本研究は、ひらがな拗音の読みに困難を示す2事例を対象に、拗音読みの習得状況に応じて指導法を選択し、その指導効果を検討した。参加児は、拗音表記を清音表記として誤読する事例、読み音が類似する拗音間で誤読する事例の2名であった。前者の事例には、拗音表記の読み方略を促す指導法を実施し、後者の事例には、各拗音の正確な読みを促す指導法を実施した。その結果、両事例ともに拗音文字の読み、拗音を含む文字単語の読みの成績が改善された。本研究より、拗音を清音表記として誤読する事例では、清音表記と拗音表記の弁別を求める指導が有効であり、読み音が類似した拗音間で誤読する事例では、拗音部分が語頭にある単語の語頭音を抽出させて読む指導が有効である可能性が示唆された。今後は、各指導法が他事例でも有効かどうかに関する外的妥当性の検討、および指導効果がもたらされるための諸条件の検討が求められる。

This paper has two purposes. One is to investigate critically the major attempts that have been made to formulate the Quinean criterion of ontological commitment. The other is to give a satisfactory formulation of the Quinean criterion on the basis of the investigation. I classify the attempts that have been made into two major kinds, semantic approaches and syntactic approaches. Although both kinds of approach fail to formulate the Quinean criterion adequately, both are found to have their own advantages which are complementary to each other. I then offer a new formulation based on the idea of "provability on semantics," inspired by the mutually complementary character of the two kinds of approach. I argue that my formulation adequately reflects metaphysicians' use of the Quinean criterion and is thus promising.

Promoting research ethics and integrity education attracts worldwide attention in response to research misconduct cases. However, such efforts vary greatly between countries, and Japan, which is behind in its efforts, may benefit from learning from an experienced country. This article reviewed the institutionalization process of instruction in the responsible conduct of research (RCR) in American universities since the 1980s by analyzing related literature. It then examined how the view of RCR education changed over time, and what factors drove those changes. The findings demonstrated that the institutionalization process of RCR instruction was one in which reform paths sought to integrate RCR instruction into everyday activities in universities. Recommendations by the Academies and some scientists' efforts influenced the direction of reform by infusing the true meaning of RCR into instruction with a strong compliance character. Ultimately, the reform aims to transform the entire research environment, including deeply embedded goals and values.

小児腸間膜裂孔ヘルニアは,腸閉塞の原因として稀である.我々は,絞扼性イレウスを伴った小児腸間膜裂孔ヘルニアの1 例を経験した.症例は,2 歳の女児.腸閉塞の診断で当院へ紹介となった.腹部超音波検査とCT 検査にて腸内容の貯留を伴った小腸の拡張と腹水を認めた.絞扼性イレウスの診断で緊急開腹術を施行した.小腸間膜に1×2 cm の欠損孔を認め,欠損孔に130 cm にわたる回腸末端が入り込み壊死していた.小腸壊死部を切除し,欠損孔を修復した.小児腸間膜裂孔ヘルニアについて,文献的考察を含めて報告する.

This paper describes the instructional design to develop communication ability for students in the electrical engineering majors. It is based on the case of Fukuoka Institute of Technology which started new courses for communication skills in 2007. A series of communication education from the freshman year to the third grade is systematized, considering the developmental process of students' argumentation. In the classes, students continually learn dialogue and cooperation through various styles of discussion, debate, presentation and so on. The first introductory class of all is “Communication Theory I”, which is aimed at developing self-awareness and improving discussion skills for interpersonal relationship. In this course, students acquire skills to construct their arguments about the given issues and to evaluate others' presentation performances each other. To cultivate students' communication ability, education should not be closed in a class, but support system from departmental level is essential.

本稿では,不明部分の多いリーダーのダブル・ループ学習のプロセスについて,使用理論を手がかりに調査した.食品メーカーZ社での研修を通じ,使用理論を形成したリーダー13名とそのフォロワーに対し,ダブル・ループ学習の傾向を識別する基準を設定し,比較ケース・スタディにより分析した.その結果,ダブル・ループ学習の傾向のあるリーダーは建設的な対話を通じて予測範囲を広げ,使用理論を改訂していることが見出された.

Alfred Kubin (1877-1959) was once called “dream artist” on the art journal Kunstblatt in 1903. In fact, dream was a subject of importance for him; he made several drawings, and wrote a novel and some essays with the theme of dream, such as Traumland I and II (1922), 2 bands of picture books consisting of lithographs capturing what he saw in his dreams, and his famous novel Die andere Seite (1909). However, he came to take a negative attitude toward dream after 1922, instead, his main interest seems to have been shifted to memory. Taking notice of such a change of his position, this paper investigates Kubin’s thinking of dream and memory, and how he applied his understanding of them to his work. Also, I would compare his methodology and psychoanalysis in terms of the concepts “secondary revision” and “screen memory” in order to clarify the uniqueness of Kubin’s image composition. In conclusion, his change of interest from dream to memory is not a break with his previous way of creation but rather a continuous development, which was resulted from the internalization of the mechanism of dream. In brief, he took advantage of the unconscious psychic mechanism of memory to generate new visual images.

