<p> 「ねこちゃん体操」を始めとする山内実践に学びつつ、児童の認識内容を深めることが技能獲得へつながると考えて実践してきた。しかし、筆者の学級ではうまくいかないことが多かった。そこで、体の外側への働きかけと同時に体の操作を大切にすることで、みんなが共有できる内容が広がり、技能獲得につながるのではないかと考えた。かかえ込み跳びの技能獲得を目指し、「マット跳び越し」を教材にした。その理由は、マット跳び越しは跳び箱から落ちるなどの恐怖心を避けることができ、マット上で起きている体の操作に学習を焦点化しやすいと考えたからである。この学習を通して、クラス全員がかかえ込み跳びを跳べるようになった。グループ内異質集団での対話を通して浮かび上がった技能獲得と認識内容の関係性を整理したので報告する。また、技能獲得では「トン・キュッ・ポン・ピン」などの合言葉で、「踏切・体を固めること・着手・着地」の一連の動作を表した。児童一人ひとりの体の使い方はそれぞれであるが、グループ毎の合言葉が生まれ、合言葉を中心に学習を進めることで、かかえ込み跳びのリズム感覚が養われ、技能獲得につながったように思える。</p>

<p>国内政治面では,大統領選挙でプーチン氏が再選され,2024年までの通算4期目の任期に入った。</p><p>経済面では,原油価格の上昇により1%台ながらもプラス成長が継続し,連邦政府の財政も収入の増加と支出の抑制方針により黒字に転じた。</p><p>対外関係では,アメリカなど西側諸国による経済制裁が強化された一方で,ドイツやフランスとの経済関係やトルコとの経済・軍事関係を強化するなどによってそれに対抗している。日本との関係では,首脳会談が4回開催され,9月にプーチン大統領が平和条約の年内締結を唐突に提案するなどの動きがあった。中国との関係では,首脳の往来や合同軍事演習,北朝鮮核問題での共同歩調などで引き続き関係の強化がみられる。朝鮮半島との関係では,金永南最高人民会議常任委員長が来訪し,マトヴィエンコ上院議長が北朝鮮を訪問するなど,韓国の文在寅大統領のロシア訪問とあわせて,朝鮮半島情勢への積極的な関与がみられる。東南アジア諸国との関係では,主に安全保障面での関係強化がみられた。南アジア諸国との関係では,インドとパキスタンの両国とそれぞれ軍事演習を行い,アフガニスタン和平会議を主催するなど,積極的な政策が展開されている。</p>

個人行動データを用いて各個人がビル内の食堂を利用するかどうかを推定するモデルを作成し、それを食堂食事数予測問題へ適用したときの効果を分析した。従来は、個人行動データを用いず、機械学習の一つであるランダムフォレストにより食堂利用率を推定するモデルを作成し、その結果とビル在館者数から食堂食事数を予測していた。従来手法で食堂食事数を予測した場合の予測誤差は約47食であるのに対し、個人行動モデルを適用した場合は約44食となり、従来手法を若干上回る結果が得られた。

Kuchma's &ldquo;cassette tape scandal&rdquo; in 2000-2001 exemplified the patrimonial phenomena that has become prevalent in post-communist Ukrainian politics. However, this patrimonial tendency has not been combined with classic authoritarianism but machine politics (or &lsquo;caciquismo&rsquo;), in which election votes play a decisive role in intra-elite struggles for power. As a rule, caciquismo is based on independent meso-elites which function as mobilizers of votes and also as political brokers between localities and the center. Ukraine is not an exception, although in this country the meso-elites independence is masked by a constitutional unitarism and an appointment system of regional and &lsquo;raion&rsquo; chief executives. Therefore, we need to pay attention to patrimony building at the regional level, which provides a social basis for strong regional electoral machines. <BR>I sampled four regions which contributed to Kuchma's victory in the 1999 presidential elections : Odesa, Transcarpathia, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk. Remarkably, despite previously sympathizing with the opposition, the electorate in these regions changed their political inclinations in the few years leading up to the 1999 elections. Along with the common tendency of electoral machines being based on the regional patrimony, a contrast was found with the extent to which this machine/patrimony had been legalized. This is the problem of regional party building. The development of a regional party system is determined by two factors :(1) intra-elite competition and,(2) interactions between party system levels. Regarding the latter, if infra-regional issues are converted into national political issues in a region, we can say that the interactions between party system levels have been activated. In 1994-98, Odesa Region experienced harsh infra-elite competition between its governor and Odesa mayor, but even in 1998 this conflict remained infra-regional (Kyiv only intervened sporadically). Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk politics were forcibly nationalized in 1996 and after 1997 respectively, since the top leaders of these regions became rivals for Kyiv politicians (Donetsk governor Shcherban versus the then prime minister Lazarenko ; and the Dnipropetrovsk Soviet chair Lazarenko versus President Kuchma). Nevertheless, Kyiv could not divide these regions' elites. In Transcarpathia conflicts between the governor and the mayor of the regional capital Uzhhorod became nationalized in 1997-98 because the governor allied with the Medvedchuk faction of the Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (United), a typical legalized clan organization from Kyiv. In other words, only in Transcarpathia were the two conditions fully met and thus a formal party system was able to develop.

