The Crout variant of ILU preconditioner devised recently has been to have some advan-tages over conventional row-based ILU preconditioner. One of advantages is to be able to adopt a dropping strategy for estimating column norm of inverse <i>U</i><sup>−1</sup>. This paper shows how to extend this inverse-based dropping strategy to solve a linear system of equations with symmetric positive definite matrix. Furthermore this paper reveals significant characteristics of inverse-based dropping strategy through numerical experi-ments.<br>

悪徳商法における強制的な説得・承諾のプロセスを,より詳細に検討するために,本研究では,被害者に対するインタビュー調査をおこなった.そして,説得の開始から承諾にいたるプロセスを,TEMを用いることで,詳細に記述・分析を行った.調査対象者は20代女性3名であり,彼女らはエステ・補正下着の強制的な勧誘を受けていた.TEMの分析によって,エステ・補正下着の勧誘のプロセスは,「来店」「勧誘」という必須通過点(OPP)を経て,「契約する」という等至点(EFP)に至ることが示された.そこでは,「友人の勧め」「無料体験」「脅し・強い勧誘」などの圧力が働いていることも示された.

Arbuscular菌根菌をインゲンマメ栽培に利用するため, 品種「どじょう」と「セリーナ」を用いて, 土壌中の有効態リン含有量(ブレイ第2法にて測定)と菌根菌の関係ならびにインゲンマメの生育に対する菌株間の比較をおこなった. 得られた結果は, 以下の通りである. 播種時の有効態リン含有量が2.5 mg/100gになるとArbuscuIar菌根菌の感染が抑制され, 4.1 mg/100gではArbuscular菌根菌を接種してもインゲンマメの生育はあまりかわらなかった. このことから黒ボク土壌でインゲンマメ栽培にArbuscular菌根菌を利用するには, 播種時の有効態リン含有量が, 4.1 mg/100g以下であることが必要と思われた. 2種類のArbuscular菌根菌をインゲンマメに接種したところ, Gigaspora margarita, Glomus sp. (y) ともに接種胞子数が多くなるほどインゲンマメの生育はよくなかった. しかし, Gigaspora margarita と Glomus sp.(y)では, Glomus sp.(y) のほうが生育初期における感染率が高く, インゲンマメの生育もよかった. このことから, インゲンマメには Gigaspora margarita より Glomus sp.(y) のほうが, より有効な菌と思われた.

When Genetic Algorithms (GAs) are applied to optimization problems, characteristic preserving in designing coding/crossover and diversity maintaining in designing generation alternation are important. Generation alternation models are independent of problems, while coding/crossover depends on problems. We discuss generation alternation models in this paper. Simple GA is one of the well-known generation alternation models, however it has two problems. One is early convergence in the first stage of search and the other is evolutionary stagnation in the last stage of it. Many improvements and new models have been presented to overcome the above problems. In this paper, we propose a new generation alternation model called minimal generation gap (MGG) which has all advantages of conventional models. As generation alternation models use only information of fitness, alternation of generations can be regarded as a transformation of fitness distributions. We propose a new method of assessing generation alternation models. We measure the ability of avoiding the early convergence and suppressing the evolutionary stagnation by the dynamics of the best value and variance of fitness distributions. From the results of some experiments, we found that MGG is the most desirable model which can avoid the early convergence and suppress the evolutionary stagnation. We also show the efficiency of MGG by applying it to benchmarks in different two domains: function optimization and traveling salesman problems. In the both domains, MGG showed higher performance than the other conventional models especially under small population size.

