本研究では、ツエーゲン金沢のボランティア募集サイトの問題点を抽出し、募集に有効なサイトのデザイン特性を考察する。まず、現行サイトには1日のスケジュール図、体験談、およびボランティア属性の情報が無いため、これらの情報を取り入れることで問題を解決する。次に、情報提供に優れたサイトのデザイン特性を抽出するために、スクロール数を少なくしたサイトと階層数を少なくした2種類のサイトを用意し、これらの優劣を閲覧者の視線データとログデータから評価する。その結果、スクロール数が少ないサイトでは、ボランティアに興味を有している閲覧者は情報の仕分けを容易に行うことができ、重要な内容を熟読することが示される。

The MH refrigeration systems are regarded as important and compact ones for solving energy and environmental issues. Our purposes are to develop the compact refrigeration system for the vending machine and the show case using MH, and to attain a refrigeration temperature of 243K by using a heat source of 403&sim;423K.<br>The kinetics of MH hydriding and dehydriding reactions is of importance relative to their practical use as a refrigerator system. The kinetics of the reaction between hydrogen and MH_High (Ti_0.18Zr_0.84Cr_1.0Fe_O.7Mn_0.3Cu_O.057)has been followed in this paper. A relatively rapid absorption of hydrogen takes place for values of relative composition to about 0.3&sim;0.4. It is evident that a hydrogen diffusion plays a minor role during this stage, as that part of the metal not covered by hydride is always in contact with hydrogen. The direct chemical reaction between the hydrogen and the exposed metal surface is therefore postulated as the rate-controlling process. The rate of the reaction then decreases, and for values of relative composition above about 0.8, the reaction becomes slow. After the metal particles have been completely covered by a hydride layer, the transport of materials through the layer by diffusion becomes rate controlling process

過去の教訓に学びつつ、プロジェクト担当者がマネジメント上の分岐点で判断する際に参照できる情報を蓄積し、まとめることは極めて重要である。筆者らは、プロジェクトの中間・事後評価又は追跡調査・評価等から得られる情報を活用し、「NEDO研究開発マネジメントガイドライン(以後、「ガイドライン」という。)を作成した。このガイドラインは、プロジェクトの進捗段階に応じて立ち上げ段階から終了段階まで6つのフェーズに分類し、レビューポイントを明確化した。具体的には、「(1)先導調査の提案」として、先導調査の着手の判断を行うフェーズ、「(2)先導調査の実施・予算要求」として、プロジェクト予算要求の是非の判断を行うフェーズ、「(3)プロジェクト基本計画の策定」として、プロジェクトの骨格となる基本計画を策定するフェーズ、「(4)プロジェクトフォーメーションの決定」として、プロジェクトの実施体制・スケジュール等の詳細決定を行うフェーズ、「(5)実施段階」として、日々のマネジメントと各種評価の反映を行うフェーズ、「(6)終了段階」として、終了間近な時点におけるフォローアップを行うフェーズ、を設定した。全6つのフェーズのうち4つを立ち上げ段階が占めるのは、これらが特にプロジェクトの成功・失敗に大きな影響を及ぼすと考えられるためである。本稿ではこの立ち上げ段階にターゲットを絞り、ガイドラインで示した着目すべき指標とNEDOのマネジメントのあり方について検証した。

