Larvae of swimming crab were reared in 1-2 l tanks, supplied with marine rotifers cultured with several feeds: baker's yeast, baker's yeast fortified with cuttlefish liver oil, freshwater <i>Chlorella</i>, and marine micro algae <i>Nannochloropsis</i>. The fatty acid compositions of the rotifers were analyzed to evaluate their dietary value. Larval survival, growth and velocity of development were improved according to the amount of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3HUFA) contained in rotifers. Consequently, it was considered that the larval swimming crab demanded the n-3HUFA in feeds as essential fatty acid and enrichment of feed rotifers should be a routine technique in the seed production process of the swimming crab.

我々は骨粗鬆症などのロコモティブシンドロームの病因病態解明のために、可変型遺伝子トラップ法により樹立したNedd4遺伝子欠損トラップマウスを用いて、Nedd4の骨代謝における機能を解析した。Nedd4欠損ホモマウスでは、μCT解析、骨形態計測、骨力学試験にて有意に骨量、骨強度の低下を認めた。骨組織像では1次海綿骨量の減少を認め、骨芽細胞は細胞質が少なく扁平な細胞形態を示し、ALP活性が低かった。遺伝子発現解析では骨芽細胞関連の発現が低下傾向にあった。培養骨芽細胞では、明らかに石灰化能が低下していた。したがって、Nedd4遺伝子は骨芽細胞機能制御において重要な機能を担っている可能性が考えられた。

マルチコアのサーバにおいて,メモリ回収専用コアの割当てにより,リアルタイム性を必要とするアプリケーションがオーバヘッドの低い安定的なメモリ確保を可能とする手法を述べる.計算機の低価格化にともない,高信頼性、安定性が求められる制御システムでも,PC アーキテクチャを基にした計算機と Linux などの汎用 OS が利用されるようになってきた.汎用 OS のメモリ管理では、プロセスやディスク I/O のページキャッシュに、可能な限りのページを割り当てる.このため、メモリ管理機構は,新たなページ割当て要求に対して、オーバヘッドの高いページ回収処理を実行しないと、要求されたメモリが割り当てられない状況が発生する。本研究報告では,ページ回収の契機となる閾値をコアごとに設定できるようにし,コアごとに異なるポリシでページを回収する.これを利用することで,アプリケーションの実行コアに回収が発生しない低い閾値,ページ回収コアに高い閾値を設定するシステムが設計できる.評価により,コア別のページ回収は,システムのメモリ負荷が高くなった場合にでも,アプリケーションの実行を保証する仕組みとして有効であることを確認した.This technical report presents a method to ensure that real time applications allocate memory with low overhead memory by assigning memory reclaiming core in multicore server. Nowadays, PC based computers and general purpose operating systems are popularly used for control systems. In general purpose operating systems like Linux, memory manager allocates pages as much as possible for processes and disk I/O cache. Thus, in many cases, new page allocation would cause page reclaiming, which is very high overhead procedure. The method that we propose enables memory manager to have different page reclaiming thresholds for each core. To use this method, system administer can set page reclaiming policy to cores. If the threshold is low, the core is able to use for running real time application. Moreover, page reclaiming core has high threshold. In our evaluation, the method is feasible to insure execution of application against high memory pressure.

【目的】施設入所高齢者の移乗による転倒に関連する評価項目を検討する目的で,多施設問共同研究を行った。【方法】愛知県内の9つの介護老人保健施設の協力を得て,101名の施設入所高齢者を対象とした。過去1年間の転倒の有無,移乗による転倒の有無別に後向き調査を行った。測定項目はADL評価,認知機能および運動機能評価,島田ら(2004)の転倒関連行動指標,さらに我々が考案した移乗動作の際の危険行動を観察する転倒回避能力(Fan Avoidance Ability:以下,FAA)評価を行った。【結果】60.4%の対象者が転倒しており,その内,移乗による転倒は70.5%であった。各測定項目を移乗による転倒の有無で比較したところ,FIMとPOMAに有意差があった。移乗による転倒の有無を目的変数とした多重ロジスティック回帰分析の結果,FAA総得点のみが有意な因子として検出された。FAA総得点とFIM,認知機能項目,FAA各項目,転倒関連行動指標の危険行動の項目数が有意な相関を示した。【結語】転倒回避能力評価は基準関連妥当性を有し,移乗動作による転倒と関連する有用な評価方法であることが示唆された。

Expressing the distribution of load, on a circular plate with a hole at the center under a concentrated load, by means of δ-function, and performing the integral of particular solution by the property of δ-function, we reduced the differential equation for the bending of the plate to a plane biharmonic equation. Expressing the solution of this biharmonic equation and boundary conditions by Fourier series and comparing the coefficients of both sides of the equations, we derived the exact solution of the deflection for the following cases ; (i) Both boundaries are clamped, (ii) One boundary is clamped and the other is free supported, (iii) Both boundaries are free supported, (iv) One boundary is clamped and the other is a free edge, (v) One boundary is free supported and the other is a free edge.

