本稿の目的は、高度救命救急センターにおける医療資源管理の一環である転院依頼演習を対象として、ワークの研究の立場から演習での実践の特徴を明らかにすることである。明らかとなったのは、まず、講師が、研修医との非対称な知識配分の下で、転院依頼の仕方を教示するために用いていた、ふたつの教示の方法である。ひとつ目は、講師が「ケース報告」の実演と「転院依頼」の実演という課題によって演習全体を組み立て、課題ごとに演習を進行していたことであった。ふたつ目は、講師が転院依頼の適切な仕方を教示する際、研修医に転院依頼に必要な知識を伝え、それに応じた必要最低限の情報のみを伝えるよう、依頼の簡潔さを強調していたことであった。また、講師が転院依頼の仕方をどのように教示しているのか分析する中で、講師によって教示されていた転院依頼の方法を記述することができ、転院依頼という活動の特徴を解明することができた。

ワークのエスノメソドロジー研究は,理論に依拠しないで「リアリティの中の業務」を理解することをめざす.その結果,1)特定の文脈における学習機会をワークの詳細と関係づけて明らかにすると共に,2)その機会が誰に向けて,その人のワークとの関係でいかにデザインされ,実現されているのかを明らかにすることが可能になる.これを救急医療のカンファレンスとプロジェクト評価会議のフィールドワークに基づく研究事例を通じて示した.従来OJTと一括りにされてきたことを,こうした分析の対象とすることの意義を,職場における学習の再考,特に学習を業務の効果的な遂行と関係づけながら実現を考える上での示唆を提示した.

初等中等教育の児童生徒に1人1台の学習者用端末(以下,1人1台端末)と通信ネットワークが整備され,今後はICT を活用した児童生徒の学びの質の向上が期待されている.本研究では,ICT 環境の整備と活用に対する教員養成系大学に在籍する学生の期待や懸念を明らかにするために,1人1台端末に対する学生の意識を調査した.結果,1人1台端末はICT スキルの習得や調べ学習に役立つという期待がある一方,ネット上のいじめやインターネット上のトラブルなどに対する不安が低くないことが明らかになった.また,小学校低学年の利用においては,60.6%の学生が「反対」「わからない」と回答していることが確認された.

分散型のロボットシステムにおけるエッジデバイスの応答性やリアルタイム性の向上および消費電力の削減などへの期待から,ROS 2 への組込み技術の導入に注目が集まっている.本研究の目的は,組込みデバイス向けの高効率な ROS 2 通信方式およびメモリ軽量な実行環境を確立することである.提案する実行環境である mROS 2 は,主に組込み向けの軽量プロトコルスタックおよびリアルタイム OS から構成される.最大の利点は,ホストデバイス上の ROS 2 ノードとの通信において,既存の環境では必須であった仲介の役割を担う Agent ノードを不要にできることである.本研究では,目的の実現に求められる設計要件を整理し,効率的な通信処理を実現するためのソフトウェア構成および動作フローを設計する.また,mROS 2 通信ライブラリとして提供する API は,汎用 OS 向けの ROS 2 のクライアントライブラリと互換性を保つようにする.提案手法を STM32 NUCLEO-F767ZI ボード上に実装し,本研究成果が通信性能に優れた分散ロボットシステムの実現に貢献することを示す.

炎症性疾患・アレルギー疾患の発症・病態形成には,組織に遊走する炎症細胞や組織居住細胞に作用する活性化T細胞が大きな役割をもつ.T細胞が産生するサイトカインはカスケードを形成しTh細胞パラダイムを展開する.   Th1, Th2細胞は相互に制御してバランスをとり生命の恒常性を保つが,Th2細胞優位のインバランスはマスト細胞による即時型アレルギー反応を誘導し,好酸球を中心とするアレルギー性炎症,気道過敏性,リモデリングを促進する.Th1細胞は遅延型過敏反応など,細胞性免疫反応を誘導する.また,アポトーシスを促進し上皮細胞の剥離やアトピー性皮膚炎の海綿状形成を誘導する.Th17細胞は,IL-17, IL-17F, IL-21, IL-22, IL-6, TNF-αを分泌して,Th1, Th2細胞とは対照的に,組織の炎症に関わり,自己免疫疾患など炎症性疾患を誘導する.これらの反応は,好中球増多を招来し,病原菌防御に効果がある.アレルギー疾患では気道炎症でみられる好中球浸潤に伴う炎症に関わる.一方,アレルギーのリモデリング進行には有利に働き,また,気管支肺胞液中のIL-5や気管支の好酸球増多を減弱し気道過敏性を抑制する.Treg細胞は,TGF-β, IL-10を分泌し樹状細胞やリンパ球系細胞を制御する.Th1, Th2, Th17, Treg細胞の分化経路には正の増幅機能が存在し,また,相互の調節機構が存在する.持続的なバランスにより疾患の発症・病態が決定される.

