近時のジェンダー法学では,年少者の逸失利益に関する男女間格差について,憲法14条1項後段事由による性差別として,考慮されるべき問題であると考えられている。 とりわけ,平成13年の自賠法改正(平成14年4月施行)により法定されたと考えられる自賠責支払基準において,男女別「全年齢平均給与額」が算定のベースとされていることから,この支払基準の男女の差別的取扱いについて違憲性の疑いが生じていることになるように思われる。本稿では,女子年少者の逸失利益の算定に関する男女間格差の問題について検討し,その上で,自賠責支払基準における問題について考察を行う。

Interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs) are used for various applications and high efficiency control is required. Maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control is a method to control IPMSMs with high efficiency. However, since the motor parameters vary with magnetic saturation, MTPA control cannot be easily realized. Here in, we propose a fully online and automatic MTPA control method. To find the MTPA point while driving the motor, it is necessary to predict the entire flux linkage surface. Therefore, the flux linkage surface is approximated by a plane from the sensor information at a specific current condition that considers the effect of magnetic cross-saturation. MTPA control is achieved using the estimated flux linkage plane and the gradient ascent method. The simulation results reveal that the torque maximized in two search periods, which was completed in 0.06 s. The proposed method is effective for a wide current range.

With the spread of COVID-19, the risk of droplet infection has been studied through interdisciplinary research. However, there is little information on the spread of the pathogen through human contact behavior. In this paper, we focus on the home, which is the private space of people, and propose a model to visualize the risk of contact infection to a family when people return home by combining calculation of contact behavior after returning home and study of virus transfer efficiency. First, from the contact behavior data for the first 30 minutes after returning home, we calculated the probability of flow line, the distribution of the number of contacts, the probability of initial action and the probability of contact behavior transmission. Next, we obtained the transfer efficiency between the substrate representing the household goods surface and the model skin, and the rate of change of the viral transfer efficiency when people continuously contact the household goods surface. According to these probabilities, we reproduced the state in which the virus attached to the hand or household goods surface by probabilistically performing the agent’s movement and contact behavior after returning home. This result shows that when agents return home with viruses attached to their hands, the viruses are widely confirmed on household goods surfaces. Furthermore, by simulating the combination and timing of hygienic actions such as handwashing and disinfection, it was possible to visualize their effects on the risk of re-contact and care effects.

From the cuticular wax of the female German cockroach, Blattella germanica (L.), two components of sex pheromone responsible for male wing-raising were isolated as crystalline forms, and characterized as 3,11-dimethyl-2-nonacosanone (Compound A, Ia) and 29-hydroxy-3,11-dimethyl-2-nonacosanone (Compound B, Ib). Compound A and B independently elicits the wing-raising behavior, and Compound B is almost 10 times more active than Compound A. Both of synthetic compounds also exhibited the identical biological activity to those of natural ones, respectively. Besides Compound A and B, a minor component of the pheromone Compound C) was detected, and was identified as 29-oxo-3,11-dimethyl-2-nonacosanone (Ic). Of two asymmetric carbon atoms in Compound A, carbon-3 was concluded to be S-configuration. Several analogues of the pheromone were synthesized in order to figure out the effect of structural modification of the pheromone on the biological activity.

When assignment is determined only at a student’s hope for class assignment problem, it will be an accidental result if a solution has flexibility. Then, by adjusting the cost with the academic result, those who are excellent in results are assigned to the class which they wish more easily than those who are not. However, since a not suitable result is obtained by the bad adjustment of the cost, I make the comparative analysis of what kind of adjustment is good, and propose the way in which the preferential treatment goes well.

『春の雪』は決して勅許の禁制を破って破滅に至る情念に身を挺する青年の恋物語ではない。むしろ彼は恋人聡子が勅許によって王の圏域に取り込まれるのを待って、その肉体のみを所有しようとしている。その狡猾ともいえる侵犯の仕方は勅許の禁制を保存しようとしており、逆に聡子が皇族との結婚をも拒んで仏門に帰依する選択の方が、天皇の価値を相対化している。この世俗と超俗の間で反転しつづける運動性のなかに『春の雪』は成り立っている。
