本研究は4 つの研究領域①生物学的精神医学および認知行動療法の展開による疾患観の変化、②精神疾患症状の現象論的・行為論的・認知哲学的把握、③診断の歴史と科学論、④当事者、家族、支援者の視点:地域社会論と障害学からの検討を設定し、各領域の研究を通じて精神疾患概念の再検討と「精神医学の科学哲学」の展開をはかった。研究の成果は15本の論文と59回の学会等の発表・講演、国際会議Tokyo Conference on Philosophy of Psychiatryの実施などを通じて発表されている。また、本研究の集大成として、全3巻のシリーズ書籍「精神医学の哲学」(仮題)を刊行する予定である。

1. 序2. デカルトと幻影肢3. ヘッドの「図式」による幻影の解明4. シルダーの「身体像」5. 考察と結論The purpose of this essay is to clarify the way in which consciousness localizes sensations, through an interpretation of a pathological phenomenom, the phenomenon of phantom limb. We compare Descartes' classic theory about 'the phantom limb' and localization of sensations with the modern psycho-physio-logical theories by H. Head and P. Schilder which insist on the importance of 'body-schema' for localization and body-movement or action as essential factors for the formation of the schema. Their studies show that the phantom limb is a 'habitual body' which the patient continues to hold in spite of the loss of his limb. According to Head and Schilder, consciousness localizes sensations through its own whole body which acts and moves, not only through its immovable brain. Finally, we conclude that the space is not only an object of perception, but is also related to body-movement or action, and that phenomenal or subjective space is sustained by objective space through actions and body-movements.

【目的】慢性呼吸器疾患患者の要介護度は過小評価される傾向にあり,患者の不満が多いと報告されている.今回,認定結果に対する不満の有無とその関連因子について検討した.【方法】通所リハビリテーションを利用する慢性呼吸器疾患患者を対象とした.認定結果への不満の有無で2群に分け,比較検討を行った.患者特性,身体機能,ADL(BI,NRADL),呼吸困難,呼吸機能,心理状態を調査・解析し,不満の有無を従属変数としたロジスティック回帰分析を行った.【結果】解析対象は31例で,不満なし群(21例),不満あり群(10例)であった.ロジスティック回帰分析の結果,NRADL(オッズ比0.914,95%CI 0.852-0.980)が不満の有無と有意な関連を認めた.【結論】認定結果への不満にはNRADLが関連しており,NRADLの点数を考慮することで,要介護度の過小評価を是正できる可能性が示唆された.

抄 録:Infection Controlの主幹が根管拡大形成である一方,根管の形態は非常に複雑であり,根管拡大形成のみでは根管内のInfection Controlを十分に達成することができない.根管洗浄はこの機械的清掃の限界を補うため,物理的な洗浄作用のみならず,薬剤の化学的作用を応用した重要な操作である. 本総説では根管洗浄の歴史や意義とともに,2003年および2018年に実施した日本に29校ある歯科大学・歯学部が実際の臨床で行われている根管洗浄に関するアンケート調査の比較により,根管洗浄の実態について論説する.

The philosophy of Merleau-Ponty does not appear to have a theory of desire. Why did he neglect the problem of desire? My answer is that the ultimate purpose of the philosophy of Merleau-Ponty is to open “the doors of perception” which restrict our access to the world and to live in the world without desiring anything. It is the world of eternal beginning without any memory and history. It is the world in which anything is never repeated, and in which neither the purpose nor the meaning was born yet, but remains potential anytime. In this world, no one can have any desire because a desire takes place by a comparison of more than three things. A comparison needs memory and history. The philosophy of Merleau-Ponty is for perceiving and celebrating this world of everlasting beginning.

Wood-based materials, from their characteristic, have an extremely good effect for students to understand the influence of the wood utilization technology on our life and society, and to improve awareness for the solution of resources and environmental problems. As the introduction of wood - based material to the subject of Industrial Arts and Home Making in junior high school, the utilization of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), which is a kind of wood - based material, as the teaching material instead of solid wood which is generally used in wood working class in junior high school was examined in this study. The questionnaire survey about wood - based materials for public junior high schools in Miyazaki Prefecture was performed, and the wood working lesson using LVL made from Japanese cedar was curried out to investigate the problems in the work. As a result, it was confirmed that students do not so greatly feel the difference between cedar solid wood and LVL made from cedar. The possibility to utilize the LVL made from Japanese cedar as a teaching material in the wood working class in junior high school is suggested .

本研究は、日本において哲学実践を確立することを目的とする。哲学実践とは、主に対話という方法を用いて、実社会のさまざまな問題について哲学的に議論し、相互理解や問題解決に至る活動である。成果としては、子どもの哲学では、全国で20箇所をこえる学校や図書館、児童館などで哲学対話を行い、数校で定期的な実践として教育に組み込むことに成功した。この3年間で子ども哲学はかなり全国的に普及した。哲学的カウンセリングは海外から研究者を招聘して導入した。企業内哲学対話はプログラムを開発し、パイロット講座を開くことができた。重要な著作の翻訳と導入書の出版ができた。哲学対話のNPOと哲学プラクティス連絡会を設立した。

緑茶喘息は浜松のShirai等により職業喘息の一つとして報告されており,そのメカニズムは緑茶カテキンに対するI型アレルギーであることが証明されている.今回我々は長崎県において緑茶製造業に携わっていた緑茶アレルギーを合併した緑茶喘息の一例を経験した.既報に則っての診断に至るまでの過程の報告に加え,抗ヒスタミン薬の前処置による抑制効果についても検討を行った.
