The mineralogical characteristics of metasomatic Li-minerals in Iwagi Islet, sugilite, katayamalite, murakamiite, Li-rich pectolite, zektzerite, sogdianite and taeniolite are summarized. These Li-minerals occur in metasomatic albitite, which contains 500 ppm Li. Such a high-Li albitite content is unusual amongst metasomatic rocks in Setouchi Province of SW Japan. Albitite forms small bodies that are several tens of centimeters to tens of meters in size, and are disseminated in a host granite of Late Cretaceous age. It shows conspicuous strain-induced textures. Murakamiite and Li-rich pectolite form a solid solution with Li × 100/(Li + Na) atomic ratios ranging from 44.2 to 60.1, and Na line profiles show a zoning structure in which Na decreases from core to rim. Albitite-normalized element concentrations vary systematically with the ionic radius of the element; normalized concentrations of cations with the same valence roughly form a simple convex parabolic curve when plotted against the ionic radius. This indicates that the element partitioning of murakamiite and pectolite during metasomatism to form albitite took place under the strong control of a crystal structure, quasi-equilibrated with metasomatic fluids and coexisting minerals. The δ7Li values of murakamiite and Li-rich pectolite show a wide range from −9.1 to +0.4‰ (average −2.9‰), and no obvious correlation with Li content is observed. These δ7Li values should have resulted from hydrothermal fluid–rock interactions at temperatures of 300-600°C (hydrothermal stages). The very low δ7Li values down to −9.1‰ may have originated from intra-crystalline Li isotope diffusion, or involvement of deep-seated, Li–Na-enriched subduction-zone fluids with low δ7Li values. The occurrence of porous zircon, dalyite, and mantles of zektzerite and/or sogdianite on resorbed zircon in albitite suggests that those zirconium silicate minerals are the products of metasomatic mineral replacement reactions by dissolution–reprecipitation processes associated with Na-, K-, and Li-rich hydrothermal fluids.

前3論文において、日本の民間薬のうちで風邪に使用する食物、民間薬について述べ、さらに皮膚のトラブルの一部について述べてきた。本論文においてもこの皮膚のトラブルに対して使用している民間薬の追加分について論じる。本論文において、それぞれの症状に対する利用法を簡単にアイウエオ順に記載し、一番左の列に使用する植物名などを、二番目に簡単な利用法を、そして最後に文献番号を記載した。今回の調査でまとめたものの中には使用法のはっきりしないもの、効果のはっきりしないものも多くあるので、諸氏のご意見をいただき、お教えを請いたい。hirobe@seisen-u.ac.jp

Determining the elemental abundances of the Earth is one of the fundamental interests of the Earth and planetary sciences. The elemental abundances of the bulk solar system, chondrites and bulk Earth are reviewed. The elemental abundances of the bulk solar system resemble those of chondrites, with the exception of atmophile elements. CI chondrite may be most resemblant, but significant improvements in solar photosphere spectroscopy are necessary to reject other chondrites. Volatilities of elements control chemical variations among chondrites. These variations may reflect global thermal structures in the proto-solar disk. Alternatively, the variations may correspond to accretion ratios of chondrite-forming components, which are refractory inclusions, chondrules, and matrix, into the parent bodies. The elemental abundances of bulk silicate Earth can be empirically estimated without referring those of the bulk solar system and chondrites if we use chemical variations of mantle rocks. However, the chemical composition of bulk Earth remains largely uncertain because it is difficult to estimate the chemical compositions of the central core and the lower mantle without formation models of the Earth.

Cerebral blood flow changes during and after indirect moxibustion stimulation at the acupuncture point HO-KU (L-14), which is located between the thumb and index finger, were measured by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) . The mean blood flow velocities (Vm) of the right middle cerebral artery (MCA) in 10 normal subjects were measured continuously during and until 15 minutes after the stimulation. The Vm showed 2 peaks, at 1 minute after and 7 minutes after the stimulation. The extent of change in flow velocity was 23% at the first elevation and 20 - 26% at the second elevation. The second elevation of the flow velocity continued until 15 minutes after the stimulation. The heart rate increased at the first elevation and then returned to its previous level, but did not change at the second elevation. To evaluate vascular reactivity, a hyperventilation test was done before and after the examination ; it showed normal vascular reactivity at both points. The second elevation seemed to be induced by the effect of moxibustion. Vascular reactivity remained normal and no significant vascular diameter changes seemed to occur. From our results, a significant increase of cerebral blood flow is induced by indirect moxibustion stimulation.