The purpose of this paper is to consider the characteristics of women's purchasing behavior of clothes on remote islands (Hachijojima and Aogashima). In order to compare purchasing behavior of clothes with that of women living on the mainland, we sent out questionnaires to women aged 18 to 39 years old living on two remoto islands and on the mainland. The results were as follows : 1) The time spent watching television, which is of the telecommunication media system, on the remoto islands is remarkably longer than on the main island. We also found that the number of young people buying and reading newspapers, which are of the transportation media system, was smaller.2) Women living on the remoto islands spend little money on clothes throughout the year.3) Concerning the selection of clothes, women living on the mainland attach importance to their appearance. On the other hand, on the remoto islands women think a great deal about function and availability.

2011年以降の円高の下で、日本の製造業者は、輸出における為替差損を避けるために、海外での現地生産を進めた。この傾向は、産業空洞化として知られる脱工業化現象に対する懸念をかきたてた。しかし、2014年後半の円安により製造業者の一部に海外の生産拠点を国内に戻す動きが見られるようになった。この国内回帰が産業空洞化による損失を埋めることができるかどうか注目される。本研究は、為替変動に呼応する対外直接投資の動向が国内の雇用と経済成長に与える影響を、シミュレ-ション分析により明らかにする。

How does tertiary industry relate to the phenomenon, called ‘hollowing out’ of industry? This article aims to clarify this relation, in which, at first sight, we can't see any direct link. If hollowing out is specific to the manufacturing industry, then tertiary industry cannot play any role there. But, some economic activities such as finance, distribution or software production, which are ordinarily included in the tertiary industry, are also being hollowed out from Japan.In the beginning, we try to subdivide tertiary industries into rational categories, giving us three new groups of activities, i. e. ‘service’ in a narrow sense, ‘information intermediation’ and ‘space overcoming’. These subcategories give us clear-cut insight about the service economy. Tertiarization of the economy, which is usually described as a statistical reality, is not a service related phenomenon but an information related one. In this process, Information intermediation activities have had more important roles than service activities.In Japan, the problem of hollowing out has arisen over the last few years. On the other hand, the issue of an information society has been argued about for three decades. We must therefore introduce a new point of view to realize that the hollowing out has its origin in the advancement of information technology. We think many recent social changes have stemmed from the coming of a new phase of the information society. It is characterized by densely woven computer networks. In our perspective, these networks mean that the order of spatial information flow has changed. In another words, the logic of space overcoming activity governing information flow has been replaced by the new one of light speed.In general, contents of spatial flow consist of material, human and information. Liquidity of information flow is highest and that of human flow is lowest. The recent expansion of networks make information flows smoother. We can say that, in information terms, national boundaries are disappearing. We conclude that the hollowing out of economic activities are caused by expanding information networks, which enhance information intermediation through improvement of space overcoming ability of information.

Ce que les poètes taisent à propos de fleursLe revers de l’image héroïque du poète chez Baudelaire, Banville et RimbaudKazuki HAMANAGA   Rimbaud a envoyé deux lettres à Banville. Dans la lettre du 24 mai 1870, il dit son admiration pour lui et parle de sa passion pour la poésie. Le ton change dans la lettre du 15 août 1871 : elle commence par la citation d’un long poème, intitulé Ce qu’on dit au poète à propos de fleurs, et à la fin duquel figure une signature : « Alcide Bava ». Des commentateurs se sont disputés sur le message de ce poème : pour les uns, c’est une parodie de la poésie de Banville ; pour les autres, un pastiche amical. Mais cette problématique est trompeuse, car tous semblent à tort considérer Banville comme un poète naïf, qui chante la beauté des fleurs dans des vers savamment composés.  Banville n’est pas un pur esthète. Dans À Théodore de Banville, Baudelaire assimile la destinée du poète à celle d’Hercule, impliqué dans une série de vengeances. Le revers de l’image héroïque du poète y est exposé : le sang qui s’écoule des pores du poète suggère la syphilis, le prix qu’il doit payer pour un plaisir éphémère. Aussi Banville fait-il un clin d’oeil à son ami dans À Charles Baudelaire, où la rose fait allusion à la roséole. Lorsqu’un poète se livre à la débauche, il oublie l’intérêt public qu’il devrait poursuivre en tant que héros, et laisse son âme rongée par l’égoïsme. Banville conseille à Baudelaire de ne pas s’opposer à la société en la dénonçant, sans pour autant récuser cette dénonciation. Il se tait sur la dégradation du poète-héros.  Rimbaud est intraitable vis-à-vis de cette hypocrisie. S’interrogeant sur l’amour dans la première et la dernière section de son poème, il se refuse à un amour égoïste. Mais l’idée de l’amour altruiste que forme Rimbaud est trop fragile, et peut-être trop puérile, pour être exprimée sans détour. Il a ainsi substitué on à je, et les fleurs à l’amour, comme il s’est dissimulé sous le masque d’Alcide Bava.
