法人は解散すると清算法人となり,清算結了に至るまで,清算の目的のためには存続するが,本来の法人としての事業活動はできなくなる。その点は,宗教法人で。あっても異なることはない。地下鉄サリン事件などを惹起した宗教法人オウム真理教は 1995 年 10 月 30 日の 東京地方裁判所の解散命令(1996 年 1 月 30 日確定)によって解散しているはずであるがその後の 1999 年 12 月 27 日に施行された無差別大量殺人行為を行った団体の規制に関する法律によってオウム真理教は規制対象とされており,最近では2011 年 8 月 1 日に公安調査庁が全国 27 カ所のオウム真理教施設に立入検査を行っている。この,一見,矛盾する,ありえない現象は,宗教法人の特殊性にあるのであるが 本項では,その点について言及し,宗教法人解散後の宗教活動の可能性について論及する。This article is focused on the religious corporation specifically under the.Japanese Religious Corporation Law.

Objectives: Olfactory stimulation elicits various physiological responses. However, few reports exist on the changes in gastric motility during olfactory stimulation in humans. In this regard, we carried out electrogastrography (EGG) to non-invasively measure the gastric myoelectrical activity, which regulates gastric motility. Moreover, subjective sensory evaluation was performed to determine which characteristics of vanilla odor at two different concentrations affect the myoelectrical activity.Methods: The participants consisted of eight healthy young males. EGG and electrocardiography (ECG) recordings were obtained approximately 20 min prior to and during olfactory stimulation. Autonomic nervous system activity was evaluated in terms of heart rate variability (HRV) and mean heart rate (HR) from ECG signals. EGG signals were analyzed by spectral analysis. In addition, the translation error was estimated by the Wayland algorithm. Sensory evaluation was performed using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).Results: There were no significant differences in HRV and HR values and results of spectral analyses of EGG signals in all sample presentations. The translation error of EGG signals and the rating of perceived odor intensity significantly increased in a concentration-dependent manner. There was a strong positive correlation between translation error and odor intensity.Conclusions: The correlation found between translation error and odor intensity suggests that the higher the vanilla odor intensity was perceived, the greater the randomness of EGG signals was. Our results suggest that the application of the Wayland algorithm to EGG signals can be used as an objective indicator in odor evaluation.

この論考では,インドネシア,ジャワ島のワヤンにおけるマハーバーラタの叙事詩「世界」について考察する。通常,ワヤンの物語は,ヒンドゥー叙事詩であるラーマーヤナとマハーバーラタに由来するとされる。しかし,上演の中では,書かれたテクストに見られるような,叙事詩のひとすじの筋立てが示されることはない。一晩の上演の中で演じられるのは,叙事詩に由来する特定の演目lakon である。叙事詩の「世界」は,これらのひとつひとつの演目を集積することによって形成される。この論考では,ワヤンの上演においてマハーバーラタの「世界」が形成されるメカニズムについて理解するために,演目の様式的構造と,演目によって提示される登場人物の伝記的情報という要素に焦点をあてて,複数の演目の関連について考察する。

2003~2005年の5~6月,北海道オホーツク海側東部の網走沿岸で刺網,釣り,表層曳網により魚類を採捕し,サケOncorhynchus ketaあるいはカラフトマスO.gorbuscha幼稚魚の捕食の有無を調べた。サクラマスO.masou,ソウハチHippoglossoides pinetorum,クロソイSebastes schlegelii,コマイEleginus gracilisの4種がサケあるいはカラフトマスの幼稚魚を捕食していた。Nagasawa(1998)は日本沿岸におけるサケ幼稚魚の魚類捕食者を9種記載しているが,ソウハチ,クロソイ,コマイの3種は含まれておらず,これら3種については本報告がサケあるいはカラフトマスの魚類捕食者として新たな記載となる。

Background:The prevalence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) among hospitalized psychiatric patients after coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection remains unclear.Methods and Results:We retrospectively investigated the prevalence of proximal DVT after COVID-19 infection among 50 hospitalized patients in a Japanese psychiatric hospital that in which a COVID-19 cluster developed between August and September 2020. The prevalence of proximal DVT was 10.0%. Patients with proximal DVT had a lower body weight and higher maximum D-dimer levels and International Medical Prevention Registry on Venous Thromboembolism (IMPROVE) VTE scores.Conclusions:After COVID-19 infection, hospitalized psychiatric patients are at high risk of DVT and should be carefully followed up.

In this paper, we explain quantitatively how the auditory feedback of writing sound between ordinary pen and paper influences the efficiency of simple writing tasks. Specifically, we evaluated the speeds in the simple task of tracing Chinese characters without auditory feedback, with natural writing sound, and with emphasized writing sound. The results of this study showed that users traced more characters and also had positive impressions with emphasized writing sound feedback in contrast with the other two conditions.

大腸EMRは外来で日常的に施行されている内視鏡手術であり,粘膜内(Tis)癌の治療にも有用である.EMRはESDに比べ,時間も費用も通電ダメージも患者にやさしいが,スネアリング時に正常粘膜が全周性に含まれたかどうかの確認と切除深度のコントロールが難しいという欠点がある.その手軽さ故に一度に多数の病変のEMRをすることも多いが,この欠点を踏まえて,一つ一つの病変に対して,スネア切除直後に潰瘍底と潰瘍辺縁の観察をしなければならない.まず潰瘍底の状態を見て,穿孔や出血・露出血管の有無を確認し,次に潰瘍辺縁を残存病変がないか拡大観察で確認することが有用で,わかりにくい時は画像強調や色素撒布も用いる.特に分割EMRの場合には辺縁のみならず分割の継ぎ目も丁寧に観察し,病変の遺残を認めた場合や疑わしい場合は追加治療を行う.後出血リスクのある潰瘍に対してはクリップ閉鎖などの後出血予防が必要であり,通常のクリップ閉鎖が困難な場合も種々の内視鏡的縫縮術が選択可能である.大腸EMR前だけでなく後にも十分な観察と必要な処置を加えることが,外来での安全で堅実な内視鏡治療を行うために必要である.
