天理教をめぐる従来の歴史的研究では、一八八七年に教祖の中山みきが"現身を隠す″と、親神への信仰によって結びつけられた共同体は合法的な宗教活動の道を探り、その過程で、国家権力への妥協・迎合が露骨に行われるようになったといわれてきた。こうした見方は一面では正しいが、国家協力の事例が強調される一方で、そうしたものの基盤となる、日常的な信仰の営みが見過ごされてきたのではないだろうか。本稿は、みきに代わって親神のことば=「おさしづ」を語り、信徒たちを指導した本席・飯降伊蔵を取り上げ、彼が「おさしづ」を語るにいたるプロセスを跡づけるとともに、信徒たちに注視される彼の心身や語りがどのように共同体を再構築し、信仰を再生産していったのかを明らかにする。伊蔵の「おさしづ」は、親神の意思として観念的に認められただけではなく伊蔵の身ぶりや声、病、語りのことば遣いなどが絶えずみきの記憶を喚起し、さらにそれらを変化させながら信徒たちの信仰を獲得していったのである。

Cedar pollen allergies are one of the severe health problems in Japan. Recently, it was reported that symptoms of pollen allergies are attenuated by the intake of functional foods. Euglena is a unicellular organism classified as algae, which is taking notice as a functional food. In this study, the effect of euglena on experimental pollen allergies in mice was investigated.  5 week-old BALB/c male mice were sensitized using Cry j1 by intraperitoneal injection and intranasal instillation. AIN-93M was fed to the negative control and positive control group, whereas euglena, paramylon, and amorphous paramylon were fed (2% in AIN-93M) to each diet group. We determined the incidence of nasal rubbing, liver weight, spleen weight, white blood cell counts, serum IgE and IFN-γ.  In the euglena diet group, the percentage of positive incidences of nasal rubbing mice decreased. It is suggested that euglena may attenuate symptoms of cedar pollen allergies.

By focusing on Uzo Nishiyama's exchange activities with China prior to 1972, this study reveals two things.1. Nishiyama, an architectural scholar influenced by Marxism, had his first opportunity to visit China in 1956, but was not realized because the government did not issue him a passport. However, in 1960, he could stay China for a month, inspecting new buildings and having a relationship with architects such as Liang Sicheng.2. After returning to Japan, Nishiyama published his experiences in many journals, and also established the Japan-China Center for Architectural Exchange, exchanging magazines and sending reporter to Beijing Conference.

本研究では、抽象的な概念である思考を具体化し整理することで深い学びを促す教材の開発を目指した。特に、生徒たちの思考という行為を学習を通して段階的に深められるものとして捉え、思考ツールなどによって段階的な思考を可視化ができる可能性に着目した。そして、段階的に階層化された思考を具体的に表現する一連の活動を学習の中で継続していくことで、学びを深めていく「ディープラーニング」を充実させることができると考え、その実現のための学習展開及び、学習教材の開発と研究に取り組んだ。既に、先行研究において意見や学習の成果を「思考ツール」によって可視化する事業実践を進めてきた。そこで、これまで活用していたイメージマップ、分解の木、ステップチャート、プラスマイナスシート、ピラミッドストラクチャーなどの「思考ツール」の機能を再検討して、利用する場面を模索した。また、利用する際には、得られた情報や結果の重みや順位、有用性の度合いの判断等の意識づけを通して階層化を明確にする授業展開を進め、階層的思考を可視化する手法と活動を定着させた。研究を進める過程で「ディープラーニング」と「深い学び」の概念を整理して明示することができた。また、継続的に階層化した思考の可視化に取り組むことで、生徒が思考に対する意味の理解をメタ認知的に把握する姿勢が見られるようになった。そして、思考の拡散、細分化、分類に取り組めるようになったことで、得られた成果を活用する姿勢も生徒に意識づけることができた。結果、生徒間で意見交流の活発化が見られた。これら教材活用の方略や実践の内容等の研究成果は、複数の学会で発表することで貴重な見識を賜る機会を得た。それらをまとめた成果や課題は研究紀要等で報告を行った。また、校内の研究会の機会を活用して教員間で情報共有を進め、次年度以降の様々な実践における素地として活用されるよう成果物のデータ化を進めた。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the way in which artificial reproductive technology (ART) has been accepted from the perspective of the "modern family" norm. It is no longer effective to measure the degree of acceptance of ART according to the distance from "natural reproduction". In some surveys, the acceptance of ART is based on "familyhood". In this paper, seven elements were drawn from the characteristics of the "modern family", and the degree of acceptance of ART was examined from its sufficiency with regard to these elements. The point of this acceptance lies in the difference between married couples and non-married couples. Two points have emerged as a result of this research. One is that the use of ART does not fundamentally conflict with the norm or idea of a husband-and-wife relationship. The other is that there is a conspicuous difference in the degree of acceptance of ART between married couples and non-married couples. In the latter case, this difference has already been pointed out. However, substitute pregnancy and other kinds of ART for non-married couples are fundamentally of the same type, from the perspective of the elements of the "modern family". From this point of view, every ART forms the subtype of the "modern family". Furthermore, from the mutual relation between elements, it is suggested that an infertile husband and wife probably accept the use of ART, since they believe that the "tie of blood" guarantees "bonds between parents and children by love". This is because the love norm requires the basis of a love relationship between parent and child to be "being a family" and the basis of "being a family" is attributed to the "real child principle" inherited from the Meiji Civil Code.

