The landscape image of Mountains, many studies were continued for many years. In this study, Its attention was paid to attention to the text data of school song. The aim of this study analyzed the text data of junior high school songs in Gunma by text mining. We thought that landscape image of mountains were projected in school songs. The results were as follows: At first, it analyzed the elements which formed the image of mountains from the text data of the school song by analyzed text mining. And, it analyzed the relations between the elements. Next, we showed that image of mountains were considered by the relation between the name of mountain and the form. Therefore, it showed that the area around Mt. Akagi, Mt. Haruna, Mt. Myogi and Mt. Asama were formed in Gunma, and that there mountains were modified in different words. Than the above, the language of Mountains Landscape was clarified to image of Mt. Akagi in Gunma by showed according to the ward visual network.

目的:天疱瘡・類天疱瘡患者が発症初期から現在に至るまでに体験した日常生活における困難感を明らかにする.方法:13名の患者を対象に半構造化インタビューを行い,質的記述的に分析した.結果:身体症状の強い時期は,【症状により日常生活行動に支障を来す】【患部の必要な処置に伴い痛みや負担を感じる】が,治療によりこれらの大部分は軽快し,【ステロイド療法の副作用により日常生活行動に制約がある】といった治療により軽快しない困難感を生じていた.また,【希少疾患であること,他者に理解されないことで不安,孤独を感じる】【病気や治療,再燃に対する不安,恐れを感じる】【症状や治療の副作用による影響で人付き合いが難しい】【病気により学業,就職,仕事が思うようにいかない】心理的・社会的な困難を感じていた.結論:天疱瘡・類天疱瘡患者は,症状や治療,疾患の希少性・難治性,症状の可視性や他者に理解されないことでの困難感を抱いていた.

ニコチンはタバコに含まれる塩基性アルカロイドであり、虫害からの化学防御を担う物質である。ニコチンは主に根部においてN-メチルピロリニウムカチオンとニコチン酸関連物質の縮合反応により生合成されると予想されるが、その生合成酵素遺伝子は同定されていない。我々は、この縮合反応を担う候補遺伝子としてイソフラボノイド還元酵素遺伝子ホモログのA622およびベルベリン架橋酵素遺伝子ホモログのNBB1の機能解析を行った。これらの遺伝子発現はニコチン生合成調節因子であるNIC遺伝子座の制御下にあり、かつ根特異的でジャスモン酸応答性を示した。RNAi法によりA622およびNBB1遺伝子の発現を抑制した毛状根、BY-2細胞においてはニコチンアルカロイド量が有意に減少した。BY-2細胞においてA622-GFPおよびNBB1-GFP融合タンパク質を発現させたところ、それぞれプラスチドおよび液胞に局在することがわかった。この結果から、ニコチン生合成はこれら2種のオルガネラで段階的に行われていることが示唆された。

In the 2018 Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake, a slope with a strength of 7 collapsed in Atsuma Town. On the other hand, in Sapporo City, where the epicenter distance exceeds 50 km, earthquakes with a seismic intensity of 5 or higher were observed. In the Omagari district of Kitahiroshima City, a seismic intensity of less than 5 was observed, and 28 residential land facing the Omagari River collapsed. In Kitahiroshima City, typhoon No. 21 caused heavy rain before the earthquake. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the slope of the building in the Omagari area of Kitahiroshima City and the damage to the retaining wall. As a result, it was found that the main causes of the slope of the building and the damage of the retaining wall were the rise of the groundwater level of the loose embankment of the valley in addition to the earthquake.

