前立腺粘液癌は非常に稀な腺癌であり,その病態はあまり知られていない.われわれは免疫染色にてprostate specific antigen(以下PSA)陽性,carcinoembryonic antigen(以下CEA)陰性で,印環細胞を認めず,通常の腺癌を合併した症例を経験した.免疫染色にてPSAとCEAの両方が検索されていた自験例を含む32例の報告について検討した結果,PSA染色陽性23例中17例,CEA染色陽性10例中3例に通常の腺癌の合併が認められた.また,印環細胞は6例に認められ,そのすべてがCEA染色陽性であった.このことは,前立腺粘液癌のなかにはPSA染色陽性で通常の腺癌の一亜型と考えられるものと,PSA染色陰性かつCEA染色陽性で前立腺部尿道の腸上皮化生に由来するものの2つのタイプが存在する可能性が示唆された.

インターネットの普及によって大量のテキストデータに容易にアクセスできるようになった. しかし,従来のキーワードによるテキスト検索では膨大なデータの中から必要な情報を 的確に見つけ出すには不十分であり,テキストの意味を考慮した検索が必要とされている. 本研究では概念グラフ化されたテキストデータに対して意味検索を行うための効率的な グラフマッチング手法を提案する.

The author discusses the conflict at the introduction of the Western method into the traditional Chinese calendar system in the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. It was not only the question of how to prepare the traditional Chinese calendar, which was the Luni-solar system, according to the Western astronomical system, but also the problem of how to justify to adopt the Western system instead of the traditional Chinese. This is not a new problem. But, here, we should like to discuss the issue from the point of view of the Western learning, Xixue 西学, as well as the Tianxue 天学, which means Christianity. This is because the author's main concern here is in the development of the Rites Controversy in the early Qing period. So far this issue concerning the Qing calendar has been called the Calendar Accusation, Liyu 暦獄. The author regards the prosecution had the nature of the religious one. First of all the discussions begin with the astronomical controversies, raised by the prosecutors, Yang Guangxian 楊光先et al. He carried on his campaign against the missionaries. In 1664, he submitted to the Board of Rites the document in which he charged Johann Adam Schall von Bell, Tang Ruowang 湯若望, with several alleged errors in astronomical calculations and accused the missionaries of plotting against the state and of indoctrinating the people with false ideas. He referred to the view mentioned in the Tianxue chuankai 天學傅概 [History of Christian Church in China], written in 1664 by the convert, Li Zubai李祖白. He developed the ideas that man had originated in Judea and that a branch of the human family migrated to China under the leader, tentatively identified as Fuxi 伏羲. He also asserted that in ancient China God had been worshipped under the name Tian天or Shangdi 上帝, which was known as the Tianxue 天学, which was eventually to be revived by Ricci. This was repugnant to Yang. Including this idea, Yang produced other articles as the evidences for the accusation of the religion and the missionaries with their followers. Finally Yang lodged against Schall the more serious-though in fact erroneous-charge that he had deliberately fixed on the inauspicious day in 1658 for the burial of the infant prince, Rong Qinwang 榮親王, in order to cast spells on the parents (i.e., Emperor Shizu 世祖and Empress Xiaoxian 孝賢). For the critical issues against the New Method, Xinfa 新法, now F. Verbiest, Nan Huairen 南壊仁, following Adam Schall von Bell, successfully defended, because he had so far well prepared astronomically. Immediately after this prosecution, the Western astronomical system, Xifa 西法, became exclusively called the New Method. On the other hand, the religious issues were mainly treated by the senior missionary, L. Buglio (Li Leisi 利類思). Here we discuss the conflict from the aspects of the both sides, religious and astronomical.

ワニは, 歯の植立様式に関して魚類や両生類から哺乳類への移行段階にあるとして, 系統解剖学的に重要な位置付けがなされている。 したがって, ヒトの歯周組織の機能を形態学的に究明する研究の一端として, ワニCaiman crocodilusのセメント質の構造を光学顕微鏡ならびに透過電子顕微鏡で観察を行った。ワニのセメント質は, セメント質内層と外層の少なくとも二層に層区分される。 また, 石灰化度はセメント質外層に比して内層のほうが高い。 両層とも下地をなす線維は, 基本的には非固有性線維を下地としている。 さらに, セメント質には多くの細胞が含有され, それらは間葉系のセメント細胞のほかに上皮性のマラッセの残存上皮である。 ワニのセメント質は, 全般的に未分化な特徴もみられるが, 歯の支持機構としての基本的な構造をすでに獲得している。

これまで積極的に評価がなされず、研究の余地を大いに残している大坂画壇の絵画について調査研究を行った。主として関西大学図書館所蔵の絵画作品約550点を調査し、それらの写真撮影、法量などのデータ整理、関連文献の収集を行った。また、大阪市立博物館、堺市立博物館、大阪市立近代美術館(仮称)の所蔵作品約200点を調査し、それぞれのデータをカード化した。さらに、大阪、京都を中心にして、美術商及び個人所蔵の約100点を同じくカード化した。加えて、京都工芸繊維大学他、各研究機関所蔵の文献資料を調査し、重要な文献を複製等を通じて収集した。これらの調査は、主として大坂画壇の中でも最も重要な位置にいた木村蒹葭堂と、その周辺で活動した画家たちを中心に進められた。たとえば、愛石、上田耕夫、上田公長、岡田半江、葛蛇玉、佐藤保大、少林、墨江武禅、月岡雪斎、中井藍江、中村芳中、長山孔寅、西山芳園、耳鳥斎、浜田杏堂、日根野対山、森一鳳、森二鳳、森徹山らである。調査研究の結果、これまで生没年すら不明であった画家たちの生涯や活動歴及び作風と所属流派などがかなり明らかになり、大坂画壇研究の基礎研究として大きな成果があった。つまり、大坂の狩野派、四条派、円山派、文人画派、風俗両派(及び浮世絵派)、戯画などの系統が整理され、基礎資料の蓄積がなされた。今回の調査研究によって、大坂画壇研究の基礎研究が充実し、研究上の新局面を切り開くことができたと自負している。

