本稿は,2010年代の自民党の情報発信手法と戦略,ガバナンスの変容について論じている。自民党は2000年代以後,広報戦略と手法を革新し続けてきた。本稿では,(1)2000年代の自民党の広報戦略の変容(2)2013年の第23回参議院議員通常選挙における自民党のネット選挙対策部門トゥルースチームの取り組み(3)2016年の投票年齢引き下げにあたっての自民党の取り組み,という3つの事例を取り上げた。事例の分析を通じて,「標準化」と「オープン化」という特質を持つ「選挙プラットフォーム」と化した自民党の現在の姿を明らかにした。これらは,2000年代における自民党の試行錯誤と創意工夫が結実したものである。そして間接的に2010年代における野党の劣勢と混乱,情報発信手法の革新の停滞が影響し,日本の政党の情報化の取り組みのなかでは,自民党の存在感は確固としたものになっている。本稿は,情報化に適応し,変化する自民党の姿を明らかにするとともに,日本政治の情報化に伴う現状と課題を展望する。

The major thesis of this article is that the year 1955 marked a watershed in the history of the Cold War, in a sense that by then a fundamental, qualitative change had taken place, and that it set the tone for the future Cold War.By 1955, not only the “easing of tension” but also several changes in the nature of the East-West contest had become discernible. These changes were: (1) relative stability in Europe—the major battleground in the Cold War and also, to a much lesser extent, though, in Asia; (2) a growing awareness on the part of the leaders in Washington, London, and Moscow of the massive destructiveness of a nuclear conflagration, which had made them extremely cautious in their behavior, especially in Europe; and therefore, (3) the super-power rivalry shifting from the major battleground in Europe to the risk-free “Third World”, hence the globalization of the Cold War. Accordingly, the Cold War hereafter took on more of the characteristic of economic and psychological warfare and covert operations.The above-mentioned changes resulted from: (1) the congealment of the two “security spheres” in Europe, and, to a lesser extent, on a global scale; (2) the emergence of thermonuclear weapons, making actual war unbearably costly and difficult.This article basically supports the bipolar stability theory, and yet it contends that bipolarity alone would not guarantee stability, and stresses the “soft, ” human, and psychological aspect of the leadership on both sides.

本稿では、人々に恐怖をかき立てる代表的な怪物である吸血鬼とその変化を取り上げる。死の観念をめぐる文化や宗教性といった背景を抜きにして吸血鬼を論じることはできない。しかしそのような議論に立ち入ることは最低限に留め、心理臨床の視点から吸血鬼と恐れについて検討し、それが心にとって何を意味するか考察していきたい。

本研究の目的は,新制中学校英語科の「事実上の必修化」がいつ,どのように成立したかを検討し,その上で,必修化を促した要因を明らかにすることである。この分析を通して,ある教育内容が「すべての者が学ぶことが自明視される」という意味での《国民教育》の構成要素に,いかに成長していったか検討する。 新制中学発足当初こそ,選択科目であることが当然視されていた英語科だが,既に1950年代には中1の履修率がほぼ100%に近づき,「全員が一度は学ぶ」という意味での事実上の必修化が現出した。60年代になると中3の履修率も上昇し,「全員が3年間学ぶ」という今日的な意味での事実上の必修化が進行した。 同時期に「3年間必修化」を促した主たる要因は,教育内容そのものに関わる内在的な要因よりも,外在的な制度的・構造的要因であった。すなわち,英語の必要性の増大や英語教員の必修化推進運動ではなく,高校入試への英語試験導入,高校進学率の上昇,ベビーブーマー卒業後に生じた人的リソースの余裕など,構造的・制度的な変化の影響のほうが大きかった。なお,当時,自覚的な「運動」こそなかったが,関係者によって「英語の必要性」論への対抗言説が編まれており,これにより英語の《国民教育》としての正当性が高められ,その後の事実上の必修化を条件付けた面もある。以上のように,英語科の《国民教育》化は,種々の要因の複合的な結果として生じたと言える。

本論文では、障害を理解するということは何なのか、障害を理解するにはどうあるべきなのか、障害理解を進めていくにはどのような取り組みがあるのかについて検討するために、「障害を理解するということ」「障害の概念」「障害理解研究」「障害理解教育」について検討し、あわせて「知見」と「かかわり」からも考察した。その結果、国際的にも国内的にもインクルージョンの理念が具体化されつつあり、個人や社会における障害理解は進みつつあるが、教育の本質や人間の本質に至るまでの「障害理解の視点」は未だ浸透していないことが考察された。今後、障害理解教育等に代表される障害理解研究によってさらなる検討が求められた。障害理解障害理解研究障害理解教育態度・接触インクルージョン

本稿は、2011年7月に改正された障害者基本法において、「発達障害」が「障害者」の定義をめぐる議論において、どのように取り扱われたかを検討した。今回の改正は、2009年12月から開始された「障がい者制度改革」の一環として取り組まれたものであった。「制度の谷間」を生まない「障害者」の定義のあり方は、「制度改革」の主要な論点の一つでもあり、その前提ともいうべきものであった。しかしながら、改正案における「障害者」の定義は、従来の3障害に「その他の心身の機能の障害」を追加したものに過ぎなかった。さらに、当初「その他」に含むとされていた発達障害は、「『精神障害』に含む」とする変更がなされたが、このようないともたやすい変更は、「発達障害」のおかれた「位置づけ」の弱さを物語るものであった。2012年7月、「制度改革」は一応の終結をみたが、「Nothing about us without us !」のスローガンに象徴された「当事者主体」の理念は、今後の政策に引き継がれていくべきものであった。

The pixels in the conventional image sensors are placed at lattice positions, and this causes the jaggies at the edge of the slant line we perceive, which is hard to resolve by pixel size reduction. The author has been proposing the method of reducing the jaggies effect by arranging the photo diode at pseudorandom positions, with keeping the lattice arrangement of pixel boundaries that are compatible with the conventional image sensor architecture. In this paper, the author discusses the design of CMOS image sensor with pseudorandom pixel placement, as well as the preliminary evaluation of the fabricated CMOS image sensor.

In this paper I read the text of Confucian Analects from the viewpoint of "learning". Here, "learning" means the process of understanding something which causes the transformation of the self who understands something. If the process of logical calculation proceeds with the transformation of the self who performs this logical calculation, it is learning. This self-referential dynamical process is the core of the theoretical structure of Confucian Analects.This paper is organized as follows; at first I discuss the concept of knowing (知) and describe the structure of learning in detail. I show that the famous Menoʼs paradox in Platoʼs Meno was solved by Confucius before the birth of Plato.From this perspective, I redefine the major concepts of this text such as 忠(zhong), 信(xin), 恕(shu), 禮(li), 和(he), 同(tong), 君子(junzi), 小人(xiaoren), 仁(ren), etc. Knowing oneʼs own true feeling is the most important thing for a man of virtue. I also discuss a book by Herbert Fingarette on Confucius. In the final section I indicate the similarity between the thoughts of Confucius and M.K. Gandhi.
