2018年,わが国で26年ぶりに飼養豚と野生イノシシにおける豚熱の発生が確認された.現在,野生イノシシを介した豚熱の拡散を防ぐため,経口生ワクチンが野外に散布されている.豚熱検査に使用されるコンベンショナルまたはリアルタイムRT-PCR法は,豚熱ウイルス国内流行株と経口生ワクチン株を識別できないため,ワクチン散布地域の陽性検体は,サンガー法によりRT-PCR産物の塩基配列を決定し,ウイルス株を識別している.本研究では,近年普及し始めた小型で安価なナノポアシーケンサーを用いて国内流行株と経口生ワクチン株の塩基配列を決定し,ウイルス株の識別を試みた.その結果,豚熱ウイルス遺伝子が検出された野生イノシシ29検体のうち28検体でウイルス株を識別でき,解析終了まで4~5時間を要するサンガー法と比較して,識別までの時間を2時間以上短縮できることが示された.

The Jerusalem section of The Master and Margarita (1929?-40) is a story of a man of agony, the cruel fifth Procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate, who executed a vagrant philosopher, Yeshua Ha-Nozri, knowing his innocense. In this section, which is written as a historical novel independent of supernatural phenomena, there is an enigmatic figure who rules its world secretly: Afranius, the chief of the secret service to the Procurator. The enigma of Afranius lies in his false report to Pilate of the last moment of Yeshua on the cross: the chief didn't tell him the fact that Yeshua had accepted his atonement and died forgiving him for his conviction; on the contrary, he described Yeshua as if he had ridiculed Pilate and gave him the false words of the philosopher that "cowadice is one of the worst human sins." Having heard the report, Pilate became aware of his sin. so that he instigated the chief to assasinate the betrayer Judas of Karioth in revenge for Yeshua's death. In that sense, it was Afranius who kept Pilate on a string to let him do "evil" of the assasination. The figure of Pilate is not a typical Bulgakovian "coward" who often appears in the earlier novels of Bulgakov, such as the hero of The Red Crown (1992): Pilate is not a passive "coward" who finds no hope and is always in despair, but an active "coward" who tries to do anything, even "evil," to expiate one's sins like Frudov of The Flight (1925-8). At the end of the whole novel, Pilate is led to the world of "light or good" for his activeness. He stands in contrast to The Master of the Moscow section who is a typical passive "coward" so that he only has earned "rest". If we admit the systematical consistency of The Master and Margarita and analize the two "cowards" of the two sections in comparison, we must find out the figures who help the decision of their fates as well: in the Moscow section it is Woland, the Faustian devil, who leads The Master to the fate of "rest"; in the Jerusalem section the other who leads Pilate to the fate of "light"-must be Afranius! He is nothing but a Mephistophelian figure which is the "part of that power which eternally wills evil and eternally works good" (the epigraph from Faust). Thus, in The Master and Margarita there is not only a single Mephistopheles who controls the Moscow section and determine the fate of the hero, but also another Mephistopheles in the Jerusalem section to do the same work. Bulgakov has the device to give the function to the the devils to develop the both stories. His effort leads to the reconstruction of the whole novel as a newly organized evangel, "The Evangel by Bulgakov."

