ある企業の社員が集まる2ちゃんねるのスレッド7年分のログを対象に、社員の意見や感情を吸い上げる一手法として、現実の会社施策や労働組合に対してインターネット上での匿名掲示板における発言にどのように現れているかについて、定量的な分析を中心に論じる。その結果、賃金・手当といった金銭的報酬よりも労働政策や狭義の労働条件に関心があり発言数が多いこと、会社だけではなく社長や労働組合に対する言及が多く見られた。こうした発言は現実社会での社員の発言よりも踏み込んだ、より本音に近いものであった。

無線基地局の電力供給源として,風力発電を利用した独立型の電力供給システムが検討されている.独立型給電システムでは,電力の平準化が課題となる.私たちは,この解決策として電力を水素に変換し貯蔵する方法を取り上げ,発電電力から効率的に水素を製造するため,電力緩衝媒体にEDLC(電気二重層キャパシタ)を用いたシステムを提案した.本研究では,提案した水素製造システムおいてEDLCの効果ついて検証し,発電量に適した水素発生器容量を設定することで,EDLCは頻繁に充放電を繰り返し,極めて少ないEDLC容量でも電力を効果的に緩衝することが示された.また,EDLCの緩衝動作により水素発生量の安定化が図られ,水素発生器容量の削減が図られることも示された.

The aim of this study is to describe the communication-style in the differentsituations (Testing situation and Chatting situation) by using the case of Mr.S who wasdiagnosed the Asperger Syndrome. It is said that the Asperger Syndrome children has a little social skill and the conversational problems. For example, even though the Asperger Syndrome children talks with someone, he seems to talk with nobody. In the conversation, he just keep talking what he wants and he does not seem to listen to someone's talking. He also receives the meaning what someone says without the real meaning behind. Those ways of conversation are said the characteristics of the Asperger Syndrome children. Are not the actions of human being depend on the situations that he is in? Does not he select his suitable actions and words in the different situations?In this study, I explore the communication-style of the Asperger Syndrome children by adopting the method of the Video-based ethnography and analyzed the communication-style between he and me. The result shows us to the different communication-style that depended on the different-situations such as "the testing situation and the chatting situation. In the testing situation,he tended to behave and speak according to the Asperger Syndrome characters that they are said generally. On the other hand, he behaved and spoke in the ways that the ordinal people do like us when we were just chatting.According to this result, his communication-style depends on the different situations. Therefore, we cannot regard someone to be the Asperger Syndrome children only by referring to the testing but only the daily life that he lives.

症例は61歳の男性。3年前にKlebsiella pneumoniaeを起因菌とした肝膿瘍の既往があった。発熱と全身倦怠感を主訴に他院に救急搬送され,精査の結果,肝膿瘍による敗血症,播種性血管内凝固症候群と診断され当センターへ転院となった。腹部超音波検査,腹部造影CT検査所見では,肝外側区域に隔壁を伴う膿瘍形成を認め,抗菌薬(BIPM)の投与を開始した。第2病日に呼吸状態が悪化したため,気管挿管し人工呼吸器管理を開始するとともに超音波ガイド下経皮経肝的膿瘍ドレナージ術を行った。ドレーン造影を行うと,蜂巣状の膿瘍とそれに連続して胆管が造影された。穿刺液細菌培養の結果,Klebsiella pneumoniaeが検出された。発熱が続いたため,第10病日に腹部CTを撮影したところ,肝膿瘍の増大,右腸腰筋膿瘍およびL3/L4の化膿性脊椎炎の合併を認めた。また第11病日より項部硬直が出現した。髄膜炎を疑い,髄液採取を試みたものの採取できなかったため,頭部MRIを行ったが異常所見はなかった。肝膿瘍に対してドレナージ治療の限界と判断し,第12病日に肝外側区域切除術を施行したが,発熱・意識障害は遷延した。第18病日に髄液採取に成功し,細菌培養検査を施行したところ,多剤耐性のEnterococcus faeciumが検出された。Linezolidの追加投与を開始したところ,解熱とともに意識レベルは改善し,第30病日のCTでは腸腰筋膿瘍と脊椎炎の消失を認めた。意識レベルの改善とともに視力障害の訴えがあったため,眼科へコンサルトしたところ細菌性眼内炎と診断され転院となった。本症例は肝膿瘍から転移性病変を生じ,さらに菌交代を伴ったためEnterococcus faeciumが起因菌となったものと考えた。

