New teachers who are shocked by real-world classroom situations—such as rules of the local school, human relationships in a shielded environment, and the reality of teaching children—tend to leave the workforce within a few years, and it has become necessary to educate student teachers in the universities with a focus on adaptive professional socialization of teachers (Zeichner & Gore, 1990) to overcome this problem. We have provided a SNS (Social Networking Service) where pre-service teachers can have a dialogue based on their report of experiences during their practice teaching. However, in order to promote the professional socialization of teachers, we designed a new SNS where experienced teachers can participate in a lesson. We then compared by year the effects of studying the changed lesson. We revised the design of the pre-teaching from the year 2010, and altered the lesson design of the pre-teaching for the year 2012, so that an experienced teacher can join face-to-face lessons and a university teacher and an experienced teacher waited to submit their comments to SNS until almost all students had submitted. As we aimed to increase submission of diaries and comments about professional socialization, we changed the classroom design in the year 2013, introducing storytelling about the image of their practice teaching, and the way of intervention in SNS by an experienced teacher. The results show an increase of diaries and comments which were submitted to SNS about "social behavior as professionals," "commitment towards work," "value and standpoint as teachers," "expectation and actuality of schools" and "efficacy".

本稿では,学習科学という研究領域を教育メディア学会の読者の皆様にご理解いただくために,方法論という切り口から解説を試みた.代表的研究手法であるデザイン研究を,最新の論文を交えて論じることにより,これまで不明瞭であった方法論の特徴を著者なりの視点で明らかにする.この切り口を先行オーガナイザーとして,読者の皆様が本学会誌の論文を学習科学的視点から吟味することができるようになれば幸いである.

棒高跳競技では踏み切りスピードや角度,ポール特性,各関節トルクなど様々なパラメータの複雑な組み合わせによっ て得られる跳躍高さは大きく異なる.このような組み合わせ問題の最適解(ポール特性,各関節トルクなど)を,多リンク人体- ポール連成モデルシミュレーションによって求める研究がなされているが,その設計変数の多さから最適解を求めることが困難である.本稿では,高速計算に定評があるODE を用いた連成モデルによる筆者らの最適化例について紹介する.

In this paper, we propose a novel approach for stepping forward action of biped robot with minimum kicking force. In walking or starting to walk, the general biped robot kicks the ground with its own hind leg as well as human being does. The condition of the ground often restricts the gait because of stiffness, slipperiness and so on. In order to surmount the difficulty on stepping forward action, we introduce the redundant legged biped robot, which has 4 degree-of-freedoms on each leg. Our robot enables to move its tip position and its center of mass (COM) position independently. Controlling COM acceleration without moving its tip position realizes the stepping forward action with little kicking force. The physical experimental results show the significant validity of the proposed approach.

【目的】複数の精神科治療施設に勤務する看護師への半構成的インタビューを通して,精神科臨床において患者の語りを聴く看護師の感情体験なかでも共感疲労のありようについて明らかにし,看護師が患者の語りを聴くかかわりをより積極的に展開するには何が必要かについて考察する。<br>【方法】異なる精神科病院に勤務する8名の看護師に半構成的インタビューを行い,質的記述的に分析した。<br>【結果及び考察】患者の傷つき体験にまつわる語りに耳を傾けようとする看護師は,罪悪感,不安,恐怖,怒り,疲労感などの苦痛な感情を体験し,共感疲労が生じていた。さらに,語りを抑制しようとする病棟文化が,その出来事を同僚に語ることを妨げていた。看護師の感情体験を安心して語り合える病棟文化を醸成することが,患者との語りを促進するだけでなく,看護師のメンタルヘルスにも重要である。

周波数領域独立成分分析に基づくブラインド音源分離において、近傍周波数ビンを連結することにより分離対象となる周波数ビンの関する分離行列を安定して求める周波数領域ICAの検討を行っている。Di Persiaらの提案したパーミュテーションフリーICAでは、全周波数ビンで分離行列が共通になってしまい、周波数ビン毎に最適な分離行列を生成することになっていないという問題があった。そこで、本研究では、対象とする周波数ビンの前後数本の周波数ビンを連結することによって、周波数特性の方向依存症を考慮し、かつパーミュテーションも抑えることのできるICAとしてMulti-Bin ICAを提案している。動作解析には反射による周波数特性がどの方向も同一に近い場合と、強制的に周波数特性が方向によって異なるようにした部屋で行った。前者ではパーミュテーションフリーICAとMulti-Bin ICAに差はなかったが、後者においてMulti-Bin ICAの有効性を確認できた。Proposed is a processing scheme of Blind Source Separation(BSS) employing frequency-domain Independent Component Analysis(f-ICA) to a vector consisting of time series of adjacent frequency components, contrasting with Parmutation-Free ICA(PF-ICA) applying f-ICA to a vector consisting of all the frequency components. The proposed method is named Multi-Bin ICA(MB-ICA). It can treat directionality of frequency characteristics of the sound field, while PF-ICA proposed by Di Persia cannot treat directionality of frequency characteristics. Its performance is confirmed by comparing with those of ordinary ICA and PF-ICA for room environments of almost equal directionality and of forcedly asymmetrical directionality in the room characteristics.

