This study aims at finding out the factors made possible the start and the long history of development of the volleyball movement at former Asa district at the suburbs of Hiroshima City, which is present Asa-Minami district of the city. This movement was started in the early Showa period and has continued to this day, which is rather a rare and peculiar movement in Japan. To the students of history of volleyball game in Japan, it is rather well known fact that at one time many members of All Japan Team in Olympic games were from Hiroshima, which can be said as one of the good results of this movement. Naturally, such result was not the aim of this movement. Then what was the first aim of this movement? What was the motive when the leaders started this movement? We collected literatures and documents related to this movement and made research on these problems, and also interviewd many peaple who knew or had ever participated in this movement, and obtained many important findings. The present article treats the phases of ther early stages of this movement from the beginning to 1950, and analysed the educational and social factors related especially to the start and development of the movement.

<p> リヴァさん(エマニュエル・リヴァ Emmanuelle Riva, 1927-2017)はフランス出身の女優さんです。映画「24時間の情事(ヒロシマモナムール,Hiroshima mon amour, 1956)」で主役を務めました。その映画の撮影地がこの広島でした。リヴァさんは映画収録のかたわら,ご自身のカメラでヒロシマを撮影しました。その画像が2008年に発見され,写真集「Hiroshima1958」として出版されました。戦後の復興の時期の広島の姿を,当時の子どもたちなど生活者の視点から切り取った写真が多く収蔵されています。</p><p> 私たちの国日本は,戦後大きな経済的発展を果たし,成熟した国となりました。少子高齢化や社会保障費の削減など,喫急の課題を抱えていますが,現在は世界に稀な幸せな国になっています。</p><p> リヴァさんは,その後広島を訪れて「本当に復興したすばらしい町」と表しています。彼女がみたヒロシマは何だったのか,私はジャーナリストとしてそれを考えながら,第6回日本予防理学療法学会に全国から参加する1,000余名の皆様に,「リヴァさんのヒロシマ」を通じて国際平和都市広島を紹介し,皆様に広島をよく知っていただきたいと思っています。</p>

近年,研究が盛んになっている遺伝的アルゴリズムは,生物の進化のメカニズムである「自然淘汰」を模倣した探索アルゴリズムである.本論文では,LSIの内部配線であるチャネル配線問題を遺伝的アルゴリズムで解くための一つの接近法を提案し,実験結果を示す.

The half-value layer (HVL) of an X-ray beam for film-screen mammography is considered an important parameter for image quality and patient dose. Thus, HVL must be measured in accordance with The Manual of Accuracy for Mammography printed by the Japanese Society of Radiological Technology. The manual prescribes exactly the geometry of measurement, chamber position of measurement in the field, selection of chamber, and so on. However, the measurement of HVL is difficult in the actual clinical setting. This study examined the results of failure to perform the measurement of HVL in accordance with the manual for measuring HVL in the clinical setting. The investigation indicated that serious problems do not arise when measuring HVL for routine quality control even if the chamber in the field is not always set according to the manual and if a chamber for radiotherapy or diagnosis is used that is not recommended for soft X-ray by the manual.

'2ch (2 channel)' is the most popular anonymous BBS in Japan. It consists of hundreds of categories called 'ita (board)', and each ita also consists of hundreds of threads. Occasionally many responses are noted on some threads instantaneously, but most of these phenomena are regarded as consummatory communications like so-called 'matsuri (festival)' not as public opinion. But some of these have possibility of becoming public opinion when these are referred by other web sites, covered by mass media. So the inter-media relations can make anonymous BBS rouse public opinion, when an argument in some thread is cited by other media one after another.

インターネットなど情報ネットワークの社会的普及と日常生活への浸透に伴い,ネットワーク利用と一般的信頼感との関係について,広く関心が寄せられ,これまで研究が行われてきた。しかし,これまでの研究では,一般的信頼感とネットワーク利用行動との明確な関係性が見出されているとは言い難い。そこで本研究では,山岸(1998)の一般的信頼に関する議論が,信頼と安心を対立的にとらえているのに対して,Hofstede(1980,1991)の不確実性回避傾向指数(UAI,Uncertainty Avoidance Index)を安心の尺度と考え,信頼とUAIを相互に独立した次元と仮定し,組み合わせによる類型的枠組とネットワーク行動との関係の研究を試みた。具体的には,低い一般的信頼,高いUAIがインターネット利用を限定的にしているとの仮説とともに,低信頼+高UAI=「没交渉志向」=匿名掲示板利用,のように,信頼とUAIを組み合わせた類型の心理的特性とそれに関連するインターネットサービス利用との関係を仮定し,それぞれ検証を行った。その結果,多くの仮説は支持され,一般的信頼とUAIとを組み合わせることの有効性,とりわけ,UAIがインターネット利用行動の分析に有効であることが示された。
