In 2006, the musical Marie Antoinette was launched from Tokyo. Before the return to Japan in 2018, this work about the French Revolution was performed in Germany, South Korea, and Hungary.Marie Antoinette was originally intended for the export but did not fully follow the trend of megamusical that globally succeeded with the franchise system since the 1980s. Rather, this musical continued to be dedicated to the specific context of popular theater in each performing venue, as seen in the growing trade of musicals between Continental Europe and East Asia in the last few decades. For meeting actual demands and limitations, all the elements including the text and music were constantly overwritten with the approval of the copyright holders.In the chained variations on the principle of flexible adaptation, the authority of the original product, which is connected to the license business of musicals with enormous initial costs, is diminishing. Instead, companies and institutions that have more or less their own financial resources, e.g. from the public sector or the holding company, played a significant role in the survival of the genre within the various and acceleratedly changing sociocultural environments on the performance.

近年,日本の観光政策は観光振興による雇用拡大や経済成長を目指してきた.しかし各県の2012年から2016年の観光経済振興を分析すると,観光客数や消費額はほぼ全国で増加したが,観光産業の雇用拡大や付加価値額の増加は大都市圏とりわけ首都圏に集中し,地方圏では観光の基幹産業化や既存の地域経済格差を覆すような経済振興が生じた県はほぼ見られない.それは観光のサービスとしての宿命である貯蔵の不可能性と機械化による生産性向上力の小ささが地方圏に条件不利性として作用し,他方で大都市圏では立地優位性によって観光産業集積が累積的に増大し,知識集約的な都市的サービス業との連携による経営の合理化の機会も拡充されるからである.観光振興を促進する観光政策はすべての地域で有効とは限らず,大都市圏と地方圏との地域格差を再生産する構造を持つ.COVID-19を契機に,日本の観光政策は経済振興への偏重から転換し,観光の「豊かさ」の意味を再考すべきである.

Background:Twitter has become increasingly popular at annual medical congresses as a platform to communicate to attendees. The aim of this study is to reveal the twitter usage in the annual congress of the Japanese Cirsulation Society.Methods and Results:We compared the total number of tweets during the Japanese Circulation Society’s annual meetings in 2019 and 2020. The total number of tweets increased from 7,587 in 2019 to 23,867 in 2020. Most tweets were retweets (>70%), and approximately half of Twitter users tweeted only once.Conclusions:Twitter usage during the Japanese Circulation Society’s annual meeting increased from 2019 to 2020, and a large number of tweets were from Twitter ambassadors of the Japanese Circulation Society. However, further evaluation is needed, with future studies investigating the usefulness of this platform.

目的:リハビリテーション医療の共有意思決定(Shared Decision Making;以下,SDM)を測定する患者報告式尺度を開発し,理学療法領域での信頼性と妥当性を検討すること.方法:リハビリテーション医療に必要なSDMの要素に基づき,Shared Decision Making for Rehabilitation(以下,SDM-Reha)仮尺度を作成し,入院や外来,地域で理学療法を受けている患者を対象に調査した.結果:218名(年齢70.1±13.3歳)のデータから探索的因子分析を行い,1因子10項目からなるSDM-Rehaを開発した.内部一貫性はCronbachのα係数が0.94,再テスト信頼性はICC(1,1)が0.93と高く,併存的妥当性も良好であった.結論:SDM-Rehaはリハビリテーション医療のSDMを評価する指標として,信頼性と妥当性を有する尺度である.

中世東寺を統括していた長者・凡僧別当・執行などに関する史料を系統的に調査した結果、「東寺長者補任」の諸本、「東寺凡僧別当引付」、京都国立博物館所蔵「阿刀家伝世資料」、天理大学附属天理図書館所蔵「東寺執行日記」、「東寺過去帳」などの写真や情報を収集することができた。その上で、これまで行われてこなかったこれらの史料学的検討を行った。1.「東寺長者補任」諸本の調査とそれらの史料学的考察の結果、従来認識されていなかった長者補任の類型を抽出することができた。さらに、諸本それぞれの特徴を提示するとともに、いくつかの補任については作成者を確定することもできた。2.「東寺執行日記」については、これまで研究の素材として主に利用されてきたのは内閣文庫所蔵の二種類の写本であったが、今回の調査によって天理図書館所蔵のより良い写本を発見することができた。今後は、こちらが研究の基礎史料になると考える。3.「東寺文書」「東寺百合文書」「教王護国寺文書」など、これまで利用されてきた東寺関係史料に「阿刀家伝世資料」を加えて分析することによって、平安時代から近世初期に至る東寺執行職の歴代を確定し、その根拠となる史料を翻刻提示した。また執行の職務内容についても検討し、新たな知見をえた。4.東寺に伝来してきた複数の「過去帳」について、それぞれの性格を確定した。また、東寺と関係の深い醍醐寺の過去帳分析も行った。今後も収集史料の史料学的研究を継続するとともに、「東寺執行日記」のテキスト化を行う予定である。

