摂食行動により,吐き気,嘔吐症状が持続する女性に対し,種々の西洋薬や幾つかの漢方薬が無効であったが,最終的に二陳湯の投与により軽快した症例を経験したので報告する。治療経過中の処方には,六君子湯や小半夏加茯苓湯もあったが,いずれも効果がなかった。構成生薬から勘案するに,嘔吐に心因的な要素がある場合には理気薬が必要であり,逆に脾虚がない場合には,補気薬は余分な生薬となることが推察された。

Metamorphosis in the pupae of the Trypoxylus dichotomus was continuously observed at 9.4T until their emergence. A large liquid-like mass occupied most of the volume in the trunk, while the surrounding tissue already existed at the beginning of the observation period. As the mass shrunk, tissues such as flight muscle formed, whereas the reservoir became prolonged to form the intestinal tract. This implies that the liquid-like mass worked as the raw material for creating adult tissues.

本稿の目的は、選択教示の有効性を実証的に検討するため、異なった教示に対する強化履歴が行動変動性に及ぼす効果の差を比較することであった。対象者は大学生53名であった。GHQ(General Health Questionnaire)得点の高低によって低群と高群に分け、それぞれを他者教示群、自己教示群、選択教示群、対照群にランダムに分けた。対照群以外には各教示に従う反応を強化し、その後、変動的な反応を強化した。その結果、GHQ低群ではどの教示群にも対照群との間に差はなかったが、GHQ高群の他者教示群と自己教示群では差が認められた。精神健康上の問題の少ない人は教示の影響で変動性が低下することはなく、一方、精神健康上の問題が多い人は教示の影響で変動性が低下する可能性があることがわかった。しかし、選択教示であれば変動性は低下しなかった。臨床場面で選択教示を使用することの有効性が示唆された。

香料やハーブの品質を決めるうえで,香りの質やバランスは大きな要素である.その素材となるそれぞれの香辛植物は,ほかの植物に比べて特徴的な香気成分を大量に作り出し,ため込む能力を特化させた植物といえる.近年,植物代謝研究の立場から香辛植物を対象にした香気生成の分子メカニズムが徐々に明らかになってきた.さらに,代謝工学,バイオテクノロジーへの応用に関する研究も盛んになってきている.ここでは,特に香辛植物の香りの生成に着目して,最近までに明らかになった知見について概説する.

針治療は, 東洋医学的には生体のバランス調整をもたらすように用いなければならない。私は指向性を与えると考えられている間中式イオン誘導コード (I. P) を用いて生体三陰三陽の各交会穴 (無名穴〔間中〕, 三陰交, 三陽絡, 陽交の四穴) に応用して臨床的効果より全体調整の確証を得てここに太極療法となることを確信するにいたった。私の確立したパターンは従来の如何なる太極療法よりも優れており, 確実にその効果を各個々の80~100%にもたらし得ることもわかった。この方法を基盤として応用すると従来の阿是穴的治療もその効果を倍加してくれることも実証済である。生体の虚実に拘らず応用出来るので, 諸氏の針治力を倍加してくれるものと思う。追試をお願いする次第である。

Spina bifida (SB) is a neurogenetic disorder with a complex etiology that involves genetic and environmental factors. SB can occur in two major forms of open SB or SB aperta and closed SB or SB occulta. Myelomeningocele (MMC), the most common neural tube defects (NTDs), occurs in approximately 1 in 1,000 births. Considering non-genetic factors, diminished folate status is the best-known factor influencing NTD risk. The methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene has been implicated as a risk factor for NTDs. The primary disorder in the pathogenesis of MMC is failed neural tube closure in the embryonic spinal region. The clinical manifestation of SB depends on clinical type and severity. SB can be detected in the second trimester using ultrasound which will reveal specific cranial signs. The management of MMC traditionally involves surgery within 48 h of birth. Prenatal repair of MMC is recommended for fetuses who meet maternal and fetal Management of Myelomeningocele Study (MOMS) specified criteria. Urological manifestations of SB include urinary incontinence, urolithiasis, sexual dysfunction, renal dysfunction, and urinary tract infection. Renal failure is among the most severe complications of SB. The most important role of the urologist is the management of neurogenic bladder. Medical management with clean intermittent catheterization and anticholinergic treatment is generally considered the gold standard of therapy. However, when this therapy fails surgical reconstruction become the only remaining option. This review will summarize the pathogenesis, risk factors, genetic contribution, diagnostic test, and management of SB. Lastly, the urologic outcomes and therapies are reviewed.