It was from the First Sino-Japanese war that a news photograh began to be taken in Japan. The soldier and citizen photographed the battlefront then. This study, I compared these War photographs which a person different in a situation and the nationality photographed each and inspected it. The photographs by the Sino-Japanese War brought new war expression in a picture and other sight media including the drawing. The photograph played an important role. Furthermore, not only the photographer considered it as a tool to record a photograph,but also found a new meaning. Other graphics did not have the look turned to the people who lived in the battle front.

免疫性血小板減少性紫斑病(ITP)はCOVID-19ワクチン接種の稀な合併症として報告されている.症例は50歳,女性.2回のCOVID-19ワクチン接種の2週間後に過多月経で近医を受診し,血小板減少を指摘され当院を紹介.血小板数1,000/μL,網状赤血球数は増加し,赤血球数は減少.骨髄検査では巨核球は軽度増加のみが指摘された.Helicobacter pylori感染を認めなかった.造影CTでは脾腫や側副血行路を認めなかった.ITPと診断しステロイド治療(デキサメサゾン大量療法40mg/dayおよびプレドニゾロン25mg/day)を実施したが,血小板数は2,000/μL,5,000/μLで効果が認められず,脾臓摘出の方針とした.術前にガンマグロブリン(20g/day 5日間)とトロンボポエチンが投与されたが血小板数が23,000/μLであったため,血小板輸血後に腹腔鏡下脾臓摘出術を実施し,術中・術後合併症なく経過した.術後2カ月で血小板数は75,000/μLで安定した.COVID-19ワクチン接種後のITPに対し,脾臓摘出術が有効であった1例を経験したので報告する.

This report tried to locate world food production in world history. The situation in which the food production found itself changed greatly in the 20th century. Food production in the world increased in the latter half of the 20th century. Not only grain production but also meat production increased. Industrially fixed nitrogen fertilizer contributed to this increase.The agricultural population has begun to decrease because it has come to be able to produce food easily. The agricultural population has decreased especially in the advanced countries. The ratio of the population of farmers in advanced countries has decreased to about 2%. Moreover, the proportion of agricultural production in the GDP has decreased, too.Grain prices have been sluggish in the past 20 years. They began to rise in 2006; however, they fell sharply in the autumn of 2008. This rapid change shows that the cause of this change came from the inflow of speculation money into the grain market.The price of cereals for the production of biomass energy is higher than that of oil. A subsidy is indispensable for biomass energy production. It is not easy to think that a large amount of ethanol is produced from grain. Only the production of the ethanol from sugarcane in Brazil will increase in the future.

Polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) water electrolysis has received significant attention as a suitable technology for hydrogen production because it can operate at a high current density, is compact, and can produce high purity hydrogen. However, this process involves high costs because precious metal catalysts are required to maintain high performance. To overcome this challenge and develop new materials to replace precious metals, the complex overlapping overpotentials must be considered separately. In a previous study, a structure that uses double reference electrodes by shifting the electrode arrangement was proposed for separating the overpotentials. This structure allows the electrolyte surface potential to be measured by a reference electrode far from the electrode by changing the potential distribution. However, the structure may cause a complicated three-dimensional potential distribution, which may adversely affects accurate measurement of the electrode potential. Therefore, the potential distribution was analyzed and evaluated using three-dimensional multiphysics simulations incorporating proton and electron conduction. As a result, a remarkable phenomenon called potential wraparound, which affects the distribution of electric potential, was observed. Furthermore, a significant finding was that this effect can be suppressed by changing the shape of the electrode.

