Players often say that some strings provide a better grip and more spin than others, but ball spin did not depend on string type, gauge or tension in the past laboratory experiment. There was no research work on the spin to uncover what is really happening during actual tennis impact owing to difficult experiment. This paper made clear the mechanism of top spin and its improvement by lubrication of strings according to the high speed video analysis. It also provided the more detailed explanations of spin behavior by comparison between a lubricant string racket and a famous 'Spaghetti strings racket' which was banned in 1978 by the International Tennis Federation since it used plastic spaghetti tubing over the strings to reduce friction resulting in the excessive spin on the ball. As the main strings stretch and slide side ways more, the ball is given more spin due to restoring force parallel to the string face when the main strings spring back and the ball is released from the strings. Furthermore, it showed that the more spin results in the reduction of shock vibrations of the wrist joint during impact.

By this paper, I am for the purpose of considering a position of so-called Fudai Daimyo in relations of the Shogunate for the early modern times, and vassal structure and a power structure of the Tokugawas for the medieval period to the early modern times. For an object, I examine mainly on Tatebayashi/Shirakawa times of the daimyo Sakakibaras who makes the last Tokugawa period Echigo Takada Han. Concretely, the first, I confirm an origin and a position in the whole Tokugawas of the Sakakibaras. The next, I consider a formation process and a characteristic of the Sakakibara's vassals. For a characteristic in vassal formation of the Sakakibaras, there are not most of the hereditary vassal from the Middle Ages, and to organize the vassal who can call it with O-tsukibito attached to by Ieyasu in the core. It is a characteristic to be seen in specific the Fudai Daimyo vassal formation of the Ii's and so on, and cannot confirm this with a Tozama Daimyo and Fudai Daimyo of the new collection. And last, I survey a position of Fudai Daimyo in structure and rerations of the Shogunate.

The inorganic system glass coating film was developed as a painting protection film for the car. The glass film adds hydrophile and the resistance to ultraviolet rays to various materials. However, the functional evaluation of the glass film is difficult because the film thickness is about 20 nm. I tried the reflectivity measurement of existence and a characteristic of the glass film by the spectrophotometer. The glass film's reflectance has changed by the uv in about 10%. The glass film is expected that there is a characteristic of reflecting and scattering for the uv. In addition, I investigated the mechanism of coating the glass film. I made the electroplating system. I found the reflectivity change that the electroplating film is similar to the glass film. So, I found that boric acid silica has the electric-charge of the plus and the glass film is coated by the principle of electroplating.

目 的:本研究の目的は, 副看護師長が新規着任時に抱いた思いと, 自身の役割認識を明らかにすること. 方 法:新任副看護師長37名を対象に, 「任に就いての思い」「今時点で認識している副看護師長の役割」「現在の課題」について自記式質問紙にて調査を行った. 結 果:着任時の思いとして,【担うことへの煩悶】【自身に必要とされる力への思案】【自身の評価に対する心配】【着任への抵抗】【昇格への意気込み】の5カテゴリーが, 着任した時点で認識している役割についても,【師長との連携】【スタッフへの働きかけ】【環境作り】【モデルとして存在】【業務調整】の5カテゴリーが抽出された. 結 語:副看護師長は,【担うことへの煩悶】といった立場の転換に戸惑いつつも, 職場内の改善といった【環境作り】に着目するなど, いちスタッフであったからこそ感じている役割を認識していることが推測された.

動的型付き言語の高速化においては,型ごとに最適化したコードをいかに高速かつ効率的に生成するかが鍵となる.プロダクションコードの巨大化かつ抽象化にともないポリモーフィックな関数の最適化手法の重要度が増してきている.あるポリモーフィックな関数が,各コールサイトごとに見ればモノモーフィックとみなせる場合,コールサイトごとの型に特化した関数インライン展開を行うことで効率の良いコードが生成できることが広く知られている.しかし,従来から広く使用されている関数ごとの型フィードバックでは,関数をインライン展開する前の状態において複数のコールサイト由来の型情報を区別することができず,不要に汎用的なコードを生成してしまい,これを最適化するにはもう一段のJITコンパイル層が必要となる.本発表では,この問題を改善する既存実装に適用可能な最適化手法として,オブジェクト構造を意識したシグネチャごとの型フィードバックを提案する.これにより,複数のコールサイト由来の型情報を区別可能となり最初のインライン展開においてコールサイトに特化した型情報を用いることができ,さらなる最適化を可能とする.本手法をMozilla FirefoxのJavaScript処理系SpiderMonkeyに実装し,ポリモーフィックな関数のコールサイトごとの最適化への適用可能性を提示するとともに,各状況への最適化の可能性や性能向上,および手法の軽量さについて評価する.

