青森県津軽地方の発達障害にかかわる人々の間には、「自閉症は方言(つがる弁)をしゃべらない」との噂が存在する。本研究では、青森県および秋田県県北地区で発達障害にかかわる教員に対して、自閉症・アスペルガー症候群(ASD)、知的障害(ID)、定型発達児(TD)の方言使用についてアンケート調査を行った。青森県では、噂の既知未知と噂の肯定否定についても調査した。さらに、青森県のある特別支援学校(知的障害)の教員に、担当する児童生徒ごとに44語のつがる弁と対応する共通語、訛りについて評定を求めた。結果は、次のことを示した。1)青森秋田ともに、ASDは、IDおよびTDに比べて方言使用が少ない、2)青森では回答者の36%が噂を知っており、52%がこの噂を肯定した、3)ASDと知的障害の方言使用の差は、発音、イントネーション、および終助詞によるとされた、4)特別支援学校のASDの児童生徒は、つがる弁語彙および訛りの使用が少ないと判断された。

According to the fundamental assumption of the picturesque aesthetics, the "painter's eye" or "picturesque eye, " the eye conversant with painting, is privileged to discover "the picturesque" hidden from the common eyes. This is done (often with the assistance of imagination) by abstracting the purely visual qualities of objects and disregarding their utilitarian, moral or emotional contents. "The picturesque" is characterised by irregular movement (Salvatoresque "roughness, " etc.), which corresponds to high valuation of sketchy and free execution as an indispensable element of painting, and in a wider context, to a change in the idea of nature. The "painter's eye, " however, discovers this irregularity only through the medium of painting, a fixed frame-work. Hence, contradictorily, "the picturesque" requires compositional unity (Claudesque "harmony, " etc.). The abstractedness of "the picturesque" enables the "painter's eye" to regard whatever object in the world as possible source of new aesthetic pleasure. But this "discovery of nature" also is occasioned by conforming to the established standard of painting. Because of such circularity and conventionality, the picturesque aesthetics has been criticised since Romanticism. Nevertheless, these aestheticians themselves found the tradition of painting not so much an unassailable authority as an endless succession of exeperiments towards better ways of seeing nature.

1888年度から2003年度における香川県の行財政の歴史は『香川県財政の百年の歩み』(2006年、香川県)(非売品)として出版した。しかし、市町村の行財政の歩みは課題として残された。そのような課題のうち、資料が少なく、しかも散逸の可能性が高い戦前の香川県下の市町村の行財政の歩みは早急にまとめる必要がある。そこで、先年、その手始めに「1880年代の香川県における町村財政の実態」と題した小稿(『尾道大学経済情報論集』第4巻第1号、2004年6月)を発表して第3次の香川県が成立する以前の明治10年代における町村財政について概観した。小稿は、その後の時代、特に明治期おける市町村の行財政を取り上げる。(1)においては明治期の県下の市町村の行財政を教育費まで概観し、続編においては、(b)衛生費、(2)歳入、(3)税収入、そして、富田村と松尾村の未刊行の資料を使って両村の明治期の行財政を解明する予定である。

現在、アユモドキLeptobotia curtaの天然個体群は岡山県の二カ所と京都府の亀岡のみにしかなく、日本の淡水魚で最も絶滅の危険性が高い種の一つとされる。本種は、水田に取水するために灌漑用ゴム布引製起伏堰が稼働した後に、水位の急激な上昇で水没する陸生植物の繁茂した堰上流部のうち、緩傾斜が続く泥底止水城浅所のごく狭い範囲に産卵する。しかも、産卵日は水位の上昇が止まった直後の一日から二日間のみという集中的な産卵習性を持つ。仔魚には3-4週間浮遊しながらミジンコ類を専食するための安定した一時的水域が必要である。一方、稚魚から成魚の環境要求性は狭くない。従って、本種の存続はひとえに産卵場と仔魚の育成場所の存在にかかっている。このような場所はモンスーン地域の雨季に、河川水位の急激な上昇で水没する氾濫原や河跡湖の岸辺といった、水田生態系が作出される以前の始源的状態を保持しているといえる。現在、この条件を満たす箇所は用排兼用型灌漑のもとに在来水田農業が営まれる、用水路に続く遊水地や灌漑堰のある河川支流にごく僅かに残されているにすぎない。そして、このような場所は水田農地・河川改修で最初に消失する部分である。アユモドキのような在来水田農業に依存した生物を存続させるには、水田周辺の用排水路・小溝・河川支流等といった場所に残存するモンスーン気候遣存環境の維持と再創出を強く目指さなければならない。