放送のデジタル化に伴い,映像情報の補足情報をインデックスとして付加し,そのインデックスを用いて映像情報を検索する方式が各種研究されている.インデックスを利用した映像情報検索方式の一つとして,ダイジェスト視聴に注目し,視聴者ごとに意味的に重要なシーンを判定してパーソナルなダイジェストを可能とするシステムを試作した.またこのダイジェスト視聴システムでは,視聴者が複合事象に対して自分の嗜好を交えた抽象度の高い用語を使って検索できるように抽象インデックスを定義できるようにした.本稿では,まずダイジェスト作成モデルを説明し,それを実現するための映像スキーマ定義言語を説明する.そして,野球番組を対象にして,視聴者の嗜好情報登録及び各種検索が可能なダイジェスト視聴システム及びその検索インタフェースの試作を行ったので,その機能についても述べる.Beyond program contents, digital data broadcasting can deliver additional data as indexes attached to the contents. Using these indexes, users can browse and retrive parts of the program. We have developed a system that can construct a digest of the program on the fly using indexes. The system can extract scenes and restructure them based on the information cbtained from indexes and users would use in describing the scenes they are looking for to those terms actually used in the program indexes. The paper firstly describes a formal model of the digest prodiction and a program schene defintiton language to implement the model. Also, we explain our prototype system of the digest viewing system with a user interface to put in user preferences and various retrieval requirements for baseball programs.

本稿では,債券に関する数学,債券数学(Bond Mathematics)をビジュアルなアプローチで教授する方法について述べる.題材は,確定利付き債券の価格関数の特徴説明,および,イミュニゼーションである。これらは金融工学の基礎知識として重要なものである。ビジュアルアプローチの導入により,債券価格関数を多変数関数から次元を落として説明していくことで,学生は体系的な理解が得られる。また,イミュニゼーションの連立方程式もビジュアルな教材により,デュレーションおよびコンベキシティを説明すると,理解が深まる。

近年, 多くの生化学的・分子生物学的研究から, 現在知られているほとんどの自己免疫性水疱症の抗原物質がデスモソームないしヘミデスモソームに局在していることが明らかとなった。他方, 最近, 次々と, 特徴的な臨床症状・免疫学的所見を示す新しい自己免疫性水疱症の病型が提唱さてきており, これらの疾患の診断にもその抗原物質の同定が必須になっている。Paraneoplastic pemphigus, intercellu lar IgA vesiculopustular dermatosis, 抗エピリグリン瘢痕性類天疱瘡など, 最近明らかとなった新しい自己免疫性水疱症を紹介し, それぞれの疾患の位置付けおよび想定される病因について解説したい。

統合失調症では,作業記憶,学習,知覚情報処理などの認知機能障害が持続し,予後に大きな影響を与えている。認知機能は,大脳皮質の複数の領域を含む神経ネットワークにおける情報処理とその可塑性により担われている。大脳皮質では,離れた領域間を連絡する興奮性の錐体ニューロンと,領域局所のニューロン活動を調整する抑制性ニューロンが,シナプスを介して神経ネットワークを構成する。パルブアルブミン(parvalbumin,PV)を発現するPVニューロンは,抑制性ニューロンのサブタイプである。個々のPVニューロンは,近傍および離れた領域にある多くの錐体ニューロンから収束的に興奮性シナプスを受け,近傍の数百に上る錐体ニューロンの細胞体に強力な抑制性シナプスを形成しそれらの発火のタイミングを制御する。また,お互いに抑制性シナプスを形成するPVニューロン群は周期的に同期発火する。このような特性により,PVニューロンは周期性を持った神経活動(オシレーション)の形成とその領域間の同期を担っている。オシレーションは神経ネットワークを構成する各領域および領域間における効率的な情報処理を促進する。さらに発達期や学習において,PVニューロンはその活動性を一過性に低下させることで,神経ネットワークを脱抑制し可塑的変化を誘導する。 統合失調症では,死後脳の分子病理学的研究によりPVニューロンの変化を示す所見が多く得られ,生存中の患者から得られるオシレーションの異常所見と一致する。PVニューロンの変化がオシレーションの異常を引き起こし認知機能障害に結びついている可能性は,統合失調症と同様の変化をPVニューロンに遺伝子操作で導入した複数のマウスモデルで検証されている。

