漢方方剤の特徴として十全大補湯, 四物湯温清飲は・O_2^-を, 補中益気湯と小柴胡湯は・OHを抑える傾向がみられ, ・O_2消去能の高い漢方方剤はマクロファージ活性に, ・OH消去能の高い漢方方剤はNK細胞活性に関与するという可能性が示唆された.

今回われわれは,頸動脈間隙の高位に発生した頸部迷走神経鞘腫の1例を報告する。症例は,71歳,女性。咽頭部違和感を主訴として来院した。口腔内所見として,左口蓋咽頭弓に約50×60mm大,無痛性腫瘤を認めた。腫瘤は,CTおよびMRにて左頸動脈間隙を占拠していた。また,腫瘤は総頸動脈および内頸静脈を解離させ,頭蓋底まで及んでいた。われわれは,subcutaneous mandibulotomy approachを用いて切除し得た。病理組織学的診断は,神経鞘腫であった。術後,嚥下障害および嗄声を認めたが,リハビリテーションを行い,経口摂取可能な状態まで改善した。術後,約2年経過した現在,再発は認めていない。

近年、生体の化学情報を無拘束・非侵襲的にモニタリングすることを目指し、様々な生体センシングに関する研究開発が行われている。近年、Google プロジェクトにて、グルコースセンサと無線アンテナを内蔵したスマートコンタクトレンズのプロトタイプが発表され、国内外で注目を集めた。当研究室においても、これまでにフレキシブルグルコースセンサを開発するなど、生体成分モニタリング用のバイオ/化学センサを多数開発し、日常ケア用の体腔(Cavitas; Cavity)に装着可能なデバイスとして「キャビタスセンサ(Cavitas Sensor)」を提唱している。既存の外科治療を必要とする「インプランタブル」や、活動量計として一般的な「ウエアラブル機器」に対して、キャビタスセンサは近未来の医療や健康科学を見据えた新規医療デバイスとして、結膜嚢や口腔、咽頭などの体腔への着脱が可能な化学/バイオセンサである。本講演では、キャビタスセンサとして開発している「ソフトコンタクトレンズ型バイオセンサ」について、その日本白色種家兎の眼部に用いた涙液グルコース計測応用、また歯科用マウスガードをもとに作製した「マウスガード型の唾液糖グルコースセンサ」についても発表する。

A 49-year-old female presented complaining of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a papillary tumor on the bladder dome. At biopsy pathology the tumor was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma. We diagnosed the tumor as urachal adenocarcinoma and performed partial cystectomy of bladder dome with en-bloc resection of the urachal ligament up to the umbilicus. In surgical pathology, the tumor had invaded to the fat tissue around the urachal ligament with metastasis to the lymph node. Therefore the tumor was diagnosed as a stage IVA (Sheldon’scategory) urachal adenocarcinoma. After surgery, 6cycles of chemotherapy with TS-1 and cisplatin (CDDP) were performed. There has been no relapse 5years after surgery. This is the first report of successful adjuvant chemotherapy with TS-1/CDDP for advanced urachal adenocarcinoma.

This paper deals with theoretical stability analysis of an active feedback control of web flutter which occurs to the web with both ends fixed and tensioned. In this paper, a non-contact active feedback control method of web flutter by using movable plates set at inlet or outlet of the passage are developed and its analytical model is constructed. The equations of motion of the flexible sheet coupled with the fluid flow controlled by the movable plates are obtained. The characteristic equation of the system is derived as a function of the flow velocity in the narrow gap. As a result, it is shown that the web flutter occurs to the web with increasing the flow velocity, and is effectively suppressed by the proposed non-contact flow control devices and active feedback control method. Furthermore, calculation results are verified by the experiments.

(1)高濃度アルコール生成に対する米の有効成分は米蛋白質であるオリゼニンであった. (2)各種アミノ酸のうち,とくにトリプトファンとフェニルアラニンがアルコール発酵に有害であった. (3)トリプトフォールは非常に強い害作用を示した. (4)オリゼニンにはトリプトフォールを吸着する能力があった.

音楽聴取は"鳥肌が立つ"ほど強烈な情動経験をたびたび引き起こす。これまで"鳥肌が立つ"という状態を予期することや体験することが、報酬系回路に関連していると報告されてきた。本研究では、音楽による強烈な情動経験の個人差と脳神経系の関連性について、磁気共鳴画像法(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)を用いた解剖学的検討を行った。19人の被験者は、音楽を聴いて鳥肌が立つような気持ちの時に手元のボタンを押す課題に取り組んだ。実験刺激には、各被験者の鳥肌が立ったことのある曲を使用した。実験の結果、音楽に対して喚起される情動感度の個人差は、右尾状核、左島皮質、右中心後回の灰白質の容積に相関していることが示された。本研究は、鳥肌が立つような審美的体験に関連した解剖学的構造を示し、音楽知覚における大脳辺縁系の報酬系回路の役割を強調するものである。

A time-domain SRC, sampling rate converter, using Fourier interpolation to achieve less gate count than in frequency domain is proposed. The new SRC is implemented in 1/150 of the circuit size of conventional SRC with moderate performance using filters. It can also be used as back-end for filter-type SRC to achieve high performance efficiently.

我々は,パーソナライズ可能な音声対話エージェントの実現に向け,ユーザが自身について述べた情報(ユーザ情報)を扱いやすい形で抽出することを進めている.本発表では,ユーザ情報抽出の一部として述語項構造抽出を対象に,特にシステムの質問とユーザの回答(質問回答ペア)に着目し,従来の述語項構造解析では抽出できない問題について述べ,その解決方法を提案する.

Studying the Japanese view of nature, we must take attention to the fact that the Japanese didn't distinguish nature from human being. "Shizen" (自然, that is to say, nature) meant all things and facts that seemed to be natural, so that history was also regarded as "Shizen". In the Edo era, the school of the teachings of Chu-tzu insisted that the order of universe pierced through both nature and society. It functioned as legitimation of the Tokugawa Government, especially of its hierarchy. Ninomiya Sontoku emphasised that "Jin-do" (人道), human ways of actions, was different from "Ten-do" (天道), "Shizen", and we had to try hard to accomplish our own purposes. Yet "Jin-do" isn't totally but partly opposed to "Ten-do", because "Ten-do" is the very base of "Jin-do". The public order as "Jin-do" had its natural foundation, the affection between parents and children. It based the feudal morals, consequently Sontoku never had a will to break up the hierarchy. But within the limit of feudalism, he tried to change the situation, that is, the desoration of farm villages and financial difficulties, and criticized severely feudal lords and samurais, higher in social standing than he, requiring them to deliver farmers from poverty. One of the faults of Sontoku was that he legitimated the public order by unchangeable nature. In this point of view, he resembled Ogyu sorai who is famous as a turning point of the view of order. Sorai reproached the school of the teachings of Chu-tzu for regarding the public order as "Shizen" and insisted it was made by "Sei-jin" (聖人), the Emperors of ancient China. But he legitimated it by "Ten" (天), supernatural beings and considered it universal. We should rate high their merits that they distinguished the public order from "Shizen" and attached much importance to human activities.