α-オキシ-β-メチルアミノ-P-オキシエチルベンゼンをばれいしょから分離したチロジナーゼで酸化すると,アドレノクロムが生成することを認めた。またその酸素吸収過程を測定した結果,時間とともに直線的に3原子の酸素を吸収することがわかった。ゆえにこの場合は,チロジンのチロジナーゼによる酸化と同様な機構で反応が進むと結論した。

研究論文:自由論題本研究は政治報道における「戦略型フレーム」の増加が人々の政治不信を強めることを明らかにしようと試みた。戦略型フレームとは、政治家個人の利害や選挙対策に焦点を当てたシニカルな報道傾向である。分析の結果、政治報道の焦点は、一般政策や政治的争点から個人の政治家に移っており、戦略型フレームの増加が人々の政治不信の増大をもたらしている可能性が示唆された。 This paper aims to analyze the increasing use of strategic news frame in political news coverage. The "strategic news frame" refers to the cynical trend in news reports focusing on the personal interest of politicians and their campaign strategies rather than the policy of their parties. By applying the tools of content analysis - focus, tone, and content - the increase in the strategic frame of political news coverage by the Asahi Shimbun and the Yomiuri Shimbun is analyzed. The result of the analysis was that from 1980 to 2000 the focus in political news coverage shifted from general policies and agenda to the politicians and an increasing trend in strategic news frames could be noted. These two characteristics are seen as the cause of the raise in political cynicism of the general public in Japan.

This article presents an analytic sketch of the Hattori Group's thoughts and behavior in 1947&ndash;1952. This group, headed by ex-Colonel of Imperial Japanese Army HATTORI Takushiro, consisted of ex-members of General Staff of Imperial Japanese Army, and it sought for Japan's rearmament and its military independence from U. S. strategic influence. The group, after its establishment in 1947, intended to realize a Japanese rearmament, following the successful model of German Army's rearmament in the 1920s and 1930s. Its members admired Generals Hans von Seeckt and Paul von Hindenburg as spiritual mentors. In spite of the outbreak of the Cold War, the group never changed its original nature of Prussian-style staff officers, characterized by conviction of military rule over politics, militaristic mind, and pride of staff officers. The group vigorously waged lobbying activities for its future enrollment in a new Japanese Army and a reintroduction of prewarstyle military and governmental systems. Moreover, this group intended to revive prewar army dominance in politics, and, if possible, it desired to regain prewar continental resources and interests in Korea and China.<br>Despite the Hattori Group's posture of aiming at Japanese military autonomy from the U. S. auspice, it had been financially and politically dependent on Major General Charles Willoughby, Chief of G-2 (Intelligence), GHQ, the Far East Command. It was the most significant discrepancy, though the group members persuaded themselves that they simply used his support as a temporary measure. Since Willoughby's influence inside GHQ was gradually waning away, even more so after the dismissal of General Douglas MacArthur, Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers, the group had to find another political patron. On the one hand, the group developed its political tie with ex-General SHIMOMURA Sadamu, who was once Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru's military adviser. On the other hand, it endeavored to win a support from HATOYAMA Ichiro.<br>Prime Minister Yoshida, however, denied the Hattori Group's participation in Japanese National Police Reserve, forerunner of Ground Self-Defense Force, Japan. The group continued to advocate the reintroduction of Prussian-style professional army. This vision, no doubt, contradicted Yoshida's vision of founding an Anglo-American style democratic army in Japan. Before Yoshida's unshakable refusal, Hattori and his colleagues became so desperate to consider a coup d'&eacute;tat, aiming at an assassination of Yoshida and an introduction of the Hatoyama cabinet. The group eventually abandoned the coup plot, but it continued to influence over Japanese politics.