近年,PDA ,携帯電話など,携帯端末の普及がめざましい.現在試験的に運用されている次世代の携帯端末では従来のテキスト,静止画像のみならず,動画像の処理も可能となってきている.このような携帯端末に対して,野球,サッカーの試合速報等を送信する番組関連情報送出サービスが始まっている.現状のサービスでは,サービス提供者が試合の経過を文字列で生成し,それをメイルとして利用者に送信しているが,今後,携帯端末の性能向上によって,動画像や既存DB の情報,関連Web サイトのページなど,より高度でかつ構造化された番組関連情報も送信されてくると考えられる.その場合の問題点としては以下のものが挙げられる.(1) 携帯端末は,表示領域が小さく,提示可能な情報が制限される,(2)利用者は最小限のインタラクションしか行えず,情報の構造を巡回しにくい,(3)情報が高度になればなるほど,利用者ごとに必要な情報が異なってくる.これらの問題を解決するために,我々は,利用者の嗜好に応じた番組関連情報のシナリオによる提示方式を提案する.本方式では,利用者の嗜好情報に基づいて,情報の提示指標値を算出する.算出された指標値にから,番組関連情報の提示順序を決定し,携帯端末で提示するためのシナリオを生成する.シナリオに基づいた提示により,制限された表示領域において,利用者は自分の見たい情報を見たい順序で複雑なインタラクションなく視聴することが可能となる.Recently, PDAs, cellular phones, and other mobile devices have come intowide use. The next-generation mobile terminal under testing, in addition to delivering text and image data, can also deliver movie data. Digital data broadcasting can deliver additional data as contents attachments .The service has started delivering game news for baseball and soccer programs to mobile terminals. Service providers build text data of a game's progress and send it to users by e-mail in the mobile environment. Taking advantage of the improved efficiency offered by mobile terminals, the system will be able to deliver TV program-related information, such as movie data, data from sports databases, and related Web pages. This service has the following problems: (1) Display area is restricted. (2) User interaction is restricted. (3) Each user would like to get the information that reflects his or her preferences. To address these problems, we propose the presentation scenario generation method for TV program-related information. In this method, presentation priorities are calculated to reflect each user's preference .Based on the values of presentation priorities, a presentation scenario is generated for viewing on mobile terminals. For presentation by a presentation scenario, each user can watch desired information without complicated interaction.

近年,放送のデジタル化により,各種のメタデータが付加されたビデオコンテンツの配信がさかんになっている.このようなデジタル放送環境において,動的なダイジェスト生成は重要なアプリケーションの1 つである.我々はこれまで利用者の嗜好を反映させたパーソナルなダイジェスト生成方式(Personal Digest Making Scheme ,PDMS )の研究を行ってきた.PDMS では,加点事象のような成功プレイの重要度を判定することは可能であったが,もし成功していたら試合の流れを変えたかもしれない惜しかったシュートのような,不成功プレイの重要度を判定することはできなかった.本稿では,ダイジェスト作成のための新しい概念として,「ターニングポイント解析」を提案する.ターニングポイント解析は,スポーツの各種試合における「勝利確率(Winning Probability ,WP )」に基づいている.勝利確率とは,試合の経過時間とその時点における得点差(ホームチームの得点からアウェイチームの得点を引いた値)が与えられたとき,最終的にホームチームがアウェイチームを破って試合に勝利する確率を示すものである.勝利確率を利用することにより,成功プレイのみならず,不成功プレイの重要度を判定することが可能となり,より正確なダイジェスト生成を実現できる.本稿ではターニングポイント解析をサッカーの試合を例にとって説明し,実際のサッカーの試合に適用した評価結果を述べる.Content providers have recently started adding a variety of meta data to various video contents.Digest viewing that uses the meta data is a new application in the digital broadcasting era.o build personal digests,we have developed a digest making method named PDMS (Personal Digest Making Scheme).PDMS extracts signi ficant scenes and constructs digests automatically using the video program meta data.In PDMS,only a successful play event such as a goal that scored was considered signi ficant,and a misplay event,such as a shot that did not score was not taken into account,although such event may affect game progress. This paper introduces a new concept of turning point analysis.The turning point analysis is based on a winning probability for sports programs.Winning probability indicates the probability of a home team beating an away team at the end of the game,given the current score and the time elapsed since the beginning of the game.Using the winning probability, we can more precisely evaluate the signi ficance of each event,not merely a successful play but also a misplay.This paper presents turning point analysis for soccer matches.It also gives evaluation results of this turning point analysis for a recently broadcasted professional soccer matches.