【はじめに】プロボクシングは両拳によって相手の顔面、腹部の急所を狙ってダメージを競い合うコンタクトスポーツであり、その競技特性上、外傷・障害は避けられず、時に生命に危険を及ぼすことさえ有り得る。平成7年より日本ボクシングコミッション(以下JBC)認定のプロボクシングジムから要請を受けサポート活動を開始し、平成10年からはチーフセコンド(試合中、一人だけリングに入ることが許され、選手に戦略や指示を与える係)およびカットマン(試合中、選手の受けた外傷の止血や応急処置を行う係)として試合に帯同する機会を得た。今回、日本タイトルマッチ5回を含む10年間の活動をまとめ、今後の課題を検討する。<BR>【対象】平成10年から平成19年の10年間で、JBC認定ジム所属のプロボクサー25名(18歳~35歳)による全156試合。<BR>【結果】156試合中97試合(62.2%)で129件の外傷・傷害が発生した。受傷機転からグループ分類すると頭部顔面の裂傷・外傷群56件(43.4%)、中手骨頭・手指打撲群53件(41.1%)、脳損傷・脳震盪群14件(10.9%)、その他障害は6件(4.6%)であった。対応としてはアイシング75件、テーピング58件、止血処置38件、医療機関に同行5件、徒手療法3件、その他3件であった。 <BR>【考察】打撃を顔面に受けることや頭部同士が接触することにより、頭部顔面の裂傷・腫脹などの外傷の発生は競技特性からも避けられず、最も多い結果であった。小さな裂傷であれば1分間のインターバルで止血処置をして試合再開となるが、危険と判断されるレベルに達した場合、試合は中止される。短時間での適切な止血処置能力や腫脹を軽減させる技術力向上も要求されるが、ダメージが大きい場合は選手の将来を考えて試合中止を申し出る判断も必要と考える。<BR>また打撃を与える拳のダメージも同様に多く、中手骨頭骨折で引退となったケースもあった。試合前に予防としてのバンデージを両拳に巻くことがルールで認められているが、これまでの伝統的な方法にPTの知識を生かして、より衝撃を軽減し、拳や関節を保護できるような方法を考案していきたい。<BR>また全体の約10%は脳自体のダメージと考えられるもので、試合直後に開頭手術を要した1件(現在は社会復帰)を含め医療機関に直行したケースは5件(うち救急車要請2件)であった。試合後の選手の状態には細心の注意を払い、状態悪化時の初期対応についてもスムーズに実施できるよう手順が確立されていることが必要とされる。近年、安全管理面から早めのストップが提唱されているものの実際に死亡事故も発生している。外傷障害に対する応急処置や知識の啓蒙だけでなく、練習過程から試合後のフォローまでの総合的なコンディショニング管理をとおして、PTの視点から出来ることを今後も模索していきたいと考える。 <BR><BR><BR>

本稿では,伊豆諸島にある八丈島と青ヶ島の巫者が行う死者の口寄せの事例を報告している。八丈島と青ヶ島ではミコと呼ばれる女性の巫者が,死者の口寄せを行う。これが「ナカヒト」や「ナカシト」と呼ばれた。当該地域には,ミコ以外に男性の巫者が存在する。男性の巫者と女性の巫者が共に巫業を行っていた点が,八丈島と青ヶ島の巫俗の特徴である。巫者は住民の依頼に応じて,病気治しや生業や航海安全などの祈祷,ナカヒトを行った。こうした巫業を通して,近年まで巫者が住民の生活にかかわってきた。八丈島と青ヶ島では近年まで巫者以外の宗教者が日常生活に関与することが少なく,巫者が宗教行為にたいして総合的な役割を果たしたと考えられる。こうした巫者の役割の 1 つとして,ナカヒトがあったと考えられる。巫俗巫女口寄せナカヒト

本研究では,多摩ニュータウンの早期開発地区を対象地域に,外出時に障壁に直面した下肢不自由者が,活動機会へのアクセスを確保するため用いる行為の実効性について考察した.その結果,被調査者は一様に,対象地域に遍在する高低差を障壁と認識する一方,建造環境の改変や有効な移動・交通手段の使用,他者が提供する介助の享受により,アクセスを確保していた.ただし,それらの実効性は,場所や財の所有関係,家族の形成段階や社会関係,地域生活の知識に条件付けられていた.特に,階段室式中層集合住宅が卓越する対象地域では,その居住者が受障後に自宅の出入りの問題を改善しようとすると長距離の転居が発生し,アクセス確保に寄与する既成資源が無用化される可能性が高まる.しかし,現住居にとどまるならば,自宅の出入りの問題が継続する.このようなジレンマ的状況を解決できず,生活空間の断片化を余儀なくされた場合,身体の障害が生活実現の剥奪に帰結する危険性が高まるであろう.

