マイクロブログ検索には,単語を用いた疑似適合フィードバックによるクエリ拡張が有効である.しかし,単語は意味的・時間的な曖昧性を持つため,単語を用いたクエリ拡張は有効に機能しない場合がある.そこで,本稿では,単語や2語以上の単語の組合せであるコンセプトを用いた疑似適合フィードバックによるクエリ拡張手法を提案する.さらに,提案手法は検索クエリと同時期に出現するコンセプトの頻度の時間遷移に関する情報を疑似適合フィードバックに組み入れることで,マイクロブログサービスのリアルタイム性を考慮する.代表的なマイクロブログデータであるTweets2011コーパスを用いた実験から,提案するコンセプトを用いたクエリ拡張によって,検索クエリに適合し,かつ情報量の豊富な文書を効果的に検索できることを示す.Incorporating the temporal property of words into query expansion methods based on relevance feedback has been shown to have a significant positive effect on microblog searching. In this paper, we propose a concept-based query expansion method based on a temporal relevance model that uses the temporal variation of concepts (e.g., terms or phrases) on microblogs. Our model naturally extends an extremely effective existing concept-based relevance model by tracking the concept frequency over time. Moreover, the proposed model produces important concepts that are frequently used within a particular time period associated with a given topic, which have more power to discriminate between relevant and non-relevant microblog documents than words. Our experiments using a corpus of microblog data (the Tweets2011 corpus) show that the proposed concept-based query expansion method improves search performance significantly, especially when retrieving highly relevant documents.

This study aimed to determine how much time can be saved with the use of unit-of-use packaging for prescription drugs as compared with bulk packaging in community pharmacies as well as to determine the number of errors. In a simulation, mock prescriptions were dispensed either in unit-of-use packages or by transferring medication from a bulk container, and a time study was conducted to measure the time spent on dispensing and prescription auditing by pharmacists. Pharmacists' and patients' degree of satisfaction was also surveyed. The time saved with unit-of-use packaging was 66.25 s per prescription. The sole dispensing error that was found in the study occurred with bulk dispensing. Among both pharmacists and patients, many were of the opinion that dispensing with unit-of-use packaging was preferable to bulk dispensing. Unit-of-use packaging shortens the time that pharmacists spend on dispensing activities and increases the efficiency of their work. Unit-of-use packaging is also thought to reduce the number of counting errors.

図画工作科・美術科における鑑賞学習指導には、その目標設定と評価の在り方に課題があることを全国調査により突き止めた。そこで、鑑賞学習ルーブリック(コモンルーブリックと題材ルーブリック)を作成し、現場教員に実践をしてもらいながら共同研究を重ね、全国3箇所で活用実践報告会を開催した。また、同時に『鑑賞学習ルーブリック&ガイド』5000部を完成させ、学会や研究会などを通して全国の実践者に届けた。さらにその成果と課題を学会誌に研究論文として発表するとともに、学会の口頭発表を4回に渡って行った。

肝細胞特異的Dicer欠損マウスに発生した肝細胞がんの解析から、これらの腫瘍では、腫瘍により多様ながん関連遺伝子の発現異常が起きており、多数の腫瘍に共通して認められる発現異常や遺伝子変異は同定できなかった。Dicerの欠損に伴う発現機構を、より均質な背景を有する腫瘍を発生するモデルを用いて解析するために、マウス肝細胞に特定のがん遺伝子を導入し、発がんを可能とするモデルを確立した。

我々は群体性ボルボックス目の雌雄の配偶子をもつプレオドリナから、オスに特異的な遺伝子"OTOKOGI"(PlestMID)を発見し、オスが同型配偶の優性交配型(クラミドモナスのマイナス交配型)から進化したことを明らかにした(Nozaki et al.2006, Curr.Biol.)。その結果、"メス"が性の原型であり、"オス"は性の派生型であることが示唆された。この研究では、従来的なモデル生物を用いた研究では不明であった進化生物学的大問題(オス・メスの起源)が、独自に開発した材料(プレオドリナの新種)を用いることで解き明かされ、生物学の一般的な教科書で示されている同型配偶から異型配偶/卵生殖への進化がはじめて遺伝子レベルのデータで説明された。また、本研究におけるオス特異的遺伝子の同定はこれまでに全く未開拓であったメスとオスの起源を明らかにする進化生物学的研究のブレークスルーになるものと高く評価された(Kirk 2006, Curr.Biol.16 : R1028 ; Charlesworth 2007, Curr.Biol.17 : R163)。「雌雄性の誕生」とは性によって配偶子に差異が生じることであり、この差異を生み出した分子生物学的要因を特定するには、性によって異なる性染色体領域ゲノムの比較研究することができれば最適である。オス特異的遺伝子"OTOKOGI"はクラミドモナスの性染色体領域に存在する性決定遺伝子MIDのオーソログであり、プレオドリナのオスの性染色体領域に存在することが推定される。従って、本遺伝子のオーソログを同型配偶~卵生殖に至る様々な進化段階の群体性ボルボックス目の生物から得ることができれば、各進化段階の性染色体領域を探索するプローブとして使用できる。これらの性染色体領域に着目した比較生物学的な研究を実施すれば「雌雄性の誕生」の分子細胞学的基盤が明らかになるものと思い、群体性ボルボックス目の同型配偶のゴニウムからMIDオーソログ(GpMID)を探索し、その分子遺伝学的な特性を調査した(Hamaji et al.2008, Genetics)。

A description and a discussion are given by the authors on a round shaped greenish coloring, seemingly caused by a decorative bronze disc on the squamal surface in the supraglabellar region of a male human skull from the Koura-site of the Earlier Yayoi-period together with an unnatural flatness of the bone surface in the supraasterional region on both sides of the same skull. According to the authors, these seem to have been caused by an incessant use, from an early age onward, of a headband with a copper disc fastened to it in front. This, being an unique instance among the Koura skulls, appears to indicate that the individual in question might have been of a special duty, presumably of a religious one.

Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts gestand H. v. Hofmannsthhal in dem "Brief" (1902) des Lord Chandos das Abhandenkommen der Fahigkeit der Sprache, die seine Wahrnehmung und Erkenntnis formierte, sowie die Dispersion als Phanomen der Ich- und Welt-Erfahrung, die Auflosung der Gestalten, die als Ganzes nicht mehr erkennbar erschienen. Bei ihm selbst sei ebenfalls die Vorstellung von der Einheit der Personlichkeit problematisch geworden. Diese Sprachkrise der Literatur der Jahrhundertwende steht einem weiteren Sinn fur die Probleme und Umwalzungen in den Zeichen- und Sinn-Systemen der europaischen Kultur des 20. Jahrhunderts. Kurz von dem Chandos-Brief sah Hofmannsthal den Tanz Sadayakkos, die im Rahmen der 2. Gastpiele der Gruppe Kawakamis in Europa gastierte. Der Tanz Sakayakkos gab Hofmannsthal einen neuen Begriff der 'Sprache des Korpers'. Wie er in seinem Essay "Uber die Pantomime" formulierte, ermoglichte es ihm die asiatische Gebarde ihres Tanzes, ohne Worte den ganzen Menschen zu lesen. Im gleichen Jahr 1902, schrieb er auch einige Fragmente fur das "Gesprach zwischen einem jungen Europaer und einem japanischen Edelmann", das zu einer Reihe von erfundenen Briefen zahlen sollte. In den Fragmenten setzte der Dichter die Harmonie der japanischen Kultur gegen die europaische Wahrnehmungskrise, in der Seele, Geist und Korper eines Menschen zerbrochen waren. Er bemerkte in der Gebarde, in den Zugen einse japanischen Anglers ein bestimmtes Zeichen, das sein Inneres widerspiegelte. Dieses Zeichen eines Menschen ist spater in seinem Werk "Die Bridfe des Zuruckgekehrten" (1907) als "Hieroglyphe' benannt worden. Auch in seinen anderen Aufzeichnungen und Werken konnen wir erfahren, wie stark Hofmannsthal damals darauf bestand, das ganze Wesen eine Menschen zu lesen. Auf diese Weise brachte die asiatische Gebarde dem Dichter, der der Sprache skeptisch gegenuberstand, dne neuen Begriff der 'Sprache des Korpers', in der das ganze Wesen einer Personlichkeri dargestellt werden konne. In der weiteren Entwicklung seines Gedankens uber die Korpersprache spielte dis Freundschaft mit einer Tanzerin. Ruth St. Denis, einer Reprasentantin des 'Freien Tanzes', eine grosse Rolle. Wie der Dichter in seinem Essay "Die Unvergleichliche Tanzerin" (1906) formulierte, fand er in ihr, 'eine Durchdringung der euroaischen Phantasie mit asiatischer Schonheit'. Durch ihren Tanz formte er in sich das neue ideale Bild, in dem die griechische Antike und das Buddhistische sich als 'das Fremde' zusammenschlossen; dieses 'Fremde' blieb nicht nur als das 'Exotische'. Der Dichter fand im 'Lacheln der Busshastatue' von St. Denis die neutrale Schonheit uber das Erotische, das Pan-Religiose: die einheitliche Schonheit des Fremden. In der nachsten Phase versuchte Hofmannsthal in seinen Buhnenwerken und erfundenen Gesprachen, seine Gedanken uber den Tanz zu ersirklichen, in dem das einheitliche schone Bild des ganzen Wesens aus Fremden immer immitten der Werke eine wichtige Rolle spielt; z. B. in den "Bienen" (1914). Auf diese Weise trug die uneuropaische Gebarde als ein Moment zur Entwicklung des Dramatikers Hofmannsthal bei.

A hybrid control method for a flexible manipulator based on an angular velocity control is presented, which is applicable to curved constraint surfaces. The error of contact force is converted into a velocity vector according to the force/velocity conversion law which consideres both force respose characteristics and variational angular velocity with respect to normal direction of the surface. The velocity vector which is tangent to the constraint surface is calculated using the velocity control law. The desired velocity vector is obtained as a sum of the above two velocity vectors, and is converted into angular velocity vectors. A vibration control law is proposed to reduce overshoot of end point velocity response. The desired angular velocity vector is obtained as a sum of the above angular velocity vector and vibration control term. Motion and force controls without calculating inverse dynamics is performed using DC motors whose desired values are equal to the above desired angular velocity vectors. Computer simulations and experimental analyses are carried out to clarify the validity of the proposed method.
