要旨:【目的】回復期入院リハビリテーション(リハビリ)での脳梗塞branch atheromatous disease(BAD)の治療成績を検討した.【対象と方法】レンズ核線条体動脈領域(LSA-BAD)90 例と傍正中橋動脈領域(PPA-BAD)21 例に対し,入院時・退院時の脳卒中重症度(NIHSS),機能的自立度評価法(FIM),上肢・手指・下肢各Brunnstrom stage(BRS)を検討した.【結果】LSABAD群はPPA-BAD 群に比べ入退院時NIHSS は有意に重症であり,手指・上肢の機能改善は不良であった(p<0.05).LSA-BAD 群は入院時上肢・手指BRS の退院時3 段階以上の回復は稀だったが,両群とも退院時FIM は多くが100 点以上であった.【結論】回復期リハビリでのBAD を分類し検討することで,皮質脊髄路障害部位の違いによる運動麻痺と機能的自立度評価の回復過程を評価できた.

Despite an abundance of application opportunities, for a long time Goffman's sociology of play/games has practically been ignored in the studies of play theory. The aim of this paper is to give his sociology of play an appropriate position in the historical development of play theories. To this end, the following points are demonstrated: 1. What were the achievements and the problems of the play theories (of Huizinga, Caillois, and Bateson) before Goffman? 2. How did Goffman inherit the previous works' achievements and solve their problems? 3. What kind of relationship did Goffman's sociology of play have with Csikszentmihalyi's flow theory, which had the greatest influence on the development of play theories after Goffman? While Caillois basically inherited Huizinga's definitions of play he criticized Huizinga's concept of play as being too wide, and his definitions of play are not appropriate for "play" as a whole but only to a part of it. Therefore, Caillois redefined "play" to the domain of culture, and also he classified "play" into four by two categories. Responding to Caillois' criticism of Huizinga, Goffman developed Bateson's frame theory, and he showed that the fun of play can be explained through a single, integrated one without any classification. This new frame theory by Goffman can be summarized as the playing field introducing various valuable things from the outside world into itself through its frame while blocking any irrelevant objects; it is important to balance the way of its reflection of the outside world in order to heighten participants' concentration on its unique reality utilizing randomness and symbolic distance. This theory of Goffman's is in a complementary relationship with Csikszentmihalyi's flow theory, which also emphasizes concentration, and thus its integration will lead to a more complete theory.

症例は,ダビガトラン開始1カ月後より胸焼けを自覚した67歳男性と薬剤開始数日後より心窩部痛を自覚した81歳女性である.内視鏡所見は近似しており,食道に白色あるいは暗青色の膜様物が付着した浅い潰瘍を多数認めた.いずれの症例もダビガトラン投与は継続し,服薬指導のみで症状は消失し潰瘍は改善した.食事中に薬剤を大量の水で服用し座位を保持するという服薬指導は,ダビガトランによる食道傷害の予防に有効である.

淀川流域における外来魚類の生息現況を明らかにするために、採集および文献調査を行った。231地点の採集調査の結果、12種の国外外来種(採集地点が多い順に、オオクチバス、ブルーギル、カダヤシ、カムルチー、タウナギ、コクチバス、ナイルティラピア、アリゲーターガー、ニジマス、カラドジョウ、チャネルキャットフィッシュ、コウタイ)と2種の国内外来種(ヌマチチブ、ワカサギ)が採集された。アリゲーターガー、カラドジョウは当流域(本調査範囲内)、チャネルキャットフィッシュは淀川における初記録となった。河川本流と河道内氾濫原(ワンド・タマリ・二次流路)では、オオクチバス、ブルーギル、ヌマチチブ、カムルチーの、農業水路や支流などの周辺水域ではカダヤシ、オオクチバス、ブルーギル、タウナギの出現率が高かった。オオクチバス、ブルーギルは流域全体に広がっており、カダヤシ、ヌマチチブ、カムルチーも比較的広範囲に出現した。文献調査では、さらに4種(ソウギョ、ハクレン、コクレン、タイワンドジョウ)の外来魚類の記録が見つかった。

発展や進歩の概念はつねにアンビバレントな意味を含んでいる。というのは、それらは未来によりよい状態を想定し、人や社会に希望を与える一方で、今われわれが生きている現在を未来への単なる途上として位置づけ、未来の幸福に資する限りで有意義であるような位置に押しとどめるからである。「成熟した社会」であると言われる現代にあって、「現在」がこのような貧しい意義しか持っていないとしたら、その「成熟」はことばのまやかしである。経済の成長に希望を託すことができない時代である今こそ「社会の成熟」を考える好機である。この論文では第2章から第5章まで、4人の研究者が「成熟」に関して考察している。第2章は、現代社会と個人における「成熟」概念の困難と希望を、理論的な側面から考察している。第3章は、戦後教育思想の浸透に伴って忘れられてきたもの、すなわち「暴力」の問題を事例に基づいて考察した。第4章は自伝的エピソード記憶の再生にかかわる性差と抑うつ気分の影響を実験によって調べ、検証した。第5章は、震災復興支援の経験から、物よりも社会関係資本の構築が支援策としては重要であることを論じている。

本稿ではディープラーニングの技術を用いて麻雀の評価関数を学習することを試みる.近年ディープラーニングの技術が確立し始めており,画像認識,音声認識,自然言語処理などの分野で優れた成果を上げている.ゲームの分野でも, ディープラーニングと強化学習を組み合わせたDeep Q Network により,多種多様なゲームの学習に成功しているが,筆者の知る限り,不完全情報ゲームへの適用は行われていない.そこで本稿では,不完全情報ゲームである麻雀の評価関数をディープラーニングの各種技術を利用して獲得し,有効性を評価する初の試みに取り組む.純粋な多層ニューラルネットとして学習した場合,ニューロンの数や層の深さを大きくしてネットワークの表現力を高めることで,学習データとの一致率は最大75.1%まで上がったが,テストデータとの一致率との大きな乖離が見られ,ディープラーニングの技術を用いることなく適切な学習をすることは難しいということが分かった.ディープラーニングの技術の一つであるオートエンコーダの採用有無により,収束状況や評価関数の精度に違いが見受けられたものの,汎化性能が高まるという結果は得られなかった.また,ディープラーニングの技術の一つであるドロップアウトにより,学習の過学習を抑え,テストデータとの一致率を37.2%から43.7%へ高めることに成功した.

