学校検診の心電図検査で異常を指摘され, 当科を受診した46名中44名に心電図異常が認められた。内訳は洞性徐脈及び洞性不整脈10例, 冠状静脈洞調律2例, 心室性期外収縮5例, 心室調律2列, 1度房室ブロック8列, 2度房室ブロック4例, 右脚ブロック12例, WPW症候群5例, 左室肥大1例, 右室肥大1例, 心筋傷害1例, 右胸心1例であった。精査の結果明らかな基礎疾患がみつかったのは, 右室肥大が見られた先天性肺動脈弁狭窄症1例と心筋障害が疑われた心尖部肥大型心筋症の計2例で, その他には不完全右脚ブロックを指摘された漏斗胸1例, 家族性WPW症候群の1例, 他の奇型合併を伴わない右胸心1例がみつかった。残りの39例では, 明らかな基礎疾患の存在は認められなかった。<BR>44名中右脚ブロック10例, 心肥大2例, 右胸心1例を除く31例の心電図異常例にマスターダブル負荷試験を行ったところ, 負荷陽性は心尖部肥大型心筋症1例だけであった。マスターダブル負荷直後, 心室性期外収縮4例, 2度房室ブロック1例, WPW症候群4例を除く23例では, 不整脈が消失したりQRS波型の正常化が見られた。<BR>マスターブル負荷試験は, 不整脈を有する学童のスクリーニングテストとして簡便かつ有用な方法である。

我々は人間の行動やコミュニケーションの定量計測を可能にするセンサデバイスの研究を2007年から行っている.研究内容は,センサデバイスの開発だけでなく,行動分析からその利活用までと多岐にわたる.本報告では、我々が今まで取り組んできた行動計測/行動分析手法,及び,ビジネスの事例から,顧客の課題をどのようして解決に導いてきたのかを実例を交えて紹介する.

気仙地域は、海・陸域の複合生態系が豊富な資源を生み出し、縄文時代から現代までそれらを活用した人類営為が展開した。本研究は、当地域の歴史文化を歴史・考古・民俗学の手法で研究し、地域の方々と行政に提供する。これは甚大な東日本大震災被害から復興する当地域の方々を支援する取組でもある。調査は多岐に亙る。考古学では、古代・中世の漁撈関係遺物・集落遺跡データの集成、被災地域石碑の所在調査、中世塚・板碑群調査、中世城館群の縄張図作成等。歴史学では、中世遺跡群と文献史料との比較、熊谷家近世文書群の調査、大島正隆論文の公開等。民俗学では横田・小友地区で民俗慣行の調査と実施。3か年市民向け報告会を開催した。

The Japan Association of International Relations, which was established in 1956, considers one of its main objectives to contribute to the progress of the study of the history of international relations, in paticular to research into the history of Japanese diplomacy. Japan's Road to the Pacific War is a representative example of what can be done by the joint endeavour of this association.We would like to point out, as a specific characteristics of recent research on the history of international relations, firstly, a tendency to remove the limitations which are encountered by a study of so called “diplomatic history” in isolation from everything else.We would like to examine the change from the move traditional approaches, which have emphasized only bilateral or multilateral relations between states, to the more modern, original approaches. The interest of researchers will be to cover a wide area of historical phenomena, such as the political decision-making process, public opinion, economic pressure groups and the process of communication amongst other things.The second characteristic has been the flowering of collaborative reserch between Japanese and foreign scholars, and we are now receiving the excellent results of their labours. For instance, the conference at Lake Kawaguchi in 1969, the result of which was, “The history of Japanese-American Relations, 1931-41” is a representative example of this trend. However, it is regrettable that the participants in these collaborative research projects have been mainly limited to Japanese and American scholars. It is to be hoped that, in future, there will be further opportunities for collaborative research and conferences not only with American scholars, but also with scholars from China, England, Korea, the Soviet Union and South East Asia.We hope the future tendency of research will be for the themes of the role and limitation of the individual in international affairs, as well as the problem of individual responsibility, to become the common interest of scholars.We hope that, in future, the increasing variety of scholarship will not become merely scattered and diffused.

As the number of chronic kidney disease patients increases every year, a concomitant increase in drug use among patients with renal impairment is anticipated in daily clinical practice. For patient safety, drug information should be useful and meet the needs of medical workers. The aim of this study was to investigate the problem of the descriptions in package inserts of prescription drugs regarding: 1) drug administration to patients with renal impairment, and 2) effects of the drug on the kidney (hereinafter “information on renal function” ). Also, we evaluated the usefulness of the renal function information for medical workers. For this survey, 337 prescription drugs that require careful attention for use in patients with renal impairment were selected. We extracted “the information on renal function” described in the package inserts of these 337 prescription drugs from the website of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency. We compared the contents of the information regarding the pharmacokinetics of patients with renal impairment described in the package insert with those described in the corresponding interview form. In 44.8% of the 337 package inserts, information on pharmacokinetics in patients with renal impairment was not included. Only 21.2% of the inserts contained useful information on drug administration to such patients, such as clear dose adjustment. Therefore, our survey suggests that the package inserts do not provide sufficient information on “renal function” for medical workers. In conclusion, improvement of the information regarding “renal function” in the prescription drug package inserts is necessary in order to meet the needs of medical workers. 実験室におけるアスファルテンの溶剤分別において、目詰まりの問題のあるろ紙を用いる分離や、高価な高速遠心分離機を用いる方法に代わる手軽な方法として、テフロン製充填剤を用いて比較的多量のアスファルテンのカラム分離法を考案した。アスファルテンの構造解析を行うために、10gの減圧残油から回収を行うことを目的として、カラム内径、充填剤とアスファルテンの回収量の相関を検討した。アスファルテンの回収可能量はカラムの断面積に比例して増加し、内径30mmのカラムで10gの残油を処理できる見通しがついた。
