覚せい剤の自己使用あるいは所持の捜査において、令状を入手して強制採尿や捜索・差押えを行う場合、令状を執行できるよう被疑者を職務質問の現場や任意同行先の警察署等に留め置いて、被疑者の所在を確保する措置が取られることがある。この留置きは数時間におよぶことが多いが、現在、強制処分として法定されていないため任意捜査として行わざるを得ず、最高裁判例及び下級審の裁判例において、任意捜査としての適法性が争われている。本稿は、こうした判例や主だった裁判例の検討を通じて、任意捜査としての留置きの限界を明らかにすることにより立法化の必要性を説き、その上で、合衆国最高裁判所がインパウンドメント(現状凍結措置)の合憲性について判断した判例などを参考にしながら、令状入手のための強制処分としての留置きを法定する際の指針を得ようと、考察を行うものである。

cis-2-置換5,8-ジメチル-4-クロマノール誘導体の立体配座を検討する目的で,それらの赤外部におけるOH伸縮振動スペクトル(YOH)を四塩化炭素の希薄溶液で測定した。2-位の置換基として,メチル基〔6〕およびフェニル基〔7〕~ 〔10〕を有する場合には,3623~3625と3596~3599cm-1に2本の吸収を示し,エトキシカルボニル基〔11〕を有する場合には,3608と3595cm-1に2本の吸収を示した。〔7〕~〔10〕では,フェニル基に電子供与基を導入してもYOHにあまり変化が認められなかった。これらの結果から,〔6〕~〔10〕では2-位の置換基がエクアトリアル,4-位のヒドロキシル基が擬エクアトリアルであるジエクアトリアル配座が優位立体配座であり,一方,〔11〕はジアキシアル配座が優位立体配座であろうと考察した。これらの結果は1H-NMRスペクトルに基づく検討結果からも支持されることがわかった。

分子力場計算プログラムMM2'をビフェニルとナフタレンに適用し,構造と内部回転障壁エネルギーの実験値を再現するようにパラメーターの調節を行なった。結合次数が0.5から大きく異なっていると考えられるビフェニルの中央のC-C 結合およびナフタレンのC-C結合のパラメーターを変更した。ビフェニルでは結合距離定数ro,伸縮の力の定数ks,ねじれポテンシャルV2の変更を行ない,ナフタレンでは結合距離定数だけを変更した。その結果,構造と内部回転障壁エネルギーの実験値をよく再現できた。あまり大きなひずみをもたない誘導体は今回使ったパラメーターを使いMM2'による計算が可能であり,この方法は一連のよく似たタイプの分子の計算について一般的に利用可能と考えられる。

ESRパラメーターの実験値とINDO-UHF法によって計算した理論値を比較することにより,遊離基の構造を決めることを試みた。遊離基の9値,等方性および異方性超微細結合定数の実験値と理論値の差を最小にして,得られた分子構造をESRパラメーター最適化構造とした。12種の遊離基について計算した分子構造,ESRパラメーターを実験値およびエネルギー最適化構造と比較することにより,この方法の有効性と問題点について考察した。

The specific line-broadening effects caused by the addition of a small amount of acid were noted for some 'H-NMR of stemotinine [1] and isostemotinine [2]. The molecular structure of [1] has recently been established by X-ray analysis, we could correlate the line-broadening effect with the stereochemistry of the spiro-lactone moieties of [1] and [2]. Since line-broadening was found to be induced by partial salt formation of the tertiary amino group, it may be widely observed with other alkaloids and may afford a versatile supplementary tool for the stereochemical study of alkaloids.

The three-dimensional structure of rifamycin SV in solution was constructed by the combination of distance geometry and NMR spectroscopy. The dihedral angles derived from the analysis of the vicinal coupling constants and NOEs were used to restrict the possible conformations of the ansa chain moiety. The restricted spatial arrangements of the ansa chain and the naphthohydroquinone ring were demonstrated by the NOEs observed at H3 on irradiating 20-CH3, 24-CH3 and 26-CH3 group. Based on the above observation a set of the upper and the lower bounds of the interatomic distances was assigned and converted to the corresponding three-dimensional coordinates. Fig.3 shows the three-dimensional drawing of the resulting geometry, which is consistent with the observed NMR data as shown in Tables 1 and 2.