本稿は、沖縄の米軍基地周辺市街地におけるインナーエリアの空洞化から都市下層の問題を呈示し、「二極化」の動向を分析していくことを目的とする。ただし、たんなる「インナーエリアー郊外」という都市社会学の一般的な空間構成の図式で読み解くのではなく、米軍基地を抱える沖縄の社会構造の特質と絡めて問題点を明らかにする。米軍基地周辺市街地のインナーエリア問題に関しては、沖縄市の旧コザ市管内を高齢化率、失業率、生活保護世帯率などの既存統計資料から空洞化の動向を紹介し、いったん都市下層の問題を一般的な指標で提示しておきたい。さらに、米軍基地の問題と深く関連する沖縄社会および沖縄の都市社会の構造の特質を見出すために、嘉手納弾薬庫を「不法」に占拠して400余の店舗群を構築した白川フリーマーケットを手がかりに都市下層の様相を記述しておく。そこに垣間見えてくるのは、圧倒的な暴力主体としてのアメリカ軍、それを優遇し正当化する日本の国家権力、そしてこの両者から私的利権を欲望させられる軍用地主によって強力に規定される、基地周辺の都市空間と都市下層の特殊性である。そこには「黙認」という都市行政の儀礼的態度も複雑に関連している。

During car frontal crash, crash energy is absorbed by the parts of front bumper, front side member, front panel member and so on. Previous research has indicated that front side member plays major role in energy absorption. For protecting the passengers, the front side member is expected to absorb crash energy as much as possible. In this study, we adopt cylindrical thin-walled structure using origami engineering as front side member instead of structure with box-shaped cross section which is generally used. We develop an optimization system of the cylindrical thin-walled structure using origami engineering, in which the objective function is to maximize the energy absorption of origami structure; the design variables are structural parameter, number of divisional sections along axis, number of edges of polygonal cross section and number of subdivision levels; the mass and initial peak load of optimal structure must be less than those of structure with box-shaped cross section. We then discuss the optimization results that the optimal structure is capable of absorbing energy 91% more than that of original box-shaped cross sectional structure which is usually bended on the way of being crashed, 37% more than that of original structure which is ideally crashed to bottom without bending.

近年の組込みソフトウェアの大規模化,高機能化のため,RTOSに対するメモリ保護機能の需要が高まっている.RTOSはソフトウェアの中核をなすため,高い品質が求められるが,メモリ保護機能に対するテストプロセスやテスト手法,テストの規模は明らかになっていない.本論文では,RTOSのメモリ保護機能に対するテストプロセスやテスト手法,テストの規模,およびテストの効果を明らかにした.メモリ保護機能に対応したRTOSとして,AUTOSAR仕様ベースのRTOSを使用した.

【背景】妊婦脳梗塞例に対し,血管内治療による急性期再開通療法施行例は報告されていない.【症例】33 歳女性,妊娠37 週,特記すべき既往歴なし.突然の意識障害,左上下肢麻痺で発症.レンズ核,島,放線冠に拡散強調像高信号域を認め,magnetic resonance angiography で右M1 閉塞を認めた.他院よりtPA 投与開始の後,血管内治療目的に当院へ搬送となる.血栓回収療法により,thrombolysis in cerebral infarction 2b の再開通が得られた.治療2 日後に帝王切開にて児を出産した.2カ月後にはmodified Rankin scale 0 に回復した.【結語】本症例はdrip,ship,retrieve,childbirth が成功した初めての症例報告である.

We evaluated the impact of different mood states on electroencephalogram (EEG) activity and surface sensation electrical current values using surface sensory nerve electrical stimulation in a virtual reality (VR) environment. The participants were 22 adults. The Profile of Mood States (POMS) was used as a psychological test to calculate the Total Mood Disturbance (TMD) score to divide participants into a high TMD group and a low TMD group. Three videos were selected for each of three different conditions (resting, unpleasant, pleasant) for a total of nine videos. Pain Vision was used to calculate the pain ratio (PR) to evaluate surface sensory nerve electrical stimulation. A subjective pain questionnaire was used to calculate the pain subjective score (PS) to assess participants’ subjective evaluations of pain. The θ wave rate (θ%), α wave rate (α%), and β wave rate (β%) were calculated for the EEG. Analysis results demonstrated that when mood was positive, PS was lower for all VR videos, but when mood was negative, PR, PS, and α% were lower and β% was higher for unpleasant and pleasant videos. Our study findings suggest that pain may be mitigated subjectively when mood is positive, and when mood is negative, it may be mitigated both subjectively and objectively as demonstrated by electrical stimulation.

This paper reviews such embedding theorems of dynamical systems as Takens' embedding theory and the extended theory by Sauer et al. and practical methods to reconstruct possible attractors only from observed time series data. These are bases for time series analysis from the view point of nonlinear dynamical systems theory. The reconstruction method by filtered delay coordinates is also discussed.
