Recently, the media environment has transformed considerably; instead of "mass media," formation of public opinion is now influenced by "social media." Thus, we must consider instituting new media literacy education to correspond with the new media environment. From our perspective, the most important feature of any media literacy education should be its ethical aspects. First, we considered how ethical aspects are positioned in the discussion of media literacy and found the term "practical moral knowledge" to be worth our attention. Next, to apply practical moral knowledge to new media literacy, we investigated Our Space, finding it necessary to focus on the ethical strategies we use in our everyday lives-both online and offline. From the results, we concluded that introducing new media literacy is important for shifting the existing paradigm within Japanese language education.

In this paper the authors investigated the fundamental data which were necessary for estimation of the optimum number of the fixtures in a lavatory of the single-purpose soccer stadium. The sanitary fixture usage of the audience of a pro-soccer game at a stadium-K were surveyed actually by means of the electric methods. The results are as follows. The number of men was same to female in audience. The waiting line of lavatory during the intermission had been left after the second half of the game had started, therefore some of audience had been disturbed to watch the game. Lack of the sanitary fixture in the female lavatory had caused waiting line during this investigation period. But the occupated period on each fixture was similar to the result of the previous investigation.

トマス・ペッゲは、現代においてコスモポリタニズムを提唱する代表的な政治理論家であり、ロールズの国際正議論の忌憚のない批判者でもある。ポッゲのコスモポリタン正議論は自らのグローバル正議論に基づいており、そのグローバル正議論は、ロールズに従って、社会構造、とりわけ社会制度の観点から提起されている。ポッゲは、西洋の豊かな市民が形成するグローバルな制度秩序がグローバルな貧しい人々に対して危害を加えており、それゆえ、西洋の豊かな国々には、危害を加えないという正義の消極的義務があると主張する。ポッゲの制度的アプローチによれば、危害を加える制度秩序を支える人は、もし危害を被る人の保護と制度改革の推進に向け道理に適った努力をしないのであれば、その制度に協力し、消極的義務を犯しているとみなされる。ポッゲが提唱する制度的コスモポリタニズムも社会正義コスモポリタニズムもともに、人権の制度的理解に基礎を置く。制度的人権は、「人権は消極的義務のみを伴う」というリバタリアンの制約のもとで理解されている。ロールズの正議論に依拠するように見えても、ポッゲの理論は、それをグローバルに拡大するコスモポリタニズムではなく、リバタリアンの規範を前提に構築されており、それがポッゲ批判の焦点となっている。

In the consolidation of the modern state, advanced sections of the community often lead other, less-advanced ones and sometimes enforce consolidation by conquest. In Japan, the four feudal clans of Satsuma, Choshu, Tosa and Higo formed a state through a secure consolidation with the emperor system, and thus brought into being a nation ruled by a feudal clique.

Cosmic ray particles entering the atmosphere interact with the air nuclei and produce neutrinos. These neutrinos are called atmospheric neutrinos. The atmospheric neutrino anomaly observed in Kamiokande is now understood as due to neutrino oscillations by high statistics measurements of the atmospheric neutrinos in Super-Kamiokande. The studies of the atmospheric neutrinos have matured into detailed studies of neutrino masses and mixings.

畜肉(牛肉,羊肉,豚肉および鶏肉),魚肉(アブラコ,サンマ,イワシおよびタラ)および豆類(エンドウ,アズキ,テボウおよびキントキ)のリン脂質中にしめるプラズマローゲンの含量を求めた。畜肉では7〜13%,魚肉では4〜6%および豆類では0.1〜0.2%であった。
