Global human resources development is becoming more and more important because of current emerging global business environment year by year. This research discusses the skill set, which is requested by current high school students to be a person who will succeed in global environment in the future. Comments are collected by the survey on the Internet from Japanese high school students in 2015. The question analyzed in this research is “What kind of skills are needed to be a person who will execute global activities in the future? What kind of education is necessary to attain these skills?” 1740 answers are analyzed using text quantitative analysis methods. We checked frequently used keywords and their relationships to understand the structure of students’ opinions. Additionally, we manually checked important phrases described in the answers. Then, we developed the structured 6 categories of skill set, which will help educating high school students to acquire global capabilities. On this scheme, students will also be able to measure their own global skill levels by themselves.

Focusing on the process of a dancer’s acquisition of a new technique in breakdance,,“Inside Ninety”, this longitudinal case study aims to disclose the process of skill acqui-sition through practice. We conducted a fieldwork study (participant observation andinterviews) to analyze the dancer’s endeavours to acquire and improve skills. By avoid-ing the specification of goals and movements by the researchers, as is often the case in experimental settings, we observed the development of movements in each practicesession. The results indicate that the process of acquisition of a new dance techniqueconsists not only of the refinement of a particular skill, but also of two other activities;the exploration of new and original skill utilizing the characters of a particular skill, and the arrangement of that skill so that it should fit into his full performance. Theprocess of an expert’s acquisition of a particular technique is a complicated and creativeone, integrating each skill into a full performance.

We compared the strength of self-motion perception (vection) with and without a decoy who reported very strong or very weak vection. When the decoy reported strong vection, participants reported stronger vection than they did when the decoy reported weak vection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report demonstrating that vection perception can be altered by conformity to decoys.

We measured vection strength induced by six different colors in an optic flow stimulus. Vection strength was measured by using button pressing and via magnitude estimation. Vection strength was inhibited by multiple colored dots but not by uniform grey dots. Even with brighter background, this inhibition effect was obtained. This result might be related to the fact that stimuli that are 'too colorful' are not a realistic representation of the external world.

秋里籬島という怪人物が編纂した『東海道名所図会』(寛政九年刊)は、他の一連の「名所図会」と違って、一つの狙いがあった。既に言われていることだが、東国江戸に対して皇都京の文化的優越性を示すことだが、これを東海道五十三駅およびその周辺の地誌・歴史・景観・歓楽のガイドブックとして、巧妙に内容を組み立てる形でやってのけた。禁裡御用絵師と上方文人が適宜にコーディネートされ(豊富な資金が謝金として準備され、惜しみなく使用されたようだ)江戸の二重王権があばかれる端緒ともなった。なかんずく東海道・江戸・日本のポイントとしての「富士山」の扱いに、籬島は二転三転、苦心した形跡がある。秀峰富士の形式的通俗的美化と国粋化に反発した上田秋成は、火山富士の醜悪かつ凶暴な一面を指摘した。秋成の一文は、籬島に求められ、内容のために突っかえされたもので、ひょっとしたらあったかも知れない。ただし、この件は何の根拠もない。しかし、面白い対立ではないか。

DNSアンプ攻撃はDNSオープンリゾルバを踏み台として利用したDDoS攻撃であり,その増幅率は数十倍にのぼるため,少ないネットワーク帯域でも効果的に攻撃を行うことができるため大きな問題となっている.そこで我々は,DNSアンプ攻撃に利用されるオープンリゾルバの実態を調査するために,広域なアクティブ検索,サイレントモニタ運用,実オープンリゾルバ運用という三つの多角的な視点から観測を行った.我々が行ったアクティブ検索の結果,インターネット上に3,000万以上のDNSサーバが存在することが明らかとなり,そのうちの2,500万以上ものDNSサーバがオープンリゾルバであることが明らかとなった.また,サイレントモニタ運用,実オープンリゾルバの運用により,DNSサーバ探索にはAレコード問い合わせが,攻撃にはAレコード及びANYレコードの問い合わせが多く利用されることが明らかとなり,更に,これら情報とBGP情報を組み合わせることで,DNSアンプ攻撃の攻撃者が存在するネットワークを特定することが可能であることを示す.
