<p>日本では2000年代から「移行の危機」にある若者が増加し, 危機の一面として, 社会関係資本の観点からの困難が指摘されてきた. しかし, 2000年代から始まった公的な若者支援は, その意義が強調される一方, これら社会的ネットワークをめぐる問題をいかに乗り越えるのか, その戦略は考察されていない. 本稿では, 地域若者サポートステーション事業を対象に, この論点を考察する.</p><p>本稿ではナン・リンの議論 (Lin 2001=2008) から, 社会関係資本の伝達基盤となる相互行為における①異質的相互行為へのアクセスの困難, ②同類的相互行為の道具的限界という潜在的困難を指摘し, 対処する戦略をみる. ①に関しては, 特にイギリスのコネクションズ・サービスではアウトリーチなどの手段を通じて低減が図られ, 日本でも部分的に実施された. しかし職員との相談 (第1 段階の異質的相互行為) を経ても, 進路決定に必要な次の異質的相互行為をためらう若者の存在が職員に認識され, 自らのもつ資源 (「強み」) の承認を相互に可能にする若者同士の人間関係を構築しうるプログラムが多く実施されるようになった. ②に関しては, 若者同士の人間関係を通じて承認を得た資源を基盤に, 従来の若者の考え方とは異なる視点から, 進路探索に必要な新たな異質的相互行為に役立つ資源を職員が提供する. 本稿では, この同類的相互行為と異質的相互行為が相互補完的な役割を果たす過程を示す.</p>

本稿では,我々が取り組んでいるポータブルな脳波実験系の構築について解説する.そのために,まず,可搬であり簡易に計測が可能なウェアラブル脳波計について紹介する.続いて,ウェアラブル脳波計を用いたポータブルな脳波実験系の例として,ワークロードを推定するための実験系について解説し,歩行中であってもワークロードに関連する脳活動を計測することが可能であることを示す.

ヒトや実験動物の行動・運動を研究する研究者にとって,モーションキャプチャーは最も基本的な計測ツールである.しかしながら,従来の光学式モーションキャプチャーには,マーカーの貼付やキャリブレーションの手間など,自動計測を行う上での難点があった.Microsoft社が2010年に家庭用ゲームデバイスとして発売したKinectは,その価格の安さと簡便さで,運動計測分野に革命をもたらした.本稿では,Kinectセンサーからの深度情報と画像処理を組み合わせて実験動物の行動推定を行った事例と,リハビリテーション分野を中心に骨格情報を用いた事例を,過去の文献からレビューするとともに,著者らが行ったこどもの静止立位動揺測定の事例を紹介する.

In order to elucidate the mechanism behind the decrease in the brittle-to-ductile transition (BDT) temperature with the addition of Ni, impact tests and tensile tests were performed at various test temperatures from 130K to 320K with Ni added ultra-low carbon steels. The dependence of absorbed impact energy on temperature and the Ni content indicates that the BDT temperature was decreased with the increasing Ni content, which suggests that the dislocation mobility at low temperatures was increased with the Ni content. The yield stress which is also influenced by the dislocation mobility was decreased at low temperatures while it was increased at room temperature with the Ni content. The values of the activation volume and the effective stress were measured at several temperatures, and then the dependence of the activation energy for dislocation gliding on Ni content was obtained by extrapolating the relation between temperature and the multiplication of the activation volume and the effective stress to 0K. The activation energy was found to decrease with the increasing Ni content, which suggests that the dislocation mobility was increased with the addition of Ni. Discrete dislocation dynamics simulation was also performed in order to calculate the dependence of fracture toughness on temperature and the Ni content, and it was clarified that the BDT temperature is decreased by increasing dislocation mobility.

[Purpose] This study was to evaluate the effects of orthotics on adults with flexible flatfoot when wearing orthotic insoles while walking on horizontal ground, walking up and down stairs and to determine if flexible flatfoot needs treatment. [Subjects and Methods] Fifteen college students with flexible flatfoot and fifteen college students with normal feet were recruited. First, load rate and contact area were measured by RSscan force plate when the subjects were walking on horizontal ground, walking up and down 10 cm and 20 cm stairs. Then the subjects with flexible flatfoot were instructed to wear orthotic insoles for 3 months, and plantar pressure was measured again. Finally, the data were subjected to repeated measures ANOVA. [Results] After treatment for 3 months, the plantar pressure of flatfoot was significantly improved. In addition, the data of the subjects with normal feet and flatfoot were significantly influenced by walking down 10 cm or 20 cm stairs. [Conclusion] Orthotic insoles could significantly improve the plantar pressure of flatfoot. Additionally, the arches of subjects with normal feet and flatfoot can be significantly deformed when walking down stairs. Therefore, it is essential for subjects with flexible flatfoot to wear orthotic insoles to avoid needless injury.

[Purpose] To provide data for systematic intervention plans in occupational therapy practice by objectivity showing the value of mirror therapy interventions in children with cerebral palsy. [Subjects and Methods] Medline and EMBASE databases were searched for the key words “cerebral palsy,” “mirror movement,” “mirror therapy,” and “mirror visual feedback.” Nine studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were identified. The qualitatively determined level of evidence, period of research, comparisons and interventions, tools used to measure the intervention, and the effects were analyzed. [Results] According to the results analyzed, one (1/9, 11.1%) study showed the same result as the control group, one (1/9, 11.1%) showed a negative effect, and seven (7/9, 77.8%) showed positive effects of mirror-mediated therapy, with meaningful improvement in function, such as hand strength, movement speed, muscle activity, and accuracy of hand matching. [Conclusion] Through this study, the value of mirror-mediated therapeutic interventions in occupational therapy practice targeting cerebral palsy was confirmed. It is expected that this result will be useful in establishing mirror therapy as an interventional program.

This paper analyzes frequency entrainment described by van der Pol and phase-locked loop (PLL) equations. The PLL equation represents the dynamics of a PLL circuit that appear in typical phase-locking phenomena. These two equations describe frequency entrainment by a periodic force. The entrainment originates from two different types of limit cycles: libration for the van der Pol equation and rotation for the PLL one. To explore the relationship between the geometry of limit cycles and the mechanism of entrainment, we investigate the entrainment using an energy balance relation. This relation is equivalent to the energy conservation law of dynamical systems with dissipation and input terms. We show response curves for the dc component, harmonic amplitude, phase difference, and energy supplied by a periodic force. The obtained curves indicate that the entrainments for the two equations have different features of supplied energy, and that the entrainment for the PLL equation possibly has the same mechanism as does the regulation of the phase difference for the van der Pol equation.

This paper is the third part of the historical study on the houses for employees of Japanese National Railways (JNR). In this paper, especially, the history about the employees' houses from 1906 to 1916 is clarified. The result can be summarized as follows :1.JNR's first standardization of the houses for employees was enacted in 1916. That is able to understand as is inevitable result of the establishment of "Railway Nationalization Act" (1906) and the reorganization of the organization following that law.2.In that standardization of the houses, the floor plannings of 26 divided into 8 grades were defined. And when those floor plannings are analyzed from a viewpoint of a grade, the undividable and precise relation between a job grade and a floor planning of houses is clarified.3.On the other hand, two or more types of floor planning were defined in the same grade in that standardization. That is able to be understood as characteristics against houses for government employees who work in other government offices. However, when the differences in each floor planning in the same grade are analyzed, it is clarified that the meanings of those differences are not necessarily clear.4.As a result, JNR's first standardization of the houses for employees is regarded as the early stage to completion of that.
