学校におけるいじめ問題は, 「キレる」子どもや「ひきこもる」子どもの問題と同様, 解決すべき重要な課題の一つである. しかし, いじめの定義はあいまいであり, 社会心理学でもいじめを明確に決定づけることが困難であるため, 現場教師による早期発見が難しい. いじめの背景には子どもと子どもの相互作用があり, 特に中学生の年代では価値をめぐる相互作用により交友関係が形成される. しかし, 一元的な管理主義が支配する学校の中では自由に価値を見出すことが難しく, また集団が群集化することがあり, 群集化の影響が価値を共有できない少数の子どもをいじめのターゲットにしてしまう. 本論文では, 群集化する交友集団における, 価値をめぐった交友関係の形成過程をエージェントベースでモデル化する. そして, モデルのパラメータ値を変化させることで, 価値を共有できない少数のエージェントが発生する条件を明らかにした. 提案モデルによると, 管理を弱くしてエージェントに多様な価値を見出すことが許されるようにすることは, 逆に価値を共有できないエージェントの数を増加させる可能性がある. 我々は, その原因がエージェントの相互作用にあることを調べた.

声楽発声指導は, 今日まで経験に基づいた主観的な方法で行われてきた. 呼吸法の指導は, 声楽発声指導において重要な課題であるが, 見るだけではわかりづらいため, 指導者によっては, 胸腹部の動きを手で確認して行っていた. しかし歌唱中の動きの確認は難しく, またセクハラの問題もあり, 客観的に呼吸運動を知る方法の開発が望まれていた. ストレインゲージは伸展による電気抵抗の変化で伸展度を計測できる機器で, これを胸部と腹部にベルトの一部として取り付け, リアルタイムに呼吸運動を調べるシステムを考案した. データはオシログラフを模したソフトで表示し, 客観的な呼吸運動の観察が可能で, 声楽発声の指導や音声治療の発声訓練に有効であることがわかった.

In order to investigate relationship between quality of voice and laryngeal adjustment, electro-myographic recordings were made with three intrinsic laryngeal muscles, i.e. the cricothyroid, lateral cricoarytenoid and vocalis muscles, when a tenor sang in different qualities of voice with six different“Placings”which had been defined by Husler. Mean air flow rate was also measured for some singing samples. The results led us to the following conclusions.1. Among the placings which fit rather low pitches, the placing No.2 is accompanied by the heviest adjustment whereas the No.3b is associated with the lightest adjustment.2. Among the placings suitable for rather high pitches, the placing No.6 requires heavy adjustment while No.4 and No.5 are of light adjustment (falsetto) .3. Although there are definite relationship between the placing and laryngeal adjustment, the placing appears to be also a matter of resonance to a certain extent.

本稿の取り上げる手紙は,先に出された反論(「某氏からデカルトへの書簡」1641年7月)に対するデカルトの答弁である.論点は反論に沿って14点ある.なかでも,心身関係,生得観念,永遠真理創造説などの話題には,この手紙ならではの議論の発展が読み取れる.その点で貴重な文献である.デカルトは,当初それを『省察』の付録に組み入れるつもりで力を入れて書いており,これは手紙の形式ではあれ一つの論文をなしている.以下では,それらの論点を明らかにしたうえで全文の翻訳を試みる.

Patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis often have muscle cramps during and after the dialysis therapy. Muscle cramps are defined as the sudden onset of a prolonged involuntary muscle contraction accompanied with severe pain, resulting in early termination of a HD session and inadequate dialysis. The etiology of the cramps is unknown and effective anti-cramp medicine is not available. We have hypothesized that water-soluble vitamins are deficient in HD patients. Accordingly, we administrated biotin to 14 patients who had frequent muscle cramps during HD sessions. Oral administration of 1 mg/day biotin promptly reduced the onset and the severity of cramps in 12 patients both during and after HD. Then, the plasma biotin levels were measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA) in HD patients, including 14 patients with cramps and 13 patients without cramps, and 11 healthy volunteers. Plasma biotin levels were elevated in 27 HD patients at baseline compared with healthy volunteers [451 (377 - 649) vs. 224 (148 - 308) ng/l, median (lower-upper quartiles); p < 0.0001]. Unexpectedly, among the 14 cramp patients, the biotin levels were significantly higher in biotin-ineffective 7 patients than biotin-effective 7 patients [1,064 (710 - 1,187) vs. 445 (359 - 476) ng/l; p < 0.001]. Thus, the biotins measured by ELISA may consist of not only intact biotin but also its metabolites that do not function as a vitamin. In conclusion, biotin administration is one choice to relieve HD patients from muscle cramps regardless of their elevated plasma biotin levels.

フランスの共和主義的伝統において,ジャコバン主義とデモクラシーとの間にはどのような論理的関連があり,またそこにはどんな特徴が見られるのか。フランス革命と革命後世紀で展開された革命擁護論とそれに対立する批判論に含まれたジャコバン的観念の特質,つまりジャコバン的パラダイムの明確化をめざす。この過程でジャコバン的観念がデモクラシーや共和制のイメージに及ぼした影響を検討して,共和主義言説におけるデモクラシーとジャコバン主義の複雑な関係を整理したい。

Phase-field topology optimization model which aims the maximum rigidity of mechanical structure has been developed and its fundamental performances have been evaluated by performing two-dimensional cantilever simulation. Here, the effects of interface thickness, initial morphology and solid volume fraction on the final morphologies and rigidity have been investigated. As a result, it has been confirmed that the thin interface thickness produces the high rigidity of the structure with small computational cost. Furthermore, the developed model enabled us to maximize the rigidity of mechanical structure stably and easily and the initial morphology dependencies of final morphology were relatively small.

A novel multi modular GTO current source converter structure is presented to application to superconducting magnetic energy storage system. N_??_N converters are arranged in a array form. The GTO current source converter array with appropriate arrangement of modulation and carrier signals can output large power with high quality line current waveforms. With using of only <i>N</i> transformers, 6N² pulse number converter performance is obtained. Only low switching of GTO is required since PWM is primarily used as a method to control flow of power instead of reducing harmonics. It is compared with conventional direct paralleled multi modular converter structure. The results of simulation are presented in this paper.