放送のデジタル化に伴い、映像情報の補足情報をインデックスとして付加し、そのインデックスを用いて映像のダイジェスト版を作成する場合、切り出したシーンごとの説明文を生成する機能が重要となる。我々はシーンごとの説明文の接続関係に着目し、全体としてつながりのよい文章を生成する方式を検討した。また、従来検索結果の提示方式は中立的立場の表現をとっていたが、本方式では個人の嗜好を指標としてその人の感情表現、つまり嬉しさ度悲しさ度を加味した表現を生成する。Beyond program contents, digital data broadcasting can deliver additional data as indexes attached to the contents. Using these indexes, we can construct a digest of the program and generate an explanation for each extracted scene. We focus on the relationship between scenes to create conjunctive expressions. With conjunctives, the explanations become more natural for users. In addition, we also generate emotional expressions for the explanations. While the current method outputs neutral expressions, our new method generates an expression including the hapiness or sadness level based on the user preferences.

2016年熊本地震では,震度7が2回,震度6弱以上が7回発生し,熊本市,益城町,西原村,南阿蘇村等の宅地擁壁の被害が広範囲に数多く発生した.そこで,延べ2,870人被災宅地危険度判定士が熊本県内の被災した12の市町村において43日間で20,022件の判定を行った.本論文では,各市町村の宅地被害状況について被害項目ごとに分析し,既往地震と2016年熊本地震の比較を行った.その結果,熊本地震による宅地擁壁の被害は,空石積擁壁が29%(約1/3)を占め,傾斜・倒壊及び崩壊の被害が非常に多くなっている.宅地地盤の被害は陥没17%,沈下24%,段差15%が非常に大きく,のり面・自然斜面の被害は滑落・崩壊87%が非常に大きく,既往地震と比較すると被害割合・量ともに非常に大きいことが明らかとなった.

The residential land in the Omagari area of Kitahiroshima City collapsed 28 houses along the river by the 2018 Hokkaido Iburi Eastern Earthquake. In addition, the stricken area suffered heavy rain by Typhoon 21 the day before the earthquake. The cause of the damage is thought to be an increase in groundwater level in the valley-filled embankment in addition to the earthquake. Therefore, in this paper, the cause of residential land damage was estimated by slip stability analysis, and the effect of groundwater reduction method was clarified.

