<p>平成29年度子どもゆめ基金の助成を受け、日本デジタルアーキビスト資格認定機構東日本支部が中心となり茨城県水戸市、茨城県高萩市、島根県大田市の3か所で「子どもデジタルアーキビスト養成講座」を実施する。会場ごとに異なる内容・時間でのカリキュラム開発を行って実施し比較することにより、子どもデジタルアーキビストの養成カリキュラムとしてより適切なものを目指した。この取り組みについてまとめ、今後の展望を合わせて報告する。</p>

サクラは散房花序から散形花序の形態多様性を示す.その違いを遺伝子レベルで特徴付けて解明することを目指し,フロリゲン・アンチフロリゲン遺伝子を解析の糸口として花序の形態形成の分子メカニズムを探った.サクラ140品種の花序形態を調査し,花序軸伸長と花数との関係,花序軸伸長と開花の早晩との関係を見出した.次に,サクラ7品種の花芽分化を走査型電子顕微鏡で比較観察し,花序発達の初期段階の小花原基誘導の違いについて明らかにした.花序組織におけるFT相同遺伝子,TFL1相同遺伝子,およびCEN相同遺伝子などの遺伝子発現について調査したが,それら遺伝子発現と花序形態の違いとに関係性を見出すことは出来なかった.

【Purpose】A leg press generally included in a weight training program to develop the quadriceps. However little is known about the mechanism of the load in lower extremity by the different knee alignment. The purpose of this study is to compare the muscle activity in the different knee alignment during leg press exercise. 【Methods】Four normal knee and Five genu varum performed the leg press using three stance of narrow, medium and wide stance with the load of 75%/1 RM. Surface EMG date were collected (l000Hz) from vastus medialis (VM), vastus lateralis (VL), rectus femoris (RF), adductor longus (AL), biceps femoris (BF), tibialis anterior (TA), gastrocnemius (GAS), soleus (SOL). Integrated EMG (iEMG) values were calculated for each muscle during each rep. A video camera recorded the performing form during leg press from the frontal plane. 【Results and Discussion】As the leg press was to strengthen of the thigh muscle, VM, VL and RF of both groups worked strongly. However SOL of genu varum worked as strong as the level of activity of the thigh, iEMG of the SOL showed low value significantly by using wide stance. When the genu varum group performed maximal knee flexion using the narrow, their ankle was valgus on the video screen. This result may become cause of SOL higher activity during leg press. From this we can derive the argument that it will be necessary to take that stance into consideration when athletes who are genu varum performs leg press. (Jpn. J. Phys. The grant allowed me to by precious books on the nuclear age for my research. These books include a recent photo album by Toyosaki Hiromitsu on the Bikini incident, or a vintage novel called Radium Terror, a Mystery Story. While the book was particularly expensive because it was printed in 1912, the story and its illustrations were important. It contained some original copyright-free etchings that I could scan and use as illustrations for my own coming book on the arts of the nuclear age. Consequently, I could enrich my research in terms of content and visual material.

鎌倉時代以前の現存古写本は,極めて少ない.これは,室町以降,茶室の掛軸等にするため,古写本が数行毎に裁断されてきたためである.この古写本断簡を古筆切という.故に,古筆切の史料的価値は高く,同一の本を構成していた古筆切(ツレ)を蒐集することで,貴重な史料である元の写本を復元できる.ただし,問題点が一つある.古筆切には,後世の偽物や写しが大量に混在しているのである.そこで,14C年代測定により古筆切の書写年代を求め,さらに,顕微鏡観察によって原料・繊維幅・紙漉法等を求め,それらが等しいツレを蒐集することで,失われた古写本の一部分を復元することができる.本研究では,その方法の確立を行った.

代表的な京野菜に水菜と壬生菜がある。水菜は深い切れ込みのある葉(切葉)をもち,壬生菜は葉縁が滑らかでヘラのような形の葉(丸葉)をもつ。両者は葉の形からすると全く関係ない植物のように見えるが,同一種であり,江戸時代に壬生地方において水菜から生じた新品種が壬生菜であると言われている。これまで,水菜の切葉から壬生菜の丸葉への変化が,どの時期にどのようにおこったのか,また,葉形変化の原因については明らかとなっていなかった。本論文では,江戸時代から明治時代に書かれた農書や本草書の記述をもとに,壬生菜の丸葉の成立過程について調査し,壬生菜という呼称が葉の形が丸葉に変化する前の18 世紀後半から使われ始めていたことや,19 世紀の中頃に壬生菜の丸葉が成立したことを明らかにした。また,水菜とカブ類との交配が丸葉成立の要因ではないかと推察した。

The Cartesian ovals are simply defined with bipolar coordinates. However it is difficult to draw them by handwriting. In this paper, therefore, we have constructed a computational drawing system by means of XY plotter that works with PC 8001mkII. And then, the ovals will show some particular properties. First, the ovals change gradually with left and right eccentricities. Second, the set of the intersections of three circles forms the oval. Third, when the eccentricities change continuously without changing the director circle and the foci, the ovals fill between the ellipse and the director circle. Forth, there can be shown two kinds of evolutes of the ovals. The one is drawn as an evelope of the straight lines, and the other with paramatric equations. In this way, these properties of the oval can be shown for the first time by using computational drawing system.