The purpose of this report is to compare the crime rate of teachers with people of the same age in the general population and clarify the recent change. We usually see and hear disgraceful affairs of teachers in news. And, by those media discourse, not few people may have the image that the crime rate of teachers is high. Then, is the crime rate of teachers higher than general people in fact? By using macro statistics of NPA, MEXT and MIC, I calculate the crime rate of teachers.  Taking data from the past five year we can clearly see that the crime rate for teachers in the age bracket 25-59 was clearly lower than the general population. The Crime rate of teachers is less than a one-fifth of that of the general population for all categories of crime. The brutal crime rate of teachers is less than one-fifth of the general population. and sexual crime rate of teachers is less than half of the general population. In other words, the teachers is the occupation group who rarely cause a crime.  Secondly, by examining the change of the crime rate of teachers, we understood that the crime rate of teachers had changed at the standard that was extremely lower than the general population. Though the sexual crime rate of teachers is increasing, that of other people in the 25-59 year old age bracket is also increasing in a similar way. Therefore, we can know that the teachers are included in the increase of sexual crime arrests in society.  The impact of the study on teacher education may be to announce this knowledge widely. The image that teachers have many disgraceful affairs becomes the unfair label for the incumbent teachers, and, for the students who want to be a teacher, it may be a factor to reduce the motivation. It is said that we are in “Education Distrust and Dependent Times”. It is thought that the disgraceful affairs of teachers attract attention and are sometimes reported in an exaggerated way because we are in such times.

Scabies is a major form of dermatitis and in the second edition of clinical management guidelines for scabies drawn up by a committee of the Japanese Dermatological Association in 2007,ivermectin was recommended as a drug of choice for its treatment.Ivermectin had been approved as a treatment for scabies and launched in Japan in August 2006.On administering ivermection to 6 patients who developed scabies in our geriatric mental ward,3 of them subsequently developed hepatic function disorders.In order to investigate the cause of these disorders,we examined their weights,ages,drug interactions,and metabolism.We found that blood levels of ivermectin were easily affected by fat in the diet due to its liposolubility.In addition,since CYP3A4,an enzyme considered to be involved in the metabolism of ivermectin,may increase the toxicity of its metabolic products,we concluded that use of ivermectin should be reviewed.It is recommended that hepatic function tests are carried out a week before and after administering ivermectin,and that it should be given at bedtime to avoid drug interactions.

裁判において、一方当事者が、個人データが含まれる証拠を裁判所に提出することは、しばしば生じている。本稿では、個人データが含まれる証拠の裁判所への提供について、従来の整理を確認した上で、法23条1項2号に該当し、適法であるとの解釈について、条文解釈、訴訟法上の救済手段、十分性認定及び欧州法の解釈との関係から適切であることを論証する。

本稿は、日本の個人情報保護法に課徴金制度を導入する際の理論上の障害となっている「我が国の法体系特有の制約」の意義を明らかにし、個人情報保護法に課徴金制度を導入することが可能かを検証することを目的とする。本稿では、①個人情報保護法の改正過程における課徴金に関する議論を紹介し、②国内における課徴金制度の立法上の先例を確認した上で、③「我が国の法体系特有の制約」の意味内容を明らかにし、個人情報保護法に課徴金制度を導入するための現実的な制度設計を提案する。

本稿は, 引用分析 (Citation Analysis) の手法を政治学史研究に適用し, 日本政治学史の把握のための新たな分析方法と論点を提起するものである。ここで引用分析とは, 文献間の引用―被引用関係の集積から知見を引き出す方法をさす。従来, テキストの質的分析が主流であるこの分野において, アプローチ上の制約から十分検討されていない論点が残されている。そこで, これらの論点を検証するため, 引用分析という量的アプローチを試みる。本稿では, 戦後刊行された70冊の政治学教科書の引用データをもとに, 日本政治学史についての通説を検証した。先行研究によれば, 日本政治学史には二つの転換, すなわち1945年の戦前・戦後の断絶と, 1980年代のレヴァイアサン・グループの登場による転換があったとされてきた。本稿の引用分析の結果, こうした二つの転換は確認されたが, しかし先行世代への引用の傾向について, 二つは対照的な特徴があることが判明した。この結果は, 政治学史研究における引用分析の有効性を示すものといえる。