【目的】脳卒中患者に対するリハビリテーションアプローチにおいてEvidence-Based Medicine(EBM)の重要性が提唱され、脳卒中治療ガイドライン2009においては起立-着席訓練(以下起立訓練)や歩行訓練などの下肢訓練量を多くすることは、歩行能力の改善のために強く勧められ、推奨グレードはAとなっている。今回、当院においても脳卒中患者に対して起立訓練を積極的に推奨することを目的に、試験的に起立訓練を実施し移乗動作や歩行、ADLに対しての効果を調査し、良好な結果を得たので報告する。<BR>【対象】H22年5月から10月(6ヶ月間)までに当院の回復期リハビリテーション病棟を退院した初回脳卒中患者107名で重度の意識・高次脳機能障害、下肢の整形疾患の既往、全身状態不良の患者を除外し、通常訓練に加えて積極的に起立訓練を行った群(起立群)と通常訓練群(通常群)の2群に無作為に分類した。その中より入院時FIM79点以下、かつ下肢Brunnstrom Stage(以下BRS)においてステージ4レベル以下の患者を抽出し、退院まで経過を追うことができた起立群11名(男性6名、女性5名、平均年齢64.9±11.6歳、下肢BRS;ステージ1:3名、ステージ2:6名、ステージ3:2名)と通常群7名(男性2名、女性5名、平均年齢70.3±13.7歳、下肢BRS;ステージ1:3名、ステージ3:2名、ステージ4:2名)とした。<BR>【方法】在院日数、入・退院時FIM得点、FIM利得、FIM効率、移乗動作獲得までの日数、歩行獲得までの日数をt検定にて2群間を比較した。起立群においては1日当たりの平均起立訓練量の推移を調査した。<BR>【説明と同意】発表に際して全ての症例に対し十分説明を行い、同意を得た。また本研究はデータ抽出し、集計分析した後は個人情報を除去し、施設内の倫理委員会の審査を経て承認を得た。<BR>【結果】在院日数は、起立群135.7±35.1日、通常群137.9±26.1日で有意差はみられなかった。入院時FIM得点は、起立群32.9±10.8点、通常群42.3±20.5点、退院時FIM得点は、起立群88.9±18.9点、通常群78.0±35.2点で有意差はみられなかった。FIM利得は、起立群56.0±15.6点、通常群35.7±17.1点で有意差が見られた(p<0.01)。また、FIM効率においても、起立群0.44±0.19点、通常群0.26±0.13点で有意差がみられた(p<0.05)。退院時移乗動作獲得者は、起立群では11名中8名(73%)で移乗動作獲得までの日数は68.0±18.9日であり、通常群では7名中3名(43%)で移乗動作獲得までの日数は44.3±3.2日で有意差はみられなかった。退院時歩行獲得者は起立群では11名中7名(63%)で歩行獲得までの日数は97.7±34.6日であり、通常群では7名中2名(29%)で歩行獲得までの日数は86.0±52.3日で有意差はみられなかった。起立群における1日当たりの平均起立訓練量は、リハ開始から1週間で49.2回、1ヶ月目83.4回、2ヶ月目107.3回、3ヶ月目95.9回、退院時103.3回であった。<BR>【考察】原は、早期に起立訓練を開始することが、歩行獲得と歩行のレベルにも影響すると報告している。三好は、起立訓練は健側下肢を強化するだけでなく、麻痺の促通、バランス訓練にもなり、片麻痺者の身体不自由を最も効果的に改善すると述べている。今回、起立群において入院時早期から積極的に起立訓練を行った結果、安静臥床期間における身体機能低下を最小限に留め、下肢筋力・麻痺促通等の身体機能の改善を得られたため、FIM利得・FIM効率の向上につながったものと推測され、退院時移乗動作・歩行獲得者数においても起立群が高い獲得率を得られたものと思われた。起立群における1日当たりの平均起立訓練量では、3ヶ月目になると起立訓練の回数が減少する傾向が見られた。この要因として自宅退院前ではよりADL訓練の比重が大きくなる為、起立訓練の回数が減少したものと思われた。また、退院前に増加した理由としては、リハ訓練、病棟訓練のみでなく、自主トレーニングによる起立訓練が行われた結果だと思われた。今後は、さらに症例数を増やし、脳卒中患者への起立訓練の影響を検証していきたい。又、起立訓練を積極的に取り入れた症状別のリハビリテーションプログラムを導入していきたい。<BR>【理学療法学研究としての意義】脳卒中患者に対する起立訓練は、下肢筋力や歩行能力向上に伴うADL向上に有効であることが示唆された。

