本研究ではこれまで開発してきた幅優先探索順の列挙手法を拡張し,各原子の数とナフタレン環の数を入力として,ナフタレン環を一つのノードに縮約したときに木構造となる化学構造を重複なくすべて列挙する手法を提案する.よく知られた列挙ツールであるMOLGENといくつかの入力に対して実行時間を比較し,閉路としてナフタレン環のみを含む場合に提案手法の実行効率が優れていることを示す.

We reported a 69-year-old male case of multiple myeloma. His chief complain was a skin tumor, and it was localized on his forearm. After general examination of whole the body, atypical myeloma cells were found in the bone marrow. We selected radiation therapy, because of his age, past disease history, and so on. The tumor expressed good response, and reduced clinically. But, in a short time, it formed metastatic lesions in both thoracis vetebra and forearm arround the first lesion.Multiple myeloma is a disease, which is usually found and mainly complained chronic anemia, morbid bone fracture, and lumbago. This case that we reported was found as extramedullary plasmacytoma on the skin, and in that point, it was comparatively rare clinically.

骨修飾薬(以下,BMA)は,骨吸収を阻害する薬剤である。骨関連事象を抑制し,患者の予後や生活の質の改善をもたらす大変有用な薬剤であるが,有害事象として顎骨壊死(以下,ONJ)の発症が問題である。BMA を安心して使用するには,ONJ の予防,ONJ 発症後の対応が重要である。静岡県西部地区では,浜松市歯科医師会を中心に BMA 投与に関する連携システムを構築し対応している。本システムを活用し,ONJ 発症後の終末期がん患者の在宅療養を支援することが可能であった症例について報告する。症例は 73 歳男性の終末期胸腺癌患者で,A 大学病院にて骨転移に対してゾレドロン酸を使用された。左下顎側切歯の抜歯後に ONJ を発症したため,ゾレドロン酸は中止となった。A 大学病院歯科口腔外科にてのちに腐骨除去された。その後,左下臼歯部に歯周炎による排膿があり,外来で定期的に洗浄および抗菌薬投与にて対応されていた。終末期となり A 大学病院に入院されたが,在宅療養を希望されたため退院。 ケアマネジャーの紹介により本システムを使用して歯科訪問診療にて対応した。数回の歯科処置を実施し,最期まで良好な口腔内環境を維持し経口摂取を支援できた。在宅療養を希望する終末期がん患者で ONJ を発症している,あるいはそのリスクがある場合,本システムは大きな支援となると考えられる。より多くの患者が恩恵を受けられるよう,今後も本システムの周知活動を各方面に続け,発展させていきたい。

重縮合は高分子生成反応の中で重要な反応のひとつである。ここでは重縮合の基礎を簡単に述べた後に,最近のこの分野の進展,すなわち,精密重縮合に関するi)分子量および分子量分布の精密制御 ii)ハイパーブランチポリマーの分岐度の制御 iii)位置選択的カップリング重縮合,更にはこれまでの理論と異なる iv)非等モルのモノマーからの高分子量ポリマーの合成について紹介する。

To fabricate transparent conducting films (TCFs) for electronic devices, both a high conductivity and thermal stability are significant issues due to the need for a high temperature annealing process. In this report, we describe the preparation of a highly transparent (94% transmittance), conductive (surface resistivity: 354 Ω sq−1) and thermally stable double-walled carbon nanotube (DWCNT) film without adding any chemical doping or rinsing. Such film was obtained by a simple dilution and condensation/filtration process (DC/F). The procedure is quite simple, and thus large scalability is easy.

Next-generation sequencers (NGS) have made it possible to analyze entire genome sequence. NGS can be used for the identification of genes associated with a wide variety of diseases. We investigate RNAs encoded by intergenic regions to identify novel genes that are involved in respiratory diseases. The respiratory tracts of mice were exposed to lipopolysaccharide to establish a model of respiratory disease. RNA expression levels in the mouse exosome were analyzed by NGS to identify genes involved in the development of respiratory diseases. Several disease-related regions exhibited altered expression levels of intergenic RNAs.

In this case, it is thought that "Evaluation from the consumer" carries out the function similar to "embeddedness".

目的:血清尿酸値(UA)および尿pHと,メタボリック症候群(MetS)との関連について検討する.方法:虎の門病院人間ドックでの21年間の受診者のべ225,826名(男性168,042名,女性57,784名)を対象として,UAおよび尿pHと,MetSとの関連について多角的に分析した.また本研究でのMetSの判定基準は,ウエスト周囲径のかわりに肥満指数(body mass index:BMI)25以上を使用した.結果:21年の経過で男女ともにUAの上昇,尿pHの低下およびMetS発現率の上昇が見られ,UAおよび尿pHは,MetS関連諸因子(血圧・空腹時血糖・中性脂肪・HDL cholesterolおよびBMI),さらに自己申告による疾患有病率の大部分と関連していた.さらに初診時BM正常者のその後のMetS発現率を初診時の尿酸値および尿pHとの関連でみると,初診時に高尿酸血症(UA:7.1mg/dl以上),または酸性尿(pH:5.5未満)があると,その後のMetS発現率は有意に高値であった。結論:UAと尿pHは,MetSと関連する因子や疾患有病率と有意な関連性があり,MetSおよび関連疾患発症のリスク因子であることが示された.さらに初回受診時のUAと尿pHが,その後のMetS発症に関連していることから,これらはMetSの先行指標となりうるものと考えられた.

Many industrial merits are found in electro-chemical machining of metals as compared with other conventional methods of metal working though the accuracy of the worked piece by electro- chemical machining is not very satisfactory.The author investigated anodic dissolution, working condition, and workability of removing iron in electro-chemical machining and the following experimental results were obtained:(1) Electro-chemical machining of iron could be successfully performed when halogen compounds were used for electrolyte.(2) The accuracy of worked piece was variant depending on distance between electrodes, nature of electrolyte and chemical composition and microstructure of working material.Electro-chemical machining of irons of almost same composition in sodium chloride solution gave variable results of anodic polarization potential depending upon the microstructure of working material.When anodic polarization potential was lower, both current efficiency and penetration rate were higher and also the removing was more effective.

筆者らのグループは原子核写真乾板の技術を用いて火山体内部の透過像を撮影する全く新しい測定技術を開発した. 対象から1km程度はなれた位置に測定器を設置, 2ヶ月間の観測で現火口底の下を高い空間分解能でイメージングすることに成功した. 火山体という厳しい環境下における観測を行うに当たり, 軽量, 安価, そして電力消費を要しない写真フィルムが担う役割は極めて大きい.
