「遅刻は当たり前」「タメ口(目上の者に対する友だち言葉)は当たり前」「周りに流されやすい」「うまくいかないと,みんな他人のせいにする」「自分の考えや主張が無い」「プライドは高いが学力は 低い」「 競争が不得意」等々。これらは,採用担当者が情報交換をする研修会で,最近の学生の印象を語りあったものである。2000 年以前は「マニュアルに頼ってばかりで面白みに欠ける」「個性と自分勝手をはき違えている」など行動には移すが,マニュアルに頼る学生が多い。という評価が多かった。しかし, 2000 年以降,とりわけ 2005 年以降最初に書いたような自己主張が無い,もしくは最初から「戦い」を避けるような学生が多くなってきたという声が多くなってきた。 しかし,彼らを採用し,企業戦士として育成していくのは企業の使命であるから,企業はこのような学生を吟味して採用していく必要がある。そこで,今の学生が置かれている環境を把握するとともに,採用担当者は学生たちをどう見て,何を憂慮されているのかの視点から,大学に出来ることを探った。

Background:In a previous study, a low level of miR-126-3p in endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) was linked to the outcome of ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) patients. However, it remains unclear whether transplantation with miR-126-3p-overexpressing EPCs (MO-EPCs) can improve the cardiac function of ICM animal models.Methods and Results:miR-126-3p overexpression by lentiviral vector significantly increased migration and tube-like structures of EPCs from ICM patients. MO-EPCs or non-modified EPCs (NM-EPCs) were transplanted into nude rats with ICM induced by coronary artery ligation. MO-EPC transplantation increased capillary density and EPC survival rate in myocardial tissues of nude rats. Cytokines were also assessed by antibody array and real-time RT-PCR. G-CSF, VEGF-A, IL-3, IL-10, IGF-1, angiogenin, HGF, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were upregulated, and IL-8, MCP-1, MCP-2, TNF-α, TNF-β and MIP-1β were downregulated after miR-126-3p overexpression in EPCs. The same results were obtained in infarction tissues of nude rats after MO-EPC transplantation. Eight weeks after MO-EPC transplantation, left ventricular function improved significantly with clearly decreased infarction size, increased anterior wall thickness, and inhibition of inflammation compared with the results for NM-EPC transplantation. However, MO-EPC transplantation showed no increase in survival time of nude rats with ICM during 8 weeks of observation.Conclusions:miR-126-3p can restore the biology of EPCs from ICM patients. Moreover, MO-EPC transplantation improves cardiac function effectively, representing a promising future treatment for ICM.

抄録: 潰瘍性大腸炎に破壊性の股関節炎を合併した1例を経験した.症例は33歳の女性で,12歳時より腹痛と下痢を主訴に潰瘍性大腸炎の診断にて加療を受けていたが,翌年より腹部症状の増悪時には膝,肘および股関節の移動性,一過性の疼痛を自覚していた.31歳時より右股関節痛が増強し,保存的治療を受けたが症状の軽快はなく,X線像上も関節破壊の進行を認めたため,右股関節に対して双極性人工骨頭置換術を施行した.術後経過は良好で疼痛は消失している. 潰瘍性大腸炎では種々の腸管外合併症が認められているが,その中でも脊椎および関節症状は血清反応陰性脊椎関節症の範疇に属している.その特徴は急性に発症し,一過性,移動性に生じるびらん性変化を伴わない非破壊性の関節炎とされている.自験例では破壊性の股関節炎を合併し,観血的治療にまで至った稀な1例であり,人工骨頭置換術を施行し良好な結果を得た.

Sima-Guang 司馬光 is a government officer in the Northern Song 北宋 dynasty and a famous historian. He compiled Chinese history "Zizhitongjian 資治通鑑" and he wrote the book of a historical investigation. "Zizhitongjian-Kaoyi 資治通鑑考異" at the same time. This paper analyzed "Zizhitongjian-Kaoyi" in order to see how the history of Wuhu-Shiliuguo 五胡十六国 period in "Zizhitongjian" was compiled. Sima-Guang made reference to several books on the history of Wuhu-Shiliuguo period, especially "Shiliuguo-Chunqiu 十六国春秋." "Shiliuguo-Chunqiu" was 102 volumes, when it was compiled by Cui-Hong 崔鴻 in the Northern Wei 北魏 period. As time passed, it was scattered and lost. But it still remained in the Northern Song period. I looked through "Zizhitongjian-Kaoyi" and I could find "Shiliuguo-Chunqiu" an incomplete book."Shiliuguo-Chunqiu" that Sima-Guang could use, was a little over 20 volumes, when he compiled "Zizhitongjian."

本研究の目的は,1980年前後に登場した社会構成主義に基づく組織論研究が,初期の研究からどのように現代の研究へとつながっていったのかを明らかにすることにある.WeickとMorganの研究を初期の代表的な研究として,Batesonの理論からその意義を考察し,その課題点として流転・連鎖・媒介のパースペクティヴを示す.その上で,現代の研究を4つ取り上げ,それらにおいてこの3つのパースペクティヴが加わって展開されていることが明らかになった.

In Japan, a pharmacy or drug store license is required for selling pharmaceutical products. However, civilians without a pharmacy or drug store license are displaying pharmaceutical products for sale on a flea market application, which is illegal dealing. This study discussed the modality for implementing countermeasures for the illicit selling of pharmaceutical products. We extracted pharmaceutical products displayed for sale on three flea market applications (Mercari, Rakuma, Fril) on one day. One hundred and eighty-one pharmaceutical products were displayed (49 on Mercari, 86 on Rakuma, and 46 on Fril). There were 6.1% (11/181) domestically prescribed drugs, 69.1% (125/181) domestic OTC drugs, 23.8% (43/181) foreign-made prescribed drugs, and 1.1% (2/181) foreign-made OTC drugs. The seller could display the product for sale without confirming whether it is prohibited. We alerted the service providers of this illicit selling at flea markets at three different instances. The pharmaceutical product displays were deleted by the service providers at a rate of 55.1% (27/49) for Mercari and 51.2% (44/86) for Rakuma. The average number of drugs that were displayed for sale by each seller was 1.4 and the average number of total products that were displayed for sale by each seller was 100. The seller could have unintentionally displayed the pharmaceutical products for sale, without the knowledge that it is illegal. The service providers of flea market applications should create mechanisms to alert the sellers that displaying pharmaceutical products for sale is an illicit act and regulate these violations.

ノーマライゼーションや平等主義的規範が行き渡った今日においても, 障害者に対する偏見や差別の問題は未だ社会に残っており, これらの背景となる態度について調べることが重要である。従来の障害者に対する態度研究は, 質問紙による自己報告式の測定方法が主流であった。しかしながら, これらの顕在的態度測定は, 社会的望ましさに影響されやすく, 無意識的・非言語的な態度を捉えることができない。偏見や差別のような, 表明が避けられる態度を捉えるためには間接測定による潜在指標が有効だと考えられる。本論文は, 潜在指標を用いて障害者に対する態度を調べた研究についてレビューを行った。障害者に対する潜在指標として, 主に, 投影法, 生理学・神経科学的手法, さらに近年では反応時間指標が頻繁に用いられるようになってきており, 多くの研究において障害者に対するネガティブな態度が示されていることがわかった。潜在的態度と顕在的態度の関連性について, 潜在指標の有用性と今後の課題について議論した。