<b>目的</b>&emsp;介護予防事業における男性高齢者の参加割合は少ないと言われている。より効果的,効率的な介護予防事業の実施のために,男性の参加を促す必要があるが,その参加に関わる要因を検討した研究はこれまでに行われていない。本研究では,介護予防事業例の検討を通じて男性高齢者の介護予防事業への参加に関わる事業側の要因を探り,男性高齢者の参加を促進するために有益な知見を得ることを目的とした。<br/><b>方法</b>&emsp;平成14年 3 月に厚生労働省老健局計画課がまとめた『介護予防事例集』に掲載されている介護予防事業例を検討した。事例数は32自治体73事例である。事例集に掲載のない男女別参加人数,より詳細な事業特性について把握するために自治体への電話調査を行った。分析項目は内容,目的,対象者,周知方法,企画立案段階における地域高齢者の参画度,活動内容設定に関する参加者の参画度および地域特性である。男女別参加者数を把握できた事例のうち,参加者の少ない 1 事業と参加型の事業ではない 2 事業を除外した29事例を対象に男性参加割合と特性との関連を分析した。<br/><b>結果</b>&emsp;約50%は男性の参加割合が20%未満であった。総人口が 1 万人未満,高齢化率が20%以上,茶話・ふれあいサロン系の内容,当該年齢以上の住民全員対象,民生委員等へのチラシ配布による周知に該当する事業で非該当事業に比べて統計的有意に男性参加割合が低かった(<i>P</i><.10)。統計的有意では無かったものの,第 1 次産業就業人口割合が10%以上,転倒予防目的に該当する事業で男性参加割合が低く,教養,健康情報の講義という事業内容に該当する事業で男性参加割合が高い傾向がみられた。<br/><b>結論</b>&emsp;男性高齢者の介護予防事業への参加割合が低い現状が明らかになるとともに,茶話やふれあいサロンのような内容など事業要因との関連がみられた。今後は,より代表性の高い標本を用いた研究を行うほか,同一自治体における事業間比較や,地域住民調査により参加に関連する個人的要因の把握も通じ,男性高齢者が参加しやすい事業のあり方についてさらに検討を進めるすることが重要と考えられる。

ノトネソマイシンAは,Streptomyces aminophilus subsp.notonegenes647-AV1の生産物であり,イネ紋枯病に対する有効物質検索の過程で発見された抗かび性抗生物質である。ノトネソマイシンAは,C68H109NO30SNa2の分子式を有し,mp194~195℃,〓310nm(ε9700),〓3400,1720,1700,1600と1080cm-1の諸性状を示す。1H-NMRおよび13C-NMRのデータから,マクロライドであること,配糖体で芳香環置換基が含まれていることが判明した。分解反応により,2,6-ジデオキシ-4-O-メチル-α-D-アラビノニキソピラノースとL-rhodinoseが構成成分であることが判明した。主として,1H-NMRと13C-NMRによるスピンデカップリング実験,NOE実験,差スペクトル測定およびCOSYなどのスペクトルデータと13C-13C二重ラベル実験により,ノトネソマイシンAの構造がユニークな32員環マクロライドで硫酸エステルが置換している化合物であることを決定した。

In this study, we compared the intestinal absorption from different sources with the same amino acid composition (protein, peptide, and amino acid mixture) by measuring changes in serum concentrations of various amino acids. Peptides used in this study were prepared by enzymatic digestion of 11S globulin (a major component of soy protein). Twelve normal male adults were asked to drink beverages containing 12.5g of the test sample, representing 5% suspension of each of the following three different preparations : 11S globulin, 11S peptide, and an amino acid mixture of equivalent composition. Venous blood samples were collected from 0 to 180min to measure free amino acid concentrations. The early slope of serum concentrations and values of area under the curves for each amino acid calculated from changes in serum amino acid concentrations were significantly greater for 11S peptide than for either 11S globulin or the amino acid mixture. This trend was especially remarkable for branched-chain amino acids and aromatic amino acids. Our results suggest that the ingestion of hydrolyzed soy protein results in faster and more efficient absorption than the consumption of protein or amino acid mixtures in healthy adult men.