2016年熊本地震により阿蘇のカルデラ内では地盤が帯状に陥没するグラーベン(帯状の陥没)現象が発生し、家屋、ライフラインなどが甚大な被害を受けた。このメカニズムを知り復旧・対策方法を明らかにするため平成29年度から3年間の計画で研究を始めた。平成29年度は、まず、現地踏査や住民からのヒアリングなどを行って被災状況の把握を行った。その結果、広い範囲で大規模に陥没が発生していること、その範囲はカルデラ内に約9000年前の頃に形成されていた湖の範囲にかなり一致することが分かった。次に広域な地盤変状発生状況を調べるため、熊本地震前後の複数の陸域観測衛星画像(合成開口レーダー画像)を使って干渉SAR画像から地盤変動量(東西・南北・垂直方向の3成分)を求め、それを基に検討を行った結果、陥没被害が甚大だった狩尾、内牧、小里、的石などの地区では数100mから2㎞程度の区域内で最大2~3mもの変位が発生したことが明らかになった。この局所的な変位によって水平方向の引張り力が作用し、帯状の陥没が発生したのではないかと考えられた。次に、既往の地盤調査結果を収集整理し、また、表層地盤状況を連続的に調べるため表面波探査を行った。その結果、陥没区間のS波速度は遅く、水平方向の引張り力で表層が緩んだことが明らかになった。一方、深い地盤構造を調べるために微動アレイ観測を行ったところ、陥没区間では数十mの深さまでS波速度が遅い軟弱層が堆積していると推測された。そこで、より詳細に調べるために4カ所でボーリングを行った結果、陥没区間の直下では17m~50mの深さに湖成層と推定される軟弱粘性土層が堆積していることが判明した。また、湖成層下面はお椀状に傾いていた。したがって、この湖成層が地震動によって急速に軟化してお椀の内側に向かってせん断変形し、その縁の付近で引張り力が働いて陥没が発生した可能性が浮上してきた。

Changes in the sense of identity from continuing or terminating romantic relationships were investigated in university students through a longitudinal study conducted at three time points. Participants were university students with a boy/girlfriend at the first survey (N = 192, 61 men and 131 women). At the second survey, the romantic relationship of 20 participants had terminated and they did not have a new partner (Time 2 ending group). At the third survey, the romantic relationship of 14 more participants had terminated and they did not have a new partner (Time 3 ending group). Two-factor-mixed-design analysis of variance was conducted on four scores of the Multidimensional Ego Identity Scale, with the time of survey (3) and the state of dating (3) as factors. The results indicated that interaction was not significant for any of the four scores. It is concluded that even when young people lose a lover, they are able to maintain a sense of identity owing to feedback given during dating time by their ex-partner.

This study examined acute hormone and recovery responses to resistance exercise with slow movements. Six men performed three types of exercise regimens (five sets of knee extension exercise): (1) high-intensity resistance exercise with normal movement (HN; 1 s for lifting action, 1 s for lowering action), (2) low-intensity resistance exercise with slow movement (LS; 3 s for lifting action, 3 s for lowering action), and (3) low-intensity resistance exercise with normal movement (LN; 1 s for lifting action, 1 s for lowering action). The intensity in the first set was set at approximately 80% of 1RM for HN and 40% of 1RM for LS and LN. In the HN and LS, the subjects performed each exercise set until exhaustion. In the LN, both intensity and number of repetitions were matched with those for LS. The total work volume in the HN showed approximately double the value of LS and LN (P < 0.05). Electromyography (EMG) data indicated that LS showed sustained EMG signals throughout the exercise. During the exercise, the HN and LS showed lower muscle oxygenation levels. After the exercise, LS caused significantly greater norepinephrine and free testosterone responses (delta value) than in the HN and LN (P < 0.05). However, no significant difference was observed in the recovery of maximal isometric strength, isokinetic strength, and jump performance between the HN and LS. These results indicate that slow movements during the resistance exercise are important for the enhancement of hormonal responses, especially catecholamine and free testosterone, but they do not affect muscle strength recovery.

【はじめに】遠位橈尺関節(DRUJ)不安定症の成因はいまだ明らかでない.今回,自験例より損傷組織,病態は画一的でないことを確認したので報告する.【対象】症例は6例で全て男性,年齢は15歳~44歳,6例中5例は回外0~35度に制限され,1例では回外90度が可能であったが疼痛を訴えた.全例にX線,CT,MRI,関節鏡,直視下整復術を施行しその病態を検討した.【結果】損傷組織は尺骨茎状突起骨折5,偽関節1,背側遠位橈尺靱帯(RUL)―関節包間の断裂2,三角線維軟骨背側部断裂2,尺骨小窩からのRULの断裂2,DRUJ背側関節包の断裂1,背側RULの断裂1,尺側手根伸筋の掌側脱臼1であった.またCTにて尺骨頭の外旋転位を2例に認めた.【考察】DRUJ不安定症を呈する損傷様態は様々である.CTにて明らかな掌背側方向の転位がなくとも尺骨頭が橈骨に対し外旋転位することにより回外制限が生じるものと推察した.
