In a study of the dynamic walk of a biped robot, it is required to extract the dominant dynamics of the walking machine by reducing the dimension of the motion equation in some way.As the dominant dynamics, the following properties are shown about inverted pendulum with expandable leg when an input force is provided to balance its vertical component with its own weight.1. The center of gravity moves horizontally.2. The horizontal movement of the center of gravity can be expressed by linear differential equation.It is confirmed that the same phenomenon is shown both at the inverted pendulum with torso both at the inverted pendulum made by 5 links. The orbit on which the center of gravity moves is named, the “Potential Energy Conserving Orbit.”Based on these properties, control laws were formulated for walk initiation, walk continuation, and walk termination. The walking speed is controlled through the leg exchanging condition. The possibility of dynamic walk of a biped robot has been confirmed by computer simulation. The manufactured walking machine has 4 DC motors in its torso, and has ostrichlike legs which have parallel link structure.Using this machine, we realized 5 stepsof dynamic walk, including walk initiation.

We introduce a method to generate whole body motion of a humanoid robot such that the resulted total linear/angular momenta become specified values. First, we derive a linear equation which gives the total momentum of a robot from its physical parameters, the base link speed and the joint speeds. Constraints between the legs and the environment are also considered. The whole body motion is calculated from a given momentum reference by using a pseudoinverse of the inertia matrix. As examples, we generated kicking and walking motions and tested on an actual humanoid robot HRP-2. This method, the Resolved Momentum Control, gives us a unified framework to generate various maneuver of humanoid robots.

「イタリア美術」という概念はイタリア半島初の統一国家イタリア王国の成立に伴い形成されたと仮定し、絵画を中心に、遺産としての過去の美術の扱いと、同時代の動向との関係を通して考察し、以下が明らかになった。第一に18世紀に遡るイタリア美術史編纂事業を通して、半島内で展開した美術の独自性と世界への発進力が改めて認識された、第二に美術品保護の充実が訴求され、公私の美術館制度が整備された、第三に「イタリア美術」というブランド力の国際的な場面における効果が認識され、謂わば、海外における「イタリア美術」像を再受容し、イタリア王国は美術外交という施策を展開した。

記号接地問題の解決には記号で指示しうる概念を外界入力から生成する必要があるが,そのために人間の脳の神経機構と比較は実り多いだろう.そうした概念は状態空間中で静的で特定化しうる状態クラスタである.その生成を促進する表現の候補は、非線形変換により低次元に拘束する表現とスパース表現である.人間の新皮質感覚領野に存在するハイパーカラムが,その内部に競合的な神経回路を持つのでスパース表現に対応付く.

平成28年度は,外国語処理における繰り返し接触による気づき・注意機能の発現と自動化に関する理論的・実証的研究として,主として以下の3つの研究課題を設定し,次のようなことが明らかとなった。(1)「相互的同調機能の発現が日本人英語学習者の第二言語産出に及ぼす影響」を研究課題として設定し、日本人英語学習者を対象にプライミング手法を用い、相互的同調機能を支えるメカニズムである統語的プライミング効果について検証した。その結果,英語母語話者を対象とした実験で見られた、プライムを音声提示、ターゲットを音声または文字産出した際の統語的プライミング効果が日本人英語学習者に対しても見られることが明らかになった。(2)「日本人英語学習者の文理解における統語構造および意味構造の構築の検証」を研究課題として設定し、初級および中級熟達度の日本人英語学習者を対象に、目的格関係節文と受動文とを用いて、音声提示および文字提示で心理言語学的実験を行った。その結果、中級熟達度の学習者は、意味役割の再付与はある程度自動化しており、音声と文字とでは同程度に処理ができるが、複雑で複数の統語処理が必要な場合、文理解が困難になることがわかった。一方、初級熟達度の学習者は、意味情報に依存して文を理解し、意味役割の再付与に困難性があり、統語構造の構築が困難であることがわかった。また音声のほうが文字よりも処理が困難であることが判明した。(3)「タスクによる注意機能が第二言語文理解時における言語情報処理に与える影響:自己ペース読み課題による検討」を研究課題として設定し,句構造規則違反では、低熟達度群は統語情報に注意を向けなければ意味主導の処理を行っていることが、また、意味違反では、高熟達度群は意味情報から注意をそらしても意味違反を即座に検出したが、依然として日本人英語学習者は意味主導の処理を行っていることが明らかになった。

The tetragonal-to-monoclinic phase transformation of Y_2O_3-doped tetragonal ZrO_2 polycrystals(Y-TZP)was investigated by annealing at 140°C in hot water. Sintered bodies of Y-TZP were prepared by sintering at temperatures ranging between 1300 and 1500°C, using a 3mol% Y-TZP fine powder, synthesized by means of the hydrolysis method, as a starting powder. X-ray diffraction measurements on the sample surfaces and Rietveld analyses revealed that the amount of cubic phase increased and the Y_2O_3 concentration within the tetragonal phase decreased as the sintering temperature increased. Scanning electron microscopy measurements also showed that the grain size on the sample surfaces increased as the sintering temperature increased. When the sintered bodies were subjected to annealing in hot water, the phase-transformation rate on their surfaces increased as the sintering temperature increased. This behavior can be explained by both the decrease in the Y_2O_3 concentration within the tetragonal phase and the increase in the grain size.

急速な高齢化が進む我が国では,社会保障制度の見直しにより,高齢者ケアの重点は施設中心から在宅へと移行してきている。施設と在宅の中間的施設である介護老人保健施設(以下,老健施設)は急激な増加を続け,理学療法士(Physical Therapist : 以下,PT)が活躍する場の一つとして注目される。そこで,総合ゼミへの参加を通して老健施設におけるPTの役割を調べた。その結果,(1)身体機能の把握(2)家屋状況の適応(3)他職種との連携(4)チームでの統一した目標設定とアプローチ(5)社会資源の活用の5項目が挙げられた。複合的なニーズをもつ対象者に対し,PTも幅広いアプローチが必要である。
