[Abstract] This article treats the conflict of revisionism in court. Especially, the object is TV program "Series JAPAN Debut" broadcasted by NHK in 2009. Why does the plaintiff take proceedings against public broadcasting? And what does the case mean? To these questions, we can point out 2 ways of consideration. One is to start by considering the aspect of institution between the principle of tort liability in civic law and Broadcast Act. Another is the considering the way and the context of appearing the standpoint of the plaintiff on the scene. In the process, we will be able to have the conclusion; the mechanism doing the invocation of legal institution to claim own history recognition, and the changing the interpretation of the neutrality in Broadcast Act to aggressive logic.著者専攻: 社会学

この報告は、沖縄八重山波照間島の盆行事についての記述と分析である。波照間島の盆行事はムシャーマを中心とする村落レベルの行事と家族単位の盆行事の二つに区分される。ムシャーマは来訪神ミルクを先頭とする仮装行列と棒術、太鼓、獅子舞、ニンブチャー(念仏踊り)を内容とする行事であり、村落レベルでの盆行事にはこのほかに来訪神アンガマの行事とイタシキバラとよばれる行事がある。これに対して家族単位の盆行事は、先祖を迎えて供物を供えて供養し、そして先祖を送るという、構造的にはごく一般的な内容の盆行事である。本稿では波照間島の盆行事をつぎの三点を中心に考察を試みた。第一は、村落レベルの行事と家族単位の盆行事の儀礼過程の記述と両者の意味の差異、および両者の関係についての検討である。第二は、ムシャーマ行事のもつ祖先祭祀的性格と農耕儀礼、特に豊年祭的性格についての考察である。そして第三は、盆行事に登場するミルク、フサマラー、アンガマの三つの来訪神についての検討である。これらの諸問題について分析の結果、つぎのような結論に達した。第一に、波照間島の盆行事のうち、村落レベルの行事は主として無縁の先祖に対する供養がその中心であり、家族レベルの盆行事は各家族の正当な先祖に対する祖先祭祀であって、両者は意味が異なる。第二に、村落レベルの盆行事は、豊年祭的要素と祖先祭祀的要素の双方を含んでおり、これはもともと無縁先祖に対する祭祀として行われていたムシャーマ行事に豊年祭アミジワーの行事が移行し両者が合体した結果である。第三に、八重山地域で活発に行われている来訪神信仰のなかでも波照間島のミルク、フサマラー、アンガマは、たとえばミルクがブーブザーとよばれる夫やミルクンタマとよばれる子供たちとセットになって登場するなど、いくつかの独自の特徴をもつことが明らかになった。This paper gives an analytical description of the Bon rituals observed on the Hateruma island, Yaeyama, Okinawa. There are two types of the observance, one held at the village level centering around the Mushāma, and the other on a family basis. The Mushāma festival consists of a masquerade parade led by the visiting god Miruku, the bōjutsu fencing, drum music, lion dancing, and the ninbuchā (nembutsu dancing). The village-level observance also includes a rite dedicated to the visiting god Angama and another rite called Itashikibara. The famiy-level Bon observances are structurally common throughout the country, consisting of welcoming the souls of the ancestors, enteraining them with food and other offerings, and sending them off on their return to the world of the spirits.This paper studies the Bon festivals observed on Hateruma Island, focusing on three points: first, the procedures of both the village and family observances, their differences, and their relationships; second, the ancestor worship and farming-rite (especially harvest festival) aspects of the Mushāma ritual; and, third, the three visiting gods Miruku, Fusamarā and Angama.The examination of these leads to the following conclusions. First, Hateruma's village and family Bon rituals differ in meaning, for the former is dedicated maninly to unrelated (muen) ancestors and the latter to each family's orthodox ancestors. Second, village ritual, containing both the elements of harvest and ancestral festivals, resulted from the harvest festival Amijiwā having moved into the original ancestral rite Mushāma festival. Third, Hateruma's rites for the gods Miruku, Fusamarā, and Angama have several features distinctive from many other visiting-god festivals in the Yaeyama area.

本稿では海賊版サイトブロッキングに関する憲法的・法的な問題点について整理し、今後の検討における課題を提示してみたい。なお、筆者はこの問題についてすでに複数のウェブメディア上で記事を執筆しているので(注1)、ご参照いただければ幸いである。また、一般財団法人情報法制研究所(JILIS)では、筆者を取りまとめ役として複数の提言を公表しているが(注2)、本稿はこれらの提言とは別に、個人としての考えを述べるものである。

浜田の提案したURR(niversal Representation of Real number)は1から離れるに従って,急速に精度が悪化するという欠点がある.この欠点を改善するためにURRを一般化し,拡張した二重指数分割表現を提案する.URRは二重指数±2^<±2^m>で実数を大まかに近似するが,本表現では二重指数を±p^<±q^m>と一般化する.本表現により,pとqを大きくするとで,より大きな実数に対しては,より少ないビット数で近似できること,pとqを適切に選ぶことによって,URRに比べより広範囲にわたって,IEEE表現よりも精度の良い表現方法があることがわかった.さらに本表現はURRの欠点でもある急激な精度の悪化も抑えることがわかった.Precision of URR (Universal Representation of Real numbers) which was proposed by Hamada goes to the worse when the number is away from ±1. By generalizing from URR, we propose the floating point representation of the extended double exponential cut of URR. Our representation is based on the double exponential cut of ±p^<±q^m>. By selecting suitable values for p and q, we can represent numbers more precise than the IEEE representation. And our floating point representation cut can escape from the demerit in URR representation of getting worse in the precision when the number is away from ±1.

