性感染症クリニックで, 淋菌・クラミジア検査を行った女性169人の職業と, 男性81人の性交渉の相手について検討した. 女性の92%を占めたソープランド (ソープ) 従業女性では, 淋菌の咽頭陽性者が性器より多く, クラミジアは性器陽性者が咽頭より多かった. ソープ以外の性風俗店従業女性においても, 淋菌・クラミジアの咽頭と性器の陽性者が存在した. 性風俗従業でない女性にも, 淋菌・クラミジアの陽性者があった.男性では, 咽頭の淋菌陽性者の89%, 性器の淋菌陽性者の93%, 咽頭のクラミジア陽性者全員, 性器のクラミジア陽性者の77%が, 性風俗従業女性からの感染と推察された. また, 少数ではあるが, 特定の女性から淋菌・クラミジアに感染した人と思われた人が存在した.

本論は、引揚・復員を<戦中>と<戦後>、トランスナショナルな経験とナショナルな経験とが交錯する場として捉え、それらが文学表象、雑誌メディアの言説により歴史化される始めの姿を、西條八十「ああ父帰る夫帰る」と『主婦之友』の引揚・復員記事をもとに考察した。そこに家族の再会という情緒的な<物語>が充満していること、また、<日本>の再建という欲望だけでなく、朝鮮戦争を翌年に控えた国内、国外の複雑な政治状況、危機感が反映されていることを論じた。

Aim: An extract of Ginkgo Biloba L. was shown to have preventive effects on cardiovascular disorders, but the molecular mechanisms of its actions remain to be elucidated. Since matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are implicated in the rupture of atherosclerotic plaques and the subsequent occurrence of acute coronary syndrome, we examined the effects of a leaf extract (Ginkgolon-24) on the production of MMP-1 in human coronary smooth muscle cells stimulated with oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL) and 4-hydroxynonenal, which are factors proposed to play a pivotal role in atherogenesis.Methods: The production of MMP-1 and phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) 1/2 were estimated by immunoblotting. The tyrosine-phosphorylated form of platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFR-β) was analyzed by immunoprecipitation of the receptor followed by immunoblotting.Results: oxLDL and 4-hydroxynonenal accelerated the production of MMP-1 with the preceding phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and PDGFR-beta;. Pretreatment with Ginkgolon-24 inhibited the production of MMP-1 and phosphorylation of ERK1/2 induced by oxLDL and 4-hydroxynonenal, but did not affect the production and phosphorylation induced by phorbol ester. Furthermore, Ginkgolon-24 prevented tyrosine phosphorylation of the receptor induced by oxLDL and 4-hydroxynonenal.Conclusion: These results suggest that Ginkgo Biloba extract suppresses the oxLDL- and 4-hydroxynonenal-induced production of MMP-1, probably through the inhibition of PDGFR-β activation in human coronary smooth muscle cells.

William Shakespeare's Cymbeline is presumed to have been written in about 1610. Like Shakespeare's other three romance plays, Cymbeline has some typical elements of contemporary romances. The main theme of the play is not only the adventure and the death of the main characters, but also the revival of patriarchal society as well as its disruption and the reunion of family and lovers after their parting.In this essay, the discussion focuses on Cymbeline, the king of Britain, and Posthumus Leonatus, husband of Princess Imogen, Cymbeline's only daughter. The emphasis is on the representations of the construction of their male subjectivity in the play in terms of their relationship with the female characters and politics. The women characters fulfill the important functions, influencing the construction of male subjectivity. The most remarkable aspect of the play is that in order to establish their sense of identity the male characters depend on their relationship with women. Through the examination of the representation of Cymbeline and Posthumus's subjectivity, this essay considers the significance of this play in the context of gender and politics.William ShakespeareのCymbelineは1610年頃に執筆されたと推定され、ほぼ同時期に描かれたPericles (1608), The Winter's Tale (1611), The Tempest (1611)と共に、一般にロマンス劇と呼ばれている。ロマンス劇の特徴は、暗くて悲劇的な雰囲気から始まるものの、時間の経過と共に、若い恋人たちの結婚、友人同士の和解、家族の再会やその絆によって喜劇的に解決されることだ。本論文ではブリテンの国王CymbelineとImogenの夫Posthumusに焦点を当て、本作品において男性の主体構築が女性登場人物との関係を通して果たされていることに注目したい。Shakespeare前期の作品において、異性との関係を通して自己を定義しようと試みる傾向は、多く女性登場人物に見られる特徴であった。しかしShakespeare後期の芝居になると、同様の傾向が男性登場人物たちに見られるようなる。本作品における男性の主体構築の表象に関する分析を通じて、本作におけるロマンス的な和解と再生が、むしろ女性登場人物を通じて果たされていることについて考察したい。

惑星の核を構成する物質の候補である鉄ニッケル硫化物の高圧物性の研究は重要である。我々は硫化物の高圧相,Ni3Sを発見した。その安定性と構造について放射光を用いたその場X線観察から調べた。その結果,Ni3SはFe3S相と同じFe3P型の構造をとることが分かった。Ni3S相の安定領域は6GPa以上で,それ以下の圧力ではNiとNi3S2相に分解する。また,700K以上の温度ではNiと液に分解溶融した。溶融温度は圧力とともに上昇し,その安定領域が広がっていくことが確認された。これらの結果からNi3SとFe3Sは完全な固溶体を形成し,NiがFe3S相に固溶することによりその安定領域だけでなく体積弾性率などの物性も変化していくことが予想される。

近年 Twitterの発展により正式な表記でないもの、いわゆる崩れた表記が増加した。崩れた表記には話者の感情等の情報が含まれており、正式な表記に直すとそれらの情報が失われると考えられる。本論文ではそのような情報を抽出の最初の段階として「おはよう」に注目し、崩された「おはよう」を抽出した。また、その崩された「おはよう」がどのようなルールにて正式な表記から崩れた表記に変化するかについて分析を行う。

Comic has, recently, been known as one of the most beloved entertainment and affective medium in the world. This paper describes about extraction of Kansei highlight from comic using social data. There seems to be Kansei highlight that most people approve in comic, because several related books where impressive scenes and captions for a comic are gathered are published. Through the experiments on impressions, we obtained social data for comics. We used the social data to extract Kansei highlight from comic. Through the three types of experiments, we confirmed that social data was available for extracting Kansei highlight from comic. Moreover, we designed the interface of social reading system for comic considering interaction on existing social service. We believe that the extraction of Kansei highlight from comic using social data increases attraction of digital comic.

本稿の目的は交渉が人類社会発展に果たしてきた役割を明らかにし、その歴史認識に立ってこれまでの交渉の定義を見直し、21世紀の社会が正しく発展していくための交渉のタイプを明示することにある。最初に、人類の発展は協力関係による分業の歴史であり、分業を成り立たせたることを可能にしたのは人類が営々と行ってきたコミュニケーションとしての交渉であることを論ずる。次に、その歴史的認識を踏まえこれまでの交渉についての定義である相互の妥協に基づく分配という定義ではなく、新しい定義として「交渉とは、複数の交渉当事者が共通目的を達成するために、コミュニケーションを通じて協力関係を構築し、協働によって価値を創造し双方の問題を解決することである。」とした。最後に倫理観と交渉者双方の交渉目的と利害の関係軸を使って5 つの交渉タイプに分類して今後のあるべき交渉タイプを模索した。結論として、社会の協力関係に基づく分業という観点に立ち返り、従来の交渉タイプである分配型交渉を利害交換型交渉へ、更には共利協働の理念に基づく問題解決型交渉及び最高レベルの交渉である価値創出型交渉に転換するべきであると論じる。