CYP3A4, which contributes to the metabolism of more than 30% of clinically used drugs, exhibits high variation in its activity; therefore, predicting CYP3A4 activity before drug treatment is vital for determining the optimal dosage for each patient. We aimed to develop and validate an LC-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method that simultaneously measures the levels of CYP3A4 activity-related predictive biomarkers (6β-hydroxycortisol (6β-OHC), cortisol (C), 1β-hydroxydeoxycholic acid (1β-OHDCA), and deoxycholic acid (DCA)). Chromatographic separation was achieved using a YMC-Triart C18 column and a gradient flow of the mobile phase comprising deionized water/25% ammonia solution (100 : 0.1, v/v) and methanol/acetonitrile/25% ammonia solution (50 : 50 : 0.1, v/v/v). Selective reaction monitoring in the negative-ion mode was used for MS/MS, and run times of 33 min were used. All analytes showed high linearity in the range of 3–3000 ng/mL. Additionally, their concentrations in urine samples derived from volunteers were analyzed via treatment with deconjugation enzymes, ignoring inter-individual differences in the variation of other enzymatic activities. Our method satisfied the analytical validation criteria under clinical conditions. Moreover, the concentrations of each analyte were quantified within the range of calibration curves for all urine samples. The conjugated forms of each analyte were hydrolyzed to accurately examine CYP3A4 activity. Non-invasive urine sampling employed herein is an effective alternative to invasive plasma sampling. The analytically validated simultaneous quantification method developed in this study can be used to predict CYP3A4 activity in precision medicine and investigate the potential clinical applications of CYP3A4 biomarkers (6β-OHC/C and 1β-OHDCA/DCA ratios).

本研究ではASDのある子ども116名のWISC-IVのデータを収集し,従来のWISC-IVの4因子モデルとCHC理論に準拠した5因子モデルを想定した確認的因子分析を行い,その適合度及び下位検査構成を検証した。どのモデルも高い適合度を示したが,「結晶性能力」「視覚空間」「流動性推理」「短期記憶」「処理速度」で構成されるCHCモデルが最も当てはまりがよかった。下位検査構成では「行列推理」が「視覚空間」に負荷する結果となり,海外における因子分析の結果とは異なるものであったが,日本における先行研究と一致した。また,5つのCHCモデルによる合成得点を用いて,クラスター分析を行い5つのクラスターを抽出した。言語能力-視覚空間能力の優位性と処理速度の低さに特徴がある自閉性障害及びアスペルガー障害で従来から報告されてきたプロフィールが確認されたものの,「短期記憶」や「処理速度」に強みがあるクラスターも同定された。また,「視覚空間」と「流動性推理」の得点に乖離があるクラスターもあり,WISCモデルよりもCHCモデルでASDのある子どもの個人内差をより詳細に把握できることを示した。

Reportedly, antibiotics, which are frequently prescribed in children, have long-term effects owing to gut microbiota dysregulation. Tosufloxacin tosilate hydrate (TFLX) is the first orally administered new quinolone with high efficacy and broad-spectrum action approved as an antibacterial agent for pediatric use in Japan. However, studies on the effects of its early-stage administration are limited. Therefore, we aimed to analyze the later effects of its developmental administration by monitoring growth rate, neurobehavior, and gut microbiota in mice. The TFLX was administered via drinking water at a dose of up to 300 mg/kg for two consecutive weeks during the developmental period (4–6 weeks of age) or adulthood (8–10 weeks of age). Thereafter, the body weights of the mice were measured weekly to monitor growth rate. Behavioral tests were also conducted on 11–12-week-old mice to examine the neurobehavioral effects of the treatment. Further, to examine the effects of the treatment on microbiota, fecal samples were collected from the rectum of mice dissected at 12 weeks of age, and 16s rRNA analysis was conducted. Our results showed increased body weights after TFLX administration, without any long-term effects. Behavioral analysis suggested alterations in anxiety-like behaviors and memory recall dysregulation, and gut microbiota analysis revealed significant differences in bacterial composition. These findings indicated that TFLX administration during the developmental period affects mice growth rate, neurobehavior, and gut microbiota structure. This is the first study to report that TFLX is potentially associated with the risk of long effects.

Amphipathic peptides composed of cationic amino acids and hydrophobic amino acids have cell-penetrating ability and are often used as a delivery tool for membrane-impermeable compounds. Small interfering RNA (siRNAs) are one of the delivery targets for such cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs). Cationic CPPs can associate with anionic siRNAs by electrostatic interactions resulting in the formation of nano-sized complexes, which can deliver siRNAs intracellularly. CPPs containing unnatural amino acids offer promising tools to siRNA delivery. However, the detailed structure–activity relationship in siRNA delivery has been rarely studied. In the current study, we designed peptides containing dipropylglycine (Dpg) and explored the cellular uptake and cytotoxicity of peptide/siRNA complexes. The amphipathic structure of the peptides played a key role in complexation with siRNAs and intracellular siRNA delivery. In the amphipathic peptides, cellular uptake of siRNA increased with increasing peptide length, but cytotoxicity was reduced. A peptide containing four Dpg exhibited an effective gene-silencing effect with small amounts of peptides without cytotoxicity in medium containing serum. These findings will be helpful for the design of novel CPPs for siRNA delivery.
