現代の初潮平均年令は我が国の初潮年令の年次推移によっても欧米諸国の年次推移によっても同じ傾向で100年間に3年から4年, 10年間に4カ月位で若年化していることが報告されている. 体操競技では年々技が高度化し筋肉に強い刺激を与える影響からか全国高校選手権から世界選手権までの一部の選手の資料ではあるが初潮の若年化とは逆に選手の初潮は遅れの傾向にある事が判った. 例えば, 対照群である一般の女子グループは14才で既潮率が100%近くに達しているが世界選手権グループは24%と3年も遅れている. 16才では一般の女子グループが100%に対し世界選手権グループは60%と既潮率が低い. 最終的には選手群は対照群に比べて初潮が3年から5年遅れている. 筋肉の過重負担が月経周期の不定期にもつながり影響の大きい事が推察される.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the mechanism of the Juglar cycle. To do this, first of all, we show the existence of the Juglar cycle in the post-war period in Japan. Until now, the Juglar cycle in the post-war period was shown in terms of the investment-GDP ratio. Instead of this, we will indicate the existence of the Juglar cycle in terms of 16 periods moving average of GDP growth rate. Moreover, we will show the cyclical relations between the GDP growth rate and the capital stock growth rate. In order to give a theoretical explanation for these cyclical relations, we will set up the model with the capital stock adjustment principle and make use of the limit cycle theorem of Poincare=Bendixson.

本論文の目的は,わが国で積み重ねられてきたオフィス空間のデザインに関する研究知見のうち,とりわけ2000年以降の研究の到達地点を明らかにすることにある。本論文で2000年以降の研究蓄積に注目を向ける理由は,経営学者たちもオフィス空間のデザインを重要視し始めたことにある。より具体的には,この時期を契機として,知的創造や知識創造を促すオフィス空間のデザインを志向した研究が創始されているのである。1990年代までのオフィス空間内の快適性の向上を志向した研究とは異なり,建築学者や実務家たちだけではなく,一部の経営学者たちからもオフィス空間のデザインに対して注目が向け始められたのである。 本論文で明らかにする先行研究が辿り着いた研究知見は,以下の3点に集約することができる。より具体的には,①実務家や一部の経営学者たちによって知的生産性を向上させるオフィス空間のデザインへの注目が向けられ,実際にオフィス空間の設計が行なわれてきたこと,②建築学者を中心として知的生産性を計量的に把握する試みが積み重ねられ,定量的なデータにもとづいたオフィス空間のデザインが志向されてきたこと,③経営学者たちがコミュニケーションを鍵概念にして,オフィス空間のデザインについて考察を加えてきたこと,の3点である。最後にこれらの研究の貢献と残された問題を明らかにし,今後の研究課題を提示する。

申請時の研究計画に基づき、海外の心理臨床家への半構造面接による調査を企画し、平成20年度はアメリカと韓国、平成21年度はスイスとフィンランド、平成22年度はオーストリアを調査対象地として面接調査を行い、調査票と録音データを収集した。面接調査は研究計画で設定した規模で実施でき、資格や就業形態、勤務内容、想定される賃金、他職種との連携のイメージについて、心理臨床家の生の声を得ることができた。音声データは逐語記録化され質的分析が行われた。

成長期にあるスポーツ選手の運動と栄養摂取の実状を把握するとともに適正な運動と栄養のあり方を考える目的で、次のような実験を行なった。高校生野球部員17名(15〜16歳、169.1cm、59.0kg)を対象に、1週間の夏期強化練習(自宅通学)時にエネルギー消費量(EE)、栄養摂取量(CI)、摂取食品目数、体重および血圧を毎日測定し、12分間走は4回行なった。血液・尿成分は強化練習初日、4日目および最終日(7日目)の3回測定した。本実験結果は、次の通りであった。1.強化練習1週間の平均EEは53.4±7.5kcal/kg/dayであった。CIはEEの87.2%に相当し、1日あたり平均7.4kcal/kg少なかった。しかし、体重の経日的変化は観察されなかった。2.強化練習経過に伴う血圧変化はみられなかったが、12分間走成績は低下した。3.炭水化物(C)、脂肪(F)および蛋白質(P)の熱量比は、1週間の平均でそれぞれ66.0、20.3および13.8%であり、動物性蛋白質は47.8%であった。4.食事内容は各家庭でほぼ決まっており、個人内変動が少なかった。概ね摂取食品目数が少なく、10品目に満たない者が35%みられ、それがほぼ1週間継続していた。5.血液成分のうち顕著に変化したのは、血清TG、TP、Hgb濃度およびCPK活性であり、強化練習4日目から最終日CPKTG41/36.4(Pi)(UN)(CA)NaCl7.112EECI(CI-EE)CACPKTGTPHgb(20.3%)(1.50g/kg/day)

