【目的】診療報酬改定により可能となった訓練量増加がADL改善に及ぼす影響を年齢別に検証した.【方法】当院回復期リハビリ病棟に入退棟した脳卒中患者で,一日の訓練単位上限が6単位(2時間)の時期に5~6単位の訓練を行った106名(6単位群)と訓練単位上限が9単位の時期に7~9単位の訓練を行った130名(9単位群)を対象とし,入退棟時のFIM運動項目(FIM-M),FIM-M利得,FIM-M効率を比較した.年齢別に3群,入院時FIM-M得点層別に2群に層別化し分析も行った.【結果】FIM-M利得,FIM-M効率は9単位群で有意に高かった.FIM-M低得点層で70歳以上と60~69歳のFIM-M利得,FIM-M効率,高得点層で70歳以上のFIM-M利得が9単位群で有意に高かった.【結論】訓練量の増加はADLをより改善させ,その程度は60歳代のFIM-M低得点層と70歳以上の高齢者で顕著であった.

動脈硬化性疾患発症リスクとして近年、重要と考えられている食後高脂血症が、高脂肪食による腸管炎症で悪化する可能性について検討したところ、1週間の高脂肪食摂取による食後高脂血症の悪化が観察された。また摂取する脂質構成脂肪酸の違いについて検討したところ、不飽和脂肪酸に比べて飽和脂肪酸で食後高脂血症の悪化が認められた。以上の結果より、高脂肪食摂取、特に飽和脂肪酸の摂取により食後高脂血症が悪化する可能性が示唆された。並行して検討した、抗炎症作用を有する新規食品成分のスクリーニングでは、新たに食品成分Xが同定され、動物レベルにおいても、高脂肪食誘導性の食後高脂血症悪化を改善することが明らかとなった。

個人情報の取扱や ICT を利用したサービスの構築、運用では、委託の多段化が進み、それに対する情報 セキュリティの確保が必要となっている。既に、法律や政府の政策、ISO も、サプライチェーンにおける情 報セキュリティを要請している。しかし、一旦インシデントが発生すると、委託元・委託先間での責任分界 が問題となることが考えられ、委託元としては踏み込んだ協力を躊躇することも考えられる。一方、脅威や 技術の進化により、情報セキュリティインシデントを完璧に防御することが難しくなるのに従い、経済合理 性の範囲内で可能な限り高い情報セキュリティの構築に努めてきた事業者にとり、インシデント発生の責任 を問われるとすれば、無過失責任に近づくとも言える。その課題の解決には、同じ無過失責任の製造物責任 法の実務を参考にできる。就中、製造物責任訴訟の経験豊富な保険会社が被保険者を代行して紛争処理まで 行う米国の製造物責任保険のような保険や、保険契約を梃子にした製造物責任の専門家による仲裁制度ができれば、責任分界を気にせずに、サプライチェーンとして協力してセキュリティレベルを上げていくことができると考えられる。これは、複数の事業者からサービスやデータを「仕入れ」てサービスを提供する IoT を利用したサービスでも有効である。

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand to digitize a huge number of books. A promising new approach for meeting this demand, called Book Flipping Scanning, has been proposed. This is a new style of scanning in which all pages of a book are captured while a user continuously flips through the pages without stopping at each page. Although this new technology has had a tremendous impact in the field of book digitization, page turning is still done manually, which acts as a bottleneck in the development of high-speed book digitization. Against this background, this paper proposes a newly designed high-speed, high-precision book page turner machine. Our machine turns the pages in a contactless manner by utilizing the elastic force of the paper and an air blast. This design enables high-speed performance that is ten times faster than conventional approaches and, in addition, causes no obstruction in the digitization process. This paper reports the evaluation of the proposed machine using various types of paper with different qualities. Our machine achieved high success rate when turning pages at around 300 pages/min, showing that it is a promising technology for turning pages at high-speed and with high precision.

Myotei Mondo is a book of great significance as it is the first book and only one of its era on catechism written by a Japanese author, Fucan Fabian, and was published at the beginning of the 17th century, a period of Japanese history during which Christians were persecuted. After writing the book, however, Fucan Fabian gave up with his Christian faith and about 20 years later, he published his next work, Hadaiusu an anti-Christian book.The title Hadaiusu combines the characters'ha', meaning'confute', and'daiusu',meaning'God'My primary interest is the reasons behind Fucan Fabian change of view of Christianity. I speculate that the major factor was that he could not understand the doctrine of God. He may have had a lot of information about God, but he never grasped the real sense of the doctrine.In this paper, I will draw a parallel between Myotei Mondo and Hadaiusu and will then analyze Fucan Fabian's understanding of the doctrine of Christianity, especially his understanding of God. I hope to delve into the reason for the difficulty Japanese people have in accepting Christianity. I would like to explore whether there are particular aspects of the doctrine about God and Christianity that are difficult for Japanese people to accept.

