地方創生と首都圏を結ぶ体験ツーリズムに基づく「おもてなし総合サービス産業雇用創生」の総合演出家のことを、「Global–CEP:Global-Cultural Experience Professional」と呼ぶことにした。特にインバウンド戦略を志向した地方創生事業の実現に向けて、Global-CEP として、現在、四種類の新たな人材の育成が必要だと考えている。そこで、その第 1 弾として、地方創生に向けた「Global-CEP プロデューサー」育成プログラムの研究開発とその実証に取り組むことにした。本論では、まず 2020 年東京五輪に向けたインバウンド戦略について述べる。次に、Global–CEP育成プログラム全体の中で、「Global-CEP プロデューサー」の位置づけについて示す。そして、「Global-CEP プロデューサー」の教育内容を示し、その教育内容の中で特に「体験ツーリズムの事業コンセプト企画」を取り上げて詳述する。

市街化区域内農地はあるべきものとして施策が見直された。本研究においては、農地の転用を公共交通利便性、人口構造の視点で捉え評価することを特徴とする。公共交通利便性の劣る地域で生産緑地から集合住宅への転用比率が高いことが明らかになった。またケーススタディにより徒歩圏外の住宅系用途への農地転用より人口増加、子育て世代の増加がみられ、集合住宅への転用が多い地区は就学前児童の増加がみられた。ただし徒歩圏外のより広いエリアで見ると住宅系への農地転用が年代別人口に与える影響は限定的である。

近年、都市における農住混在に対する評価が高まっており、農地が都市計画上に位置付けられるなど法制度の枠組みも大きく変化しつつある。しかし従来スプロール市街地として問題視されてきた農住混在を肯定的なものに転換するための具体的な空間像は不明瞭である。そこで本研究では様々な農住混在の実態に即した空間像を検討するため、東京都内の複数地区・自治体を対象にGIS分析・登記簿調査・聞き取り調査を行い、農住混在空間の実態と形成プロセスを敷地・地区スケールで分析する。分析にあたっては、日本において主要な農地所有主体である農家個々の土地運用の集積による市街地形成と、土地区画整理事業や都市計画道路整備などの都市基盤整備による面的な市街地整備の2つの観点を設定し、都市計画・まちづくりで農地を扱う上での要件について考察を行う。

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the "Development and Women" policy and Islam in Indonesia. Since 1978,the "Development and Women" policy has been begun by Indonesian government, and women's organizations have been organized by the government directly to integrate women into the development policy. On the other hand, the NGOs based on Islam also have coped with the women's program from the Islamic point of view. They have put into practice various activities to encourage women in the social sphere. The Islamic point of view from the NGOs is partly similer to the viewpoint of policy, but is delicately different from that.

Objective: The purposes of this study were to verify the actual state and to identify the problems associated with research activities by pharmacists.Methods: The abstracts presented at the 42nd and the 37th Japan Pharmaceutical Association (JPA) Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science were investigated.  They were categorized into six research types: “Outcome research”; “Intervention research”; “Observational study”; “Status report”; “Case report”; and “Other”.  They were then ranked according to evidence level, with “Outcome research” ranked the highest.  In addition, “Outcome research”, “Intervention research” and “Observational studies” were checked for whether they had structured abstracts, and form scores were awarded.Results: We found that only 0.8% of abstracts were “Outcome research”.  but the level was higher at the 42nd Congress than the 37th (p=0.03).  Structured abstracts were also more common at the 42nd Congress than at the 37th (p<0.01).  However, the form scores were not significantly different between the 42nd and 37th Congresses.Conclusions: Our findings suggest that pharmacist research activities are improving, but that there is still room for further development.  The referee system and the guidelines for research design are useful methods to encourage more activity.  The target of this study was community pharmacy, and further studies are necessary for hospital pharmacy.

症例は1歳2カ月男児. 微熱出現の2週間後に体幹失調を来し受診. 急性小脳失調症が疑われるも運動機能は回復せず, MRI fluid-attenuated inversion recovery像の小脳虫部, 皮質の萎縮と高信号所見から小脳炎の慢性期と診断された. リハビリテーションにもかかわらず認知, 運動機能ともに後遺症を来した. 乳幼児期の小脳炎では, 病初期には潜在的に重症であること, 回復期に認知機能障害を来すことに留意して診療にあたることが重要である.

A氏 大きく違いますね。過去に商品を卸していて、その後潰れてしまった店は何軒もありますが、そういう店は、僕ら取引先に対して非常にワガママな場合が多い。夜中の2時に電話をかけてきて、「今すぐ酒を持ってこい」と言ってきたり、店で出たゴミを「全部持って帰れ」と押し付けてきたりと、やりたい放題。そして、支払いを勝手に3日遅らせるなど、"カネ払い"も大抵悪いんです。

Global Cultural Experience Professional (Global-CEP)とは、体験ツーリズム型の国際文化交流による「おもてなし総合サービス」産業雇用創生に向けた総合演出家である。2015 年 3 月に第 2 回アサクサ・コレクション(アサコレ)が開催された。アサコレは地元の人の手によって企画・運営がなされるファッション、アートのイベントである。青山学院大学ヒューマン・イノベーション研究センターではGlobal-CEPのフレームワークを用いてアサコレの組織運営への参加を試みた。

Reducing allergenicity and increasing oleic content are important goals in groundnut breeding studies. Ara h 1 is a major allergen gene and Delta(12)-fatty-acid desaturase (FAD2) is responsible for converting oleic into linoleic acid. These genes have homoeologues with one copy in each subgenome, identified as Ara h 1.01, Ara h 1.02, ahFAD2A and ahFAD2B in tetraploid groundnut. To alter functional properties of these genes we have generated an Ethyl Methane Sulfonate (EMS) induced mutant population to be used in Targeting Induced Local Lesions in Genomes (TILLING) approach. Seeds were exposed to two EMS concentrations and the germination rates were calculated as 90.1% (1353 plants) for 0.4% and 60.4% (906 plants) for 1.2% EMS concentrations in the M1 generation. Among the 1541 M2 mutants, 768 were analyzed by TILLING using four homoeologous genes. Two heterozygous mutations were identified in the ahFAD2B and ahFAD2A gene regions from 1.2% and 0.4% EMS-treated populations, respectively. The mutation in ahFAD2B resulted in an amino acid change, which was serine to threonine predicted to be tolerated according to SIFT analysis. The other mutation causing amino acid change, glycine to aspartic acid was predicted to affect protein function in ahFAD2A. No mutations were detected in Ara h 1.01 and Ara h 1.02 for both EMS-treatments after sequencing. We estimated the overall mutation rate to be 1 mutation every 2139 kb. The mutation frequencies were also 1/317 kb for ahFAD2A in 0.4% EMS and 1/466 kb for ahFAD2B in 1.2% EMS treatments. The results demonstrated that TILLING is a powerful tool to interfere with gene function in crops and the mutagenized population developed in this study can be used as an efficient reverse genetics tool for groundnut improvement and functional genomics.

人および擬人化可能な対象からの意図を感じる接触である「ソーシャルタッチ」は,人々にさまざまな身体的・心理的・生理的な変化をもたらす.本稿では,ロボットが人と日常的に生活を共にする将来を想定し,ソーシャルタッチを行うロボットが人間社会にどのようなプロセスを経て受容されうるのかの考察を行う.ロボットの外見や立ち振る舞い,社会的立場,そして触れる相手に対する認知がソーシャルタッチを伴う関わり合いに対してどのような印象をもたらすのかについても,考察を進める.
