1)分泌した脂肪酸の数・量は個人差が著しい。2)被検者全員に分泌がみられた脂肪酸は,C_<14>(ミリスチン酸),C_<16>(パルミチン酸),C_<18>(ステアリン酸)の3脂肪酸,量的に多い脂肪酸はC_<16>(パルミチン酸),C_<18>(ステアリン酸),C_<18-1>(オレイン酸),C_<16-1>(パルミトレイン酸)の4脂肪酸である。3)個人の脂肪酸構成比は,大差なくC_<18>が約54%,C_<18>が約27%,C_<18-1>,が約8%,C_<16-1>が約5%,C_<14>が約5%,C_<12>が0.2%弱である。但し,分泌している脂肪酸と分泌していない脂肪酸があり,全員に適用することは不可能である。4)分娩後に分娩前の約10倍近い分泌量が認められた。5)陣痛時間の平均は約4時間前後であるが,その時の皮脂分泌量を平均値とするならば,それより短いか長い陣痛時間の妊婦の皮脂分泌量は,増大している。6)分娩時刻別の皮脂分泌は,午後の方が午前より分泌量が多く,日内リズムに則している。7)分娩の月別皮脂分泌は,各月の分泌動態から季節変動が認められる。以上,陣痛,分娩という特殊な状態におかれても,ホメオスタシスを基盤に生体リズムを繰り返しながら,生理機能は営まれている。汗や尿成分,内分泌腺系,神経系,血液成分等と同様に皮脂分泌も,外部環境に対して変動することから,基礎代謝,特に熱量産生に関しての間接的指標となり得る,と考えたい。

家事労働軽減のために開発されてきた洗濯機に,放り込めばあとは洗濯機が洗ってくれるから安心と思っている人がふえている。本当に衣類の汚れ除去はこれでよいのだろうか。この疑問を解明する一つの実験研究である。洗濯槽内の浴と布の相対回転速度を手がかりに,洗浄効率との関係から機械作用を考察する方法を用いた。布はポリエステル・綿混紡ブロードで大きさは4種類である。即ち幅を一定とし,長さ,形を変化させた。洗浴は一定とし,布の枚数を変えることにより,浴比を4-5水準とした。結果,長方形の布で1枚が100g-200gの場合,高浴比では相対回転速度も洗浄効率も増加した。これは相対回転速度と布の変形が,機械作用に寄与したと考えられる。然し,布重量が400gに増すと布の移動に力が必要のためか,布の変形に及ばない。洗浄効率も増加しない。筒形にした布の挙動は長方形と異なり,高浴比では洗浄効率の上昇は見られなかった。洗濯槽内のパルセーターは決った水流しか作り出さないが,布を入れることにより槽内の動きは独特の様相を呈し,汚れ除去も種々相を成す。

We evaluated the washing performance of 3 basic type and 6 domestic automatic washing machines using the evaluation method of Katayama et al. The 3 basic types were the agitator type (JIS standard washing machine), the tumbler style (Wascator), and the whirlpool type (Two-tub washing machine). The 6 domestic automatic washing machines were 4 tumble style washing machines, 1 whirlpool type washing machine and 1 beat-wash type washing machine sold in the last five years. As a result of a comparison of their washing performance, the JIS standard washing machine removed dirt much better than the others, and its Mechanical Action Value was much higher than the others. The two-tub washing machine showed the second best detergency and Mechanical Action Value. The Wascator showed much worse detergency, and its Mechanical Action Value varied widely. We also tried to examine the washing performance of the standard washing course of each of the 6 domestic automatic washing machines for 4.0kg loads washed in water for 10min. As a result of a comparison with their previous washing performance, their detergency was no different, but their Mechanical Action Values varied widely.

本研究では, 現状の溝寸法に対して深さが約半分のチョーク溝について, FD-TD法を用いて検討した. 検討においては, まずTEMモードに対して, 損失材をチョーク溝と併用した場合も含めて, その配置位置や材質に対する検討を行った. そしてこの最適構造をもとに周期構造を設けた3次元モデルを作成し, 実際の漏洩電波により近い高次モードを含んだ漏洩波に対するシールド効果の計算を行った. この結果, 溝の深さを従来の半分にした構造においても, 30dB以上のシールド効果が得られることや, 損失材を併用して周期配置した場合では, さらに良好なシールド効果が得られることを確認した. また, 一例として試作したチョークのシールド効果は約31dBであり, 解析結果の妥当性も実験的に確認できた.

