本研究の目的は情報幾何学に現れる幾何構造を再検討し,その基礎理論を構築することであった.従来の情報幾何学と微分幾何学の一般論を統合することにより,複素統計多様体上にコントラスト関数を構成し,複素多様体上の様々な共形構造の解明を目標とした.特に今年度はHermit計量を持つ統計多様体上にコントラスト関数を構成し,その幾何学的性質を解明し,さらにその結果を応用することであった.Hermit計量を持つ複素多様体上にコントラスト関数を構成することは今一歩で結果が出ていないが,今年度はコントラスト関数の応用については数多くの結果が得られた.まず第1の結果として,コントラスト関数から決まる距離型の関数を用いて,(-1)-共形平坦な統計多様体上にVoronoi図を構成した.これは,コントラスト関数から自然に決まる曲率型のテンソルと,統計多様体の共形平坦性、具体的なVoronoi図構成のアルゴリズムの性質など,様々な要因が非常に上手く合さった結果であり,大変に有意義なものと思われる.また,ガンマ分布族のなす統計多様体について,その幾何学を解明した.特に幾何学的なダイバージェンスと統計学的なダイバージェエンスの関係,エントロピーの幾何学的意味など,多くの結果が得られた.今回得られた結果は,統計的推論や検定理論,情報理論などへのさらなる応用が期待されている.今後の研究が待たれるところである.Hermite計量を持つ統計多様体上のコントラスト関数も,近日中に結果が得られるものと期待している.

Driven by diminishing fossil fuel resources, global warming and subsequently rigid legislation on CO<sub>2</sub> emission, fuel economy is a major challenge for the automotive industry. Each element of the powertrain has been optimized or newly designed to increase efficiency. In this optimization process the engine oils and transmission fluids are important design elements and their contribution to improved efficiency is significant. Polyalkylmethacrylates (PAMAs) are widely used as viscosity index improvers in engine, transmission and hydraulic oils. They have been shown to adsorb from oil solution onto metal surfaces to produce thick and viscous boundary films. These films are maintained even in low speed and high temperature conditions and thus produce a reduction of friction and wear. It was found that specifically designed film-forming PAMAs can improve pitting performance of lubricant formulations. The paper describes the impact of tailor-made functionalized PAMAs on boundary film formation and explores their ability to increase the fatigue life of lubricants.

Chinese suspension bridges, which have been developed in the different way compared with the modern suspension bridges in 19 century, are reviewed based on the quotations taken from historical books published by various districts in China. In Chapter 3, Chinese suspension bridges are classified into 4 categories, and developments of style from category I to IV are explained due to the quotations. In Chapter 4, the most important property of Chinese suspension bridges, that is the use of iron chain, is explained and some quotations are introduced. In Chapter 5, developments of Chinese suspension bridges are compared with those of European bridges.

He acquired Carlo Maratta's Marchese Pallavicini conducted by Apollo to the Temple of Fame in 1758 and commissioned in 1759 a pendant to this, Augustus and Cleopatra, from Anton Raphael Mengs, arguably the most celebrated European painter of the day. This subject is uncommon in the iconography of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries compared with other Cleopatra's subjects, such as the Death of Cleopatra and Cleopatra's Banquet. As is evident in Cortona's Augustus and Cleopatra it represents Augustus's morally overcoming Cleopatra's temptation. Given his preference for the Choice of Hercules, Henry must have liked its ethical aspect. As Henry had Guercino's Augustus and Cleopatra in mind, he was not satisfied with Mengs's picture: his Cleopatra lacked 'grandeur' or 'majesty'. Yet his criticism implies more than that. As the concept of luxury had been changing in the eighteenth century, Henry needed Cleopatra's gorgeous dress as a symbol of his own luxuries, the garden and his art collection. He did not need an element of sacredness in Cleopatra which he found in Mengs's or Reni's Cleopatra. As Henry was the founder of Stourhead garden and the patron of artists, Henry could identify himself with Augustus, the founder of Rome and the patron of Virgil, whose Aeneid was used as a theme for Henry's garden.Henry's choice of Augustus and Cleopatra may have been influenced by the following books and plays. Sara Fielding's The Lives of Cleopatra and Octavia, whose subscribers include Henry's friends, was published in 1 757. Dryden's All for Love was performed in April, 757 and March, 758. David Garrick's version of Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra was published in October, 758 and the play was performed in January, 759. It is reasonable to assume that Cleopatra was one of the favorite topics of conversation among the fashionable circles in London in those years.