近年、囲碁をプレイする人工知能エージェントにおいてUCT探索に基づく先読みアルゴリズムの有効性が示され、注目を集めている。本研究では、ぷよぷよの大連鎖を目的として、UCT探索に基づく新しい先読みアルゴリズムを提案する。ぷよぷよは、落下型パズルゲームの一種であり、落下してくるピースを操作して大連鎖を構築するが、将来どんなピースが落下してくるかを事前に知ることがで.きない。このような場に晒されていない情報が存在する不完全情報ゲームでは、その隠れた情報のために多くの可能性を考慮する必要が生じ、先読みを困難にする。提案するアルゴリズムでは、自分が選択可能な手と場から確率的に与えられる手を区別し、その区別をもとにした探索と評価値の更新を行う。これにより、ぷよぷよのような不完全情報ゲームにおいても、限られた計算時間内に、大連鎖を実現するような効率的な先読みが可能であることを示す。

Le Kamakoura-shogounat, qui a ete fonde par MINAMOTO YORITOMO, a la fin du 12^e siecle, changeait son systeme de la politique. La 1^<ere> epoque : la dictature du Shogoun (YORITOMO), la 2^e epoque : la politique du Shikken (le directeur du gouvernement, de HOJO TOKIMASA a HOJO TSUNETOKI), et la 3^e epoque : l'autocratie par Tokouso (la famille de la ligne de HOJO, de TOKIYORI a TAKATOKI). Les chercheurs de ces dernieres annees disent que le systeme de la conference du Kamakoura-shogounat a commence apres la mort de YORITOMO (1199), c'est a dire, pendant l'epoque de l'autocratie du Shikken. Mais dans la periode de YORITOMO, on deja faisait de temps en temps la conference pour aider la decision du Shogoun, dont ily a les preuves dans "AZOUMAKAGAMI", la chronique officielle du Kamakoura-shogounat, comme les mots Goungui, Sata et Hyojo.

This report is treating of one's walk of waka. His name is TONNA (頓阿) that was active on the history of waka in fourteenth century. He was a instructure of the Nijyo-Kagaku (二条家歌学). That human life was a priest that had served on Buddhism and had written poems. This time I investigate relations between waka (和歌) and rennga (連歌) in him. Finally I make my point clear that TONNA had held up waka in a view of life. Still this is a part of oral statement in Middle Ages'Literature Society 2007.

鎌倉時代の前半、鎌倉幕府は、武家の基本法典とされた「御成敗式目」以下の追加法令の中で、「傍輩」の語を幾度も使用していた。武家法の中に現われる傍輩の語は、主に〈共に主君の鎌倉殿(鎌倉幕府将軍)に仕える同僚の御家人〉の意味を持っていた。しかし、例外もあり、必ずしも常にこの意味で傍輩の語が使用された訳ではなかった。元寇の時期以後の鎌倉時代後半期に大量に書かれた悪党や悪行人の罪科請求文書を検討すると、傍輩の語には、特に鎌倉幕府の御家人に限定された意味はなく、筆者が以前推測した「悪党仲間」に限定された意味も持たず、広く同僚や同輩の意味で使用されたに過ぎなかった。これらの文書中に多く現われる「為傍輩向後」または「為向後傍輩」の語句を検討すると、傍輩が現実に悪行を働いた悪党または悪行人である公算が非常に小さいことが判明したので、傍輩を「悪党仲間」と捉えた筆者の以前の解釈は、修正する必要が生じたと考える。