摂食障害と母娘関係について、心身医療の立場から述べた。まず、摂食障害について医学的観点から、摂食障害の診断、現状、特徴、発症要因、発症後の悪循環について解説した。次いで発症への準備要因として、自己評価の低さや他者優先思考について検討した。摂食障害が心的防衛として働く理由として、〇食べ物が提供する安らぎ、〇痩せがもたらす達成感、〇隠れ蓑としての痩せ、〇成長や女性性の回避、〇周囲を支配すること、などを挙げて解説した。外来でみる親子関係を、〇良い子役割、〇養育態度の偏り、〇情緒性の食い違い、〇illness network の観点から示すとともに、母娘関係をめぐる現代的背景を〇母親の自己評価力の低下、〇養育における達成目標の見えにくさや多面性という角度から考察し、母娘関係を複合的にとらえる必要性を述べた。最後に摂食障害にみる母娘関係の事例として、痩せという武器で母親を引き寄せ、拒食症の葛藤の中へ母親もろとも突っ込んでいったケースを挙げた。母娘とも苦難を打ち破るためには、子を乗り越え、母を乗り越えるしかない状況であったが、その危機のおかげで母娘は子殺し・母殺しというテーマを克服し、ともに生きる方向性を見出す結果に至ったケースである。摂食障害という疾患は、「食べる」という事態を介することで根源的な問題を本人や家族に突きつけるが、回復をめざすプロセスはまさに精神の開花 blooming につながるものである。I discussed mother-daughter relationship from the psychosomatic medicine viewpoint. Firstly,from a medical standpoint, I explained the diagnosis, current condition, characteristics, factors at onset, and the vicious cycle following the onset of eating disorders. Secondly, I examined low self -esteem and a tendency to prioritize others as potential factors of the onset. I explained how eating disorders work as a psychological defense,with regard to the peace of mind that food provides, a sense of accomplishment that thinness brings,thinness as a false front, the denial of maturity and femininity, controlling others, and so forth. I demonstrated the outpatient parent-child relationship from the perspectives of a good child role, unbalanced parenting attitudes, emotional discrepancies, and the illness network; and described the necessity of understanding the mother-daughter relationship in multiple ways,considering the background of the modern mother-daughter relationship from the angle of the drop in the mother's self-esteem,difficulty in finding goals to achieve in upbringing,and the multiple characteristics of upbringing. Finally, I showed a case study of a mother-daughter relationship troubled by eating disorders, in which the daughter used her thinness as a weapon to draw her mother's attention and involved her mother in her frustration with anorexia nervosa. In order to break through these difficulties and their problematic mother-daughter relationship, both the mother and daughter had no choice but toovercome the themes of "killing child" and "killing mother", which allowed them to find a course of life together. Eating disorders confront patients and their family members with fundamental problems throughout the state of "eating", however, the process of recovery leads to psychological blooming.

本稿では,極小の泡から構成された密泡 (フォーム,foam) のためのシミュレーション手法を考慮する.提案法では,個々の泡 (バブル,bubble) を別々に扱わず,バブルの集合を連続体として扱い,物質点法 (material point method) を用いてハーシェル・バークレーモデルに基づく超弾性の構成方程式を離散化する.ハーシェル・バークレーモデルは非ニュートン性塑性流動を扱うモデルの一つであり,フォームの挙動をよく近似できることが知られている.提案法の評価として,様々なフォームについて提案法が適用できることを示し,また実世界のフォームの挙動との比較を行う.

りんかい線大井町駅部は, 用地上の制約から, シールドトンネルのセグメントの一部を撤去し, 隣接する立坑間を地中開削し, 接合して構築した. この際下部シールドトンネルが, 水圧300kN/m²を超える東京礫層に位置するため, 止水対策が最重要視された. 工期上の制限から, 薬液注入工法を採用し, 注入を1次, 2次, 補足注入の三段階とし万全を図るとともに, 注入効果を比抵抗トモグラフィ等で確認した. 確認試験結果は注入の良好性を示し, 補足注入も1次注入の1/10以下であった. さらに, 漏水のリスク低減のためのディープウェルを計画し, 三次元浸透流解析で事前検討を行なった. その結果, 大きな漏水もなく, ウェルの水位低下量, 地表面沈下等も予測と矛盾のない範囲で安全な施工が達成された.

人が風景を体験し,強い感動を受けるような思い出に残る自然風景を調査した。一般社会人にアンケートを送付して183名から回答を得た。体験年齢,視点場と視対象,体験した状況を整理・分析し,以下の成果が得られた。1)視点場は,山頂や海岸,草原だけでなく,道路や展望台,橋も重要である。2)視対象の構造は,対象物の空間分布を視知覚で認識しているのに加え,時間や季節の変化要因が自然風景に彩りを加えている。3)季節は夏と秋が多く,体験時間は午前中に72%が体験している。空は晴れていて,陽射しが強く,明るい場合に,感動することが多い。一方,朝や夕方の風景も感動することが多い。温度や風の影響は少ない。