In recent years, efficient logistics has become indispensable, and using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones is promising for considerably reducing the cost and time required for parcel delivery. This paper addresses a parcel delivery scheduling problem. In this problem, a truck loaded with drones and parcels leaves a distribution center and stops at some points on a fixed route. At each point, the drones take off and deliver parcels to customers. We define this problem as finding the assignment of customers to both the drones and their takeoff points. Then, we propose a genetic algorithm (GA) for finding a near-optimal solution in a short time. In the proposed GA, a solution is represented using sets of customers assigned to the takeoff points, and a heuristic rule determines the assignment to the drones. The crossover operation enables offspring to inherit the customer sets. Experimental results show that the proposed GA can successfully find an optimal or a near-optimal solution faster than an integer programming solver for almost all instances. In addition, it significantly outperforms other GAs using a different crossover.

The process of biogenic silicon (Si) deposition in sporophytes of kelp (Saccharina japonica) was investigated by culturing sporophyte disks in the medium with and without hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Culture with H2O2 remarkably promoted silicate-Si uptake by the disks. Silicate-Si uptake was completely inhibited by the treatment with potassium bromide (KBr), a competitive inhibitor of iodoperoxidase (IPO), even in the medium with H2O2. In addition, disk culture with phenol red in the medium with H2O2 resulted in the formation of bromophenol blue, indicating the presence of extracellular IPO. However, KBr treatment inhibited the formation of bromophenol blue in the medium with H2O2. These results showed that silicate-Si uptake is activated by extracellular IPO in the presence of radical oxygen species (ROS), such as H2O2. Interestingly, 1 mM salicylic acid also promoted silicate-Si uptake, even in the medium without H2O2. Furthermore, the allocation of silicate-Si to the soluble and cell wall-bound phlorotannin fractions using rhodamine 123 (R123), a tracer of biogenic Si, was estimated. Tracer fluorescence was detected in not only the soluble but also the cell wall-bound phlorotannin fraction. R123 fluorescence was histologically detected in the apoplasts of the epidermal and outer cortical layers of the disk, overlapping the histochemical distribution of IPO activity. These results suggested that silicate-Si uptake is activated by an oxidative burst induced by various stresses, and Si deposition is catalyzed by extracellular IPO in the presence of both ROS and phlorotannin in the extracellular matrix of sporophytes. Based on these findings, the hypothetical mechanisms of the extracellular silicate-Si uptake for defense responses in kelp were discussed.

This paper clarifies that a Multi-Tandem Perceptron (MTP) outputs the dominant K-L transform components of each sample of arbitrary input samples set. A R-stages MTP consists of R Unit-Perceptrons (UPs). Each UP is a 3-layerred linear perceptron with a hidden unit for identity mapping and transmits the mapping error vector to the following one. The hidden unit of the r-th UP outputs the r-th dominant component. This paper also discribes a rapidly learning method. The simulation results indicate that the method performs more than 100 times as rapidly as the conventional back propagation.

双極性障害では、気分が安定した後にも認知機能障害が残存し、様々な場面で生活に支障をきたすことが知られている。認知機能は気分症状の影響を受けやすいため、本研究では気分症状の安定した時期に、事象関連電位、神経心理学的検査、主観的認知機能評価等をおこない、双極性障害の認知機能障害を多角的にとらえることを目的とした。本研究は、双極性障害の認知機能障害に対する新しい治療法の開発に寄与しうるものと考えている。