The focus of this paper is to analysis the researches on teacher's organizational socialization and survey the research trend in the future. Many papers about teacher socialization are published. Most of those studies focus on occupational socialization. First, we review those studies. Second, we aim to clarify deference between that and organizational socialization. Difference of content which newcomer internalize is not clear. However re-socialization, realistic job preview(RJP), socialization strategies ,and effect of socialization are characteristic of the latter. Those concepts are applicable to teacher socialization studies. And they will lead new research framework. We propose applying RJP to research about teaching practice, socialization strategies to research about training and mentoring teachers, effect of socialization to research about job separation ,and re-socialization to research about personnel change. At the end, we point out some problems about teacher socialization.

抗ウマCRPウサギ血清を用いた単純放射免疫拡散(SRID)法により, 臨床的に正常なウマの加齢および周産期におけるCRPの血中動態および実験的に炎症を作出したウマにおけるCRPの血中動態を検討した. 初乳未摂取の新生子の血清CRP濃度は雌雄ともに測定限界以下であったが, 幼齢期に上昇し, 青壮年期に低値を示し, 以降やや増加して安定するという加齢性の変化を示した. 周産期には, 分娩時および分娩後2か月目から4か月目の血清CRP濃度上昇および分娩2か月前の低下を認めた. 炎症刺激後24時間目より血清CRP濃度は上昇し, 3〜5日目で処置前の3〜6倍に達し最高値を示した. その後低下し14日目には処置前値に回復した. 以上の成績から, ウマにおいでもCRPは急性相蛋白であることが判明した.

学校組織開発論の中で佐古秀一教授が構築した「学校の内発的改善力を高める学校組織開発論」を取り上げ,その理論構成と実践展開を考察した。佐古教授は学校組織の個業化を縮減し,学校の内発的改善力を高めることを課題とし,教員の自律性を高めると共に学校の協働化を促進していくことをめざす。その方略として,教員が実態認識→課題生成→実践展開というサイクルを個人レベルで辿ると共に集団レベルで共有し連携していくことが必要であるとして,学校の組織形態として,コア・システムとプロセス・ファシリテート・チームを提起する。 この学校組織開発論は,理論モデルを実践で活用して,理論の再構成を行う中で構築されている。理論と実践が往還する中で,日本の学校文化に即した理論構築に取り組んでいる意義は大きい。しかし,教員の同僚性・協働性を軸にした組織開発であり,確かなミドルリーダーの存在を前提とした組織開発論であるため,学校組織の統制化はその個業化を縮減することへと限定されており,校長の役割も制約的である。The purpose of this article is to explicate the significance and problems on theory of organizational development in schools by Professor Hidekazu Sako at Naruto University of Education. Sako's Theory is focused on enhancing spontaneous improvement in school to develop organizational development. The principles of organizing school is based on teacher's collaboration for reducing individualization and restricting managing control in school. His theory of organizational development is applied to school management practice in several elementary schools and junior high schools. The effectiveness of his theory were verified and categorized into the following three types. Type 1 : school organizational development for enhancing collaboration in phase of education practice, Type 2 : school organizational development for producing practical problems or goals, Type 3 : school organizational development for producing value oriented goals. The characteristics and problems of Sako's theory of organizational development are discussed in theory building and practical reflection. In conclusion, his theory is build in linking theory model and school practice, the core system and the process facilitate team system are placed as key functions for school improvement originally. However, his theory is based on teacher's collegiality for reducing isolation tendency among teachers, the role of principal is restricted in switching on school improvement.