2014年2月のロシアによるクリミア半島制圧およびその後のウクライナ東部の一連の情勢に見られるように、1989年の「冷戦」終結以降、旧社会主義圏は一段と混迷を深めている。本稿では、ネーションをめぐる諸力が国家の枠組みを超えて錯綜するこの圏域にいかにアプローチするかという問題意識の下、「ポスト社会主義の優等生」と目され、西側諸国が先導するネオリベラリズム路線を着実に歩んでいるかに見えるチェコ共和国において、「ポスト社会主義」と括られる新しい時間・空間が実際にはどのように生成され、生きられているのか、その一端に迫る。具体的には、1989年の体制転換から二十余年が経過した2010年5月8日にプラハ郊外ヴィートコフの丘で催された第二次世界大戦戦勝65周年を祝う国家式典において、相反する二つの「時代」を背負った無名戦士の遺灰がヤン・ジシュカの騎馬像下部の霊廟内に並置された出来事を題材に、この出来事に、葬り去ったはずの「歴史」の痕跡を見出すことで、チェコ史における様々な「時代」、様々な文脈、様々な対立軸を組み直しながら進展する「歴史」をめぐる闘争が、二つの遺灰を基点に焦点化され、組織化されるさまを素描する。

本稿は,インド北部における大手養鶏企業の進出にともない,ブロイラー養鶏がどのように受容されたのかを検討した。インド北部はもともと養鶏業に不向きな諸条件を有する地域であり,南部に比べてアグリビジネスの進出が遅れてきた。しかし2000年代以降,インド北部に大手養鶏企業が進出し,改良品種や契約取引を普及させたことで,ブロイラー養鶏の産地化が進んだ。ハリヤーナー州における調査の結果,総じて社会階層が高く土地所有規模の大きな農家層にブロイラー養鶏が受容されたことが判明した。これは,ブロイラー養鶏に多額の鶏舎建設費と一定の鶏舎用地が必要なことによる。これらの農家がブロイラー養鶏の経営を維持できたのは,①改良品種の導入,②直接取引・契約取引へのシフト,③飼養労働者の雇用によって,インド北部の養鶏業に不向きな諸条件を克服できたためと考えられる。このうち,農家による改良品種の導入に寄与したのが,大手養鶏企業に系列化された個人経営の孵卵業者であり,この点は企業が産地化に主導的な役割を果たすインド南部と状況が異なる。しかし一方で,大手養鶏企業は若年農家層を中心に契約取引を進めるなど,インド南部と同様の産地化もみられる。すなわちハリヤーナー州では,大手養鶏企業がインド北部の養鶏経営に適応した系列化と,南部で進めてきた契約取引を組み合わせることで産地化を進め,それがブロイラー養鶏の受容に寄与したといえる。

The purpose of this study is to clarify how Shimane Prefecture gained approval to pass the "Takeshima Day"ordinance after having formed sister government ties and making an extensive effort to develop friendly relations with North Gyeongsang Province. Shimane Prefecture had a sense of crisis when the South Korean Government claimed effective control of Takeshima Island, and demanded that the Japanese Government would tackle the Takeshima issue as a national movement. Shimane Prefecture urged the Japanese Government to establish "Takeshima Day" as well as "Northern Territories Day," and did not have an intention to do so, initially. As a result, Shimane Prefecture enacted the ordinance in 2005. However, it was not endorsed by the Japanese Government. Then Japan- South Korea relations deteriorated, and eventually local interaction with North Gyeongsang Province was suspended due to the establishment of the ordinance.Shimane Prefecture and North Gyeongsang Province shared a recognition that the territorial dispute shouldbe solved diplomatically by the two nations. Therefore, Shimane Prefecture thought the territorial dispute and local interaction were different matters. However, North Gyeongsang Province considered that Shimane Prefecture had become involved in the territorial dispute.

The united nations was associated after the Asia-Pacific war ended. In spite that, in almost all areas in Asia and Africa, then the nations started their wars seeking for national independence one after another. Isn't that matter strange and contradiction? We must double check our current history. Then we find a historical fact that such kind of new war first occurred successfully by receiving a congratulatory telegram by the Pope, during war time, to the Americans domain Philippines in January 1944.

We are currently making the textbook for the pronunciation of Japanese. The textbook contains a list of words that many learners have problems with pronunciation. The voice of learners reading the list was recorded, and then the learners judged their pronunciation by themselves. The result shows that the judgment by some of the learners corresponded to that of the teachers, and the learners are conscious of their pronunciation problems.