多人数不完全情報ゲームである人狼は、人工知能の様々なテーマを含んでいるため、近年注目を集めている。人狼をプレイするAIの研究は、人狼知能プロジェクトとして進んでいるが、人間の高度な意思決定のプロセスについては、わかっていないことが多い。本研究の目的は、人狼における熟達者の意思決定方法を明らかにすることである。 人狼は勝敗を競うだけでなくプレイを楽しむというパーティーゲームとしての特徴を持つので、必ずしも強さを競うだけのプロプレイヤは存在しない。しかし演劇として人狼をプレイする「人狼TLPT」と呼ばれるプロのプレイヤ集団がいる。彼らは、役者としての能力だけでなく、人狼プレイにも長けており、観客に高度なプレイを見せることを生業としている。彼らのプレイは観客から見ても卓越したものであり、高度な思考過程が見られる。 本研究では、このTLPTプレイヤに5人人狼をプレイさせ、そのプレイの発話を記録し、彼らの思考過程を分析した。結果として、熟達者ならではの状況を素早く理解し、的確な意思決定を行っている過程を確認した。それらの思考過程を他のゲームの熟達者の思考と比較することで、その特徴を明らかにしていく。

本稿の目的は,水道管路の老朽化や人口減少の進行は,家事用の水道料金にどのように反映されるのか,さらには,口径別か用途別かという料金体系の違いは,水道料金の格差を生む要因であるのかについて実証的に明らかにすることである。パネルデータを用いた検証から,次のようなファクト・ファインディングを得た。 第一に,老朽化した水道管路の割合が高い事業体ほど,家事用の水道料金は有意に高くはなるが,そのパラメータはゼロに近く極めて小さいことを確認した。すなわち,管路の老朽化を見据えた水道料金の設定・改定は機能していないことを示唆するものである。第二に,口径別料金体系を採用している事業体では,用途別の事業体と比較して,家事用の水道料金は高い水準にある。さらに,口径別の事業体では,老朽化した管路の割合が高いほど水道料金が高いことが確認された。すなわち,用途別の事業体では,「家事用」という区分が明示的に存在することで,家事用の水道料金を高い水準に設定・改定することへの反発を招くなど意思決定上の困難性が存在するのかも知れない。第三に,口径別料金体系を採用している事業体は収益性が高く,用途別の事業体は収益性が低いことを確認した。 地方公営企業である水道事業は,独立採算制が原則で,原価に見合った料金設定・改定が求められている。用途別の料金体系を採用することで,水の使用目的により水道料金が異なる状況は,原価に見合った料金設定が機能していないことを意味する。用途別の料金体系は,施設の老朽化や事業の収支を見据えた適正な水道料金の設定・改定を阻む制度的要因になっていると思われ,持続可能性の観点からは,口径別料金体系の導入が望まれる。

汚職は,予算権限を持った個人主体が,ある特定の団体に利益(資金)を誘導・配分する代わりに,個人での利益を得る仕組みであり,公益とは乖離し,社会全体での効率的な資源配分を歪める要因となる。新たな資金を配分する場合には,歳出総額は拡大し,また,資金配分が非効率になる場合には,特定分野の資金が拡大し,歳出の無駄が発現すると考えられる。本稿は,汚職の存在と歳出の増加との関係について,汚職は発覚するまで存在がわからないという点に注意しながら,統計データを用いて明らかにする。 先行研究の多くがクロスカントリーデータを用いており,国家間の財政制度の違いを考慮できていないという限界を踏まえ,日本国内のデータを用いたことが,本稿の新規性である。本稿では,初めて日本の都道府県データを用いて,汚職発覚が歳出(歳出総額,土木費および落札率)に与える影響を検証している。 推定結果から,汚職の発覚後に歳出を抑える可能性がある事が示された。加えて,政治的状況による汚職発覚の影響を分析した結果,選挙において得票率が高かった知事のいる地方自治体ほど(競合する他候補者の得票率が低いほど),汚職発覚による歳出削減の効果は抑制されることを示唆する結果となった。この結果より,政治構造次第では,汚職発覚が直ちに歳出削減に繋がるわけではなく,知事の行動についても注視するべきという含意も得られる。

When I first met D. T. Suzuki to ask if I might study Buddhism under his instruction, he told me all I needed to do was become Namuamidabutsu itself. Looking back over the twenty-eight months I spent with him, I realised for the very first time the other day, a good forty-five years after his death, that for all those months, through the kindness of his deeds and actions, he had been leading me to the point where I would be able of my own accord to understand the true meaning of that puzzling injunction. A short while ago I suddenly recalled something he once said about himself, namely that he had no sincerity, and it came to me then just how profound his awareness of his own finite existence had been and how deeply his understanding of the Buddha-dharma had been united with his awareness of his own karmic existence. This brief talk, entitled My Encounter with D. T. Suzuki, is in every respect an expression of my profound gratitude to D. T. Suzuki for all he did for me during my stay with him from March 1964 to July 1966.

