問題設定との関連で日本の“今を読む”場合,東日本大震災後の被災地そこで暮らす人たちとの様子,その当事者たちの“現在”のきめ細やか記述が必要である。しかし,これらを秩序立てて語りうる言語が一つの論や学問体系の中にあるかどうかは不明である。それゆえ,既存の研究野での従来からの研究と同時に,断片的で理論化されていないが,無理体系化せず,被災地のあるがままを記述する作業も必要と考えられる。 「復興」という言葉があまりにも安直に使われる一方,多くの社会学者心理学者などの被災地研究も進捗しており,ボランティア談義も盛んでる。このような中,もっと着目されてよい課題を簡略化してキーワードしたのが,二つのエビデンス,信条,生成,再帰的日常,物語化である二つのエビデンスと信条,生成と再帰的日常とはセットにして考える)。 れらは福祉国家観,連帯原理を再考する上でも,ある種の契機となり得ものと考えられる。政治的なものと社会的なもの,実際にはこれらはおいそれぞれに入り組んでおり,截然と区別されず,渾然一体となっていのが現実かもしれず,それらのキーワードから被災地の現状を記述し,れらを逆照射することで,何かが見えてくる可能性もある。

With the increasing concern about job stress, there is a growing body of literature addressing psychosocial job stress and its adverse effects on health in Japan. This paper reviews research findings over the past 15 years concerning the assessment of job stress, the relationship of job stress to mental and physical health, and the effects of worksite stress reduction activities in Japan. Although studies were conducted in the past using ad-hoc job stress questionnaires, well-established job stressor scales have since been translated into Japanese, their psychometric properties tested and these scales extensively used in recent epidemiologic studies. While the impact of overtime and quantitative job overload on mental health seems moderate, job control, skill use and worksite support, as well as qualitative job demands, had greater effects on psychological distress and drinking problems in cross-sectional and prospective studies. These job stressors also indicated a strong association with psychiatric disorders, including major depression, even with a prospective study design. Long working hours were associated with a higher risk of myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. There is evidence that the job demands-control model, as well as the use of new technology at work, is associated with higher levels of blood pressure and serum lipids among Japanese working populations. Fibrinolytic activity, blood glucose levels, immune functions and medical consultation rates were also affected by job stressors. It is further suggested that Japanese workers tend to suppress expression of positive feelings, which results in apparently higher psychological distress and lower job satisfaction among Japanese workers compared with workers in the U.S. Future epidemiologic studies in Japan should focus more on a prospective study design, theoretical models of job stress, job stress among women, and cultural difference and well-designed intervention studies of various types of worksite stress reduction.

The purpose of this paper is to report the survey of the former Kamaya Building in Taira, Iwaki-City, Fukushima-Prefecture. This building is consisted of three main parts, Mise-gura, Sode-gura, the stone fagade construction between them. Mise-gura is traditional Dozo-zukuri construction. Sode-gura is built of fire refractory brick. And the stone facade construction is designed by western style. Basically this building is built by traditional way, but a lot of new techniques are used within. In this paper, I discuss the architectural characteristics of this building.

乾のり、焼きのり及び味付けのり(板のり)を対象としたDNA分析によるのりの原産地判別法について、Touhataらの報告を参考にして一部を変更し、判別が可能であるかどうか検討を行った。PCR及びPCR-RFLP法により日本産の板のりでは全て日本型と判別され、韓国産及び中国産の板のりでは一部の日本型となった試料を除き、韓国型又は韓国・中国型と判別されたことから、FAMICの表示監視業務に適した日本産と韓国及び中国産ののりの産地判別が可能であった。また、おにぎり等の加工品に使用された板のりにおいても、電気泳動パターンによる判別が可能であった。

Formulation based on the eigenfunction expansion is shown for second-harmonic generation simulations at a cylindrical interface. The displacement potentials of fundamental wave fields and second-harmonic fields are expressed as sums of eigenfunctions. The cylinder-matrix interface is assumed to be imperfect and modeled as a nonlinear spring interface for the purpose of considering roughness of the interface. Nonlinear equations in this model are dealt with the perturbation theory. The relational expression on the expansion coefficients of the fundamental waves and the second harmonics is shown. The results for the P wave incidence are demonstrated; although arbitrary incident wave field is available in the present method. As a result, both P and SV second harmonics are generated at the cylindrical interface. The numerical results for the directivity patterns of second harmonics are also given. The results show that the directivity patterns depend on the interfacial stiffness. Moreover the relationships between the interfacial stiffness and the ratio of stress in forward direction to backward direction are investigated in order to discuss the interfacial stiffness dependence in detail. The ratio significantly varies with the interfacial stiffness and the relationships are different by the frequency of the incident wave. Due to these characteristics, the ratio of stress in forward direction to backward direction can be useful for the evaluation of the interfacial stiffness. The influence of the ratio of the transverse stiffness to normal stiffness on the ratio of stress is also demonstrated. It is shown that the ratio of the interfacial stiffness has little effect on the ratio of stress.

近年の膨大な研究により,Helicobacter pylori感染が上部消化管疾患のみならず,血液疾患,心・血管系疾患,皮膚疾患など消化器以外の疾患と関連している可能性が示唆されている.さらに,胃外に発生したMALTリンパ腫の除菌奏功例も報告されている.特発性血小板減少性紫斑病に関しては,わが国ではH. pylori陽性患者の約半数に除菌治療が期待できる状況にあり,近い将来,除菌適応疾患に加わる可能性が高い.本稿で紹介した疾患の中には,エビデンスが不十分なものも少なくなく,また疾患によりH. pylori感染の関与の程度も様々と思われる.今後,各専門家が協力して慎重に検証していく必要がある.

2004年10月から2005年10月までの1年間で消化性潰瘍に対するヘリコバクター・ピロリ(HP)除菌療法中もしくは療法後に多形紅斑型薬疹を呈した症例を5例経験した.5例中4例は3製剤(ランソプラゾール(60mg/日),アモキシシリン(1,500mg/日),クラリスロマイシン(400mg/日)の1日服用分を1シートにまとめた組み合わせ製剤(商品名:ランサップ®)によるものであった.5例中3例(アモキシシリン2例,クラリスロマイシン1例)でDLST陽性,1例(アモキシシリン)でパッチテスト陽性を示した.もう1例はいずれの検査にても陰性であり原因確定は出来なかったが臨床経過よりHP除菌療法による薬疹と診断した.

群馬県内病院看護職の「在宅を見据えた看護活動」の実態把握を目的として質問紙調査を行った. 調査内容はA. 退院後の患者の生活をイメージした看護の提供, B. 地域の社会資源の活用, C. 患者・家族の負担軽減のためのケア方法の簡素化, D. 病状変化を予測した対応, E. 多職種との協働に関する25項目であった. 回答は, 県内11病院の看護職から2,136件が得られた. 調査結果によると, 入院前の生活状況の把握, 本人・家族の希望の把握, サマリーの記載に関しては比較的よく実施され, 実施率が5割を超えていた. しかしながら住居環境の把握や社会資源の把握, 障害認定や介護認定の評価・相談, ケア方法の簡素化, 今後を予測した対応, 多職種との連携はあまり実施されておらず, 実施率が4割以下であった. したがって, これらの視点について総合的に育成していく現任教育プログラムの開発が求められていることが示唆された.
