<B>目 的</B><br> 本研究の目的は,子どもが乳幼児期にある母親の育児幸福感を高めるために3か月間に2時間による6回の少人数参加型プログラムを開発し評価した。<br><b>方 法</b><br> 9人から10人を1グループとするプログラムを2回実施した。プログラム参加群(以下プログラム群とする)19人に対し,プログラムの初回参加前と最終回参加後および最終回参加後1か月に心理学的指標(心理尺度)による育児ストレスや育児幸福感,自尊感情と生理学的指標(自律神経活動,脳波,唾液CgA)によるリラックスやストレスの評価をした。さらに,プログラムに参加しない対照群16人を設定し,同様の評価を実施した。プログラムの内容は,自分について話し仲間作りをする,子どもへの思いを振り返る,育児の幸せな瞬間を大切にする,互いの頑張りを認める,自分を認め自信を持つ,人生設計を考える,自分の悩みについて聞いてもらうなどであり,毎回腹式深呼吸と,笑顔作りのストレッチを取り入れた。心理的指標と生理的指標についてはそれぞれ,群と時点の効果を検討するために二要因分散分析が行われた。<br><b>結 果</b><br> 本プログラムの心理学的指標には育児ストレスにおける心理的疲労の群主効果を除き有意な差はみられなかった。心拍数の群主効果,自律神経活動におけるHFの時点主効果,脳波における,α1とα3に交互作用が有意であった。<br><b>結 論</b><br> 今後は,より効果的なコースプログラムの検討が課題となる。とくに毎回のプログラム終了後に子どもを交えた雑談の時間や個別相談の時間を確保すること,プログラム終了後の継続的な支援の必要性が課題として残された。

This paper will trace some early steps in transition of college curriculum administration in the United States from prescrided system of liberal arts to elective one of practical subjects under the following sections, and make clear that there is less difference between Ticknor and his opponents, the authors of Yale Report concerning the ultimate aim of college education than as has been widely believed.

本稿は, 長崎県五島列島の岐宿町を事例にして, 離島における消費者購買行動の考察を目的とした. 岐宿町における購買行動調査から, 低次財ほど岐宿町内で購入され, 高次財になるにつれ福江市内へ購買先が移る傾向がみられた. また, 離島という地理的な位置を反映した特徴として, 時間的・経済的制約をともなう島外都市での購買が高級品に関して顕著にみられた. さらに, 衣服類の購買に通信販売を利用する世帯が多かった. このような岐宿町における購買行動を規定している要因を数量化II類によって検討した結果, 購買機会の分布と女性の就業する産業が強く影響していることが明らかになった. 前者は, 福江島内の高次財の購買機会の少なさが影響していた. また後者に関しては, 女性の就業と他の生活活動との関係が認められ, 職業特有の就業時間や従業地, 自宅や従業地と購買先の位置関係などが購買行動に影響を与えている. 近年, 岐宿町内では高次財の購買が困難になっており, 福江市への依存傾向が強まっている. さらに, 島内での購買では十分な充足感が満たされない, または購買が不可能な財については, 購買を島外に依存せねばならない. その際には, 離島の「隔絶性」が大きな制約となっている. 通信販売の利用は, 購買のための時間不足と購買機会の減少に対処するための現実的な購買選択肢となっている.

Optically active platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonist, (+)-6-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropanecarbonyl-8, 11-dimethyl-2, 3, 4, 5-tetrahydro-8H-pyrido[4', 3' : 4, 5]thieno[3, 2-f][1, 2, 4]triazolo[4, 5-a][1, 4]diazepine (E6123), was synthesized on large-scale by optical resolution using (+)-dibenzoyl-D-tartaric acid. An X-ray crystallographic analysis clearly indicated that the absolute configuration of the synthesized E6123 was S.

A series of triazolodiazepines was synthesized and evaluated for anti-platelet activating factor (PAF) activities. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies on this series revealed that the introduction of a methyl group into the 8-position of the thienodiazepine nucleus can lead to a lengthening of the duration of action. Introduction of a methyl group produced an asymmetric center and the enantiomers so formed were separated with an optical resolving column. In the in vitro assay system, the (+)-isomers displayed 50-200 times more potent anti-PAF activity than the (-)-isomers. After comparison of toxicology and pharmacokinetics, (+)-6-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropanecarbonyl-8, 11-dimethyl-2, 3, 4, 5-tetrahydro-8H-pyrido[4', 3' : 4, 5]thieno[3, 2-f][1, 2, 4]triazolo[4, 3-a][1, 4]diazepine (35(+)-isomer, E6123) was selected from among the compounds synthesized as a candidate for clinical study.

2000年下半期人間ドックでPWV検査を受けた869名を対象とした。年代別,性別の比較では,女性に対して男性のPWV高値が示された。年齢とPWV,拡張期血圧と収縮期血圧のそれぞれとPWVとの間にも男女共に相関がみられた。治療中を含む高血圧者群と血圧正常者群では有意に高血圧者群のPWVが高い結果となった。血清総コレステロール値とPWVでは男女共に有意な相関はみられなかった。動脈硬化予防には高血圧予防に対する働きかけが重要である。

Programmable Controllers (PCs) are widely applied in the control of manufacturing systems. The purpose of this paper is to give some basic concepts for the verification methods of sequential control systems. Especially, we propose the modeling method of Ladder Diagram (LD) with the cyclic scan of PC by Petri Nets (PNs). First, some experiments are conducted to examine the relationship between the cyclic scan and the behavior of LD. Second, PNs are used for the qualitative modeling of the behavior of LD, based on IEC61131-3. In addition to LD Boolean logic expressions, we consider the PC operation, described by the cyclic scan, peripherals, memories, scanning ladder rungs. As a result, the difference between the LD description and the behavior, caused by the cyclic scan, can be represented by the proposed PNs. Moreover, the behavior of the PNs can be analyzed by the firing sequences, and then confirmed in good qualitative agreement with that of the experimental results.