〔目的〕不安定面上座位時の体幹筋活動とその際の重心動揺との関係を検討することである。〔対象〕健常者10名(25.1±4.4歳)を対象とした。〔方法〕安定面上座位と不安定面上座位での体幹筋活動と重心動揺をそれぞれ測定した。〔結果〕不安定面座位では,安定座位と比べ,腹直筋,外腹斜筋,内腹斜筋,腰部多裂筋で有意に筋活動が高かった。不安定面上座位においては,グローバルマッスルである腹直筋・胸部脊柱起立筋・腰部脊柱起立筋の筋活動と重心動揺との間に有意な正の相関がみられたが,ローカルマッスルの筋活動との有意な相関はみられなかった。〔結語〕不安定面上座位バランスには,グローバルマッスルに分類される腹直筋,胸腰部脊柱起立筋の筋活動が関与していることが示唆された。

アルコールは人間生活の潤滑剤であるが,飲酒が直接・間接の原因となり発症した外傷は数多い.アルコールは外傷の病態を複雑化し,診断・治療に多大の影響を及ぼす.このため飲酒外傷患者に対する緊急手術の麻酔は様々な問題点を抱えている.今回我々は血中アルコール濃度を測定し得た外傷患者の麻酔管理につき検討を加えたので報告する.

Wenn man die Entwicklung von Nishidas Denken verfolgt, geht hervor, dass・seine Lehre des freien Willens einen entscheidenden Anlass dazu bietet, dass er dem Problem des Bosen immer tiefer nachgeht. Der fruhe Nishida scheint das Bose noch als Privation des Guten zu betrachten. Durch die Vertiefung seines Denkens tritt aber der Gedanke deutlich hervor, dass der urspriingliche Widerspruch zwischen ,Gut'und ,Bose'den Urgrund unseres freien Selbst ausmacht. Wenn ein freies Individuum von einem Augenblick zu einem anderen iibergeht, wird das notwendig durch eine ,Selbstzerst6rung'vermittelt. So sei das radikale Bose das W esen des freien Willens als solches. Es ist fur Nishida charakteristisch, dass er dies nich t etwa als verzweifel te Lage der menschlichen Existenz in ter:pretiert, sondern gerade als diejenige Tatsache, ohne die eine religiose Erlosung nicht denkbar wäre.Die Erlosung ist nach Nishida nicht dasjenige Geschehen, in dem das Bose einfach verschwande. Der absolute Gott muss vielmehr den Bosen gerade in seiner Bosheit selbst erlosen konnen. Der ruhelose Widerspruch zwischen dem Guten und dem Bosen, der unserem freien Leben zugrunde liegt, kulminiert in der kontra-korrespondierende (gyakutaiou teki) Begegnung des Menschen mit Gott. Darin zeigt sich eine untrennbare Beziehung zwischen der Freiheit und dem Bosen in ihrer ursprunglichen Form.

Target of rapamycin (TOR) regulates essential processes associated with plant growth, development, and cell death by modulating metabolic activities and translation in response to environmental signals. The ATP-competitive TOR inhibitor AZD8055 suppressed the hypersensitive response (HR) cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana infected with the incompatible Ralstonia solanacearum. The induced expression of the HR marker gene hin1 was also inhibited by the AZD8055 treatment. To further clarify the mechanisms underlying TOR-regulated HR cell death, we focused on TOR-related ErbB3-binding protein 1 (EBP1) in N. benthamiana (NbEBP1). We found four EBP1 orthologs in the N. benthamiana genome. The expression levels of all four EBP1 orthologs in N. benthamiana were up-regulated by the R. solanacearum infection. The silencing of the four NbEBP1 orthologs suppressed the induction of HR cell death, hin1 expression, and the production of reactive oxygen species. These results suggest that the TOR signaling pathway helps regulate HR cell death along with reactive oxygen species-related signaling in N. benthamiana.