20年ほど前から北九州市内の社寺林などの古木にオオバヤドリギの着生による衰弱・枯死被害が目立ち始めたので、1996年に市全域で調査を行った。その結果本種の市域での分布には、南西の福智山と北東の足立山の二つの山系の麓に集中して平地の人口密集地には全く見られず、また着生木の見られる社寺林は互いに凡そ100m以上離れている、という二つの傾向が認められた。本種のこのような分布の特徴は、鳥散布型の繁殖生態と散布者の行動、多様な樹種を宿主とする多犯性、宿主上での生長の仕方やフェロノジーなどについての筆者自身の観察結果から、照葉樹林帯に属する本市々域内での開発の時期及び程度と密接な関係があると考えられた。ただ何故近年爆発的に被害が増えたかを説明するには資料が不十分である。

本論は,専門職に関する基礎的研究を,司書という文脈において再検討し,司書職制度実現の阻害要因を探る試みである。司書は,専門職ではなく,準専門職であるといわれてきた。だが,準専門職の特徴,中でも,専門職化を阻むとされる要因は,司書に対しては,必ずしも該当しない。司書の専門職化を阻んでいるのは,図書館という組織に所属することでもなければ,図書館が官僚的に組織されていることでもない。問題は,図書館が自律的な官僚的組織として形成されておらず,全体機構に組み込まれた下部組織としてのみ存立している点にある。

Room temperature liquid formulation of intrinsically stiff, optically or optoelectronically active, π-conjugated molecules, such as anthracenes, oligo(p-phenylenevinylenes), and fullerenes, by attaching soft branched long-alkyl chains is demonstrated. Multiple modification with the branched long-alkyl chains on the periphery of an emissive π-conjugated moiety results in isolation of the π-unit core, thus generating a room temperature liquid state with almost no π-π interaction among the adjacent π-units and which shows considerably good luminescence. When only partially wrapping a π-unit core, e.g. C60, attached by branched alkyl chains, those alkyl-π compounds are liquid/amorphous at room temperature, which however, can be directed into assembly by adding either of their own molecular segments, the π-unit or the alkyl-unit (alkane solvents). These ordered materials change from non-photoconductive monomer species to photoconductive assemblies.

This paper deals with Swedish Christmas. In Sweden Christmas is one of the most important annual ceremonies and Swedes spend a lot of time, energy and money on it. In the beginning of the 1990s, just when I started a cultural-anthropological fieldwork in the province of Dalarna, I had a chance of celebrating it with a family (my acquaintance) who was living in a small village on the outskirts of Leksand city. The celebration there was so impressive that an idea crossed my mind. That is making questionnaires on Christmas and distributing them to the houses of my research village. "Christmas" sounds a bright topic for me (a foreign anthropologist) to develop communication with people. The questionnaire, based on the experience at my acquaintace's, consists of 8 subjects. They are ornaments, meals, preparations, where and with whom to celebrate, Swedish Santa Claus (jultomten), presents, the Bible /church/clothes, and any comments on and memories of Christmas. In this paper I have introduced the details of the above-mentioned 8 subjects(the questionnaire in Japanese), the explanations on and the backgrounds of them, and an original questionnaire in Swedish. In the next paper I will publish answers and make some comments on them.

Men having sex with men (MSM) in India are mostly hidden due to stigma and discrimination and are at higher risk of HIV acquisition. HIV Sentinel Surveillance (HSS) pointed rising HIV burden for Chhattisgarh, an important central Indian province, with the distinction of highest HIV prevalence among MSM in India and, therefore, warrants special attention to study the role of MSM in HIV epidemic. Cross-sectional analysis of latest (2010-11) HSS data for 227 MSM in Chhattisgarh revealed 14.98% HIV sero-positivity. Older age, unemployment and receiving money for sex with a man were associated with higher HIV risk. Participants were mostly young (mean age 26 years), school-level educated (51.98%), urban residents (99.56%), doing service (46.26%), not involved in heterosexual activities (97.36%) or paid sex (68.72%). None of the participants reported injecting drug use and almost all of them (98.68%) were Kothis. Some of the observed associations lacked statistical power due to sparse data in this initial surveillance among MSM in Chhattisgarh indicating the need for studies involving larger population to understand the role of MSM in the dynamics of HIV epidemic in this state for planning appropriate interventions as the epidemic probably being concentrated among MSM in Chhattisgarh.
