マルクスは『経済学批判要綱』において資本主義的私的所有と無所有をテーマとして考察したとき,必ず歴史的なアプローチをとり,本源的所有(共同所有)の諸形態から資本主義的私的所有がいかに生成したかを貨幣章や資本章の各所で論じたが,それを系統的に論述することはなかった。そのためか,研究史でも本源的所有の解体過程ないし私的所有生成史は考察されることが少なく,マルクスの私的所有形態論は,『要綱』研究の欠落部分をなしている。本稿は,私的所有の生成に,共同体所有と対立した土地の私的所有と交換→商品生産→貨幣関係を媒介とする私的所有との2つの系統を区別し,それが相互作用を通じて貨幣資産を形成し,やがては資本主義的私的所有へと転化する過程に関するマルクスの把握を考察することによって,マルクスの私的所有形態論--私的所有生成史論--の整合的把握を試みた。

THIS PAPER ANALYZES THE IMPACT OF JR-HANWA RAILWAY'S STATIONS ON THE DIFFERENT LAND USE TYPES BY GIS (ARC/INFO). THE LAND USE DATA IN 1973 AND 1990 IS DIGTIZED FROM THE LAND USE SNAP OF SCALE 1:30000. IT IS CONCLUDED THAT THE 8 STATIONS HAVE A STRONG IMPACT ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF LAND USE. THE RANGE OF THE IMPACT IS 1100M FOR URBAN, RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND 300M FOR COMMERCIAL USE IN BOTH 1973 AND 1990. THE IMPACT AREA OF EACH STATION ON RESIDENTIAL USE RANGES FROM 500M TO 1400M IN 1990 DEPENDING ON THE TYPE AND LOCATION OF STATIONS. THE IMPACT IS ENFORCED DUE TO THE FORMATION OF THE GROUPING OF STATIONS DETERMINED BY THE DISTANCE AMONG THE STATIONS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE TYPE OF STATIONS AND ITS IMPACT AREA BY ANALYZING THE LAND USE DATA.

維吾尓語, 哈薩克語, 柯尓克孜語都属阿尓泰語系突厥語族。為了比較它們的導同, 并从中帰納出語音対座規律。我們編了這《維吾尓語, 哈薩克語, 柯尓克孜語詞匯》。 本《詞匯》从常用詞中選了562個, 皆以国隊音標標音。為了排印方便, 我初使用a代表 [a], 使用〓代表接近于后元音, 次高元音, 展唇元音 [Y] 的那个元音音貭。柯語中的長元音用単元音后加 [:] 表示。<br>為了便于査找,《詞匯》后面附着日語索引。

Fair trade has been divided into two types; the partnership-type and the certification-type. The purpose of this article is to clarify the fundamental turning point between the two by means of an analysis of the &ldquo;Certified Label Controversy.&rdquo; This controversy has been understood as a conflict between &ldquo;qualitative deepening&rdquo; and &ldquo;quantitative expansion,&rdquo; but this interpretation cannot explain the core of the problem. This article, therefore, presents an alternative interpretation. Here, the point at issue is whether or not commercialism and social justice are compatible. This means that the controversy includes the argument over &ldquo;the formation of orders.&rdquo; In short, this watershed for fair trade arises from a difference of view on the relation between &ldquo;being free&rdquo; and &ldquo;a regard for society.&rdquo;

パソコンを中心にして、3DCGアニメーションが民生用途へ広がりをみせている。一方で、コンピュータ音楽の標準規格としてMIDIサウンドが定着しつつある。このような背景から、3DCGとMIDIとの融合が今後加速であろうと予想する。そこで、本書は3DCG通信カラオケをターゲットに、以下の項目について報告する。(1)MIDIサウンドと3DCGアニメーションとの同期方式:MDIと3DCGとの1拍単位の同期により、同期遅延を軽減する。(2)3DCG力ラオケコンテンツ制作環境:CGデータの部品化により、制作期間を短縮する。(3)3DCGカラオケコンテンツデータ配信方式:(2)を利用してデータ転送量を限定し、転送時間を短縮する。(4)弊社のM2システムでのプロトタイプ開発。By using Personal Computer(PC), applicable usage of 3DCG-animation has been large. On the other hand, MIDI-based sounds is formalized as standard of computer music. We expect that combining MIDI and 3DCG has been one of important topics. In this paper, we report the following issues; (1)CG-animation synchronized with MIDI-based sounds. By synchronization with MIDI-based shounds on each tempo, CG-animation can recover from AV inconsistency caused by dynamic change of tempo. (2)Authoring environments for 3DCG KARAOKE software contents. By making motions parts that is reusable for multiple contents, the average time of authoring for single 3DCG KARAOKE software content is reduced. (3)Delivery methodology for 3DCG software contents via networks. By using advantage of (2), the amount of transferred data via networks is restricted. As a result, transfer time is decreased. (4)Prototype development of "Server-Based KARAOKE Player" on M2 system produced by our company.

本稿は、東京都町田市の横浜線旧原町田駅周辺の中心市街地で、行われた市街地再開発事業等のケーススタデイを通じ、その再開発構想・計画及びその実施過程をあとづけ、これらを規定した諸条件を明らかにしようと試みたものである。特に、この事業を通じ実現された諸権利・諸利益の空間的再編成の意義を考察することにより、商業・業務及び公共スペースの空間的な構成の特徴点を明らかにする。また、事業権利者及び関係者の当該再開発事業に対する立場、果たした役割等を市長との関係を中心に再構成しこれを位置づけ、その分析・評価を試みる。これらにより、この再開発をめぐる政治過程を再構成しつつ、横浜線及び小田急線の両駅の統合、商業中核の形成及びタウンセンターの整備といった事業計画との関連において、市街地再開発の意義を考察し、町田市の繁栄の要因を解明したものである。In this paper, the authors describe the conception, planning and implementation of the urban redevelopment project, and specify the conditions that shaped these processes. The description involves case studies of this project and related ones in the central business district of Machida City. Machida, a thriving commercial district, is one of Tokyo's suburban cities(became a city in 1958), and has a population of about 360 thousand. This redevelopment project involved the moving of Haramachida Station (JR Yokohama Line) closer to Machida Station (Odakyu Line). The two stations were 650 meters apart, creating great inconvenience for people wishing to transfer from one line to the other. Shops around Haramachida Station strongly opposed the plan. This opposition developed into a major battle between local stores, politicians and big businesses wanting to establish department stores and other large commercial facilities. The authors place particular emphasis on clarifying the characteristics of the spatial arrangement of commercial and public spaces, by analyzing the meaning of spatial rearrangement of rights and interests created through the development projects. The authors also analyze and evaluate the positions and roles of titleholders and other interested parties by focusing on their relationship with the city mayor. To show clear reasons for the prosperity in Machida City, the authors attempt to describe the political process of the redevelopment, the meaning of urban redevelopment in relation to the redevelopment plans, the formation of ac ore commercial district, and the improvement of the town center.

The present paper focuses attention on an influence of Darwinism as seen in the discourse of Felix Holt, the Radical. True George Eliot's early and middle-period novels show signs of a vision of Natural History with its emphasis on scientific observation of the natural world. But as the impact of The Origin of Species (1859) sent a shock wave among the intellectual circle across Europe, she became growingly aware of its farreaching implications. Inevitably Eliot's novelistic discourse has become permeatedwith the evolutionary outlook and terminology. Felix Holt marks a turning point in thesense that it is structurally conceived by the method of experimental science, and isclothed in its phraseology. We see how the writer's moral and religious vision finds itselfsubtly reconciled with scientific world view.