<p></p><p>国境を超えた企業活動が活発になることに伴い,会計基準・監査基準も世界標準化が求められ,会計プロフェッショナルにかかる教育や資格要件も国際化していく傾向にある。一方で,会計・監査制度が周辺の制度と密接な関係にある以上,各国の地域性が容易に解消されるわけではない。</p><p>グローバル化とは単に制度の標準化・共通化を意味するだけでなく,絶えず地域性との摩擦と調和の下,進展していく過程であると考えられる。監査についてみれば,当面は各国固有の制度に基づく監査業務が重要である状況には変わりないとしても,会計基準・監査基準の国際標準化が進むにつれ,諸基準の標準化に対応して世界で活躍できる会計プロフェッショナルを育成していかなくてはならない。</p><p>会計・監査制度は企業の活動基盤を支える社会的インフラであり,企業の国際競争力を支えている。今後,会計プロフェッショナルについても共通化や資格の相互承認が進展することが予想され,その時に備え会計プロフェッショナルにかかる確固たる将来像の構築が求められる。</p>

Takehara Plant of MMS is located in the city center of Takehara, near the National Park of Seto Inland Sea. At present, 40 different products are manufactured at our plant, including non-ferrous metals, various battery materials and chemical products.Commercial production of Electrolysis Manganese Dioxide (EMD), begun in 1949, was small about 5 ton/month, and the plant was gradually expanded so that it had a monthly capacity of 2, 100 tons in 1982.Our EMD is specifically used for ZnC12, Alkaline and Lithium batteries, therefore EMD's high quality is very important. In this paper, the outline of our process and improvement in our plants and quality are described.

学校教育制度の改革は、絶対不可欠条件として児童・生徒の発達段階を考慮することが必要である。特に、学級集団の規模が、小学生から高校生まで上限定数40 人で良いとする現行の根拠を明らかにし、少人数学級実現に向けて、学年発達段階を踏まえた学級編制改善策を学校現場から提起することが重要である。 その上で1 人の教師が経営する学級集団の適正規模を考察し、「クラスサイズは誰が決めるのか」という課題を設定する。教育指導の有効なシステム化を図り、教師たちが最大の力量発揮と最大の効果を上げられるような仕組みを提示したい。This paper considers the children's and students' developmental stages as something that cannot be left out with regard to the reformation of the school education system. It is important, especially, to explain the reasons why a maximum class size of 40 , from elementary school to high school, is considered good; to work towards the realization of even smaller classes; and to raise the topic of improving class organization to best suit the students' stage of development. In addition, I consider the ideal class size for one teacher and to discuss the issue of "Who decides the size of the class?" By planning an effective system for educational instruction, I would like to present a system where teachers can perform their best and deliver the best results.

Acetyl-CoA carboxylase is key enzyme involved in the starting for fatty acid synthesis. In this study, we have cloned and sequenced gene cluster encoding acetyl-CoA carboxylase from a deep-sea piezo-and psychrophilic bacterium, Shewanella violacea strain DSS12. Sequence and structural analyses were done to understand structural-function relationships for adapting under high pressure and low temperature conditions. The cloned fragment contained two open reading frames, designated the accB and accA genes, capable of encoding a 538-amino-acid protein of 58.1 kDa and a 573-amino-acid protein of 61.5 kDa, respectively. The protein (AccA) encoded by the accA gene was strikingly similar to biotin carboxylase subunits of acetyl-CoA and propionyl-CoA carboxylases and of pyruvate carboxylase. The putative motifs for ATP binding, CO_2 fixation, and biotin binding were found in AccA. The aceB gene was located upstream of the accA gene, and they formed a two-gene operon. The protein (AccB) encoded by the aceB gene showed high degrees of sequence similarity with carboxyltransferase subunits of acetyl-CoA and propionyl-CoA carboxylases and of methylmalonyl-CoA decarboxylase. Carboxybiotin-binding and acyl-CoA-binding domains, which are conserved in several carboxyltrausferase subunits of acyl-CoA carboxylases, were found in AccB.

本研究は,いわゆる新聞離れをいわれる世代に属する大学生を対象に行った新聞についての意識調査を手掛かりとして,新たな新聞紙面デザインを提案するものである。調査は,19〜25歳までの大学生103名を対象に行われた。その結果,(1)新聞は役立つ,(2)新聞を信頼している,(3)新聞は正確であるなどの,新聞を肯定的にとらえる意見が50%以上であった一方で,(4)読者の意見を反映していない,(5)公平性に欠ける,(6)面白くないなどの意見が50%近くあった。SD法による新聞のイメージ調査の結果から,(1)明朗感,(2)おうへい感,(3)信頼感の3つの因子が見いだされた。この結果と新聞閲読時間との相関をみると,1日当たりの閲読時間が多い人ほど(1)明朗感にはプラス,(2)おうへい感にはマイナス,(3)信頼感にはプラスの傾向を示すことが分かった。紙面デザインに対しては,(1)写真,イラストレーションを増やす,(2)カラーを増やすなど,ビジュアルな紙面づくりへの要望が多かった。

[Purpose] To present an efficient treatment regimen for patients with cervicogenic headache by comparatively analyzing the neck disability index (NDI) and cervical muscle activity after an exercise intervention. [Participants and Methods] Thirty patients with cervicogenic headache were assigned to the cranio-cervical flexion group (n=15) and cranio-cervical flexion plus transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) group (n=15). Intervention was administered for four weeks, after which the participants’ NDI and sternocleidomastoid muscle activity were measured. [Results] The treatment group demonstrated a significantly greater change in NDI after the intervention compared to the control group. The treatment group also showed a significantly greater change in sternocleidomastoid muscle activity than the control group. [Conclusion] Our results show that applying tDCS during cranio-cervical flexion exercise can strengthen the sternocleidomastoid muscle more effectively while improving pain and associated functions in patients with cervicogenic headache. These results would contribute towards developing a more efficient treatment for patients with cervicogenic headache.