This study statistically analyzes the account information of the 1,000 public hospitals all over Japan, and the annual deficits are found in more than half. This study analyzes the relationship between the region, the facilities'scale, the operation situation and the building maintenance expense. After the study of the annual revenue, the capital asset, the depreciation cost and the utility cost per bed, the simple and tentative method of the evaluation of the maintenance cost is proposed.

密度汎関数法よって求めた非調和原子間力定数を用いて,フェルミの黄金則に基づいたフォノン散乱解析や分子動力学解析に展開することによって,半導体結晶のフォノン熱伝導を第一原理的に解析できるマルチスケールシミュレーション基盤を開発した.本発表では,そのフレームワークを紹介した後に,次世代型の熱電変換材料として期待されるハーフホイスラー化合物を例に,解析によって得られたフォノンごとの平均自由行程や熱伝導率への寄与を通じてフォノン輸送特性を明らかにするとともに,それらの知見のナノ複合材や合金のデザインへの有用性を議論する.

The inorganic arsenic (i-As) in grape products, in particular juice, wine and raisins, collected from the Japanese market was investigated. The concentrations of total As in nine grape concentrated juices ranged from 3 to 20 ng g−1, and more than 80% of the As was inorganic according to the results of speciation by HPLC-ICP-MS. Among them, four samples contained more than 10 ng g−1 of i-As, although 10 ng g−1 of i-As is the limit for apple juice recommended by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Moreover, more than 10 ng g−1 of i-As was found in some of the wine and raisin samples, with the total As concentrations ranging from 17 to 37 ng g−1. When fresh grapes were analyzed, As was mainly concentrated in the pericarp and a small amount was found in the fruit, although no As was observed in the branches and the juice. When grapes, including the pericarp, are processed, the As concentration in the products may increase during production processes such as drying, concentration, and ripening.

1 現行のフランスにおけるスポーツ基本法である1984年7月16日の法律について解説付きの逐条訳を行った論文を公表した。また,同論文の解説において1984年以降のスポーツ基本法の改正の歴史的な展開を次の通り示した。1985年1月3日の法律第85-10号による改正,1987年12月7日の法律第87-979号による改正,1992年7月13日の法律第92-652号による改正,1993年12月6日の法律第93-1282号による改正,1994年8月8日の法律第94-679号による改正,1995年1月21日の法律第95-73号による改正。2 フランススポーツ基本法のスポーツ法体系における位置について,論文「フランススポーツ法典の構成」の中で示し,スポーツ基本法が基礎となりフランスのスポーツ法体系および各種の関係する制度が発展していることを明らかにした。3 特にスポーツ保険法制度の指導的判例であり,スポーツ基本法のスポーツ保険理論の展開の前提となった1989年10月24日の破棄院判決を判例研究した。また,スポーツ基本法におけるスポーツ保険制度の歴史的な形成の過程を明らかにし,論文を公表した。4 特にスポーツ指導者資格制度に関する法の歴史的発展の過程を明らかにし,論文を公表した。5 スポーツ連盟の公役務および公権力の特権を行使することによる制裁に関わる指導的な判例研究を行い,論文を公表する。6 スポーツに関する特別な法律が誕生する1940年以前において,1907年から1920年に国会に提出された体育を義務化する法律案が存在し,これらが1940年のスポーツ組織に関する法律に与えた影響を検討し,論文を公表する。7 今後は,これまで行ってきた研究成果を踏まえて,フランスにおけるスポーツ基本法の成立と展開に関する歴史的な過程をまとめ,平成11年度以降に論文としてまとめる予定である。