Les Institutions chimiques de Rousseau, écrit dans sa jeunesse, qui n'était pas publié lors de la rédaction, se fait remarquer récemment après le long oubli. Selon Bruno Bernardi, les notions chimiques dans les Institutions chimiques, réapparaissent en tant que termes importants de sciences politiques dans ses écrits de la philosophie politique tel que Du Contrat social : ces termes nous indiquent le développement de notion métaphorique qui est propre au « corps politique ». Ici, nous allons traiter un terme « rapport », terme transversal, au moins, entre la philosophie politique et la chimie pour montrer une transversalité du terme et de la notion entre deux domaines. La notion chimique de « rapport » à l'époque de Rousseau voulait dire surtout une «affinité» entre les substances. Mais ce mot « rapport » au sens de l'affinité ne désignait pas les phénomènes précis chimiques, plutôt utilisé dans le sens vague. Car, à cette époque on ne trouvait pas encore tous les « rapports » chimiques qu'il peut y avoir, et on ne comprenait pas la vraie théorie chimique. Le mot même de « rapport » est tellement polysémique qu'il y avait une nécessité de l'utiliser pour dire sur la chimie, le dit-il Rousseau. Or, l'affinité=rapport symbolisait le paradigme scientifique (au sens de Thomas Kuhn) de l'époque « chimie-centrique » du 18e siècle où la théorie de gravité universelle de Newton était expliquée comme un phénomène d'affinité chimique, un tel Goethe écrivait un roman intitulé Les Affinités électives (Die Wahlverwandtschaften) Même longtemps après la rédaction des nstitutions chimiques, le sens du « rapport=affinité » chimique ne reste-il pas dans des autres écrits postérieurs de Rousseau tels que Emile, Du contrat social, La Nouvelle Héloïse, ou d'autres. Par exemple, les « vrais rapports de choses », expressions répétées dans Emile, ou bien le rapport des personnes et de l'amour qui n'est que le thème de la Nouvelle Héloïse, tous cela n'a pas seulement un sens de « relation » plutôt statique, mais aussi un sens chimique, sens dynamique. Dans Du Contrat social (manuscrit Genève), le mot « rapport » veux dire proportion ou relation, non pas le sens chimique. Le sens politique de « rapport » n'est pas utilisé comme quelque chose de nouveau mixte mais plutôt comme quelque chose d'instable. Au lieu de ce « rapport » au sens politique, Rousseau a recours à un autre terme comme celui de « liaison » qui est toujours dans le vocabulaire chimique.

This paper describes an improvement scheme of in-house meetings based on ethnography. The scheme including fieldwork and participatory design, had been applied to ten or more cases of three major meeting-types. This paper shows a fieldwork-process of Kaizen-meetings in a software development division as one sample. After observation and analysis of this case, major four points for improvement had been obtained and some of those points had been adopted as hints for improvement of meeting process.

現在,わが国の地方教育行政は,政治的中立性と継続性・安定性を確保して地域住民の意向を反映するために,地方公共団体の長から独立した合議制の執行機関である教育委員会により行われている.第二次世界大戦の終戦後に設置されたこの制度は,60年を経過して時代の進展と社会の変化から多くの課題を生み,その制度の在り方について様々な指摘を受けている.戦後の地方教育行政の組織について,設置当時の時代背景や経緯を昨日の出来事のように生々しく語られた「木田宏先生のオーラルヒストリー」から,地方教育行政の今日的課題に対する方策と,教育委員会制度の在り方を考える貴重な資料を,教育行政実践者の立場から提示する.

本研究の目的は,月経用布ナプキンの反復使用が,女子学生の不定愁訴に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである.布ナプキンの使用経験が無い19〜22歳の女子学生32名を対象に,平成19年1月〜7月の間布ナプキンを使用してもらい,介入前から終了まで2ヵ月毎に自記式アンケート(月経の経験,不定愁訴(MDQ・VAS),月経観,自尊感情,性の受容,ライフスタイル)を実施し,月経毎に月経記録,介入終了後にインタビューを実施した.分析方法は,不定愁訴の関連要因を重回帰分析で,介入前の状態を基準値とし,その後2ヵ月毎の不定愁訴・関連要因の変化,並びに不定愁訴改善群・非改善群の変化をt検定で分析した.介入前の不定愁訴に影響を及ぼす要因は性の受容,肯定的月経観であった.介入後の変化を見ると,布ナプキン使用2ヵ月後に月経観,4ヵ月後に月経痛,6ヵ月後に不定愁訴,自尊感情及び性の受容が改善した.最初に変化した月経観の詳細変化では,「厄介」「自然」「衰弱」という順で有意な改善を示した.この変化と記録・インタビューの時系列変化から,布の感触とナプキン洗濯時の月経血の観察が月経観を「厄介」から「自然」に変化させ,それが不定愁訴,関連要因の改善につながっていた.不定愁訴改善群と非改善群を比較すると,介入前のMDQ改善群は月経時の「痛み」「行動変化」,VAS改善群は月経前から続く「痛み」「負の感情」がより強いという特徴が見られた.以上より,布ナプキン使用は月経周辺期の不定愁訴の改善に有効で,使用を継続することで自尊感情や性の受容の改善にも役立つことが明らかとなった.また,不定愁訴改善群と非改善群の比較から,布ナプキン使用が有効に作用する対象は月経周辺期の痛み,負の感情,行動制限が強い人であった.

江戸時代に「琉球」を意識する機会は限られた。生涯に二度か三度の好機に、庶民は琉球国使節の行列を見物し、噂し、琉球物刊行物を買い求めた。文人・識者たちは深い知識を求めて情報を交換し、著作を残し、これは近代の「沖縄観」に連続する。ハワイ大学宝玲文庫(約二〇〇〇冊)には、「琉球の世界」が蔵書の形で残されている。史料の存在そのものが、琉球への関心、琉球への認識の深さ、関わった人たちの相互の関係を教えている。