精神看護は癲狂院という独自の環境の中で発展し,時代に翻弄され,社会的な背景が色濃く関連している。そして、精神障がい者における処遇は、歴史的に繰り返され,国としての施策の結果,明治期における医療体制の改革として西洋文化を取入れたことにより始まった。精神看護においてもその萌芽が目覚め始め,精神障がい者に対する看護が息吹をあげ始めた。また,「相馬事件」を契機に,全国的に統一した「精神病者監護法」が成立し,精神病者への治安維持的要素が強まるなか,精神看護教育が始まったことで,精神病者に対する人道的な関わりが始まったものと考えられる。

本研究では,他者との相互作用場面における他者選択について自尊心の差異が及ぼす影響を杉浦(2003)の説得納得ゲームを用いて検討を行った。特に説得者の自尊心の差異でゲーム中に相互作用する納得者の選択様相が異なるかどうかに着目して検討した。105名の大学生がゲームに参加した。分析の結果,以下のことが示された。(1)説得者の自尊心の差異に関わらず,ゲーム開始直後のセッション(セッション1)より,後のセッション(セッション2)で説得者は多くの相互作用対象他者を選んでいた。(2)また,セッション1では説得者側,納得者側ともに相互作用した人数と相互作用満足度に正の相関があった。(3)さらに,セッション1において他者との相互作用満足度が低い場合,高自尊心者はセッション2で低自尊心者を相互作用対象他者として選択することが示された。以上の結果から,自尊心の差異により他者との相互作用場面における他者選択様相の異なる側面が伺えた。特に,高自尊心者は一時的に状態自尊心が低下している場合に,自尊心の回復を促進することを目的として低自尊心者を選択していると示唆される。

Sukala-maddava that Buddha had taken at the last time in his life is now interpreted as rotten flesh of boar or mushroom, in a sense, poison. It is natural to think that either could have caused Buddha's death. Buddha himself, however, said that nobody could eat those substances except himself. It is difficult to believe that Buddha is portrayed as weak as an ordinary human in Buddhist texts, for Buddha defeated Mara, death. This interpretation makes nirvana seem somehow negative. Therefore we have to search for an affirmative answer for nirvana, in the background of Indo-Iranian or Indo-European culture, because the Pali language belongs to Ancient Prakrit.A boar, if that is what sukala means, is identified as Vrtra in Rgveda (I. 121.11; I. 61.7; VIII. 66.10; X. 99.6 etc.), and as one of ten incarnations of Vishnu, Varaha which made the world reborn in the Bhagavatapurana (III. 13), also Verethragna who runs in front of Mithra in the Mihr Yasht (70). In addition, in the Taittiriyaranyaka (I. 10.8), a black boar saves the world by appearing from the bottom of water. His 10 incarnations symbolize winter, and death (RV. X. 51.3; Vendidad, 4), and these incarnations signify the voyage in the underworld. Now, Verethragna is the guide of Mithra in the darkness of night. Namely, the boar signifies an obstacle, winter, night, death and the underworld, and also acts a helper of renewal, of rebirth. Boar, therefore, has two meanings: obstacle and helper, psychopompos, to go to heaven.While the name “Chunda” has no special meaning, it is important that he is a son of a blacksmith, kammarah. Blacksmith is an alchemist, which is symbolically important, and the divine blacksmith, Tvastr, is a creator of Vajra for Indra. An alchemist makes gold from base metals, and is a person who can make a mortal Buddha into a gold immortal being, and vajra is the weapon to kill Vrtra, to defeat death.Another item is in the Mahaparinibbanasuttanta, “A pair of golden clothes” (4.35) that Buddha wore. “A pair” is equal to “twins”, whose meaning is “death and rebirth”. The twin Sala trees also mean “death and rebirth”, and “gold”, and the name of hiranna (golden) river (5.1), that Buddha crossed just before entering nirvana, are symbols of “eternity”. Two offering foods, Sujata's and Chunda's, that Buddha praised (4.42) are also “a pair”. One, Suj ata's, was for “birth” of Buddha and the other, Chunda's, was for his nirvana, “death”. This pair too has the same meaning. They all signify the future of Buddha.Thus in my opinion, Sukala is a flesh of boar, and eating of it makes Buddha equal to vrtrahan, and means going to heaven. People who have the same Koine could easily understand that Buddha was eternal. Probably the interpretation of sukala as mushroom happened in China: sukala could be translated into a food of “eternity” in Chinese thought, ling-zhi for example.

CODEXにおいて魚醤油のヒスタミンの基準値は400ppmに設定される予定であるので,魚醤油のヒスタミンの低減は重要である。著者は魚醤油のヒスタミンがTetragenococcus halophilusのピルボイル型ヒスチジン脱炭酸酵素により,ヒスチジンから生成されるので,ヒスタミン非生成のT. halophilusスターターとショ糖を魚醤油諸味に添加することにより,ヒスタミンを低減できることを明らかにした。さらに,魚醤油にベントナイトを2%添加することにより,ヒスタミンを約20%低減できるが,前者の技術の方が経済的に有効であることを明らかにしたので,解説いただいた。醤油,味噌醸造におけるヒスタミン生成菌は魚醤油と同様であるので,多いに参考にしていただきたい。
