benzoic acidとphenylacetic acidにγ-dialkylamino-β-hydroxypropyl (〓) を導入してesterificationした化合物10種を新たに合成し, それらの抗炎症作用始め腸管作用, 鎮痛作用などの薬理作用に, かなりの活性を有することについてすでに報告した。今回は, これら新化合物の化学構造と局所麻酔作用との相関性を検索することを目的として, 家兎による表面, 浸潤麻酔作用などの検定を行なった。その結果, 全化合物とも, 表面麻酔作用よりも浸潤麻酔作用の持続時間が長かった。また, alkylbenzoate誘導体 (II群) が, alkylphenylacetate誘導体 (I群) よりも表面, 浸潤麻酔作用とも持続時間の延長が認められた。一方, 麻酔導入においては, II群がI群よりもsharpであり, 消失し始めから完全に消失するまでの麻酔作用凝陽性の過程は両群とも優位の差は認められなかった。両群間の種々な作用における差異について, 立体分子モデルを用いて, 立体構造的および電子論的考察を加えた。すなわち, II群がI群よりも, 化学的, 立体構造的に安定性が大であること, また, receptorとの親和性が強いことなどが推論された。一方, 毒性面からこれらの化合物は, 普通薬に属していると思われる。

本報では, まず側方が拘束された不飽和土のサンプルに衝撃荷重を与えるときの瞬間的な土の締め固めのメカニズムを衝撃速度V_iと土の初期密度ρ₀の関係から解析的に説明した。次に, その時の土の応力や歪み及びそれらと時間との関係がどのようになるかを, 応力波と準限界状態理論の概念によって示した。さらに, 種々の衝撃載荷速度における土の締め固め度を蓄積あるいは消費されるエネルギを用いて決定する方法を示した。また, 動的な載荷を受ける土の締め固めの特性は空隙と応力比の間の関係によって表現されることを明らかにした。

In this report, frequency analysis on some lapped surface roughness are made. The profiles of turning specimens recorded on a magnetic tape are obtained using the stereo type pick-up which is rewired so as to measure the vertical displacement of its stylus.<BR>The conclusions obtained are as follows;……<BR>1) When logarithmic plot of frequency is taken on the axis of abscissa, frequency analysis curves of lapped surface roughness, that are called spectrum curves, show the Gaussian distribution approximately.<BR>This fact concurs with some results of other investigations on periodicity of lapped surface roughness<BR>2) The frequency corresponding to the peak position of Gaussian curves is considered to be the mean frequency.<BR>3) A constant functional relation between the output voltage at the mean frequency and the center line average roughness is derived.

複合ターゲットを用いた反応性スパッタリング法を用いてCuAlO_2薄膜の作製と構造評価を行った。本研究での複合ターゲットはAl円板上に三角形のCu板を載せただけという簡易な構造をしている。Alのターゲット面積比率(Al/(Al+Cu))を大きくしていくと膜中のAlとCuの比を制御できることがわかり、また酸素流量を増加させることでCuターゲットのスパッタレートが減少し、相対的にAl元素の組成比が増加することがわかった。Alの面積比率95%、酸素流量3sccmの時、ストイキオメトリーに近い膜を得ることができた。また、この膜のXRD測定を行ったところアモルファスライクな膜であることがわかった。

An internal-mirror He-Ne (λ=633 nm) laser tube is mounted in a duralumin box which is thermally connected to other box attached thermo-elements, via heat pipes. The output power and the frequency of the laser are stabilized by two simple method. First, the total back beam intensity detected with a silicon photodiode is fed to a heater wound around the laser tube. The output stability of±0.15% and the frequency stability of ±1.3×10-8 are obtained over a period of 10 min or longer. Second, the laser tube temperature detected with a thermistor is fed to a heater. The output stability of ×0.3% and the frequency stability of ±4.5×10-8 are obtained over a period of 10 min or longer. This method does not use the laser beam intensity, thus the optical-feedback effect does not affect the laser stabilization.

近年,情報システムは企業にとって経営上,なくてはならない存在となってきている.情報システムの保守工程は,開発工程より費用が多く掛るといわれており,経営課題の一つとなっている.その原因の一つに,バグに関係する問い合わせがある.この問い合わせは,発生することを予測することが出来ないため,準備が出来ずに対応に多くの時間を要する.バグに関係する問い合わせが発生する要因については,様々な研究がなされているが,明確な分析はなされていない.そこで本研究では,バグに関係する問い合わせの内容,時間及び件数をクラスタ分析し,考察することによって,その発生要因を明らかにする.これをもとにバグに関する問い合わせの発生を,予測するモデルを提案する.これに加えて,予測モデルを実現場で利用するために「情報提供シート」も合わせて提案する.