71 歳,関節リウマチ (RA) にて加療中の男性が発熱,呼吸困難のため入院となった.患者は infliximab (IFX) (260 mg) を毎月 1 回,約 1 年間投与されていた.胸部 X 線にて,両側性の浸潤影を認め, 入院時より重症の低酸素血症のため人工換気を要した.血清中 β -D グルカン値上昇と胸部 CT における全肺野に及ぶ地図状のすりガラス陰影の出現により,Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) と診断した.ST 合剤投与により速やかに臨床症状の改善を認めた.MTX, IFX 治療を行い免疫抑制状態となった患者にしばしば感染性肺炎や薬剤性肺炎による急性肺障害が発症する.長期に免疫抑制治療を行っている高リスク患者においては,鑑別診断として PCP を念頭に置く必要がある.また,発症予防としての ST 合剤の投与も検討すべきである.

先天性小耳症は発生頻度の低い稀な先天奇形であるが,外表奇形として出生直後より認識され,聴力評価などで耳鼻咽喉科を初診することが多い。外表奇形に対する手術は本邦では形成外科で施行される。今回我々は当院形成外科にて耳介形成術を施行した患児73例に対して,外表奇形の分類,聴力評価,味覚障害の有無,顔面神経麻痺の評価,中耳・内耳奇形の有無について解析を行い,外表奇形とそれぞれの項目に関して比較検討をおこなった。さらに国内外における従来の報告と本解析に相違があるかを検討した。  小耳症は,片側小耳症が90%をしめ,多くは外表奇形に対する治療が中心となる。しかしながら,聴力の継続的評価や真珠腫性中耳炎の早期発見,外耳道形成術,伝音再建の適応など耳鼻咽喉科医が把握,対応する事項の重要性が再認識された。

急性壊死性食道炎の4例を経験した.4例とも初発症状は吐血で,上部消化管内視鏡検査では特徴的な黒色食道を呈した.発症時の基礎疾患は,3例がケトアシドーシス,2例が糖尿病であった.3例は保存的に軽快し,死亡例を1例認めたが死因は急性壊死性食道炎によるものではなく,基礎疾患である敗血症が予後を規定した.急性壊死性食道炎はまれな疾患ではあるが,緊急内視鏡における鑑別診断として念頭に置くべきであると考える.<br>

日本の発酵食品のルーツでもあり、食文化として文化の一端を担う東南アジアに特有の伝統的発酵食品に関する情報を、社会の発展に伴い失われる以前に調査収集し、情報を保存することを目的とした。また、東南アジアに広く分布する類似発酵食品の比較検討を通して、その共通性、地域特異性を明らかにし、生物工学的、食品工学的意義を明らかにし、各国の研究者と協力して国際学術論文として取りまとめることを目的とした。本年度は最終年であるため以下の調査研究を行った。1.カンボジアにおける伝統的発酵食品に関する調査カンボジアの伝統的発酵食品、特に糖質を原料とする発酵食品並びに魚を原料とする発酵食品について、生産現場を調査した。(関、冨田、五十嵐、小崎、駒形、飯野、S.Limtong、C.Wongkhaluang、S.Saono、P.T.Ho、T.L.Thuoc)2.収集資料整理と取り纏め前年度までに収集した東南アジア諸国(タイ、マレーシア、ベトナム、西インドネシア、フィリピン、ラオス、ミャンマー)および本年度実施のカンボジアにおける発酵食品に関する学術等資料を整理し、取りまとめ指針に従いデータベース化を行った。(関、小崎、駒形、飯野、岡田、中川、N.Lotong、S.Saono、C.Wongkhaluang、W.Yongmanitchai、S.Saono、P.T.Ho、T.L.Thuoc)

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the reflection of childcare from the view-point of collegiality and growth of teacher in a case study of a kindergarten.Our conclusions are as follows:1. Collegiality puts both an individual power and collaborative power onto a higher level.2. It is necessary to actualize latent collaboration in daily eduational practice.

わが国においても人事・労務管理の成果主義的な再編が顕著である。この変化は1980年以降アメリカにおける人事制度変革(人的資源管理への転換)の影響を受けたものである。本研究は現代アメリカの人事制度改革の意義を歴史的・実証的に検証している。すなわち、80年代以前のアメリカ大企業の人事制度と労使関係システムが人的資源管理に与えた影響を、20年代ウェルフェア・キャピタリズム(非組合型労使関係)、ニューディール期におけるその変容、それに制約された第2次大戦後の労使関係下の人事制度の課題を実証的に検証したものである。

This study attempted to describe detailed observations of the actual process of ar-<br>chitectural design, which have been performed by a professional architect in Japan.<br> The observations were made on the basis of two surveys: a document survey and an<br> interview survey. The following results were obtained.<br> First, a proposal was composed of multiple modifications that emerged simultane-<br>ously under the different constraints. Second, the emergence of one modification could<br> lead to another, which was called the 'linkage between modifications'. Third, the link-<br>age was observed not only at the level of the modifications, such as 'making the ceiling<br> form like steps' to the next modification 'changing the ceiling height', but also at the<br> level of proposals which were made at intervals of few days. The linkage at the proposal<br> level, which was called the 'coupling of the modifications', tended to include qualitative developments. <br> These results show that understanding the activities involved in architectural design<br> can be one method to pick-up and realise the potentialities of developing architectures<br> that are intrinsic to the building site and not merely a reflection of the architects '<br>aesthetics,self-centredness or calculating activities. This issue might be worth dis-<br>cussing in connection with the concept of 'dwelling perspective', which was presented<br> in anthropology with an ecological perspective by Tim Ingold (2001).
