Contribution of this paper is twofold : First we introduce weaknesses of two Mix-nets claimed to be robust in the literature. Since such flaws are due to their weak security definitions, we then present a stronger security definition by regarding a Mix-net as a batch decryption algorithm of a CCA secure public-key encryption scheme. We show two concrete attacks on the schemes proposed in [1] and [2]. The scheme in [1] loses anonymity in the presence of a malicious user even though all servers are honest. The scheme in [2] also loses anonymity through the collaboration of a malicious user and the first server. In the later case the user can identify the plaintext sent from the targeted user by invoking two mix sessions at the risk of the colluding server receiving an accusation. We also point out that in a certain case, anonymity is violated solely by the user without colluding to any server. Heuristic repairs are provided for both schemes.

These days, reforming the old external-dependent development by making a "regional industrial complex" is being proposed as a concept which uses regional resources rationally. In this regard, "regional industrial complex" agriculture takes a very important position, and the role of the agricultural cooperative is large. Many agricultural cooperatives are actually tackling the processing business and positioning of the agricultural cooperatives in local agriculture is also high. In Tanabe City, the case area of this paper, not only production industries, but also processing industries and distribution industries exist in the area which focuse on plums as a key industry. Moreover, plum-related tourist attractions, such as plum forests, are found and form a "regional industrial complex". In this area, the Kinan agricultural cooperative plays important roles in promotion of production, contribution to bearer reservation, distribution, processing and sale of plums. Specially, having the processing section on the inside, the agricultural cooperative sell the plums as a processor. So it has functions of adjusting supply and demand of plums and keeping the level of its price for farms. In the processing business, it contributes to make employment in this area in employing staffs and part-time workers. Thinking about the future, keeping the "regional industrial complex" will be difficult by increasing import plums and so on. So, it is required that agricultural cooperative shows the initiative in making places for adjusting interests and exchanging news and tackling to improve the quality of plums.

オンラインゲーム中毒によって、中国、韓国や日本などで不登校や自殺などの事故が多発している。その問題を解決するために、今までの研究はほとんど利用者側の啓発教育に注目してきた。しかし、オンラインゲームの運営側としての役割と責任も重大だと考えられる。本研究では、企業の社会的責任(CSR)の視点から、事例を取り上げ、その実施の現状を分析し、更にその方向性を考察する。

Z-Leu-Leu-Leu-H(Z-LLL-H)は, 神経成長因子(NGF)と同様に神経突起伸長を誘発する。Z-LLLを担体としたアフィニティークロマトグラフィーによって, ウシ大脳抽出液からS-100βと異なるZ-LLL-Hの標的タンパク質として, 新たに脳型クレアチンキナーゼを同定したのでここに報告する。ウシ大脳抽出液からDEAE-5PW HPLC(段階溶離, 直線濃度勾配法), 逆相HPLC, Z-LLL担体を用いたアフィニティークロマトグラフィー, SDS-PAGEを用いて標的タンパク質を分解した。カルシウムイオン依存的にZ-LLL担体に親和性を持つ43kDaタンパク質が得られた。このタンパク質のトリプシン消化ペプチドを逆相HPLCで分離した後, そのうち2つのペプチドのアミノ酸配列分析を行い, 脳型クレアチンキナーゼと同定した。本酵素の活性はZ-LLL-H処理によりほとんど消失した。

我々は, 既に神経突起伸長因子であるZ-Leu-Leu-Leu-H(Z-LLL-H)の標的タンパク質として, ウシ脳からZ-LLL構造を有するアフィニティー担体にカルシウム依存的に結合するS-100βを単離した。本論文では, アルデヒド基を有するZ-LLL-HとS-100βの反応性, 反応部位および反応様式について報告する。S-100βはZ-LLL-Hとカルシウム依存的に結合し, 修飾S-100βは, 逆相HPLCにより元のS-100βと異なる位置に溶出された。また反応混合溶液のTOF-MS分析により, 元のS-100βより分子量が大きい修飾S-100βが検出された。さらに修飾S-100βを還元固定後, 酵素などにより切断したペプチド断片のアミノ酸組成分析及びアミノ酸配列分析から, Z-LLL-HはS-100β分子中の8個のLys残基のうちLys-55のみと反応し, ε-アミノ基とアルデヒド基がシッフ塩基を形成する可能性が示された。

日本の地震観測の資料から深発地震の規模を求めるという試みは,既に和達,本多,広野,岩井,勝又によってなされている。<BR>然し,地球上層の地震波の速度分布,波動の減衰係数の分布などが十分分つていないばかりでなく,波動減衰の機構も明確でない。また,地震動に対する地盤補正も,深発地震では異常震域を伴うので当然浅発地震の場合とは異なる筈である。<BR>なお,発震機構によつて実体波の振幅の方位差も考えられるので,蛇足のようであるが,この問題を取扱つてみた。<BR>主な結果は次のようなものである。<BR>(1)NORMAN RICKERの連波説によつて計算したlog<I>A</I>/<I>T</I>-Δ 曲線は観測値と比較的よく一致する。<BR>(2) M≦7の場合は<BR>0.63M=log<I>A</I><SUB>0</SUB>/<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>+α(<I>H</I>)<BR>によつて,<BR>M>7の場合は<BR>{0.63+0.08(log<I>A</I><SUB>0</SUB>/<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>+α(<I>H</I>)-4.4)}<I>M</I>=log<I>A</I><SUB>0</SUB>/<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>+α(<I>H</I>)によつて深発地震の<I>M</I>が求められる、但し,α(<I>H</I>)は深さによつて異なる常数であつて,α(<I>H</I>)=2.5log<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>-2.8によつて与えられる。此処に,<I>A</I><SUB>0</SUB>/<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>は震央における<I>A</I>/<I>T</I>の値であり,<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>は震央における<I>S</I>相の走時である。<BR>(3)深発地震に対する地盤補正は浅発地震に対するものと著しく異なつている。<BR>(4)観測されるlog<I>A</I>/<I>T</I>は震源における方位に関係があり,断層面に直角の方向に大きくなつているようである。<BR>(5)<I>M</I>を求めるときの基本となる<BR>log<I>A</I><SUB>0</SUB>/<I>T</I><SUB>0</SUB>∞0.63<I>M</I>という関係は,坂井の半無限弾性体の内部に震源のある場合の波動理論によつて説明される。<BR>然し,最も大事な地球上層の地震波の速度分布および波動の減衰係数の分布は将来の問題として残されている。