Silicon carbide (SiC) is a promising wide-bandgap semiconductor for future power electronics and system applications. However, high-efficient and ultra-precise dicing of SiC remains a challenge due to its extremely high hardness and brittleness. Investigation of the influence of laser processing parameters on cut quality of laser diced SiC wafer can improve efficiency and precision. In this work, 4H-SiC wafers were processed with multi-passes of a CO_2 continuous laser source. The influence of the laser power and scanning speed on the cut quality was evaluated. The experimental results showed that it was possible to obtain a smooth surface, with average arithmetic roughness as small as 0.56μm at effective speed as fast as 1.25mm/s.

<b>Objective:</b> Children are universally considered to be the most important asset for any nation. The main aims of the present study were 1) to investigate the causation of discomfort related to working postures 2) to assess the physiological strain among the child farmers and 3) to assess the thermal stress during work in an agricultural field. <b>Methods:</b> For this study, 120 child agricultural workers and 120 control subjects aged 10-16 years were selected randomly, and a detailed posture analysis was performed among them by REBA and OWAS methods. The Modified Nordic Questionnaire was applied to assess the discomfort felt among both groups of workers. Physiological assessment of workload was carried out by recording the heart rate and blood pressure of the workers prior to work and just after work in the field. <b>Results:</b> Child agricultural workers suffered from pain especially in the low back (98%), knees (88%), hands (82%), shoulder (77%) and neck (68%). Among the agricultural activities in potato cultivation, the child potato workers, felt discomfort during spading (99%), sprinkling water (90%) and picking crops (87%). The post-activity heart rate of the child agricultural workers was 170.1 beats/min, whereas the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were 129.0 and 67.0 mm/Hg respectively. <b>Conclusions:</b> Most of the agricultural activities in potato cultivation were strenuous ones that affect the children, who suffered from acute pain and discomfort for a long period of time, which mainly hampers and restricts their education.(J Occup Health 2013; 55: 244-258)

資本主義経済システムの原理的安定性は,拡大的資本循環の長期的継起性に関わり,「利潤率低下法則」問題として論じられる.本論では,マルクスの利潤率低下法則論への置塩定理(1961)による批判,及び同定理への近年の批判的議論を概観しつつ,今後の資本主義経済システムの継起性は,新たな資本の拡大的循環を確立させる技術革新に依拠すると同時に,それは人類の持続可能な福祉的自由の発展の方向性とは相容れない可能性を指摘する.

The second Young Engineers' Satellite,YES2, is the longest manmade structure launched in 2007 and is space piggybacked on the Foton-M3 microgravity platform with the objective of a controlled deployment of a 32km tether. This paper introduces the object and the flight results of YES2 and the performance of the satellite is studied in comparison of the simulations and ground tests with respect to the flight results.

本研究では,山地域での土塊の運動に関する質点系の支配方程式に基づく土砂災害危険領域の設定手法の現地への適用性について,2004年10月の新潟県中越地震で数多くの表層崩壊や地すべりが発生した十日町市域を事例として考察した。同地域内で当手法によって土砂災害危険領域を設定し,それと新潟県により公表されている土砂災害警戒区域等(イエローゾーンおよびレッドゾーン)とを比較した結果,計算結果と土砂災害警戒区域,いわゆるイエローゾーンはよく一致した。一方,計算では危険領域とされるが,イエローゾーンに指定されていない箇所では,擁壁工や法枠工といった防護施設により一定の対策が施されていることを現地で確認した。このように当手法によって土砂災害危険領域を広域的かつ簡便に設定でき,地域防災計画を策定する際の有用な情報として提供できることについて,一定の妥当性が見出された。一方,当手法による計算結果は,検討対象となる斜面の縦断形状や,保全対象物周辺の地形条件の影響を強く受けるため,計算に使用する地形データの精度を慎重に取り扱う必要がある。

近年Bell麻痺に対してはStennert法が普及し, Hunt症候群には抗ウイルス剤 (アシクロビル) とStennert法の併用療法が試みられ, 良好な治療成績が得られている。我々は臨床的にBel1麻痺と診断される症例 (Huntの一部を含む) に対してもHunt症候群と同様にアシクロビルとStennert法とを併用しているので報告した。本治療の目的は臨床的Bell麻痺の中に含まれるHunt不全型の治療と, 病初期に帯状疱疹を認めないHunt典型例の重症化の予防, VZV以外のウイルスが関与するBell麻痺症例の治療が目的である。結果は25例中治療開始が遅れた1例を除き他は全例完治した。