本稿で扱うロボット動作計画とは作業環境内に存在する障害物を回避しつつどのように初期状態から目標状態へ移動するかという障害物回避問題について扱う.従来の障害物回避のアプローチとしてポテンシャル場を用いる方法とコンフィギュレーション空間を用いる方法がある.ポテンシャル場を用いる方法では衝突を避けるためのポテンシャルと目標状態に達するためのポテンシャルを用いるが,ポテンシャルの極小点に迷い込む可能性がある.コンフィギュレーション空間(以下C-Space)を用いる方法では物体の姿勢を一意に定めるパラメータによって張られるC-Spaceを定義し,この上で経路探索を行なう.インプリメントが簡単でマニピュレータ全体の経路が求まる反面,C-Spaceの生成に膨大な計算量を要するという問題点がある.ここでは,制約論理プログラミングの宣言性,モジュール性,数理的処理という特徴に着目し,コンフィギュレーション空間法に応用することにより経路を導出する方法を述べる.ここで使用した制約論理型言語は,CLP〓であり,対象としたロボットは回転型のマニピュレータである.

Can we discover a node which is not observable directly but mediates the stochastic diffusion process in a network? We address such a node discovery and mathematically formulate the basic concept which is promising to solving the problem in general. The proposed method is tested with a node discovery in a Barabási-Albert model which the conventional method raised and partially succeeded in. Its performance is measured with the receiver operating characteristic curves and van Rijsbergen's F-measure (the harmonic mean of precision and recall). The proposed method succeeds in discovering an unobservable peripheral node, and an unobservable hub node in a less clustered network where the conventional method failed.

The effectiveness of the scleral buckling operation, which is one of those most frequently applied to clinical treatment of the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the eyeball, strongly depends on the surgeon's experience so that it is usually difficult to achieve a fully satisfactory effect. Aiming at computer-aided operation planning employing the FEM simulation technique, a 2-D FEM program for a coupling analysis of the hyperelastic solid and static liquid has been developed to qualitatively simulate the procedure of this kind of operation. In this paper, a 3-D FEM program that provides all the functions required for simulating the complicated 3-D procedure of the buckling operation, such as solid-liquid coupling analysis, contact treatment between deformed soft tissues and analyses of buckling and suturing process, is developed. An improved algorithm of the coupling analysis which can avoid the time and memory consuming problem existing in that used in the 2-D one as well as an effective approach in treating the contact between deformed soft tissues are employed in this program. After validating its analysis accuracy through a testing analysis, a simulation of the encircling buckling operation procedure is presented, and the results demonstrate the ability of the program to predict the most suitable factors for an effective clinical operation.

My study compares local and real-time usability testing with remote and non-real-time testing of a Web site. Both local and remote tests use a Web-based usability testing but the former tests allow local and reat-time observation, the latter tests allow users to participate from their normal work locations using their normal, unmodified browser. Results indicate that both the local and remote tests capture similar information about usability. The graph's shape of success rate, the percentage of task that users complete correctly, is similar. That of the time each task requires is also similar. The success rate is inversely proportional to the required time in some degree but the relation depends on the task.

ECサイト内において,サイトの変化としてコンテンツへの誘導を増加させたとき,ユーザの行動変化へ与える影響について,ユーザビヘイビアの大規模な実データを用いて検証する.コンテンツへの誘導としては,ユーザ全体の行動を反映させた内容の複数リンクを表示させる.それらリンクの存在によって得られるユーザ行動をフィードバックし,リンクに繰り返し反映させることで,複数のECサイト内で起こる特徴について示す.

科学技術振興機構(JST)が継続的に収集している国内の科学技術関連資料(9,098誌)について電子化の現状を明らかにするため,出版者サイトおよび国内のアグリゲータ機関からの全文情報の提供状況を調べた。調査の結果,3,558誌(39%)の全文が電子的な状態で提供されていることがわかった。電子化されている3,558誌について,出版団体,資料の種類,分野別に分析を行った。科学技術関連資料のうち,学術誌・学会誌の電子化率は47%であった。

ネットワークシミュレータに期待される処理内容は複雑さを増す一方であり,パラメータ空間も大きくなっている.こうしたシミュレーションを効率よく実行し,データ解析を行うためには,シミュレーションエンジンの高速化に加え,開発,シミュレーションのバッチ実行,データ解析に関する支援環境の整備が重要である.筆者は主に無線アドホックネットワークに関する研究のために,1998年頃よりns2,GloMoSim,Qualnet,OPNET,JiST/SWANSという複数のネットワークシミュレータを利用してきた.本稿では,大学研究室での学生とのネットワークシミュレータ利用の経験をもとに,ユーザの視点からシミュレータへの期待について述べる.