Cuターゲット上にAl板を配置した複合ターゲットを用いたRFマグネトロンスパッタ法によって、p型透明酸化物半導体として期待されるCuAlO_2薄膜の作製を試みた。Alターゲット面積比Al/(Cu+Al)を変化させ成膜を行った結果、面積比を70%とAlリッチにすることでストイキオメトリに近い膜組成が得られることが分かった。しかしながらXRD測定の結果から、as-depositionではアモルファスライクな薄膜であることが明らかとなった。作製した膜に800℃以上のアニールを施した結果、配向性のあるCuAlO_2膜を形成することに成功した。また、Taucプロットにより見積もった光学的バンドギャップは、CuAlO_2の報告値である3.5eVに近い3.6eVであり、アニール後の膜構造がデラフォサイト構造のCuAlO_2であることを確認した。

吟醸酒の製造にカプロン酸エチル高生産酵母は不可欠な存在になっている。カプロン酸エチル高生産酵母は醒後半のキレが鈍る傾向にあり, そのため発酵能が高い酵母との混合仕込が普及している。最近, 日本醸造協会が開発し, 頒布しはじめたカプロン酸エチル高生産酵母のきょうかいm1号は, 発酵能が高い酵母として注目されている。筆者らはかねてからカプロン酸エチル高生産酵母の混合仕込について詳しく調べており, 今般きょうかい1801号の混合仕込を行い, 発酵能や香気成分の生成量などを検討した。混合仕込全般を含めきょうかい田1号について得られた最新の知見を詳しく解説していただいた。

We set forth already on the ecology of Pinnotheres sinensis found in Tapes japonica. As similar observations were made on the same item of Pinnotheres gordoni found in the same clam, the result is given in the present paper. Pinnotheres gordoni is tolerant for host. It was found in such many bivalves at Kisarazu as Tapes japonica, Mytilus edulis, Ostrea (Crassostrea) gigas, Meretrix lusoria, Mactra veneriformis, Chlamys nipponensis and Umbonium (Suchium) moniliferum(gastropod). The rate of clams with the crab shows some extent of seasonal variation as being it is very low during the season from August to November, in which the water temperature runs from 16°C to 29°C, but is considerably high during the period from December to July in which the water temperature ranging between 10°C and 26°C (Table 1, Fig. 1). It seems to be that Pinnotheres gordoni is somewhat related ecologically to Pinnotheres sinensis, because of these crabs are apt to live in the same host (Table 2). The host, Tapes japonica, suffers a certain amount of harm by the crab in guestion. The rate (W×l00/SW; W=total weight of flesh of the clam; SW=shell weight of it) is 49.8±12.1% in normal clam, but 41.6±12.6% in symbionts.

近年,日本を代表するデジタルコンテンツとしてアニメ作品が注目され,特に,萌えアニメ作品と呼ばれる作品群が著しく増加している.また,アニメ人物キャラクターの魅力=萌えという概念が社会的にも広く認知されつつあり,萌えをコンセプトとする様々なビジネスの市場展開が活発である.そのような中,多種多様なアニメコンテンツ群から好みのものを自身の萌え基準で容易に検索分類したいというニーズが高まっている.そこで本稿では,萌えアニメキャラクターの顔画像に特化した萌え因子特徴抽出と評価法について述べ,これを応用したアニメキャラクター画像検索・分類システムの開発・実装及び実行結果について述べる.本システムを用いることで,アニメキャラクター画像データの萌え因子を自動分析し,ユーザの萌え基準に基づいた画像データの分類や検索が可能である.

Developments of natural resources in the Arctic region are becoming active in the recent years. Commercial use of the northern sea route is taking on realness with a decrease of sea ice area along the Arctic coast. Also Arctic and Antarctic observation is important to clarify a global climatic change. Icebreakers are indispensable to the support for the development, the escort for cargo ships and the polar observation in ice-covered waters. The technology on icebreaker's performance is improving steadily, responding to those missions. This paper shows the typical characteristics of icebreaker and introduces several technologies to improve the performance.

Objectives: “Intention to leave” (ITL) has been used interchangeably with the more positive construct “intention to stay” (ITS). The implicit assumption appears to be that both constructs represent different sides of the same coin. This study challenges this assumption. The objectives were (i) to test whether these constructs were similar measures of the same construct, and (ii) to assess the strength of the relationships between ITL and ITS with work-related outcomes. Methods: The Workforce Dynamics Questionnaire (WDQ) was administered to 298 staff. The WDQ included two items on ITL and was supplemented with three items on ITS. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used. Results: The response rate was 43%. The correlation between the two constructs was negative and quite high (r=−0.84), indicating potential issues with discriminant validity. However, the constructs behaved differently in relation to job satisfaction and job integration. ITS was a strong predictor (0.95, p<0.001), whereas ITL was not significantly related (0.34, p=0.195) to JS. The direct effects of JI on ITS was 0.30 and on ITL was −0.42. The indirect effects of JI were more contrasting, being 0.56 for ITS and −0.30 for ITL, via job satisfaction. Conclusions: This is the first study amongst British health and social care workers that has demonstrated that ITS and ITL are not measuring the same construct. While there is overlap, care should be taken when using these constructs interchangeably, particularly when measuring these concepts in organizations and when developing retention programs, policies, or activities to modify ITS and ITL.(J Occup Health 2014; 56: 292-300)