In vv 19-21 occurs the 'ne plus ultra' theme, which indicates that the laudandus attained to the furthest point of human prosperity, and the theme is followed by the Herakles-myth (vv 22-26), where it is reported that the hero set up the pillars as ναυτιλιαζ εσχαταζ μαρτυραζ κλυταζ But m the following lines (vv 26-32) the whole myth is broken off as irrelevant to the main theme of this epmician After the transitional part, in vv 32 the poet turns to Aeacidae-myths which are more relevant to the Aeaginetan victor Anstokleides Thus vv 19-32 are subdivided into the 'ne plus ultra' motif (19-21), the Herakles-myth (22-26) and the transitional motif (26-32). This paper is an attempt to examine the relation of the 'ne plus ultra' motif to the break-off of the myth, and to understand the significance of the break-off The Herakles-myth has been naturally taken as a digressive part since ancient scholiasts Among modern scholars questions have been proposed about the function of this myth as a digression in the part or the whole poem It is here asserted that the myth which is used to explain the pillars of Herakles is a positive paradigm of the 'ne plus ultra' motif, because Harakles succeeded in going beyond the limit of the world Moreover he becomes a god and lives with Hebe in Olympos His apotheosis, although it is cut off in the narration of the myth, is supposed apparently, as suggested by the association of the word (θεοζ v 20) That the poet points to the stupidity (παρα καιρον cf P 10 4) of going to αλλοδαπαν ακραν by means of the break-off, does not mean only that Herakles travelled to the Atlantic Ocean too far from the Island Aegina It implies also the stupidity of seeking to go beyond the limit as Herakles did Thus it would be apparent what significance the transitional gnome has The poet says one should admire the good man (εσλον αινειν) Following, he claims that the desire for an alien existence (ουδ' αλλοτριων ερωτεζ) is not good for the ordinary man Instead of αλλοτριων ερωτεζ, he advises himself and the audience to seek at home (οικοθεν ματευε) αλλοτριων means the area beyond human competence, and οικοθεν means the effort within one's ability The poet's objection to the αλλοδαπν ακραν after the break-off of the Herakles-myth is an admonition against seeking the apotheosis or the divine prosperity, i e, immortality as in the case of Herakles Therefore we ought to see that the 'ne plus ultra' motif has such admonitory significance in N 3 and even in other odes In the place of Coronis (P 3) and Bellerophon (I 7) who suffered ruin because of their desire for των απεοντων (P 3 20) and απροσικτων (N. 11 48), Herakles may well have been used in N 3 as a positive paradigm In the second half of the ode, φρονειν το παρκειμενον (75) (to make much of the near at hand) is recommended to the laudandus, in opposition to αλλοτριων ερωτεζ. This implication has the same with reference to the phrase, αισχυνων επιχωρια παπταινε τα πορσω (P 3 22). To appreciate the near at one's foot (γνοντα το παρ ποδοζ P. 3 60) is also akin to the thought that man is able to get αυτοθεν the τηλαυγεζ φεγγοζ (N 3 64) Herakles in N 3 is the inverse Coronis and Bellerophon who would not have failed to attain immortality.

冷戦構造の解体後の新たなナショナリズムのうねりの中で、ユーロ通貨統合に象徴される統合体としてのアイデンティティを模索するヨーロッパの文化の交錯をめぐるわれわれの研究は、これまでの成果を深めさらに一層の広がりと深みの地平を獲得し、ここでひとまず4年の区切りをつける。今年度は各自が4年の研究活動の集大成として、研究会の発表を基に、また、ある者は海外より持ち帰った最新の文献資料を駆使し、それぞれの研究を論文に結実させた。個々の活動としては、1 研究会としては11月30日に橋本隆夫氏が「新石器革命と大地母神信仰」と題して、ヨーロッパの基層にある大地母神信仰について考古学的知見とホメロスやヘロドトスの文献的研究をクロスさせた学際的発表を行った。2 7月12日に立命館大学教授西成彦氏を迎え、「小説の一言語使用」の題目で講演会および討論会を行い、ポーランド生まれのイギリス作家ジョセフ・コンラッドの言語的アイデンティティのゆらぎを中心に活発な意見が交わされた。3 12月7日には静岡文化芸術大学専任講師小林真理氏による講演会「ヨーロッパの文化権と文化法について」が行われた。文化芸術振興基本法についての議論が進められる中、文化の中心地として長く君臨したヨーロッパの現在の文化支援や文化政策について多くの知見が得られた。研究会、講演会、海外調査研究を通じて、わたしたちはヨーロッパにおける文化の交錯とアイデンティティの複雑さ、強靭さの一端を垣間見ることができた。地域研究=個別文化研究の枠組みにおさまりがちだったヨーロッパ研究の守備範囲を少しでも広げられたのではないかと小さな自負を感じるしだいである。