Composites comprising hydroxyapatite (HA) containing glass layer and pure titanium or Ti-6Al-4V alloy, so called HA-G-Ti functionally gradient materials, have been shown to be useful for bioactive artificial joints and dental implants. In the present study, the mechanical and thermal properties of the HA containing glasses were examined. The compressive strength of HA containing glasses less than 70 wt% HA content was sufficiently larger than that of bone. The hardness of about 70 wt% HA containing glass corresponded to that of natural teeth. It has been found from DSC analysis that the glass little reacts with HA at firing temperature (950℃). Thermal expansion coefficients of HA containing glasses with relatively low HA content were suitable values for the coating on Ti and Ti-6Al-4V. The bonding strength of the glass to Ti substrate reached the maximum value of 28 MPa under the condition of 2.3μm in surface roughness (center line average). The HA-G-Ti composites with bioactive surface, etched in a mixture of HF and HNO_3, showed a good apposition to the bone in vivo.

We have investigated the electronic structures of n- or p-type doped ZnO based on ab initio electronic band structure calculations. We find unipolarity in ZnO; n-type doping using Al, Ga or In species decreases the Madelung energy while p-type doping using N species increases the Madelung energy, in addition to causing substantial localization of the N states. Codoping using reactive codopants, Al, Ga or In, enhances the incorporation of N acceptors in p-type codoped ZnO. We find the delocalized states of N for p-type ZnO codoped with N and Al (Ga).

The effect of variations in the light and temperature on the germination of Leptochloa chinensis Nees seeds stored under different conditions was investigated. 1. The dormancy of seeds stored under air-dried conditions was readily broken when seeds placed on a moist filter paper were subjected to a regime of 12 hours light at 40 ℃ and 30 ℃ and 12 hours dark at 40℃ and 15℃, respectively. 2. Light played a major role in the breaking of dormancy. The effect of light on seeds stored under air-dried conditions was more conspicuous 6〜12 hours after water absorption than at the onset. 3. The degree of breaking of dormancy varied with the conditions of storage, and it was higher in the following order, moist conditions at 5℃ < air-dried conditions at 5℃ < air-dried condidtions at room temperature < upland field conditions. However the breaking of dormancy under these conditions of storage did not result in seed germination when seeds were continuously exposed to darkness at 30℃.

本報告では、唐代資料に記述される情報を引用する際に必要となる概念モデルと語彙の設計作業の一貫である。ここでは、情報を明示する際に使用される表現の中で最低限必要な情報である、「書籍」と「版本」を対象とする。まず、現代の出版技術を前提とした「書籍」の概念として、個々の実体を有する本としての「Copy」と、書名等によって抽象化された「Book」の二つを提示する。これらの二つの「書籍」の概念を元に設計した概念モデルを踏まえて、古典文献特有の書誌情報である「版本」とその相互関係について着目した概念モデルの設計と語彙の提示を行う。付録として、本論で提示した概念モデルを利用した『元和郡縣圖志』の書誌情報の OWL 語彙とその例を記述したものを本稿末尾に掲載した。When a history scholar presents conflicting views or differences between texts, he must indicate the source where he has his grounds for showing them. Our aim of research is to present a method of representing location information of references and quotations in the research on the Tang dynasty. This paper presents a conceptual model and a vocabulary of only references to documents. In the first, we discuss concepts of books that depend on the modern publication technologies. "Book" is an abstract concept of books which have only bibliographical information, and "Copy" is a concrete one of book entities. In the second, we revise these concepts to the case of manuscripts, woodblock printing, and photo offset copies. Our conceptual model is based on "matters of printing", in order to make up losses on bibliographical information on documents in ancient China.

『源氏物語』の複数著者説や54巻の成立順序に関する疑問を、文章の統計分析という観点から解明しようと研究を行っている。この小論では、『源氏物語』の文体の安定性という観点から、特に後半の10巻の「宇治十帖」他作家説を中心に、いくつかの分析結果について報告する。One of the important questions regarding Genji Monogatari to the one concerning the author, that is, Murasaki Shikibu (Lady Murasaki) is the author of last ten volumes of Genji Monogatari. Another issue concerns the time sequence in which there 54 volumes were written. We are now trying to solve these questions by means of quantitative analysis of sentences. In this paper, we would like to present what has been derived from our study mainly in conjunction with the stability of the writing style of Murasaki Shikibu.

