ロボカップ@ホームはHuman-Robot Interaction (HRI) 研究の発展のために,今後重要な位置づけを持ったコンペティションである.HRIにおける研究開発では,膨大な量の対話実験による経験データベースが必要となる場合が多いが,実機のロボットでは実験実施のコストが高く,また,シミュレーションでは人間とロボットとの身体的インタラクションに制約が生じる.そこで,没入型のユーザインタフェースと,複数のクライアントが同時に同一の仮想世界にログイン可能な機能の双方をロボットシミュレータに搭載し,HRI研究を促進させることの可能なロボカップ@ホームシミュレーションの枠組みを提案する.また具体的なシステム実装に必要となる基盤技術の設計指針を示す.

土壌に生息する線虫は, その食性に基づいて5グループ程度に分けられる. そのうち, 物質循環との関わりが強い, 細菌食性線虫と糸状菌食性線虫が, 有機物の分解で生じる無機態窒素の生成量におよぼす影響を調べた実験を紹介した. 細菌食性線虫の実験では, 土壌温度や有機物のC/N比によらず, 線虫を入れた試験区の方が入れない区より無機態窒素の生成量が増えた. 糸状菌食性線虫の実験では, 有機物のC/N比の増加に伴い, 線虫を入れない試験区では無機態窒素の生成量が減少したが, 線虫を入れた区では減少しなかった. また, 糸状菌食性線虫を入れた試験区では, 線虫の増殖適温の下で窒素の生成量が最大になった.

日本では女性が健康に働き続けるための施策が十分ではない.また,女性自身のヘルスリテラシーが低く,女性特有の心身不調に関する情報へアクセスしづらい問題がある.この現状の中,地域の身近な医療者として薬局薬剤師が,体調に不安を感じる女性のファーストアクセスの場となることが期待される.そこで今回は薬学生を対象に,女性の健康について学ぶ機会を提供するため,女性ヘルスケアカフェを開催したので,これを報告する.

候補者に関する要因は,政党や政策争点に関する要因と並んで有権者の投票行動を規定する重要な要因とされてきたが,他の要因と比べて知見の蓄積が進んでいないといわれる。本稿は,異なった種類の選挙の候補者についてのイメージを自由記述式と選択式の2つの方式で尋ねるという,先行調査とは異なる設問を設けた金沢市における意識調査のデータを分析することによって,候補者要因の研究に寄与することを企図した。分析の結果,有権者が持つ情報量が少ない候補者についてのイメージは,仕事,能力,人柄に関するものではなく,政党,政策,属性,経歴など外形的な特性に関するものが多いことや,個々の選挙特有の要因に関するイメージや候補者の属性などからくる漠然とした新人候補への期待感など,選択式設問では汲み取ることができない候補者イメージが投票行動と関係していることなどが明らかになった。

本稿は,オーストリア・チロル州において実施された筑波大学の学部生向け巡検の事例報告である。海外巡検においては,言語環境や渡航手続きなど,日本国内での巡検と比較して困難が多い。しかし,景観観察や土地利用調査などのような言語能力をそれほど要さない調査手法を用いることで,その障壁を取り払うことができる。また,渡航地の地域事情を熟知した教員による事前・事後指導を必要十分に行うことで,現地でのトラブルのリスク軽減や教育効果の向上も期待できる。今回の巡検では,学生の調査成果を,TAの準備にもとづきながらGISを用いてまとめ,考察するようなレポートを課したことで,学生にとって既習の技能の確認の機会も得られた。以上のような工夫をすることで,大学教育における海外巡検を可能にし,国内巡検では得られない地理教育的効果を学生に与えるものと考えられる。

近年、物体の遠隔操作や高画質Web会議などのリアルタイムコミュニケーションの需要が高まっている。特に、ストリーミングデータをクラウド上にあるメディアサーバを通させて、コンピュータービジョンや画像認識などの高付加価値のあるサービスを提供する形態が増えている。一方、データがパブリッククラウドを経由することで、遅延の増大をはじめとして様々の問題が生じる。本研究では、メディアサーバをデータソースに近いエッジ側に設置し、コンテナ技術を用いて接続数やトラヒックに応じてメディアサーバを動的に配置するという負荷分散手法を検討する。

糖尿病領域では,患者の自己管理能力を引き出す診療・服薬指導が望まれており,医療者のコミュニケーションスキル向上,多職種連携によるチーム医療が重要視されている.COVID-19パンデミックを機に,遠隔診療・服薬指導の実臨床への普及が喫緊の課題とされたが,糖尿病領域に必要なスキルの研修機会は乏しい.そこで今回,遠隔診療・服薬指導スキル向上のために,多職種対象オンライン研修会を開催した.

Evidence-based medicine (EBM) has led to the development of evidence-based guidelines. The quality of guidelines has been improved by measuring their quality with The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) and Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE). However, evidenced by guidelines not implemented in clinical practice or society, the evidence-practice gap has become apparent. The dissemination and implementation research, which studies methods to solve this problem, has attracted the attention of both clinicians and clinical researchers in recent years. In hypertension and diabetes, it is possible to prevent complications by maintaining good blood pressure and blood glucose levels. However, it is difficult for patients to maintain good laboratory values over the long term, and there has been no solution to this problem. Recently, it has been reported that pharmacists in the U.S. and Canada can improve patient outcomes over the long term by using pharmacies to treat these diseases. This review describes the results of the COMPASS study (diabetes) and the COMPASS-BP study (hypertension), which are the first cluster randomized controlled trials conducted in pharmacies in Japan. In addition, it discusses the possibility of implementation in pharmacies in Japan.