The influences of six representative surfactants on hair and the scalp were investigated under various conditions such as : irritation, protein denaturation, sorption onto commercial hide powder or keratin powder, change in turnover time of the stratum corneum, dandruff and disintegration of the cuticle.1. Influence of surfactants on scalp.Although the cumulative irritation test, 48-hour closed patch test, and immersion test were performed to assess the irritating effects of surfactants, the results did not agree with each other. The immersion test, which makes essentially the same use of surfactants, gave results in close agreement with those for sorption of sufactants or protein denaturation by surfactants.Amounts of surfactants sorbed by hide powder.Irritation score of immersion test : r=0.671.Amounts of surfactants sorbed by keratin powder.Irritation score of immersion test : r=0.930.Per cent denaturation of OVA by surfactants.Irritation score of immersion test : r=0.880.Turnover times of the stratum corneum due to the surfactants were found to follow the order, AMT≤AGS≤L-Soap≤AP<LS≤ES.Examination of the amounts of dandruff as observed when using AMT shampoo and ES shampoo, each with a different effect on the turnover time of the stratum corneum, showed the amounts to differ remarkably according to the surfactant used.2. Influence of surfactants on hair.The extent of disintegration of cuticle by a surfactant supersonic treatment was found to have the following order : AMT≤AGS≤AP≤ES<LS<L-Soap.Based on the above results, AMT can be a good surfactant as a detergent for the hair and scalp.

平成11年度から平成13年度の三年継続の本研究計画が認可されたとき、サトウ自筆日記の日本滞在に係わる三つの時期(1862-1869;1870-1884;1895-1900;1906)のなかでも、前半部分(1862-1884)に集中することが、私の当面する研究の必要性と、力量の及び範囲と考えていた。実際に三年間という長い呼吸の歳月の進行とともに、研究意欲は膨らむ一方の勢いとなった。結果的に三年間の継続研究の研究実績は、アトウ自筆日記全39冊の解読・活字化を達成して、66年に及んだサトウ日記執筆の全体像を把握できたことである。その成果を纏めるのに更に一年を要したが、2003年3月には研究成果報告書において、幾つかの事項に関して詳細に報告した。第一の事項は、上記全体像に係わる点である。「表1:サトウ日記の自筆原稿(manuscripts)と転写原稿(transcriptions)の概算」(上記報告書p.18)を纏めあげることによって、サトウ日記の総体を眺望する内外で初めての資料となった。具体的な一例を挙げるなら、当初計画の自筆日記分(1862-1884)は、約2537頁となり、全39冊分の総頁数が約9373頁であるのだから、当初計画の約3.7倍の基礎作業を完了したことになり、A4版30行の転写原稿は、約6457枚の総枚数を数えることが一目して分かる。第2報では全自筆日記資料の書誌的纏め方について、を表2に言及しつつ、極めて簡略化した「記入日リスト」の形にした今回のを述べてある。今後の研究実績の予定されている発表について、最後にひとこと触れておきたい。本研究の中核となる仕事は、解読し活字化した転写テキストを書物として発表することにある。本年度は幕末維新(1861-1869)を出版し、向こう5年間に全20巻で逐次出版することで出版社と協議中である。また、来年度には新書版で「アーネスト・サトウの日記」を出版して、本研究の実績報告の内容を一般読者に向けて公表することになっている。

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact conditions that enable a batter to hit a pitched ball toward the opposite field. Three-dimensional finite element analysis was used to construct a model for the impact between a baseball and a wooden baseball bat, and a series of simulations were conducted with various bat angles and under-cut distances. The bat angle at ball impact was set in a horizontal range from -31 to 20° and a vertical range from 0 to 51° with a 3° interval. The under-cut distance was altered by changing the vertical angle of the line of impact in a range from 0 to 30° with a 5° interval. The velocity and angle of projection of the batted ball were determined for each simulated condition. The simulation model was validated by comparing the simulation outcome with the corresponding experimental data obtained from opposite-field hitting practice performed by collegiate baseball players. The results showed that when a batter intends to hit a ball toward a given horizontal angle in the opposite field with the highest speed, the batter should impact the ball with the bat facing about 60% of the horizontal angle toward which to launch the ball and with the line of impact angled upward at 5~10° from the horizontal plane. In addition, the horizontal angle of the batted ball and the velocity of the batted ball were found to change systematically when the vertical angle of the line of impact and the vertical bat angle were altered: For a given horizontal angle toward which to launch the batted ball, there was a trade-off relationship between the vertical angle of the line of impact and the vertical bat angle.