Beowulrクラスクラスタは,PCクラスタの論理構成法であり,コモディティハードウェアやソフトウェアによりPCクラスタが容易に構築できる.しかし,それらの組合せによってはうまく動かなかったり,あるいは,性能が全く出ないということがある.本稿では,Beowulfクラスクラスタのチューニングを(1)ネットワーク,(2)プロセッサ間通信ライブラリ(MPIやPVM),(3)応用プログラム,という3つのレベルで分けて,行うことを提案する.具体的には,NetPIPEというネットワーク測定用ツールを用いて,(1)と(2)をチューニングする.次に,線形代数でよく使われるLINPACKの一つScaLAPACKを応用プログラムとして利用し,(1)と(2)から得られたネットワーク特性を用いて,ScaLAPACKのチューニングを行う.とくに,小さな行列に分割することと,最適化された線形代数パッケージを使用することが,ScaLAPACKの性能向上に不可欠であることが判明した.これらの知見を利用することにより,Pentium-II 450 MHz,256 MByteメモリのノード32台で構成されるERATO-1に本手法を適用した結果,ハードウェアの不具合いが発見でき,また,LINPACKベンチマークで6.76GFlopsの性能が得られた.Beowulf-Class cluster is a logical organization of PC clusters composed of mass-market off-the-shelf hardware and software. The user may have problems that their implementation won't work well in hardware level or their implementation provides quite a poor performance. In this paper, we present a new method to tune and evaluation of the Beowulf-Class cluter by focusing on three levels: (1) network level, (2) message passing system level (e.g., MPI, PVM), and (3) application level. The first two performance is measured by NetPIPE developed by Ames Lab. ScaLAPACK (parallel version of LINPACK) is used as benchmarks for application programs, because it is one of the most common linear algebra subprograms and its evaluation is beneficial for numerical computation users. ScaLAPACK is tuned by using parameters determined by NetPIPE. ERATO-1 Beowulf-class cluster, 32 nodes of Pentium-II 450HHz processor with 256MByte of memory, is tuned by the proposed method. First, a network interface card installed in each ERATO-1 node is indentified as the cause of poor performance and finally ERATO-1 attained 6.76 GFlops with LINPACK benchmark.

Beowulf クラスタシステムは 比較的安価でかつ容易に構築できるため 非常に注目を集めており Beowulf クラスタでの通信性能をはじめとする種々の処理性能向上に関する研究が盛んに行われている.また 処理性能の高精度な測定は より正確な評価を可能にし 通信時間の隠蔽などといった並列処理の効率化を可能にする.一般的に処理性能を測定するためには 各ノードの実行開始時刻を正確に揃えなければならない.一般的なBeowulf クラスタでは 各ノードの実行開始時刻を揃えるために MPI などの通信ライブラリのBarrier 関数が用いられる.しかし Beowulf クラスタに実装されるBarrier では ある程度の誤差が生じてしまう.そこで 本稿では PC をベースしたBeowulf クラスタシステ厶(SCCB-Cluster system )における高精度実行時間測定システムの検討を行った.高精度な測定を可能にするために Beowulf クラスタに高速なバリア同期を可能にするSCC ボードを搭載した.また そのSCC ボードの中にクロックカウンタを搭載し 疑似的なグローバルクロックを実装する.性能評価として Beowulf クラスタのcollective 通信性能を測定した.SCC ボードでの高速なバリア同期を用いた実行時間測定値は Ethernet を使用したMPI_Barrier を用いた測定値より 安 定し かつ 短い値を示したものあった.Beowulf cluster consisted of commodity parts,such as PCs and 100base/TX LAN card,is the most remarkable parallel computer system.Collective communications using MPI are the most integral packet forwarding methods on the cluster computing.Accurate performance analysis of collective communication is useful on performance evaluation and prediction of Beowulf cluster system.In order to measure execution time accurately, each node have to take the first step with execution by barrier.But it is difficult for each node to take the first step with execution each other,since it receives the packet indicating barrier completion through Ethernet (i.e.MPI_Barrier)in different time. This paper describes the Beowulf cluster system (SCCB cluster)that allows us to measure execution time accurately.SCC (Synchronization Communication Controller)was implemented in this cluster system.SCC is able to finish executing barrier less than 10us with 32 nodes.As the performance analysis of MPI collective communication using barrier that SCC performs (SCC_Barrier), performance of MPI collective communication of SCC_Barrier is less fluctuation than that of MPI_Barrier.

電子マネー市場は予想以上のペースで拡大している.そして現在では,買い物のときにオマケとして付与される企業ポイントも電子化され,ネットを通じて電子マネーと交換できるようになったため,電子マネーと企業ポイントの垣根も低くなった.その現状において,企業ポイントにおける規制はほとんどなく,電子マネーは89年に制定された規制法では対応できない問題も生じるようになった.したがって本稿では,この現状を踏まえ,電子マネーや企業ポイントに適合する規制法を考察する.The electronic cash market has expanded by the pace more than the expectation. And, the firm point given as a premium when shopping was made electronic, and the relation between electronic cash and a firm point came to be adjacent because it had come to be able to exchange it for electronic cash through the net now. In the current state, there was little regulation in a firm point, and it came also to cause the problem that was not able to correspond in electronic cash in the regulation that had been enacted in 1989. Therefore, the regulation that suits electronic cash and a firm point is considered in this text based on this current state.