The emergence of “Sense of agency” contributes to self-recognition. However there are few useful experimental paradigms for evaluating the development process of the sense of agency in young infants because the sense of agency is a subjective sense and young infants cannot verbally describe their internal experience. In this article, we propose a new experimental paradigm for examining the sense of agency using on-line eye tracking which we named “eye-scratch task”. This task enables us to evaluate the emergence processes of the sense of agency by a trajectory of voluntary eye movement. Besides, this task enables direct comparison of eye movement trajectories between infants and adults in common criteria. Hence, we can discriminate whether an infant feels the sense of agency or not by comparison with adults. Further, we analyzed participants' behavior in the task by the concept of feed-forward model that are the most famous computational frameworks for motor control and sense of agency. And we claim that our new infant's model based measurement give fruitful suggestions to the computational modeling for the development process of the sense of agency and self-recognition.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected every aspect of social life. Even in the education field, flexible measures were required beyond conventional wisdom. We provided remote practical hospital pharmacy training (remote training) using online systems such as Zoom and Moodle. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 38 subjects and 34 respondents, who were students that underwent remote training. The students self-evaluated their achievement level regarding specific behavioral objectives (SBOs), from the 2013 revised edition of pharmaceutical clinical practice related to hospital pharmacy practical training, in four stages. In addition, we analyzed the words used in the free comments using a text mining method for their characteristics. The SBO classifications exceeding the overall average were “clinical attitude”, "acknowledgement of patient information”, “prescription and question inquiry”, and so forth. The SBO classifications falling below the overall average were “team medical care at medical institutions”, “preparation of drugs based on prescription”, “safety management”, and so forth. The analysis of the positive aspects of remote training suggest that it was useful in sharing information about Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan (SOAP) records in case analysis, and evaluating the effects and side effects of drug treatment. Conversely, the analysis of the required improvements in remote training showed concerns regarding the considerable amount of homework and issues within the communication environment. We consider that remote training has a certain educational effect and can be expected to complement clinical training.

近年,顕性アルブミン尿を伴わずに糸球体濾過量(glomerular filtration rate:GFR)が低下する非典型的な糖尿病関連腎症が増加しており,古典的な糖尿病性腎症を含む包括的な病名として,糖尿病性腎臓病(diabetic kidney disease:DKD)が用いられるようになった.DKDの早期診断のためには,尿アルブミンとeGFR(estimated GFR)の測定が必要であり,適切な管理には,紹介基準に沿ったタイムリーな病診連携の開始が重要となる.

一般に韓服 (ハンボク) とは, 韓国における伝統的な衣服の総称である.原色をふんだんに用いた女性のチマ・チョゴリは韓国人にとって伝統的民族文化のシンボルとなっている.<BR>しかし, 今日のようにチマ・チョゴリが韓民族文化のシンボルとなり, またそのように語られることには, 韓国人が日本による植民地統治とその後の近代化の中で他者 (異文化) を意識し, その視線を内面化していく過程を読みとることができる.<BR>本稿は, 近代以降におけるモノとモノをめぐる語りをテキストとして読みとることにより, 特定のモノがある伝統や民族といったシンボリックな価値を帯びていく過程を明らかにする.さらにそのような過程の枠組みである近代以降の社会・文化を読み解いていこうとする試みのひとつである.

Emergency contraceptive (EC) pills are used to prevent pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse. Levonorgestrel is an EC pill, which has been only approved in Japan; it is more effective the sooner it is used after intercourse and safe without serious side effects. EC pills are already available at accessible community pharmacies in more than 90 countries around the world. In Japan, citizens have signed a petition calling for the sale of emergency contraceptives at community pharmacies. However, little is known about the thoughts of pharmacists who engage with patients and sell medicines at pharmacies. Therefore, we conducted a web-based cross-sectional survey to determine the level of preparation in community pharmacies and the awareness of pharmacists regarding the sale of EC pills. A total of 1338 pharmacists responded to the survey from November 7, 2020, to December 16, 2020. In terms of the level of preparation for selling EC pills at pharmacies, 1067 (83.9%) respondents cited “lack of preparation of medical questionnaires and explanatory materials”, and 975 (76.7%) respondents cited “lack of knowledge of pharmacists” as the most common reasons that were “barriers to EC pill sales at pharmacies”. In terms of confidence level, only 289 (22.7%) respondents were confident about conducting the necessary checks while administering medicine. On the other hand, 944 (74.3%) respondents agreed to be able to sell EC pills at their pharmacies. The survey revealed that most of the pharmacists who participated in the survey believe that it is possible to sell EC pills in pharmacies.

ロボティクス,音声言語,画像研究を含むマルチモーダルインタラクション研究の発展に伴い,自律ロボットが人間と共生することを目標としつつ,記号過程を内包した人間知能構成論的理解を進める研究が始まっている.ロボットが人間や環境との相互作用を通して,コミュニケーションに必要な知識を発見・理解・学習・運用する過程の研究を計算論的に統合することは重要である.本発表では当該研究領域について概説する.