言語の発達に遅れがない自閉症者と定型発達者の間でコミュニケーションが成り立つ場合と成り立たない場合の違いについて、その論理の違いを説明するため、数理論理学の手法を用いた数理モデルを提示する。自閉症者と定型発達者の間のコミュニケーションの実例を挙げて、双方の論理を構築した数理モデルの枠組みで具体的に説明する。コミュニケーションが成り立つ場合と成り立たない場合が起こるのは、双方の論理から導かれる理論の相違によるものであり、それは状況と言語の間の関係から生じるものである。このことを利用することによって、両者のコミュニケーション成立のための具体的な方法を説明でき、またその新たな方法を考えることができることを明らかにする。

神学と哲学との間の境界線はいかに画定されるのか。本論文の目的は、『純粋理性批判』の「超越論的方法論」における哲学体系の叙述と1783年の神学講義を中心にして、その時期のカントの哲学体系において定められうる神学と哲学の境界線について考察すると同時に、カント自身が両領域をいかに画定したのかを究明するところにある。カントは常に神学を形而上学として哲学体系の中に位置づけており、そういった位置を持たない宗教論と区別していた。形而上学としての神学は、超越的形而上学として内在的形而上学と区分されている。しかし哲学はあくまで両形而上学を包摂する。形而上学としての神学は合理神学と称され、カントはこれに啓示神学を対置している。しかしこの合理神学と啓示神学の間の境界線は、本来は哲学部と神学部という大学行政上の区分に過ぎない。合理神学はその行程の終わりに高次の啓示や神秘といったものに行き当たる。ここに哲学としての合理神学が越えることのできない境界線が存する。その境界線は本来の合理神学と啓示神学との、また合理神学と宗教論との境界線である。

In terms of practical view, the type of aphasia can be classified by four elementary symptoms: anarthria (apraxia of speech), phonemic paraphasia, word comprehension impairment, word finding difficulty. Each elementary symptom has been established by causative lesion: anarthria for lowed posterior part of the left precentral gyrus, phonemic paraphasia for the left marginal gyrus and underlying white matter, word comprehension impairment for the left middle frontal gyrus or the posterior part of superior and middle temporal gyrus (the area called Wernickle's area), word finding difficulty for the left inferior frontal gyrus or the left angular gyrus or the left posterior part of the inferior temporal gyrus. In addition to ordinary estimation of language some devised examination enables distinction of the symptoms due to frontal lesion and the symptom due to the posterior lesion. This methods taking advantage of the symptoms related apahasia is also useful for making diagnosis and knowing prognosis of progressive aphasia.

オペレーティング・システムのカーネルを開発する際,そのデバッグは頭の痛い問題である。実際,我々がMach-OSを移植した時にも,カーネル内部の動作を簡単に把握することができず,苦労した経験がある。そこで,カーネルのデバッグを一般のアプリケーションのデバッグと同じくらい簡単に行えるようにカーネルデバッガを開発した。

Since the sixties of the 20th century the social movements and studies of Feminism have spread throughout the world. In recent years the theories and practices of Queer appear and are in the spotlight. Against the background of these social phenomena, Judith Butler and Momoko Nakamura have studied 'Language, Gender and Power' on the frame of reference of Michel Foucault, Pierre Bourdieu, Critical Discoure Analysis and so on. In the first chapter of this paper, I survey the theories of cultural reproduction and habitus of Bourdieu. From the nineties of the 20th century Japnese sociologists, including Takashi Miyajima, have applied these thoeries to Japanese society and culture. After survey working, in the second chapter I intend to reconsider and arrange the genealogical studies of sexuality (sexualite) of Foucault and Butler. And in the third chapter I deal with Butler's criticism of the theories of Bourieu in her work "Excitable Speech: A Politics of the Performative" (1997). Butler estimates the merit of the genealogical works of Foucault, while she critically comments on the theories of cultural reproduction, habitus and symbolic power in sociology of Bourdieu.

A 3-year-old French bulldog presented for evaluation of recurrent swelling and a fistula on the right cheek after a dog fight. A large volume of serous fluids was identified on the wound immediately after atropine drops. A diagnosis of parotid salivary duct rupture secondary to trauma was made. On surgical exploration, the thickened proximal segment of the severed duct was identified and circumferentially double ligated with 3-0 silk. No evidence of swelling and normal appearance of the parotid salivary gland was identified 4 months postoperative recheck. No further problems were noted 10 months postoperatively phone-call. To the author’s knowledge, this is the first reported case of successful proximal parotid duct ligation of parotid salivary duct rupture secondary to non-iatrogenic trauma.