2015年度と2016年度の2年間,小学6年生を対象に,Moodleとタブレット端末を活用した発信・交流をとり入れた授業実践をおこなった。授業実践後,質問紙による調査をおこなったところ,Moodleとタブレット端末を活用した発信・交流は,従来の挙手・発言による発信・交流よりも,児童の緊張が少ないことがわかった。この発信・交流方法は,授業時間内に児童全員の意見の発信を保障することができ,発信・交流内容が文字記録として残る。児童がそのことを自分たちにとってメリットだと感じていることも明らかになった。

発作性片側頭痛は,群発頭痛と同様に激しい片側痛とともに自律神経症状を呈するが,インドメタシンが著効することが特徴の,まれな疾患である.今回,群発頭痛からの移行,三叉神経痛との合併例を含む発作性片側頭痛の3 例を経験したので報告する.症例1 は31 歳,男性.突然5~6 回/時の頻度で,右後頭部痛が出現した.発作時に同側の流涙,眼瞼下垂,鼻閉を伴った.発作性片側頭痛を疑いインドメタシンの投与を開始したところ,痛みは消失した.症例2 は63 歳,女性.反復性群発頭痛として発作期のプレドニゾロンと予防薬としての炭酸リチウム,ベラパミルの投与を行っていたが,寛解期が短くなり,発作時にジクロフェナクで痛みが軽減したことから,インドメタシンを定期投与した.その後,発作は消失した.症例3 は77 歳,男性.特発性三叉神経痛としてカルバマゼピンの投与中であった.痛み発作時に同側の流涙,結膜充血,眼瞼下垂を伴うことがあったため,インドメタシンを併用投与した.その後痛みは軽減消失した.頭部・顔面痛は長期的な治療を要することが多いが,その経過中に痛みの性状が変化したり治療に抵抗性を示す場合には,他の疾患の合併を念頭に置く必要がある.

要旨:本報告は,多職種連携・地域課題解決型授業である「CBRプロジェクト」を紹介すると共に,授業に参加した学生の変化を予備的に検討することを目的とした.CBRプロジェクトに参加した作業療法,および理学療法学生22名を対象として,授業実施前後の課題価値,職業的アイデンティティ,自己効力感,チームプロセスを比較した.その結果,課題価値の総得点,および下位因子の興味獲得価値,私的獲得価値,職業的アイデンティティ下位因子の必要とされることへの自負,チームプロセス尺度の総得点,および下位因子の相互援助,相互調整,活動の分析といった項目で有意差を認めた.作業療法教育にてCBR概念を導入した学外実習を行うことの有効性が示唆された.

At the 28th Japan Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society Congress I presented a research report on the above theme. With the cooperation of the prefectural presidents of the Japan Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association nationwide, 19 acupuncture needle manufacturing companies were listed and 50 stainless steel 1.6 TSUN, No. 3 needles were collected from each manufacturer and examined. The results of that study showed imperfect needle tips to average 37.7% and imperfect needle bodies to average 52%.For this report, last Oct. the needle manufacturers were forewared that early this year a study of needle conditions would be repeated. In Mar. of this year, in the same manner stainless steel 1.6 TSUN, No. 3 needles, 50 each were collected and examined. These results showed imperfect needle tips to average 37.6% and imperfect bodies, 93.9%. From these results it can be said that quality control of the manufactured product is insufficient. I strongly feel that more consideration is necessary in the selection of needle materials.

柴葛解肌湯 (浅田家方) は小柴胡湯と葛根湯の合方から人参と大棗を去り石膏を加えた合方的薬方であり, 薬方の構成や出典の記載内容から太陽病と裏的少陽証の併病に運用されるべきものと思われる。一方, 併病の治療において, このような病態に対しては太陽病と陽明病の治療原則に倣い先表後裏で対応するのが原則と思われるが, 本方証では例外的に表裏双解的効果を狙ったものと思われる。呈示した, かぜ症候群の症例は当初麻黄湯証と思われたが, 初診の翌日には裏的少陽証への転属すなわち太陽病と裏的少陽証の併病に移行したと診断した。そこで本方を用いたところ, 短時日で症状軽快をみた。このことは太陽病と裏的少陽証の併病の一病態に対する本方の有意性の一端を示すものではないかと思われる。併病治療に際しては治療原則を勘案の上, 本方証の如き例外的な薬方の運用もあることを念頭に置いておくべきではないかと思う。

Contemporary evolutionary biology has used various statistical methods for collecting and analyzing data. Here methods for estimating phylogenetic trees are reviewed in the context of recent history of evolutionary biology, especially of systematics and phylogenetics. Estimating evolutionary history based on character data (molecular or morphological) poses a couple of epistemological problems all of which are common to historical sciences in general. Karl Popper's philosophy of science, in particular, his theory of falsification and corroboration has been espoused by many theoretical phylogeneticists. In this paper the long-standing controversy on philosophical aspects of phylogenetics and its implications for statistical methods in this discipline is discussed.