【背景と目的】透析患者のQoL維持向上のためには,患者が重視するアウトカムを明確にする必要がある.本研究では,患者と医師を対象に,アンケート調査を行い,主要なアウトカムを確認するとともに,医師と患者間の乖離の有無について検討した.【対象と方法】外来通院中の慢性維持血液透析患者と日本透析医学会認定透析専門医(透析専門医)を対象とした郵送法による任意のアンケート調査を行った.調査内容は,回答者の特性,および透析関連キーワード(KW)45個(疾病・予防9個,透析関連18個,患者自覚症状12個,家庭・社会生活6個)に対する重要度の定量的・主観的評価である.さらに,各KWに対する対策について主観的意見を質問した.【結果】アンケート回収数(回答率)は医師184例(36.8%),患者898例(89.8%)だった.重要度“高”と回答された上位20個KWで医師と患者で共通していたのは14項目(すべて疾病・予防,透析関連),一方,患者に含まれ医師には含まれないのが6項目(患者自覚症状:慢性疲労感,透析後脱力,家庭・社会生活:旅行,家族や友人への影響,経済的な影響,就業・仕事への影響)だった.患者自覚症状における患者アウトカムとして,1位は透析後の脱力,次いで慢性疲労感だった.全KWにおいて医師と患者の重要度順位で最も乖離していたのは,1位が慢性の疲労感(患者10位・医師41位),次いで旅行(11位・42位),透析後の脱力(5位・34位)だった.透析後の脱力,慢性の疲労感への対策として“十分”と回答した割合は,医師でそれぞれ19.2%,12.1%,患者で44.4%,35.0%だった.【結論】重要な患者アウトカムとして,透析後の脱力・慢性の疲労感が確認されたが,医師の評価ではこれらの重要度は低かった.その一方で,対策は十分と回答した医師は少ないことから,これらは臨床イナーシャに該当すると考えられた.透析後の脱力・慢性の疲労感は,患者QoL向上のうえで集学的に取り組むべき重要課題である.

生葉上地衣類の一種Aulaxina microphana (Vain.) R. Sant.(ヨウジョウクロフチゴケ属ツブヨウジョウクロフチゴケ,新称)が,西表島で採集されたクロツグ(ヤシ科)の生葉上から確認された.本種は日本新産であり,属としても日本新記録であるため,日本産採集標本に基づく形態情報を報告する.本種の地衣体は薄く(約10 µm),半透明な初生菌糸を伴う.はっきりとした黒色の縁をもつ微小な円形の裸子器(直径0.12–0.28 mm)があり,子器盤は淡黄灰色.子嚢胞子は3つの横断隔壁で仕切られており,隔壁部位にわずかなくびれがあり,大きさは (8.0–)10.6 ± 1.2(–12.5) × (3.0–)3.7 ± 0.6(–5.0) µm.共生藻はトレボクシア様の緑藻.化学成分は薄層クロマトグラフィーでは検出されなかった.非常に微小な地衣類であるために見落とされてきた可能性があり,国内における本種の分布については今後同様な生育環境で詳細な調査を行う必要がある.

本稿は,国勢調査の小地域集計結果の分析から,1990年代後半の東京都心部の人口回復に寄与した住民の特性ならびに人口増加地区における住民構成の変化を明らかにした.その結果,この時期にアフォーダビリティに関して多様な条件の住宅が供給された東京では,特定の属性の住民のみが都心居住を可能にしたわけではなく,特定の町丁へ転入した住民は,家族構成と社会階層に応じて居住地・住宅を選択していた.このことは,都心部の居住地構造にミクロスケールの量的・質的変化を生じさせ,短期間にその不均一性を高めたと考えられる.この不均一性の高まりに伴い発現する都市の新たな現象や社会問題の解明に取り組むことが今後の課題である.

Properties of N-acyl-N-methyltaurate(AMT), including surface active properties, cutaneous effects, influence on hair, and application to liquid type hair shampoo, are reviewed.It has been found that AMT exhibit considerably high safety on skin in comparison with typical surfactants. As the result of cutaneous effects, the reduction of the amounts of dandruff was observed when using AMT shampoo.In addition, AMT shows weaker action on the desintegration of hair cuticle.Consequently, AMT can be a good surfactant as a detergent for the hair and scalp(skin).On the other hand, cutaneous effects and physico-chemical properties of anionic/amphoteric surfactants mixed system, were investigated.It has been found that these physico-chemical results were in good correlation with those pbtained by cutaneous effects. The synergistic reductions in cutaneous effects were observed as well as physico-chemical results.These findings have promoted the development of hair shampoo composed of AMT.
