国際疾病分類(ICD)は疾病,傷害及び死因の統計を国際比較するため世界保健機関(WHO)から勧告される統計分類である。この国際疾病分類第11改訂(ICD-11)のimplementation version が2018年6月18日に全世界に向けてリリースされた。これに伝統医学分類が新たに加えられた。ICD の概要を示すとともにICD-11の改訂の過程やICD-11伝統医学分類の課題をまとめる。ICD-11は2019年5月の世界保健総会で採択される。我が国がICD-11を導入し,実際の発効までには,翻訳作業や周知期間なども必要であるためまだ猶予が必要となるが,国内で漢方医学の診断用語も分類のひとつとして使用できることが期待される。このICD-11伝統医学分類を活用することにより,漢方医学を含む伝統医学の有用性などが示されることも期待され,ICD に伝統医学が加わる意義は大きいものと考えられる。

In recent years, SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) technology has been developed for measuring the very low magnetic field generated from a human's physiology activity, and this technology is used for MEG (magnetencephalograph) and MCG (magnetcardiograph). In this way, the MEG and MCG have begun to be installed to the some hospitals as the medical devices. It is necessary to reduce the environmental magnetic field significantly, in order to measure the weak signals with high stability by using these devices. We developed and manufactured the magnetic shielding room for this purpose. In this paper, shielding performance of the magnetic shielding room at the low intensity and low frequency magnetic field is introduced.

テクニカルスキルの習熟のみでは防ぐことができないヒューマンエラーが生死に直結する航空 ・ 宇宙などの業界では,ヒューマンエラーの軽減を目的としたノンテクニカルスキルの訓練 ・ 評価の取り組みが大きな効果をあげている.一方,サイバーセキュリティの分野においては,未だヒューマンエラーによりインシデントが拡大する事案が散在しており,ノンテクニカルスキルに対する訓練 ・ 評価も十分ではない.そこで本稿では,航空 ・ 宇宙分野などで蓄積されたノウハウをベースに,セキュリティインシデント対応に適した新たなノンテクニカルスキルマップを作成する.また,提案したノンテクニカルスキルマップをサイバー演習等に応用させ,ノンテクニカルスキルの評価を実現する方法について検討する.

Kampo medicine has a long experience and actual performance over a long period of history. The first oriental medicine was approved by Japanese national health insurance in 1976, and 147 kinds of oriental medicine are currently approved by the National Health Insurance Drug Price. Those of 7 kinds of Kampo medicine were approved by Japan Dental Association of “National Health Insurance Drug Price Standard related with dental treatment” on April 2012. It has been reported that approximately 70 to 80% of doctors has an experience to use oriental medicine in a clinical site. Meanwhile, oriental medicine was used at more than 85% of medical facilities in a survey of Kampo medicine usage at oral surgery clinics in all Japanese Dental University hospital and Medical University hospital. However, only a few Kampo medicine was used at general dental clinics. Establishment of the evidence of oriental medical treatment in dental lesions is one of the solution of popularizing a treatment of Kampo medicine in oral surgery. Hence, efficacy of Kampo medicine which was approved by the new drug standard since 1986 was evaluated from the aspect of Evidence-based medicine(EBM).

In a virtual weightless environment, pointing and modeling tasks were conducted to examine subjects'orientational skills. Subjects who wore a head-mounted display in a reclining chair moved from one end to the other end in several routes that were made by three or four modules that were connected by cubical modules, and pointed to the start point and made the experienced route by a scale model. Analyses of the results show the ability of spatial orientation varies with such variables as the number of bends, the number of embedding planes and the number of planes with respect to the body posture. Subjects who miss the tasks have a tendency not to take the change of the direction of their body axes into account.

本論文は,MUSE方式の色信号処理に関するものである.動画領域の画質を改善するために色差信号をフレーム単位で処理する新手法を提案すると共に,コンピュータシミュレーションの結果について述べる.提案する手法を用いると色差信号の2次元伝送可能帯域が2倍となり画質が向上する.本手法は現行のエンコーダおよびデコーダに導入することも容易であり,現行のMUSEシステムとのコンパチビリティも保たれている.

This paper describes a new signal processing method for motion area of MUSE system. It enbles us to realize better picture quality. The point of this method is to apply an inter-field singnal processing to motion area. Using motion pictures, we have done a computer simulation about it and have got a good resulut. It is easy to adopt it for the MUSE encoder and decoder.

In MUSE, pictures' resolution depends on the characteristics of filters such as pre-filters and interpolating filters, and moving pictures have lower resolution than still pictures. We are trying to improve moving pictures' resolution. Extension of the fiters' passband and implementaion of a vertical low-pass filter have been simulated with computer in order to investigate the improvement of moving pictures' resolution. As a result, we have found that we can improve moving pictures' resolution with little disturbance caused by aliasing and ringing.

現在, 1日10時間の実用化試験放送が行われているハイビジョンは, その開発から7年が経過している.ハイビジョンの画質は, その審議過程からも明らかなように充分なレベルにある.しかし, 高画質化は時代の趨勢とともに, 常に求められる要求である.我々は, 現在までに動領域の解像度を向上させる手法について検討を進めてきた.今回, これらの検討結果を踏まえ, 静止領域の解像度を向上, 折り返しの低減等も考慮して, 高画質化エンコーダおよび高画質化デコーダを試作した.この新信号処理方式は, 現行処理方式と比較して画質が向上するだけでなく, 現行受信機とも良好な互換性を保っている.

ダゲレオタイプはその繊細な表面と環境に敏感な理由から,保存の上でハウジングが重要視される.ハウジングとはこの場合,作品の保護を目的とした額装,収容のシステムを指すが,それ自体が作品の一部となっていることが多い.従って,修理を行う場合は制作された時のハウジングの装飾様式の歴史的価値や特徴を考慮しなければならない.ここでは東京都写真美術館所蔵の2点の作品のケーススタディを通して,それぞれのコンディション及びハウジングに生じている様々な問題を見極め,何を残して,何を新しくするのか,新たなハウジングの目的と方法,修理の際の注意点などを述べた.新たなハウジングが施されたダゲレオタイプは,環境からの影響を抑えることができ,そのハンドリング,展示,保管をより安全に行うことができる.

自然発情雌に関する交尾未経験雄ハムスターの交尾行動を夜間 (1900~2000時) に赤色ランプ下で30分間観察した。7例中5例の動物に射精に到る一連の交尾行動が見られた。さらに, これらの動物の交尾行動を再び観察したが, 交尾行動の促進は認められなかった。

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) established a research program to study an advanced space suit in 2007. The concept of the advanced space suit JAXA is developing is quite different from that of the space suit currently used on the International Space Station (ISS). By using Japanese high-performance polymer materials for the advanced space suit, the author expects to be able to develop a high-performance space suit that is equal or superior to the space suits the US and Russia developed. The author therefore considers the applicability of high-polymer materials for the advanced space suit in this report.

In Part 1, a simulation system was developed to examine human spatial orientation in a virtual weightless state. By conducting experiments in several routes of connected modules, we found some relevant variables for spatial cognition errors. Part 2 clarifies the causes of spatial cognition errors by the similar experiments using more complicated routes. The results showed the errors were able to be explained by two causes. One cause was that subjects did not recognize the rotation of the frame of reference, especially more often when they turned in pitch direction rather than in yaw. The other cause was that subjects were incorrect in the place, the direction, and the sequence of turns.
