心理学は領域の広い学問である。そして、心理学という学問内での領域が細分化されているため、"心理学"という1つの学問体系としての基礎知識がどの範囲のものを指すのかは、極めて曖昧であると言える。心理学教育においては、こうした心理学領域での、特に初学者に対しての教育の"エッセンス"を用語の形で明らかにすることが必要である。本研究では、心理学テキストの索引をテキストデータとして扱い、そのデータベース化を行う。今回のデータでは2006年から2010年に刊行された35冊の心理学テキストを参照したパイロット・スタディの結果を報告した。

<p>現在、世界中のデジタルアーカイブ公開機関から多くのコレクションが公開されている。しかしながら、「コレクション」への興味を持つ人はそれほど多いわけではない。むしろ、自らの関心のあるテーマに沿って各地のコレクション中の個別の資料を横断して閲覧したり注記したりすることを望む利用者への対応が課題であり、IIIFはそれを解決し得るものである。そこで、筆者らはIIIFの採用を推進すべく各地で活動を行ってきた。国際規格の普及活動は今後も必要になることが予想されるため、情報共有のためにこの活動について報告する。さらに、IIIFのグローバルな普及から得られる公開者・利用者双方のメリットについて事例とともに紹介する。</p>

IIIFに準拠した京都大学貴重資料デジタルアーカイブは,2018年12月1日に正式公開から一周年を迎えた。本稿は,2017年10月から2018年11月までのデジタルアーカイブの利用状況を報告する。アクセス数は,概ね増加傾向が観察された。アクセスの約4割が中国・アメリカなど海外からであった。富士川文庫ならびに絵図を含む資料が頻繁に閲覧されている。2種類のIIIF対応画像ビューワは同頻度で利用されており,「目的・嗜好に応じてソフトウェアを選択できる」というIIIFの特長を反映している。

Though the state has been the main topic in political theory, it hasn't been the case in feminism. But in recent years feminists have begun to pay attention to the state and state theory. So my research question is how feminists should theorize the state. I argue three points in order to answer this question. Firstly feminists can't see the state as essentially patriarchal, because state is constructed through discursive struggles. Secondly it is important that both civil society and mediation channels are democratic, if state is to be non-patriarchal. So feminist state theory can't be the theory focused on the state exclusively. Finally for feminists it is insufficient to think only about the relationship between state and civil society. Because feminists have criticized public/private distinction, feminist state theory must take this distinction into account. There are some qualitative differences between public realm including civil society and private realm such as family. But we should not see these boundaries as fixed. We go on deliberating whether these boundaries are appropriate or not. That is why ‘politics as public action” is significant.

Oxidized protein hydrolase (OPH), an 80 kDa serine protease whose activity is inhibited by diisopropyl fluorophosphate (DFP), has been isolated from human erythrocytes [Fujino, T. et al. (1998) J. Biochem. 124, 1077-1085]. The presence of OPH in various biological samples was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunoblotting using an anti-OPH antibody raised against OPH purified from human erythrocytes, and by [3H] DFP-labeling and successive SDS-PAGE/fluorography. Solubilized samples of human cell lines including K-562 cells, THP-1 cells and Jurkat cells, and rat tissues including brain, heart, liver, kidney, and testis, inhibited the anti-OPH antibody binding to OPH in ELISA. Immunoblotting of lysates of K-562 cells, THP-1 cells and Jurkat cells showed four immunoreactive protein bands including an 80 kDa protein. Immunoprecipitation of the [3H] DFP-labeled K-562 cell lysate and successive SDS-PAGE/fluorography showed the presence of only the 80 kDa DFP-reactive protein with OPH antigenic activity. The level of the 80 kDa immunoreactive protein in K-562 cells rose as the cells differentiated toward erythrocytes. Immunoblotting of human and rat plasma showed two immunoreactive protein bands, including the 80 kDa protein, and SDS-PAGE/fluorography of [3H] DFP-labeled rat and human plasma showed the presence of only the 80 kDa DFP-reactive protein. The results indicate that OPH is present in a wide variety of biological samples.

タンパク質間相互作用(protein-protein interactions:PPIs)を対象とした創薬が広く注目されている.従来,作用面が広く浅いPPIsに対する低分子創薬は著しく困難な問題と考えられてきた.しかし近年,PPIsの分子機構に関する理解が進み,阻害剤設計の手掛かりが見えてきた.また,PPI阻害剤の分子サイズにパラダイムシフトが起こり,PPIsは以前にも増してdruggableな標的として認識されつつある.同時に,PPIsを安定化する有機分子にも,新しい切り口の医薬品や化学生物学研究の分子ツールへの応用が期待されている.本稿では,こうした背景のもと発展したPPI創薬の動向について触れると共に,我々のPPI標的型合成分子の設計に関する研究を紹介したい.

本論では、曹洞宗における「食」と修行との関わりを道元の説いた食時作法(じきじさほう)の伝統が受け継がれているとされる永平寺を例に検討する。食に関わる語彙を日常のそれと比較し、応量器を用いた僧堂飯台(そうどうはんだい)における儀礼や偈文、禁忌を取り上げつつ、料理を準備し、給仕する浄人(じょうにん)の所作に焦点を当てる。そして食時作法と呼ばれる一連の儀礼が食べ物や食器を聖化する役割を果たし、伽藍のもつ仏・菩薩—僧侶—鬼神という仏教的なパンテオンを身体化する営みとなっていることを明かにする。本論後半では、菜食と粗食という二つの意味を包含する「精進料理」という言葉の歴史を辿り、「精進料理」なる語が「他者表象」として用いられることで、食べ物と食べ方が一体化した仏教的な「食」のあり方から世界観や儀礼の多くを濾過して「料理」を抽出する役割を果たしたこと、近代以降は「日本料理の源流」の一つとされることでナショナリズムの文脈を帯びてゆくことを論じる。

In this study, we discuss the nature of the relationship between the intimate sphere of the modern youth of Japan and the communication taking place within this world. Modern youth communicate daily on the basis of joint relationships that are formed while maintaining a collective balance with others. This figurative method of communication is known symbolically as the [Nori] concept. The communication of [Nori] takes place by tuning into one's surroundings, and by cooperating with the group in order to reduce complexity. From this point, depending on the members of the group and the situation, a carnival (upsurge) is created. Through this type of communication, modern youth are able to recursively confirm that they have a place in their group.