The flowering response to monochromatic light and flowering-related genes underlying this response need to be characterized to efficiently use light-emitting diodes for lighting culture. The flowering response to far-red light has been well studied in long-day cut flowers, but there have been few studies investigating the response to blue light. Flowering and the expression of the G. paniculata homologs of the FLOWERING LOCUS T and SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF CONSTANS 1 genes (GpFT, GpSOC1) were not previously promoted in Gypsophila paniculata, an important long-day cut flower, ‘Bristol Fairy’ under long-day conditions with blue light. In the present study, we found that flowering was promoted in another G. paniculata ‘Million Star’, under long-day conditions with blue light, suggesting that there is variation in G. paniculata’s flowering response to blue light. Therefore, we analyzed the expression of GpFT and GpSOC1 in the ‘Million Star’. The expression of GpFT and GpSOC1 was promoted with flowering in ‘Million Star’ under long-day conditions with blue light in contrast to ‘Bristol Fairy’. We next analyzed the G. paniculata homologs (GpFKF1, GpGI) of FLAVIN-BINDING KELCH REPEAT F-BOX 1 and GIGANTEA genes, which participate in the flowering response to blue light. GpFKF1 and GpGI amino acid sequences were well conserved; gene expression showed a diurnal rhythm with different peaks under short-day and long-day conditions, as previously observed in Arabidopsis thaliana. GpFKF1 interacted with GpGI. There were no important differences in GpFKF1 or GpGI amino acid sequences between the two cultivars. Our results suggest that variation in the flowering response to blue light is associated with GpFT and GpSOC1, rather than GpFKF1 and GpGI.

近年,マイクロコンピュータで制御できるLEDテープが開発されている.LEDテープはテープ形状を活かした3次元的な配置が可能であり,フルカラーで発色を制御できる.これにより従来の電飾としての展示用途だけではなく,インタラクション可能なメディアアート作品を制作可能となった.本研究ではマイクロコンピュータにCortex-M3を使用し,本研究で開発したActionScript3.0用ライブラリでプログラム記述をしている.LEDテープを用いたアミューズメントは,単に観賞するだけでなく,アプリと対話して楽しみ,またその様子を観賞するという新たなモデルが想定される.本研究は,このモデルのもとに数m〜10m規模の範囲で行うアミューズメントアプリケーションを制作した.

The first generation of 10 membered ring analogues (11-13) of the neocarzinostatin chromophore (1) could undergo the thiol or radical triggered Masamune-Bergman type cycloaromatization, but they were not able to show the antibiotic nor antitumor activities. New analogues (2729) of the second generation exhibited the remarkable DNA cleaving activities as well as the biological activities. The unprecedented guanine specific DNA cleavage by the simple chiral alcohol 28 is striking, while the complex of the possible intercalator 29 with the neocarzinostatin apoprotein (2) did not show an evident specificity.

The molecular design and chemical synthesis of novel and artificial enediyne classes of DNA cleaving molecules 14, and their chemical and DNA cleaving profiles are described. The enediyne sulfides 1aI were synthesized via the coupling of the vinyl iodide 8 and the protected propargyl alcohol 9, and the intramolecular cyclization of the dibromide 17. 1b was found to cycloaromatize by 1, 8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-ene (DBU) in 1, 4-cyclohexadiene through radical pathways and by a hydroxy anion in dimethyl sulfoxide-Tris-HCl, pH 8.5 buffer through a polar pathway. 1aI cleaved DNA under weakly alkaline conditions, and 1e, 1k and 1l, all of which have a DNA intercalatable moiety, exhibited strong DNA cleaving activities with the identical high purine base (G>A) selectivity. The enediyne triols 2ac were prepared from xylitol (19) via the conversion of the keto-aldehyde 24 into the keto-enediyne 25 by an intramolecular aldol reaction. 2a was also cycloaromatized in a manner similar to that for the enediyne sulfide, and 2ac showed guanine-specific DNA cleavages under weakly alkaline conditions. The enynallene sulfones 3af were obtained by m-CPBA oxidation of the corresponding enediyne sulfides. 3c was cycloaromatized by DBU through both radical and polar pathways. 3af cleaved DNA at any DNA-base site under weakly alkaline conditions, and 3df possessing a hydrophilic moiety exhibited stronger DNA cleavages. The dienediynes 4ac were synthesized from 25. 4c possessing acetoxy groups at the propargylic positions was cycloaromatized by methyl thioglycolate through radical pathways, and cleaved DNA at any pH with guanine-base selectivity. Furthermore, the DNA cleaving activity of 4c significantly increased in the presence of methyl thioglycolate.
